Great professor. Attendance sometimes but he has a good sense of humor and makes the lectures fun

Professor Lezon might be the most chill professor I've had. He gave two 20 point extra credit assignments at the beginning of the semester. He is very good at keeping students' attention while lecturing. He is very understanding and knows his students have lives outside of class.

Professor Lezon is one of the best professors I have ever had! So long as you show up to class and pay attention to the lectures (he will pull things he says that aren't in the slides for exams), you will get an easy A in the class. He's very easy to work with.

Professor Lezon was very funny making the lectures easier to follow. Exams were easy as long as you payed attention during the lectures. He gave multiple extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. I would absolutley recommend Professor Lezon.

He really trys to make concepts applicable to real life. Always willing to answer questions.

Very few grades, extra credit opportunities, easy class if you do good on exams, exams online, attendance is popcorn attendance so its taken throughout the semester at random times. This semester for my class we only took two but they are 20 points a piece so try not to miss one.

Professor Lezon is a must-take for Walton students. By far the most charismatic and engaging professor I have had, and he genuinely cares for his students. Professor Lezon makes his lectures entertaining, and his class hardly lasts 45 minutes. Overall, I would retake him if I had the chance to.

One of the best professors at UARK! Very funny and makes you want to come to lectures. Tests are pretty easy just take notes and listen to what he says. Wish he would teach every class here at Uark.

Professor Lezon is now one of my favorite professors that I have taken in college thus far. His lectures are always entertaining, and he is an extremely engaging professor. Homework and exams are easy if you go to class, and you can always expect to have a laugh in class from Professor Lezon. He cares about his students and can easily get an A.

Professor Lezon is one of the best teachers I've ever had. He's very interactive with his class and connects to us on a personal level. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. I am nervous to speak to other teachers, but I could sit and have a conversation with him for hours. He's a very interesting guy and very successful.

One of the most understanding and relatable professors I have ever had. He truly cares that learn something and succeed in life rather than just memorizing words off a screen. He is also so funny, constantly keeping the class in an easy mood with jokes.

It is currently a snow day and I am livid because I don't get to go to this class today. His lectures are so engaging and hilarious. I truly couldn't recommend this class more. He seriously is my all-time favorite professor and is so knowledgeable. Attendance is mandatory, but trust me you will want to go to class either way.

He never takes the full time, usually about 45 minutes long.

He is super chill and nice! will do random attendance and all of the test are on lockdown but the camera isn't on! He doesn't give really any homework. I would tell everyone to take this class. His lectures are actually interesting too so it's not bad coming to class.

Lezon is very easy. There's 4 online lockdown exams, a few assignments, and 3 random 20-point attendance check ins. His lectures are worth listening to bc he talks about what will occur in the real business world. There are lots of exam questions that are mentioned in class, so you should go, but you'll want to go anyway! I'd 100% take him again!

Actually one of the best professors at the university. He applies real world knowledge to his lectures, which are never boring. I hardly even get on my phone when I'm in his class. Couldn't recommend enough.

He truly is an outstanding professor. My class time was supposed to be 1 hour and 15 minutes, but he never kept us longer than 30 minutes. He gets straight to the point and uses real-life examples/companies we know in his lecture. Mr. Lezon is great! His lectures are interesting, and he shares a lot of real-world experiences. There are random attendance checks. 4 Exams are about 75% of your grade. However, they are online using respond. Most of the info comes from lectures. There are a few easy assignments. He does round up grades. This is the guy you want for marketing.

One of my absolute favorite professors. He makes his lectures very interesting and easy to follow along. I do not even see the time pass during his class. He really knows his marketing stuff too; he is very experienced and can help you in many ways.

Class is only graded on tests and the 3 times he takes attendance randomly during the semester. 1/4th of the test include questions about his personal life that can only be answered if you pick up on it in class. No other assignments besides 3 exams throughout the semester and there is no final, so there's that.

Hands down, you want him as your marketing professor—100% recommend. He's smart, uses real-world examples, and keeps class interesting. Attendance is random. Tests are fair if you go to class (some Qs come from lecture), but all exams are online. He cares and doesn't waste your time.

I would take Professor Lezon for every class if I could. He is so funny and makes class super enjoyable. I took his class on Tuesday nights at 5:30pm, and we were never in class later than 7pm. He takes attendance a few times throughout the semester, but his tests aren't too bad as long as you look over the in-class notes. 11/10 recommend.

