GREAT CLASS EASY A!I took this class for a summer term.He is very helpfull and inteligent.He knows what he is talking about.Just dont miss his class b/c u will miss important information.U might have a little problem with his accent,but it will only takes a few days to get used to it.I got an A is his class. I recomend this class to everyone.

He is a great teacher, very smart! If you really want to learn Biology, take him as your teacher! His tests are a bit tricky but overall he is a great teacher! He should have been a doctor, and if so, then he would have been one of the best doctors!

Will answer questions after class. Gives extra credit. No research-paper necessary. Tests are tricky (mult. choice, T/F, matching). Highly recomend!

If you want to get into nursing school and learn the material chase for this professor. He is one of the best teachers out there, easy to understand and also very witty : ) go to class and most importantly take notes. He gives extra credit and is willing to help out if you're struggling. Highly recommended. I got an A!!

makes class super interesting he knows his material very good at explaining and makes sure you understand or else he wont continue until the class and him are on the same page, the course is difficult but all you need is his powerpoints and MAKE SURE YOU TAKE NOTES in class and you'll pass you dont need the book but it helps

I was very apprehensive about taking anatomy class but Mr. C made this class very enjoyable and I actually learned alot. If you are a person that is coming back to college after a long time I would definitely tell you to take him for anatomy or any other course. Best science professor I have ever had.

He is a great teacher! I'm currently taking his summer 2 Anatomy class & even though this class is very hard, he really helps you get through it. He provides notes and reviews and will go over material until you understand. I dont think you need the book but it does help you comprehend the material better. I would definitely recommend him!:)

Go to class cause he tells you what is going to be on the test during lectures. Gives extra credit on some tests and extra credit in the end of the semester! He is an excellent professor! he's funny and tries to engage the class in lecture. his class is not easy but he will try to make everything clear for you in words you understand make note of stuff he says are going to be on tests and you'll do good :)

I took this class as a hybrid. He was the lab professor and I had a different online instructor of the lecture part. He is straight forward and clear. You will know exactly what to expect. We had one mid-term and one final. He prepares you well and his teaching style was comfortable. Don't just memorize the color of the slides-won't do you any good

Look NO FURTHER. He has to be the best anatomy and physiology teacher EVER. I have made A's in all of his lab practicals and A's and high B's on his lecture exams. He is open to your questions and gives extra credit! Funny and keeps the class excited on topics as well!!

I really enjoyed his class and learned a LOT. He's clear, concise, & tells you which areas to focus the most on for tests. He presents complex information in a very understandable and memorable way. His pacing is spot on. You will have to work for an A...tons of memorization, but I couldn't ask for anything more in a teacher!

I enjoyed his class. He is straight forward. Gives out quizzes which shows you what to expect for an upcoming test. Just print PP, take notes and read book. if you do all this you'll do fine.

He is a funny,and smart indian guy. He uses real word examples and repeats himself in order to help us understand clearly. No his accent never had a big effect on my learning. I am not able to take him this semester for A&P 2 but I recommend him for any class you can.

Cherukara is a GREAT professor. I had him for 2401, 2402, & 2420. He makes sure everyone has a thorough understanding of the subject, and is very easy to understand. Tests are based over what he teaches in the class. (no surprises)And to help things out he's a very funny guy. LOL

His A&P class is fun to attend and easy to understand. He makes sure we understand all the material before moving on in the course.

Took him for both A&P 1 and 2. Amazinggg teacher who is really helpful and is clear about his lecture. Print the notes and bring them to class he often tell you to make a note of something if it will be on the test and 9/10 times it is! Take him, I made a A in both classes.

Cherukara was one of the best teachers I've ever had. He is not there for the money, he is there to help the students to succeed in future. He I the best in the department. If you want to really learn A&P, take cherukara but if you want an super easy teacher don't take him because you have to listen in class and learn to do good in his class

TBH 100%, he enjoysloves his job which makes lecture 10x better bc he smiles all the time. His lectures are interesting but the class is too long, i get sleepy after 50 minutes. His review has nothing to do with the test, only like 40% of it. You do need your book. He likes to trick and mix up the words of the question so be careful. HIS LABEASY

I had to take A&P 2 for a second time because the professor I got was really. Cherukara is the best!!! He is so easy to listen to and is test are pretty much from his powerpoints and stuff he emphasizes in class. Few quizzes and he also gives an extra credit towards the end of the semester. If you see him for any other classes, TAKE HIM!!!

I took Mr. Cherukara for AP 2401, 2402 and Microbiology. He is a wonderful professor. Making an A in his class is very possible, if you as a student put in the effort. Mr. Cherukara drops one lowest quiz grade, gives bonus points (quiz), and also gives an opportunity to write bonus paper to raise final grade. He keeps his lecture interesting.

