Doctor Neill is tough, but you do learn a lot in his class. If you are in college to be educated take his class, because you can learn quite a bit. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS!!!! DO NOT DO IT!! The only notes you are given were wrote by him and are super wordy and unprofessional. 3 exams and 3 quizzes ONLY. People constantly got 50% or worse on the exams and if it weren't for all the extra credit he gave, I would not have passed.

one of the worst teacher I have ever had, he was very rude and unhelpful all throughout the course. His online course is made up out of 3 exams and 3 quizzes, He also adds 3 Extra Credit assignments. He gives out a bunch load of reading and a couple of videos and that's all you will get from him all semester. Horrible professor.

And dont expect to get any decent notes as anything he writes down and presents is unreadable.