Professor Lezon has easily been one of my favorite professors I have had. He is very entertaining and he makes sure we know what we need to know and uses his experiences and real-life examples to teach. He prepares us very well for the exams and he will add random information he says in his lectures into the exams to make sure you are listening.

He is an excellent professor and knows what he is talking about. His classes aren't hard and the tests can be complex because he asks about particular details from class. He takes random attendance which sucks because I've been to all but 2 classes and one of the classes I missed is when he took attendance.

Lectures are very informative, both in marketing and in real world scenarios. Takes a couple of lectures out of the year to teach about skills that students need in order to by successful in the business world.

There is no mandatory attendance, but he does take attendance randomly, so make sure you show up. His exams also use a lot of information you could only get in class.

I enjoyed this class, the only thing I had trouble with is the exams sometimes had very random and specific questions from the lectures that were not in the notes.

His exams are open note; however, some exam questions are from things he has mentioned in class such as his favorite car or something about a picture on the PowerPoint so it's important to pay attention because sometimes the questions will make up a good portion of the exam. He is really nice but randomly takes attendance worth 20 points.

Professor Lezon is really funny in class and really cares about the content, you can tell he really values his time in class. He's a good communicator but doesn't update the course page super often so you definitely need to be confident in your grade outside of checking it all the time. The best professor at Arkansas without a doubt. Course is only out of 540 points. Missed an A because I didn't attend the outside research project. Super easy and fun class, the only only thing I didn't like was some of the test questions were questions about Lezons personal preferences, which obviously your not taking notes over. But AWESOME dude.

This is a great Professor. He is funny, and he knows what he's talking about. The class is graded basically by test, but they are open note and you have to be a lazy idiot not to pass this class. He also offers lots of extra credit. There is one mandatory research requirement, but as long as you go to the surveys, they're easy participation grades.

While participation wasn't always taken he made his lectures enjoyable and never lasting the full class time making it worth still showing up to class to receive information from lectures that could be on exams.

One of the best professors I've ever had, if not the best. Teaches what's important in the real world and helps students with tips for after graduation.

Professor Lezon is a great instructor with amazing lectures that keep you engaged and make the material easy to understand. He really encourages students to attend class, he explains concepts clearly and keeps things interesting. The assignments are straightforward and manageable, and he also offers extra credit opportunities, which is a huge plus.

Prof Lezon was a great professor one of my faves at the U of A! You need to go to class tho the random attendances will catch up to you if you don't! ALSO stay on top of the required participation studies it says it won't affect your grade that much if you don't do them but it will!!! Overall one of my fave classes at the U of A.

Is a great professor, very caring and enthusiastic! Only took attendance grades twice this semester. Class never went more than 30 min, so I would go. He also gives some exam questions based off what he says in class. Make sure you do the extra credit assignments to keep your grade up since there are barely any assignments outside of exams.

For sure need to be in class because exams are based solely off of material discussed in class with questions on exam regarding opinions and or ideals on products spoken on....in class. Show up, study, you'll get an A or B easily. Funniest professor. Great guy. Say "yes" when he ask something. Don't just nod.

Professor Lezon is a very laid-back professor. His lectures will catch your attention. Attendance is mandatory, but you won't want to miss a class because of how great he is. I highly recommend his class if you have the chance to take it. 10/10!

Mr. Lezon is a very down to earth professor. He makes his students aware to real world things, and encourages us to better ourselves.

He teaches everything very clear and gives real life/world examples which is extremely helpful when comprehending the material. He teaches by reading his power points but he goes into great detail which is very helpful.

professor lezon is clearly very passionate about marketing and doing all that he can so that his students will be successful in the future. the class is basically graded off of four tests and a couple other items such as marketing research labs. he also randomly takes attendance a couple times throughout the semester so make sure to go to class!

Great prof. But the class is very heavy on exams; however, he tries his best to give you hints of what will be on it so you can study for it.

I really enjoy this class and he definitely has the class laughing. The exam's can be difficult if you don't show up to class.

Professor Lezon is a knowledgeable professor and good dude. Your class average is weighted off mainly the 4 exams you have throughout the semester so make sure to study. He doesn't give much direction on how or what to study but I recommend taking notes during lectures and study the slides for exams. Random attendance is taken btw so go to class.