If you need to take Anatomy, you must take Mr. Cherukara! He has great lectures in both lab and lecture. For his Lecture, study the powerpoints and you'll get an A on both the quizzes and tests. You don't need to buy the textbook. For Lab, I highly recommend buying the lab manual. It will be your best friend when studying for the 3 practicals!

He's such a hilarious guy, I look forward to his lectures!! it is human anatomy so you obviously need to apply yourself and study a lot to obtain a high grade, but he really cares about his students and lets you know he's there for you. gives several test hints so you need to show up to class and listen. clear grading criteria. awesome teacher!

Perfect teaching. Pay attention to his lectures and study his PowerPoint and this will be an easy way to get 'A' in his class.

He makes sure all his students understand material, but his test questions can be a little tricky. His lectures involve A LOT of material (100+ slides.) Make sure you read the textbook thouroughly, and take advantage of all the materials he provides you. His labs are amazing, he walks around the room showing each student. Overall great prof.

I took Mr. Cherukara for both A&P lab and lecture. He is very friendly and accessible outside of class. His lab is easy (as easy as a lab can be), as he goes through the material thoroughly and clarifies any questions. Lectures are heavy in A&P lecture (obv), but he will make sure you get help if needed. The class is hard, but great instructor

he is an amazing teacher in a sense where he explains everything to where it's easily understood and really cares for his students, he's not there for the money. lab was easy however i found his lecture to be very difficult, tests over small details in the book. i studied the textbook almost every single day and just barely made an A in the class.

Take this Professor! I took this A&P course during Summer I, and the course load was DAUNTING; but Prof. Cherukara made the class very easy. He goes into great detail in the labs and lecture and tells you what's going to be on his tests. I would highly recommend him.

He is a great teacher, however, that does not mean he is easy. It is very possible to make an A in his class, but you MUST read from your textbook about 3-5 hours a day, at least. He is funny, caring, and shows "tough love" to all his students. You will learn a lot and you will have to work hard for an A in any of his classes, guaranteed.

Few weeks in his class and am already into the course. A & P is diffcult on its own but he made it fun & easy. He explains thoroughly with concise examples. He is a GEM, knows his stuff & ensure student get along both in class & lab. DO NOT SKIP CLASS, DO NOT BE BUSY WITH PHONE, DO NOT FAIL TO NOTE HIS POINTS, hence you wont do good in the class.

One of the best teachers at wcjc!! He makes anatomy fun and will make sure you understand the content. It is a+p so it has a certain level of difficulty, but as long as you put in the time to study you will pass. He is a very sweet man who wants to see his students succeed. I highly recommend taking him!

This guy is so smart and also cares a lot about his students. Makes information easy to understand and goes over it multiple times in order for you to understand. Don't ever be on your phone in his class, he hates that, and you might miss something important. LOVED him, his jokes, and his class.

I liked Professor Cherukara for A&P 1 better than A&P 2. We had more extra-credit, especially on the quizzes. The first test was exceptionally hard, it was supposed to cover 4 chapters, but only one chapter was emphasized on the test. Also, I wish he would announce quizzes earlier. I love Professor Cherukara but I'm not loving A&P 2.

Study Powerpoint notes for exams and make an easy A. For the lab, just study his lab handouts. Took his class for ANP 1, ANP 2, and Microbiology.

I had him for microbiology and now I am in A&P 2 with him, I will not say this class is an easy A you do have to study however, if you study the powerpoints he goes over in class you will do amazing!! Labs are easy and at the end of the semester he gives you the opportunity to do extra credit. 10/10 recommend!

Had Mr. C since Spring '17 for AP 1 but dropped the first time. I retook him again Fall 2017 & ended up with a B. Spring '18 for AP 2, I am not doing well but do believe I could at least get a C. Didn't know why he started doing the quiz late & why he put old info on second exam. Was unfair. I'm thinking about Gadkari (lec) and him for lab now.

A&P is obviously a very hard class. Professor C made lab very easy and he repeats himself so we understand the material. The lecture however was very difficult. A lot of studying is needed. He also gives 6 quizzes and drops 1. I didn't use the book since the power points are helpful. I recommend taking him, he's very funny and nice :)

Mr. C is my favorite teacher, took him for both AP1 and AP2 and made A+ gives 6 quizzes, 4 lec exams, 1 final and an extra credit paper. make sure you do not miss class as he tells whats gonna be on the exams in class. do the extra credit, it will help your final average. just study the powerpoints and lab manuals and you will be glad you took him

If you want his class, register at midnight because it fills up before MORNING (7AM). Do not bother to buy textbook or lab manual, he has his own modified powerpoints and manual. Do not focus on your phone in class because you will miss out important info. do his extra credit, it will help bring up your final average (say 77 to 80). TAKE HIM

He is a really passionate professor for anatomy. I took his lecture and lab, both had contents to study. But with the help of his lecture notes and power points I got an A. You will not regret his class even if you accidentally take him.

