Took his class on my friend's advice. Really really funny guy, the first prof. I have ever had who constantly said shix in class. Really easy material. Be quick though, he won't teach much longer.

Ok...I don't know what people are talking about because Prof. Foster is HILLARIOUS, not "bitter" but sarcastic, and funny. Yes, he IS an easy grader, but if someone doesn't learn with him is because they didn't have enough interest, HE IS GREAT!!!!!

My first business class, I am now more interested in the subject. Foster is a great guy, and the class is extremely easy, and he knows it. He wants you to do well. While this is probably not true for everyone in the class, I never once had to study, and managed to ACE every last exam.

Hurry up and take any of his classes. Greatest professor around but he may not be teaching much longer. The grade is made up of 150 m. choice questions, 75 of which are free points. If you can't get an A in this class you shouldn't be in college.

Curves all tests and work, accordingly. Did not require regular attendance (most of the class only showed up for test days, though he offered good views in class). Not an indepth class, but he is knowledgable about all Business materials and willing to help outside of class.

He is really nice and caring. what people said were true, he is funny, he gives examples from his own life, he's been through a lot and he'll tell you all about his experiences. he gives students a lot of information that's fun to know about. ex: MacDonalds own Chipotle, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut! lol you're awesome Foster!!!

Great Professor. I love and enjoy taking his class. He gives many funny stories. Everyday, I take his class, I will learn something that I cannot learn them from the textbook. Although he teaches little bit slower than other teachers, you will feel stressless in his classes. He is thoughtful too.

If you are the kind of person that wants to provide the least effort you will ADORE him. BUT, if you are a responsible student, trying to build strong skills, don't take him. We probably went over 50% of the course material ONLY. Since BA210 is a very important foundation course for every Business major, I think it is alarming.

I'm taking his EC105 class and he's great...he's really funny and always tells goods stories. He provides good examples to support what he is saying. Very easy class... The only thing is that he is too slow...my class is 50 minutes long, he spends about 20 minutes on the material lol but he's great, you'll get an A with just a little effort.

He's definitelly one of the best teachers I've ever had. Nobody fails this class, but not because the subjects are easy, but because he is a very good teacher and there is no way you won't learn everything. The examples given in class are awesome, from his experiences and from real life. You will never get bored.

If you want to coast through a class and end up with a C, take this guy. If you really want to learn valuable information and get an A, take him and GO TO CLASS EVERY DAY. I went and I learned way more than those that didn't bother coming! He is a great teacher and if I could, I would take him again!

You get what you put into his class. He gives you every opportunity to get an "A." I fyou study and go to every class, you should have no problem getting an "A" or at least a "B." He tries his best to make the class interesting. Overall, I think he is one of the better professors.

Everybody knows Mr. Foster! He does not teach the required material, he teaches real life. I personally don't believe that college gives you anything, but a piece of paper that states that you have graduated. Take his class if you want an easy A and no headache.

Very interesting professor. Uses real life experiences with teaching. Makes class fun. His jokes are funny. He can get a bit off topic sometimes though and sidetrack the lecture, but regardless i still learned a lot. I would definetly recommend this professor!

Prof.Foster is the best teacher in MC.Business statistics is a hard course,but he tried to make it as easy as possible.He also omits lots of questions on the test.He told students great life experience.If you want to take his course,hurry up,because he is so popular that his course will be filled out so fast.

His class is NOT an easy A. I don't know where people got that idea. Tests are all multiple choice, final was somewhat hard. Computer project was tedious, but not hard. Funny guy, esp. when he does the "oh great leader". If you know/study his handouts well, and you get below an 80 on exams, you are at fault. Very fair and straight forward.

Ez Profess. Great class. Got an A. Tell funny & interestin' stories. he had a interestin' life filled wit success & failures. 1 of the best profess I have eva had. Tests, only MC ?'s. sumtimes, u will only have 6 ?'s on a 25 ?'s test so 4 da other 19 he will give them 2 u. Basically, u can't fail the test. study the stuff u didn't do on the test

Great teacher! If you're reasonably intelligent, attend every class, study his handouts, ask questions, and do the homework, you can make an A in his class. Textbook = confusing and convoluted compared to his clear handouts and step-by-step instructions. I was so scared of Stat yet finished with an A and some usable knowledge under my belt.

He knows what he is talking about. He has a deep understanding of Economics. He is very helpfull. He gives you notes that are every thing. You just need to study them. He always talks about him self in class and he tells stories about him self that are related to the course. His class is not boring at all. Exams are easy. Final is fare. Easy A!

