Let's just say that he knows his Biology!! His Test are kind of difficult. They come from his lecture slides that he gives during class. He doesnt want you to memorize words or anything he just wants you to remember concepts and apply them. That's the difficult part. Other than his test, the class is pretty easy. SO study and you will do fine!

I have to say that Dr. Lochamy has to be the best prof. that I have ever had. He bends over backwards to teach to every single student in his class. He wants to make sure you understand. Friendly, funny, and knows his biol. I strongly recommend him. The class is very informative and you definately learn lots.

He is excellent techer and very infomative! He never want his students fail his class, and he always give us extra credit! Please take this course so that you will never regreat your choice.

Dr. lochamy seems at first like such a geek and he is but he is really fun and nice. he gives extra credit after a test and in his syllabus he has a whole schedule of the topics that will be covered that whole semester. he puts his slides in the internet so you can be prepared. totally cool guy.

If you don't mind having to study every single night and worry about a pop quiz every day you will love this class. He is a good teacher and he gives extra credit on tests. The quizzes are the only bad part of the class. He is very helpful to all students and he tries to reach people with every learning style. If you are ok w/pop quizzes take him.

Dr. Lochamy is a great teacher. He's a funny guy and makes class enjoyable. He want you to pass and most importantly he wants you to learn something. I respect him and would suggest anyone to take him class. His labs are fun, make sure it's a Friday lab though.

A very dedicated prof. I was terrified with taking a science class, but Dr. L. made it painless. Well almost. His powerpoints are easy to follow and there are no suprises on his tests. Sometimes it is just a little bit too much info to grasp at once, but he gives extra credit. Pop quizes are given for assigned reading. Even though, he is wonderful.

I was dreading science but Dr. L makes it very interesting. He absolutley loves his job and tries his best to make it fun. He gives lots of extra credit and tests come straight from the notes.

This class was so easy. If you do not get a good grade it is because you did not try at all and I mean at all. All you have to do is study the slides and you will make an A. Plus he makes class interesting and gives easy extra credit like going to the Aquarium.

Fun class! But you do have to do a lot of work so prepare to spend some serious time studying the notes. Also, he does not except ANY kind of an excuse so make sure you do everything when it needs to be done! Otherwise - He is a great teacher and you learn a lot in the class! Don't need the book even tho he says you do.

he says his 1403 class is not tough but his 2108 class is not easy essays are killer and covers 5-7 chapers per test but if u r a science major i would recomend taking him he explains the subject really well and if there is something u still dont understand he is always happy to help you out after class or drop by his office and gives ex credit

If you study his notes and pay attintion in class then you should do well. It also helps to use the books CD or web sit. He curves all of his test. Be prepared for the short essys that are on the test. I didn't think they were too hard but a lot of other people did.

Dr. Lochamy is a great professor. He loves to teach and knows his subject well. He always has time to listen to his students. If you pay to learn, you will enjoy his class.

He's a stickler yet he's very helpful. Only thing I have to say is, Essays will kill you so memorize terms!!! He's not impossible but he takes the bite out of the class. Semi-fun if you like silly jokes and are engaging when it comes to this topic. All around, if you really want to ~*learn*~ this topic TAKE HIM!

If you are majoring in Biology and want to do well in it I suggest Lochamy. His tests are hard. Reading the book and coming to class are mandatory. If you want to just slide by in your major class I suggest you not take him. Stay on your grind in his class and you might get a B.

Intresting lectures, three test and exam. The tests have essay portion worth 30 points, always come to class and pay attention he hints on what subject the essay might be on. Read the chapter and take the extra credit quizes it add up and help you be prepared for class. Before the test review the power points. DON'T EVEN THINK OF CHEATING W/HIM.

i think he is a great teacher. It sucks having quizes every monday but its only 5 points each and it help you for you tests. if i were you i would take him because i hated biology before this course and now im actually interested in it. i found myself thinking about things outside of class and relating them to bio which is NOT like me . I thought he was a great teacher. His tests can get confusing, but all you really need is to show up for class and read the notes that he give online. I learned so much from this class and I'm glad I took it :)

Dr. Lochamy is extremely competent, prepared, and willing to help. Nonetheless, I developed an extreme dislike of him over the course of a semester. Theoretically there is absolutely nothing wrong with Dr. Lochamy's teaching, but I developed a negative initial impression that ended up lasting through the semester and will be glad to leave.