Mr. Johnson tries his best to make his lessons relatable. He always says you don't have to come to class but you'll do better if you do. I had the textbook and it helped somewhat, but listen to his lectures and focus on his PowerPoints.

This is the lab instructor you want. Class fills up fast because he's that good. Hes VERY clear and literally walks the class holding models pointing out the tiniest vein or nerve, making sure every person sees what he talking about. Take him you wont regret it.

The best science teacher by far. His class does fill up super fast so you have to watch for class opening schedules. Everything on his tests are from the powerpoints.

I have taken him for A&P 1 and Microbiology. He is great!! Teaches you exactly what you need to know to pass his test. He doesn't sugar coat anything. He talks to you like your important and not just as a student. He truly cares if you pass or not but you must do your work to pass.

Mr. C is one of the best teachers I have taken! He is very specific on what content he tests on during his lectures and his labs. He cares and is always willing to help when you need it. He gives quizzes, but he always gives you a heads up when it is, and he gives extra credit at the end of the semester. He also curves as well. I recommend!

I rarely used his textbook but I recommend it for anyone who hates science and needs time understanding it. His lectures are half writing notes and half paying attention cause he tries to make it as clear as possible. Pretty cool and if youre great at science itll be easy to pass his class. If not then just try and read through ppts and textbook.

I took him for micro and he's hands down the best and easiest for lab. His lecture is hard, but if you work hard and show him that, he'll do what he can to get you that A. He won't let you get a B if you had one bad test. He's amazing and truly cares about his students.

Took him for an online lab course. Pretty straight forward, 3 lab practical exams (match the picture with the body part). Only thing is you have 15 minutes for 25 questions. Not too bad, but a little rushing. Otherwise, study the given quilts (direct questions from the practical tests) and you'll do just fine.

One of the greatest professors you’d ever take. He is gives good examples to make ideas more clear, helpful, and all his exams are lecture based. STUDY and you will definitely do good. He gives extra credits and very sweet! Also textbooks are not needed but still helpful and attendance is not mandatory but is needed to have a good grade!

I recommend taking him in person. He gives lots of extra points on every quiz and test which can bump you up from a low grade to a higher grade. He is very nice and caring. He tells you what to focus on so it is easier to study and those exact questions show up on the test. Definitely take him!

*both lecture and lab* amazing teacher. the class is more enjoyable if you participate. info is all laid out for you. the only downside of this class is that it's a lot to take in, but that's just anatomy; not hard, just a LOT of information. quizzes are 10-15 qs, tests 50+. will curve grades, but dont expect it to carry you. Amazing professor and a fun lab. He takes his time with his class to ensure everyone understands the material being taught. His practicals are very easy if you study and he usually offers 2 extra bonus questions for all his practicals. He is interactive with his students and offers a variety of study aids.

Mr. Cherukara is by far the best professor I have had in my last 2 years of college. I am so glad I picked him to be my A&P Professor because he has an amazing teaching style and gives hints on what may be on the lecture and lab exams. I sure am going to miss his class and sure wish he could be my teacher for every other class. Take him!! :)

Professor Cherukara is an easy professor for A&P! His visual aids and thorough topic reviews make learning A&P easy. Plus, there are plenty of chances to improve grades. Occasionally, he revisits certain topics to get your memory jogging which I found helpful. He also gives you plenty of hints for what would be asked on a test or a quiz.

If you like stress take him. If you like 200 slides for 10 question quiz take him. NO REVIEW! But very visual examples which makes him a good teacher.

I liked him as a professor! The lectures were sometimes hard to get through but he has it all posted on brightspace. Very understanding and gave hints on tests & quizzes (curves everything) A LOT of studying but does not make study guides.

He is a great professor and loves what he teaches. However, his PowerPoint are large and paying attention is necessary to succeed. He is willing to help if you need extra help and overall, a&p2 wasn't insanely difficult with him. He has all the resources you will need online. I took Cherukara for A&P 1 and 2, and he was a nice professor! It's a very lecture heavy class with a lot of info but it's doable if you study! He gives hints on what's going to be on assignments & curves everything. At the end of the semester theres an extra cred. assignment worth 2%.He knows it's a hard class and you can tell he wants you to pass

The tests are not hard but there's a lot of material to cover. There's a lot of reading and studying that you have to do if you want a good grade, but he will make sure to let you know what will be on the test so it's easy to figure out where to put the effort and what isn't as important. Also make sure you're on time for his class!

Although A&P is a lot of material, he is able to simplify difficult concepts! He offers helpful resources in order to ensure the success of his students, and I am excited to take him next semester!