Foster is my god!!!!! He does refer to himself in the third person as Foster. Great stories and lots of them. He knows what he is talking about and is a lot of fun. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK, he will never use it, passes out his own notes. He is amazing and if i could take him again i would. Test EASY, Final OK... only one paper (that's it!)

Business Stat with Foster is incredibly easy. He doesn't test you on material that is not covered in class which is often very little as he tends to become side tracked by his numerous stories. DON'T BUY THE BOOK, you don't need it. Overall I felt like another teacher might have helped me understand subject better but Foster's class was super easy.

he is a good professor. he takes his time when teaching the material and he doesn't put anything that he didn't get to from his lectures on the test. But u have to go to class if ur not good at math. he is very clear and very helpful if u need help. and he tells a lot of fun stories. and don't get the book u will not use it.

He is good... never really cares if you go to class or not. Never takes attendence. I feel like a dumbass getting a B in the class. This is because I show up 5 times total. 4 for exam and 1 other time cuz I just happened to be in the area.

I liked the class. However, I don't feel I got much out of it. I only took it one night a week, and I don't think it was enough to reinforce the material. You do have to study!!! His tests are no walk in the park. But, having said all that, I would still take him again...

Professor Foster is a very nice professor. I love his stories, although sometimes, they they go beyond boarders. All the same, I like him, he is a good Prof,he is more like an advisor..reminds me of my dad.lol. He should just cut down on his stories. All the same, a good prof.

Wonderful Pro. ever. Handout lots of paper(he siad that's what you pay for!) and he has a lot of fun stories during each class about his experiance, when you think deep, you can learn some from the story, that's additional to the class. Learning from experiance is a good way to learn.

Everyone who majors in business must take Professor Foster's course at least 1.He makes an emphasis on how things work in practice and in a story told way so that u remember the main points.His lectures were very helpful when I took accounting class coz a great deal of what he taught us in class was very helpful for my other cources.Def recommend

Idk what the guy under is talking about! Yes he does talks a lot...but hes stories are great n funny as ish!!! he explains well the material. If he has nt teach you an specific topic, it will be on the test, but he will omit it and give you points automatically..so the test ends up being only 10 quest out of 50! HES GREAT

Anybody that needs to take BA210 should should take this professor. He teaches by connecting most facts to a story out of his life or making other humorous asides. Definitely an interesting course and an even more interesting individual! Don't expect to have your grade improved beyond what you've earned, and be prepared for lots of life lessons!

Professor Foster is by far the best professor at MC. I took him for BA 101 and BA 210. He takes what you learn in class and applies it to real world practices so his students can better understand what he teaches. He has a sense of humor like no other professor i have had, and you can tell he absolutely loves his job. Take any class he teaches!!

He is Nice, I took the ss during the Summer I, He gave us files, which I printed and I didn't need to buy the $100.00 book. He has lots of related stoies that intetain you dung e class. I highly recomand him.

I took this class in summer I. I know nothing about statistics before this class. Don't worry about it. He can explain everything clearly. Besides, he can make a statistic class very interesting. No textbook needed, no attendance required, five tests total. If you read the notes and go to class,you will get a very grade.Best professor ever!take him

He also gives you all the notes you need, so you don't even need to buy the book. We never used it. Take his class, you won't regret it!

Foster is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject matter, and can convey this knowledge in a very relatable way. He also has numerous life lessons he will sometimes extoll and these are some of the most insightful things I have ever heard. 10/10 would take again.

Professor Foster is a grade professor. I would recommend taking him for Business Statistics. At first I thought it was going to be hard but when Pro. Foster explained each concept, I was able to understand. Plus he's really nice and gives advice to his students. I highly recommend

He def. is an entertaining professor with all his stories. He has an insight knowledge about the business world and great to talk to if you have any questions regarding your major or future. Prof Foster is a great instructor. I had a pleasure coming to every class and listen to him with an open mouth. All his stories are great examples in order to understand how economics works. Everything we needed to know was from his lectures. He said he was going to retire in the summer of 2014. Take him now.

Foster is an amazing Professor and it's incredibly unfortunate that he's retiring this Summer. I'm glad I took EC105 when I had the chance. He loves to teach from the heart about his experiences in life concerning economics which keeps students interested in his lectures.

I loved this class. Dr. Foster makes you feel way better about speaking in front of a lot of people. He almost inspired me to change my major because I did so well. I would definitely take this again.

Prepared packets for each class, which was required reading for the tests. Wants his students to succeed, and does all he can to help them. Not an easy A, but if one does the reading and practices at home, there is no reason not to succeed.