Took this in the half semester and is worst class I have had the displeasure of taking. J/K Dr. Lochamy! Actually very good class and he is able to convey course content very clearly. Very clear notes. Tests cover a lot of material though. The class itself is difficult to process, but his teaching style was great. Only two absences allowed. He curves. And his science geekiness is kinda hot.

I should have dropped the class when he talked the first day about how he likes to make the tests impossible to get A's on just so he can be surprised when somebody does. If you take him be prepared to study non-stop if you want an A. He does curve everything, but it doesn't make it any easier.

He is definitely enthusiastic, fun, and very knowledgeable in the topic. It was definitely a changing experience for me because I was challenged by his essays to go beyond what I was accustomed to. I really enjoyed this class. It is not your traditional lecture. A lot of active learning involved. Dr. Lochamy seems to really enjoy teaching Science.

This is a mandatory major class for education. I feel that taking him it is best to take this class in the summer. In order to pass do your work and ask questions. High energy, fun to learn from! He involves students in lecture and labs, so don't expect to space out or skip class- you'll have to work hard for an A, but overall he isn't hard. He is so much into the subject. He knows the subject from the core. His tests are somewhat difficult, but if you study enough you should make at least a B. They consist of two parts, essay and multiple choice. Multiple choice is not too bad, but essay is lengthy. I would recommend taking him if you want to understand biology rather than memorize it

If you have the extra time...take his class. I plan on making an A or B but this class is no joke. You learn a lot which is great but you have to put a 110% effort into the class to survive.You won't be bored during his class. DR.LOC is a good teacher. I must say. I took him for lecture and Lab. He is BEST in LAB. Take good notes. Lecture Well as he would say " READ THE DAMN TEXT BOOK" and study. Great professor. He is very intelligent and able to explain things in such a way that it makes sense. You will have to work to be successful(it is college and not supposed to be easy)and you will definitely understand the material at the end of each unit as long as you pull your weight. (I took the Hybrid 1212 class which I would recommend.)

I had Dr. Lochamy this past summer for an ICSI. I enjoyed his class, not so much the portfolios (BUSY WORK). It was not that hard of a class, although I am a bio turned education major. The class moved at a rapid pace, but as long as your prepared and organized it's fine. Easy to meet with outside of class. Overall good teacher.

Dr. Lochamy is a totally egotistic-awesome professor. You will learn a lot in the class. But only if you put the work and time in to it. Read the book and do the homework. Dr. lochamy's class is not a walk in the park, its more like a military bootcamp. Like being in the military your information will be drilled into your head with an intense portfolio check, quiz every monday,and written exams. This not the class to take if you have a heavy load! By the end of the semester you will understand science!

Great professor. Very smart! Very intense about you learning the material. Not an Easy A, but you get what you deserve. Do not fall behind on portfolio and don't make it busy work. Make it your study tool for the test which are all short answer. Oh and read the test they are almost always 2 question. I got a well deserved B!

If you are interested in understanding the material, do yourself a favor and take Lochamy. He is knowledgeable, helpful, funny (in a geeky way), and his testing/grading is reasonable. You WILL have to put in the work. But if you do, you will be rewarded with good grades and a comprehensive understanding of Biology II. (also: hybrid = awesome sauce)

GREAT teacher! I am currently in my 2nd semester at UGA and I miss Dr. Lochamy! He is definitely the hardest, but the BEST teacher I have ever encountered.Some tips: Actually WRITE OUT THE ESSAYS before the test- I still remember vital info because I wrote them out, take Mastering Biology seriously because it HELPS,and have fun b/c you'll miss him!

