I am in the minority I guess, but I found him very difficult to understand at times, I did not feel I had adequate notes to grasp the material. He wasn't totally mean, but intolerant of late work. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is important you go--otherwise you get a 0 on assignments. The class was boring, but necessary for my major.

Gulledge is an awesome professor. There are quizzes which are usually given after class about the lecture.(really easy essay that will boost your grade so make sure you come to class to take those) There are essay test which he gives out a week before it's due. These essays are VERY challenging so make sure you thoroughly explain everything.

I had Dr. Gulledge for 5 classes at CCU and he was fantastic in all of them. He is extremely helpful if you approach him with respect and courtesy. From the last person's comments (poor grammar and spelling) I would bet they were more at fault for their experience with Dr. Gulledge than he was. For my part, I wish he was still here.

Best professor at DSC. Great lectures, very laid back and conversational. Great answers to questions. His courses are not easy because he expects you to learn something to get a good grade. If you don't want to learn maybe college isn't for you.

He didn't dump lots of busy work on us during the switch to online instruction like my other professors did. He communicated often and made the material very understandable. He responded to my questions quickly and made the best of a bad situation. I hope to take him for face-to-face courses in the future.

Professor G is a fantastic lecturer! I genuinely looked forward to going to class because the lectures are interesting. This is the type of course you have to study for, and he does study guides, but you defiantly need to read the textbook. His tests are HARD but dowable if you study and read the textbook. You only have four grades so STUDY!

Dr. G is an excellent lecturer and story teller. His classes are very organized and entertaining. He expects you to read the book and take good notes. After all, this isn't middle school, and he expects you to learn something. He is very clear about being fair to everyone; which mean that the rules apply to everyone equally, late is late!!!

PSYC 4825 History & Systems: Dr. Gulledge teaches many of the classes I have to take to graduate. He is good as a person, but his lectures are very long, monotone, and boring. He crams a ton of information into powerpoints during his lectures and whatever he does not put in the powerpoint will be in the textbook. The tests are difficult.

Great lectures and connection to other historical events. I learned so much about psychology and history in this class. I had no idea how much impact historical, and personal, events had on psychology. It all makes so much more sense now. We should be required to take this course much sooner!!!! Great job Dr. Gulledge!!!!!!

I am about to graduate from DSC. I had Dr. Gulledge for Research, Design, and Analysis I & II, History and Systems in Psychology, I/O, and Capstone. If you want to pursue a graduate degree, he is not to be missed. He literally changed my life. I was lucky enough to work closely with him, and there is so much that he does that goes unnoticed.

Very knowledgeable and provides great responses to questions, one of my favorites. If you don't want to learn something, look elsewhere. He has a great sense of humor, but he's on a pretty high level, you might miss it if your aren't paying attention. I agree, he's easy on the eyes and a nice guy too.

He is one of the best psychology teachers. Even though he only teaches 8am classes, his attendance isn't mandatory. If you don't show up to class you will be behind but his tests and quizzes were online. If I had to take psych 1101 again I would definitely take him again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Online class had weekly discussion threads and quizzes, midterm, and final. He provides PowerPoint slideshows tied with the chapters, but 99% of test questions came from the textbook so I quit viewing the PPs and didn't struggle. Clear expectations set and his discussion prompts were thought-provoking. The whole course is very interesting
