I am taking this class right now and as long as you follow the class lessons, you'll pass the tests. It's the same work. He's great. LAM students shouldn't take him. If you took his class you know what I mean.

I took all of my accounting classes with Prof. Pace. His lessons are easy to understand, he has a great sense of humor, which makes the class interesting. Once you get into Intermediate Accounting, it gets a bit tougher.

He knows and loves what he teaches, and tries to make it interesting. The subject can be dry, so he mixes it with humor. He is more than fair in preparing you for his "totally unfair tests". Too bad he doesn't teach more subjects.

Great teacher and very smart; well, of course, it is because he’s a Yankee fan. Only Yankee fans can be like that. The key to pass his class is, keep working and show interest. If you are a Mets fan, don't scare, you'll pass. He is generous. Take Professor Pace or Weinstein. Don’t scare if tests are hard; you’ll be fine if you just keep working

Just about the most helpful, friendly, nice teacher anyone could ask for. He's there to help and if you put in the effort you will do fine. You can really learn a lot. It's worth trying because the knoledge and helpfulness is better than any top rated business school. Thanks professor.

I LIKE THE WAY HE TEACHES. THE USE OF A TEXT BOOK IS ALMOST NEVER BECAUSE HE GIVES YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND NOTHING ELSE. THE TESTS ARE DESIGNED JUST LIKE THE WORKSHEETS PROVIDED. YOU DO HARDLY ANY HW BUT IT IS COMPLETELY UP TO YOU TO PRACTICE. HE IS FAIR FOR THOSE WHO SHOW INTEREST IN LEARNING.

I wasn't looking forward to the accounting class. I was afraid it would be overwhelming. Prof Pace made it understandable and enjoyable, that's if you can believe accounting can be enjoyable. All questions are answeredin as much detail as it takes to get it into my thick head. I look forward to accounting II in the spring.

after having kutcher i was not looking foward to accounting at all. i am an accounting major and i love pace. hes the best he was so clear and the information was understandable. accounting is not the easiest thing but he explained it clear and gave lots of hand outs to help. tests are right out of handouts and notes numbers just changed around

he was great! Remember, if u will will show up, u will pay attention and listen to him - he will help u out no matter if u will get lower grades on your test. He is taught but good. Worth to take him cause u learn the thing and get a good grade!

Pace is the man. You will not find another teacher better than him. I have had him for 3 semesters, and am taking him again next semester. I highly recommend him, especially if you are pursing a degree in accounting.

the class and teacher are what school should be all about. great teacher, work hard, study and you get a good grade. he is the most fair prof you could get. Whats taught in class is on the test plain and simple. accounting isnt the easiest topic but he makes it understandable. best professor at suffolk hands down. take him for every acc class.

Excellent teacher. Accounting isn't usually fun but he makes the class easy to get through. Organized, gives out lots of handouts for studying and very fair with exams. Taking second class with him now.

Great Teacher! Don't bother buying the textbook, you don't need it. His handouts make it easy to study and he will print out anything you ask him to. Uses a lot of excel. Makes accounting easy and understandable, taking him next semester for acc102

One of the better professors I've come across. He's helpful and will go over stuff repeatedly until you understand. he gives out handout with all the work so that you have study material. He gets a A+++++

Took him for ACC101 & 102 and will be going for 201 with him. GREAT TEACHER. He gives great handouts and explains the material. Has a great sense of humor and I look forward to his class. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! He doesn't bother with it.

Very funny guy, always take notes and pay attention if you want to pass. Study his handouts if you want that A. Otherwise he is pretty cool and funny, this is an accounting professor to take at Suffolk.

If you make an effort to understand the material, you cannot fail. Hard stuff but he gives you exactly what will be on the tests. Study and you will do fine. Never hesitates to answer questions and clarify the material.

I loved him!! You def do have to come to class each week in order to do well in his class. I had him for both ACC 101 & 102. If I had to take another accounting course I would def take him again. His test are exactly his handouts. If you understand what you do in class you should have no problem passing. I would recommend!

Accounting is a hard topic but he is a good professor. His notes are a little confusing at times but all you have to do is ask and he'll try to explain it better. Doesn't ever check homework but you need to attend class in order to learn the material. His tests are exactly the classwork so study! He also gives bonus points on all THREE tests.

Highly recommended, the material can be intimidating, but you have to sit down with the text and read, from that his examples will make sense. His examples cover important points that are covered in the text. He is funny, nice, and will answer all questions. His best friend is excel and will give out many handouts, a folder is recommended.

Great Professor !!! I told him in the beginning accounting is not for me & he understood. He said as long as I try and show some interest I will pass , which I did and I pass. Test are hard but study the worksheets he gives. He loves to joke around but his very helpful and caring. Take him if you love accounting.

Make sure you know your stuff, homework not necessary but helpful. Class will never be boring with him, but he does go a bit quick. As long as you try your best you will do fine.

Would like to take another class with him. He was showed you how to prepare everything using Excel and had lots of hand outs for review.

Overall accounting is just a hard class in general, but he really gets to the point. His tests are exactly what he teaches you, it's just a matter of did you study or not. You may have to go to tutoring, but he lets everyone help each other out. He's really funny too, but sometimes kind of just expects you to know the material

At first I thought I was going to fail. However , I got the first test back and it was a 100. The tests are exactly like the practice problems in class. Just study those and you'll do fine. Another plus is there's no homework . Just 3 NON CUMULATIVE tests. Definitely take him. Already signed up for 102 with him.* Don't buy the expensive textbook

Thank god I took this professor. I couldn't imagine taking anyone else. He gives you great example problems similar to the ones on the test. You have to do them though. He wants you to do well and really helps you out. He will through bonus points on your tests which help. Everyone should take him, except if your a liberal arts major.