Professor Lezon is a very engaging lecturer. I haven't missed a class yet and study regularly, but I feel confused by some of my exam results. All the exams had formatting issues that made picking the right answer overly difficult, even if you knew the content a question covered. With exams being 80%+ of your grade, this needs to be corrected.

Lezon is one of my favorite Professors I have taken at UARK so far. He talks a lot about the real world and his marketing business when he tries to tie in things from class such as what he encountered on his business trip to China. The worst thing about this class will be exams sometimes ask for obscure things but he often covers these things early

Professor Lezon is great! Make sure you do show up to class because most of his answers for the exams are from lectures. There are also 3 random attendance checks throughout the semester. He doesn't require any textbooks. He provides all the PowerPoints and info you need to prepare you for the exams. I highly recommend him.

Very interesting class. Instead of going over tons of textbook material/slides/notes, he gives examples of marketing situations and experiences that he has been through himself. Prof. Lezon is the funniest professor I have met in my entire college experience. On the first day of class, I thought he was just a candid business professor, but he is super passionate about what he teaches. He wants students to learn from useful real-life examples, and he is more conversational rather than straight book talk. Take his class!

Amazing professor. All of his lectures are so interesting and there's something about a teacher who just knows exactly what he's talking about. It's not technically required to attend, but he does 3 random attendance checks that are hefty on your final grade, but trust me, you are NOT gonna dread going to the class.

I have attended every class and there have still been random questions I don't know the answer to. This makes it kind of hard to get an A in this class.

Lezon is a very fun professor, but if you don't take notes during the lectures you are going to struggle. About a fourth of every exam are just fun facts he wants you to remember. That being said, his lectures are engaging and he will do his best to help you. not my cup of tea though.

This was a very easy class if you just show up and go over the PowerPoint presentations before the tests. You will have to complete three quick and easy marketing study labs for the course. Attendance is taken sporadically and is worth 20 points apiece, so make sure to go!

Great Professor, I actually switched my major to marketing because of him. I will say that he made the tests sound incredibly easy, but they were harder than he let on. His lectures are great and filled with personality, never boring. Lecture and test heavy, so you have to pay attention well. He also only takes attendance 2x so always go.

This is a great class, but unless you learn by listening then don't even consider taking this class. Class is always finished within 30 minutes, but he speeds through slides so fast you can't take notes. He posts the slides so it shouldn't be a big deal right? Wrong... the majority of the stuff on the exam is stuff he only talks about in class.

Jonathan Lezon is one of the best professors I have taken so far at the University of Arkansas. He really cares for his students and has a deep knowledge of the Marketing realm. His lectures are also very entertaining and fun. He is super caring and understanding. I have ever taken. He is on the Mount Rushmore of UARK Professors.

Great professor, genuinely enjoyed his class. But there was like 7-8 total grades in the semester and if you do bad on a test you're screwed, and the tests aren't the easiest.

He creates his own tests which are based only on the lectures (no textbook) and what he says during the lectures. Some test questions will solely be about him, so coming to class is important. He takes attendance only three times throughout the semester, but it is random. He is also funny and makes the lectures enjoyable, even the boring topics.

Professor Lezon's class is fairly easy if you just show up. He respects his students time and keeps his lectures short and quick. There are a few random attendance checks throughout the year and he seems to do them when the least amount of students show up, so be aware of that. I would recommend this class to everyone!

TAKE THE 3 HOUR LONG CLASS. I think the longest this class ever was, was MAYBE an hour. He is hilarious and class is never boring. If you don't take him you are truly missing out. Also lots of extra credit and easy assignments.

Professor Lezon is a relatable professor. Does attendance 3x during the semester for 20 points each. Besides that your grade is just 3 tests and the final, plus a few easy assignments and an in-person study. Also gives extra points for a couple different things, including rating him on this. One of the chillest professors I've had.

Great professor w real world experience!! Most of the grade was on 4 online proctored exams, and the rest were some out-of-class assignments & bonus. He's also super nice & flexible. When I was sick during an exam, he helped me find a time to reopen it, which was completely up to my schedule. He just wants his students to do well. 100% recommend!

Dr. Lezon is passionate about the subject and cares about his students. However, the tests rely heavily on things stated in lecture, and the attendance checks are randomly issued a couple of days out of the semester and have a large impact on your grade.
