He is quite possibly one of my favorite profs. You will learn more from him and his lectures than the books in the course. You havent been a student at WSU if you havent had him.

I loved him. EXTREMELY easy grader. everyone in the class got an A!!!! One of my fave. profs ever!

Doesn't believe in books! WHOO HOO! AND gives you websites for CHEAP books...oh...and he has fun classes too :D

Took this class online. He was very helpful and I enjoyed the discussions.

His classes are great because you learn a lot, but they are easy. The key is this: TURN THE PAPER IN ON TIME. Even if you feel it is birdcage-floor material, TURN IT IN ON TIME. Barring bad grammar/wrong length, you'll get 100/100.

Great teacher. Very interesting to listen to. Easygoing and laidback. Do the assignments and you'll get a good grade.

OH MY GOD, a prof who keeps his opinions to himself and teaches material. The Poli Sci department should fire everyone else and hire 10 more of this kind of guy

Take this guy! You do the work, you get an A, it's literally THAT EASY! He'll tell the same stories over and over, and the classes are usually more likely to put you to sleep than teach you something useful, but who cares?! You get an A!!

This teacher is one of the best at Wright State.He is very interesting and very intellectual!! Wright State needs more of him

Dr. Morisette is a very interesting teacher. His lectures relate to his life through is stories, but everything is relevant. I would highly recomend him. His classes are easy as well.

He is a brilliant man. Show up, listen, turn your paper in on time, and you will be fine. Look forwards to taking more classes from him. Interesting stories.

As I go along with my other classes at WSU, I realize just how cool Dr. Morrisette is. I mean, I knew he was cool to begin with, but damn... he's straight up. He doesn't BS you at all.

I think you would actually have to try to get anything lower than an A in his class. He actually lets you think. If you show up and do your work, you're fine. He was interesting for honors pls.

When he says you have to work to get something other than an A, he means it. If you put in even a shred of effort, you'll EASILY walk out with an A. Awesome guy, absolute breeze of a class, I recommend him highly.

THE best professor at WSU. He teaches you by forcing you to think for yourself about the issues. As long as you do your papers, put some thought into them& turn them in on time, you should easily get an A. He makes you want to learn the material. I've taken him 3 times & recommend him for anything!

Decision making is the best class ever! Take any course you can with Morisette. I hope he is still around next year so I can take PLS 205 and UH 400 with him! Actually makes class very interesting, especially with his interactive activities. Best prof I have ever had, and I've had people like Doom.

Dr. Morrisette is an excellent professor. He teaches you to think, not just to memorize information. He is not overly difficult, but does have certain expectations of his students. He is, overall, a great teacher. I would recommend him to anyone.

Guy is the best professor I have ever had, makes the material very clear as to what is going on finals, etc, plus if you turn in your paper and it is longer than he wanted, your going to get an A, guy is an easy A, take him where available.

Quite possibly the most amazing professor ever. Not only are his classes easy, they are always interesting. He's an easy grader, too.

This guy is amazing. I wish I had the chance to take more classes with him. Just turn in the paper on time, make sure it's long enough, and looks like it was written when you were halfway conscious and you will get a 100%. Exam reviews are given immediately before the exams are passed out! Very interesting lecturer and story-teller. Take him!

I really am not a war type person but he made the class so that despite the 3 hour length it was not at all a pain to go to

The class was UH202 Decision Making. He is an easy professor. You will not fail his class. If you do fail, something is definitely wrong with you. Very informative and fun! Though he repeats some of his anecdotes, Morrisette is one fo the best professors here in WSU.

Very easy, but entertaining. Responds more to you as you demonstrate that you're intelligent, and not just some schmuck. Is capable of taking criticism - and acknowledging his mistakes. Very laudible for that.

he was an awesome teacher. u'll actually understand what's going on. I don't really have an interest in pls but he made it interesting. Tests are easy. go to class and he will give u the test questions and answers. pay attention and u'll be fine!

He makes class fun, and he lets you out early from his 3.5 hour classes, at least he has both times I've taken him. Just finish the work assigned and you'll ge an A. I wrote my paper in 1 day and got a 100/100. Turned in my project a day late and got 100/100. And got a 200/200 on the group project. Fun, by far my favorite professor at WSU!

Best prof on campus. Makes classes fun and easy. All teachers should model him. All you have to do is DO the work, and turn it in. You know its easy when first day of class he says" your going to have to TRY to get a bad grade in my class." Awesome, TAKE HIM for EVERYTHING

If you get a B in his class, you should be ashamed of yourself. All you have to do is do the work, put some effort into it, you'll get an A. He wants to enlighten you...not just bog you down with b.s. busy work.

Highly opinionated, but entertaining and interesting. Knows material very well. Very good at keeping class involved. Grading is absurdly lenient -- professor is an easy A, but that doesn't mean he won't make you think. Recommended.

Kind of boring but super easy. A righty & slight warmonger who hates Lincoln Chafee with a passion. Respectful of lefties in class though. Grades generously on papers; just have a point, & spell it out in a grammatically correct way, & you'll be fine. Some points lost for missing class, but you can afford to miss a couple classes & still get an A.

Decision Making sounded a little questionable at first, but Mr. Morrisette's teaching style online and the discussions and articles given to us over WEB CT made it quite an interesting and thought-provoking class. Easy A, but you really do learn a lot, so double awesomeness! Definitely Recommend!!

