THE BEST!! Ms.Davies is a great teacher, explains the work thorough.She gives ample opportunities for you to review and retake quizzes. She really is a great teacher. The class was a little rocky at first. I think some bad students were being selfish and obnoxious overall and as a result, she stressed. But I stuck it out and focused on the end goal and things became more relaxed. She helped me understand math, and I'm grateful to her for that. Recommended.

Professor Davies is a straight shooter. She is straight forward and tells you what she expects. Some people take that as being brash but she's just being honest. Prof. Davies really cares for all of her students and does everything humanly possible to help them pass. Just show up, do the required work, and you will pass!

Straight shooter, tells you everything you need to know, so listen because she will not repeat herself. I loved that she wouldn't take time away from the whole class because of a few needy ADD students. She knows some great little tricks to help make math easier and will drop your lowest HW and Quiz.

She is there to teach you and that is what she does. No games or funny jokes with her, she is about teaching. Very helpful and constantly asking students do the need assistance.

A personalized tutor in class? YEAH!!! She constantly walks around the room to see if you need assistance. Once a week there are also mini-lectures. ALEKS is bad but I like the set-up.

After being out of school for a while, I was terrified to be enrolled in a math cIass. This professor eased those fears. She gives her best when instructing a class. Her expectations are clear from the start of the course and she does not bend from them. Come to class and do your work!!!!

She is the best at teaching math than I have ever had. She may be hard but she really is the best. What you learn in class since she does so many examples for every lesson and in your homework will be on the multiple choice tests. Come to class on time, pay attention, and do your work if you want to pass this class.

Leave your excuses for another class. You will earn your grade. If you're looking for an easy A, it won't happen because she's passionate about you learning the content. Very patient. Respect her course & you will pass. Slack off, you fail.

This class prepares you for college level math courses. You will know your work by the end of the semester. Do all of your assignments and you will pass with knowledge. She has in-class reviews before the exams. Don't expect favoritism. She is fair to all.

Professor Davies was impressive. She is patience and takes her time to get you to pass if you are making an a true effort. Do all of your assignments without excuses. She follows and abides by the course syllabus tooth and nail. Her classes are not as stressful as you think.

This professor helped me understand math. You have to be in class, as long as you pay attention & take notes you are good. Do not miss class because you will get behind on so much and it will be difficult to catch up. She made the class bearable.

I liked this math class because it was blended and Professor Davies was really nice. I liked that she gave us more time with assignments. We didn't have a whole lot of tests.

My neighbors sent a search party out for me because they haven't seen me - I told them I was ok but on Math Lockdown. It's been a challenging class for sure but the thing that helped me the most was telling myself that "If others can do this so can I". Thank you Professor Davies for believing in me.

Professor Davies is an excellent teacher. She is very patient with me she explains her work very well she keeps everything in a professional matter It is a little harder for me to grasp it however she never complained she has her own style that I can relate to . Im very happy to be in her class she is an awesome teacher

This is a one-of-a-kind professor. Don't take her for granted. If you do not put forth the effort, she will fail you-might I add "with a smile." Goes above and beyond to provide students with help and is pretty clear on what she wants and expects.

This is the best Math teacher I have had. She is very effective and proficient. I learned a lot from her and she made me embrace Math. She simplifies everything in order for the student to easily grasp the topics.

Professor Davies made my reintroduction to math bearable. Her class challenges you to know the content. The content is a lot to learn with at least 5 hours of online math homework every week. She does a great job explaining and breaking it down.

AWESOME teacher!! She teaches in a way that helps you to learn the material. Purchase the required course materials, use your assignment sheet, and do all of your work on time by following the directions given . I would take her for more classes if she was available. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Professor Davies is a very knowledgable professor. Doesn't mark late work, nor will she answer emails that are questions that were covered in class which is understandable as she covers all things multiple times in class and encourages you to ask questions in class so you won't have to ask later. Teaching style is harsh but for your own benefit.

Read Syllabus!!!!! Because she will not read your email if its something that is in included in your syllabus!

Professor Davies has rekindled my love for math! The weekly 5 hour ALEKS requirement is easy to meet, but she is a stickler about showing all your work on homework even if it is something you can easily do in your head. But it IS math, so it's understandable! Any emails to her were promptly answered. Hope to have her for other math classes!

This professor is fast paced. Sometimes she will have a tone if you ask questions. At first the tone bothered me but being in her class I have come to realize that she has no bad intentions. What is expected of you is very clear.