Prof. Pace is good, and helpful. I went to his office almost every week whenever I got confused. He is a funny man. The class was enjoyable.

PACE is a great professors. He is hilarious when he talks about the Liberal Arts Majors. He says if you just show an effort in the class and try really hard on the quizzes it is an easy A or B in the class. I would definitely take him again but unfortunately I am graduating in the spring.

Full of energy, Pace really knew how to get the class alert and energized. I definitely would take a different class with this professor. He's pretty awesome and would get the class laughing. It is really important to attend almost all of his classes. What he teaches you would be difficult to understand in the textbook.

Loved Pace. Accounting is a dry subject, but he makes it as fun as it can be. No homework, just 3 tests (noncum). His examples are taken from previous tests so you know exactly what to expect, and he'll go over something as long as you need. Highly recommend attending every lecture for an A, though attendance isn't required. Textbook not required.

One of the greatest professors!! Enjoyed every minute in his class. I could take him over and over again. I am thankful because thanks to him now i am a lot better at excel. Take him and you will see for yourself. You just need to be focused and be willing to learn, If you do that he will take notice. I was blessed to have him twice a week.

One of the best professors I have taken. He wants his students to succeed and gives a review sheet for all of the tests. If you do the review sheet and ask questions of what you don't understand it definitely easy to do well. Not only is he funny but he makes accounting interesting. I took all of my accounting classes with him. 10

Professor Pace is a great professor. He just give you couple of homework in the all semester. My first grade was 67, the second was 81 and 90 for the third one. The tests are hard but If you need extra help He'll be happy to help you. He doesn't offer extra credits but if you ask for it, He will give it to you. Good luck!

He's a good professor. Helps a lot will give you copies of examples from the board. He's hilarious and he will notice if a student is trying ,so it's not even difficult to pass his class unless you show no work at all.

Pace is an awesome professor! I took Corporate Finance with him, which involves alot of Excel.I never understood Excel until I learned from him. Explains everything clearly, and is very funny. Recommend him most definetly!

Pace is an amazing professor. But he makes you work for it. He works a lot with Excel, but it's really useful to learn because it makes doing accounting assignments easier. Definitely recommend taking Pace!

Outstanding. He provides hand outs, and explains things a lot better than others. The class is heavy, so if your going to hate the class its the subject material. Tests are the main thing in his class. However, if you do well and study, its easy to get over 100 as the average of the tests. Easy A.

Hes funny hes caring and will do his best to help you i went to his office hours every single time I didnt understand something and he helped me till i got it. Accounting is a hard subject and he makes it easy i would take him over and over highly recommend him!

Professor Pace was the best professor I have had so far. He is hilarious and caring. He treats everyone as an equal. Plus he gives out a lot of extra points for the exams. On the final you're allowed to your notes. There are only 3 exams including the final and if he gives homework which is rare he doesn't collect it.

Class was all on excel, goes overs everything on the exam and awards extra credit. Very fair professor.

You have to work for your grade. He gives extra credits and helps you after class. He works the problems out for your and sends the excel sheet afterclass. The tests are the similar to the class work and he tells you what to study for. You really have to study the work or you wont pass. No textbooks.

Great professor! Anyone who tells you different didn't work for their grade. Make sure you pay attention when he goes over the problem in excel because it's the same exact problem on your exam only with different numbers. He's hilarious and easy going in class. As longest you try, he will work with you and pass you. I was legit scared and wanted to withdraw the class, and he didnt let me. He passed me with an amazing grade.

I participated by far the most, and I was his favorite. He almost entirely ignored people who didn't. So if you're someone who doesn't want to be called on randomly, you will like that. His class is not difficult but it does require work.

Great professor, very personable. Outlines the coursework material needed to pass exams during his lectures but it's up to you to study and practice. He can go a bit quickly at points, but all lessons are posted on his youtube, and there are examples of each problem that he provides that you can study with. If you show up to class you'll be fine.

Pace was a wonderful professor. He always made everyone laugh and was not a harsh grader at all. Accounting isn't my best subject, but I passed the class because I always showed up and put effort in. You don't need to understand the work, he will pass you as long as you show him you care.

He is a great Professor, that lends the extra hand for his students. There's no homework given, unless you don't finish the work in class. I had trouble understanding the material he stayed after class for an extra 30 minutes reviewing what I didn't understand. As long as you communicate with Senor Pace you will succeed in his course.

Its a hard class with a great professor. He teaches the course well and helps you in anyway possible. Its almost impossible to fail, someone tried to drop but he wouldnt let them. He doesnt collect hw but if you do it he adds extra points to the test. 3 exams and theyre based/almost identical to the classwork. Come to class and "try" and youll pass

The class I had with him was Accounting 101 fully online, only thing I had to do was five homeworks spread throughout the semester, and he did not care how late we had them in he graded them no matter. He is very understandable, and has great communication, and in his instructional videos, explains everything very well.

Professor Pace is the best! he is really good at what he does so it is hard to follow along sometimes but he will help you if you have any questions. As long as you are trying your best and coming to class he will help you pass. The exams weren't so bad, not a lot of HW

Professor Pace's ACC101 class is challenging but manageable. Attend lectures, do the work, and use resources like the free textbook and unstuckstudy - it'll really help you succeed.