I took this class online. He seemed to base grades on completion which was amazing since the class was about third world politics, something I have no interest in. I am planning to take another of his classes next quarter

I really enjoy this class. I'm currently taking it online and he gives you full credit just for doing the work. He is also very helpful, and going into this class I had no interest, but I have actually learned a great deal! I definitely reccomend you taking him for the online class!

Took online course over the summer, really interesting topic, Sci-Fi and Government. I had no experience with political science before and wasn't even a big sci-fi reader, but this class was awesome! I had a lot of fun with it, and you can really tell that Dr. Morrisette enjoys what he does. I hope I get the chance to take another of his classes!

took over web spring 08 real easy course gives you plenty of time to do discussions and essays

This class is SO EASY!!! Take this online class if you can! All you have to do is complete the assignment, turn it in on time, and you get all the points. There are weekly postings that are very easy, and 3 papers, and a journal you have to keep. EASY 'A' CLASS!!

The online classes are excellent. I'm about to have Dr. Morrisette for the third quarter in a row just because I enjoy his classes so much. They're not necessarily "easy," but they're so organized, you know what's going on at all times. Highly recommended.

This class is really easy as long as you complete all the work and turn it in on time. It's a lot of work, but a "A" is not hard to achieve in this class.

This instructor is awesome! I'm taking his online class right now. Very interactive with the students and knows what he's talking about. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Morrisette is an excellent professor! Sure he is easy, but you also learn things as well. As others have noted, you apply real life situations to the topic at hand. The online format is very nice. Your grade consists of 3 papers, 1 PowerPoint, and 8 discussions. Take all his classes if you can!

If you're looking for an easy online class, then this is it. You have to do four 1-2 page papers, participate in eight discussions on the message board, and keep a journal. As long as you do the work, you will get an A. I wouldn't hesitate to take another course with Dr. Morrisette.

Easy online class! This is definitely a class to take with a full quarter. There were some reading and writing assignments, but, overall, you don't have to stress out about this class. The professor was nice too. What more could you ask for?

This class was online. You have 10 thread posts, 2 short essays (3-5 pages), a mini-case study (8-10 pages), and some journals to do for the class. I did all of my homework the night it was due (every Sunday) and never spent more than an hour on anything but the case study at the end. Easy A!

I don't know how anyone could possibly find him difficult. I took his class online and got perfect scores on every single assignment with minimum effort. A+

Posts are very easy. Papers are fairly easy, kind of a harsh grader on them though. Overall an easy class with minimal effort

This was the most enjoyable class I've taken. He ties everything together wonderfully. Please be sure to converse with him via e-mail outside of assignments. Not only is there opportunities for extra credit but you will learn from him and enjoy the discussions. Aside from the many students who plagiarized Wiki each week, I loved every minute of it.

I took the online section. It was incredibly easy. You just post on the discussion section of Pilot once a week and write 3 papers. It's a very easy A, I highly recommend it. Don't buy the textbook, you don't need it.

One of the easiest classes that I have ever taken at WSU. The whole class is online, all you do are very simple posts and 3 easy papers; you get an A on almost everything as long as you make some effort. Book is highly unnecessary, so don't bother buying it. If you need an easy Gen. Ed. class, register fast for this class because it fills up fast.

It was super easy to get an A in this class as long as you did all of the work. The class was online and he had all the information/assignments up front for you to look at so no surprises and you could plan your own schedule to complete them as long as it was by the due date.

I took the Political Life class online. Has been easy so far. Every week you have to post 1 discussion topic of your own answering the topic questions, and you also have to respond to 1 other persons post. Then there are 3 exams you can take at any time. I haven't taken the exams yet, but so far the class hasn't been rough.

Just read the power points, submit the thread and response on time, and take 3 exams. Easy A!

This was my favorite online class by far. Each week you do a discussionresponse on a political issue. There are also three exams which go straight off the PowerPoint's and a little bit out of the book. This is the class to take if you want that A!

Great class with John summit post and take the 3 exams and sit back and watch your GPA rise.

I took this class online, and it went really well. He makes everything very clear - a discussion post each week, which is not difficult, and 3 tests. Powerpoints given, which the tests are based off of. DO NOT buy the book. Just took this for the credit, but actually ended up enjoying to discussion posts. Take this class if you need the credit!

This class was the easiest class ever! If you want an easy A, take this class. 12 discussion post and three exams. Just because it was easy doesn't mean that I didn't learn anything! I truly did enjoy the weekly discussion post. Do NOT buy the textbook

Class is easy, and John makes it better by interacting with the students' conversations (not something many online professors do). It's an easy A. Discussion posting and reply each week, with three 40 question exams you can do any time before the end of the semester.

I took the online version. Super easy class and very interesting. Powerpoint lectures. Encourages using internet and other resources for exams. Discussion post each week about different controversial topics. Exams are open at all times so you can work ahead. Never opened the book.

Best professor I have ever had at WSU. Took him for online PLS 2510... so easy just answer a discussion (usually opinion) each week and reply to one persons... no tests at all... 3 SHORT papers like one page. One mini case study (8-10) pages but the length is so easy to achieve with the prompt he gives. HE'S AWESOME. Uses Pilot and grades quickly.

Took online Honors Decision Making. I didn't have much direct contact with prof. Class was fairly easy, mostly weekly discussions and bi-weekly papers. Grading criteria was clear and adhered to throughout the semester. Reached out to the professor a few times over questions, he was always quick to respond and helpful. Would take this class again.