Amazing professor! While lazy and careless students will not get a break, anyone who takes the time to work will pass. He truly cares about his students, and wants them to succeed. He is funny, entertaining, and doesn't expect everyone to be nuts over the subject he teaches. He may be a little egotistic, but in my opinion, he deserves to be.

This professor encourages you to think outside of the box. His tests are mostly about application of knowledge and therefore can be challenging. You have to write an essay for each test. If you want an easy A do not take this class. If you want to challenge yourself as a science student this class is ideal.

Cool guy and I really enjoyed his class however the essay styled test and multiple choice was a bit much. Let me say this his class is NOT AN EASY A!! So if that's what you're looking for don't take his class!

I took this course online and wasn't very interested when I started, but it was actually fun. The experiments can take a while and you have to put a lot of time into the lab reports, but it's not hard to pass this class at all. Dr Lochamy is always available by phone if you get stuck, and if you can't reach him, he usually gives you an extension.

I took Dr. Lochamy over five years ago. I have never forgotten him, his class is one the best classes I took at GPC. The work isn't hard but you will have to spend time on it. VERY helpful might I add. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)

Dr. Lochamy is very passionate about teaching. His class is challenging, however, he makes himself available to assist students who are willing to succeed the challenge.Just completed my degree program and have found him to be in the top five of my favorite professors. If you take his class, you WILL LEARN!Isn't that the point?

Awesome class! The course truly gave me a better appreciation for the world around me. Dr. Lochamy was extremely helpful and encouraging. He would stop class just to make sure everyone understood. He definitely helped to relieve my fear of science!

Ah, indeed, a very good man he is... But do be warn people, those tests and essay questions he gives out are difficult.Never... I say never shall I take this fella again. If you truly values your dearest GPA and want to live another semester. I reckon you go look for someone else. However, if you wish to do so...Dear child, May the god bless you.

2 Finals, 1 midterm, no study guide; slightly annoying but other than that not a bad course or professor. Definitely a lot of work but quite a rewarding experience. You'll learn a lot. Just do the work and put a lot of effort into everything, and you'll do fine.

Mr. Lochamy is very very nice and helpful, however the class and the material took A LOT of my time. Way too much work. The grading is a bit harsh. I was constantly under stress throughout the semester because of this class.

Dr. Lochamy is a great instructor. Im not sure why other students complain about him so much. Maybe since biology is my favorite this class seemed very easy. He lets you know ahead of time what the question are, so you have plenty of time to prepare yourself. I would highly recommend him.

I took the hybrid class where we met once a week. Online tests were fairly easy. Essays were also easy- you can prepare ahead of time. He's actually pretty interesting and is good at teaching! I enjoyed the class overall and would definitely recommend him.

Top notch, we're lucky to have this teacher around. You expect bio to be about memorization, but he presents it in a logical way. You have to think, but you will retain it because it's the right way to learn the material. Don't need flashcards. Tests are half multiple-choice half essay. Not easy, but if this matters to you, he's the right choice.

Dr.Lochamy is truly a gifted teacher.It is obvious that he actually wants to be there which made me want to be there too!The online tests(hybrid)were straight forward&the in class essays are tough but he gives you a week to prepare them:)He will keep u a few min late,but he is one of the best!Hes so helpful,he'll even take your calls on a weekend!

He was very easy to reach for an online professor because he gave us a phone number and he was very good at answering questions and concerns. But he wasn't well organized sometimes. He took too long with grades and he loaded us up with way too much work sometimes. I think if he gets himself more organized, he'd be a great online teacher.

Really is great instructor. He presents the information in such a way that its easy to retain a lot of it. This class could have been so much worse because there was the possibility of having us have to learn pointless info but he put an emphasis on the things he found to be most important. Truly enjoyed the class. Not going to be easy though.

He was a bit hard, but he goes over the material very well, especially if you are trying to learn it. There is no reason you should fail because he is very willing to help. A bit sarcastic and has a sense of humor to match, but that just makes everything more interesting.

Took his class years ago and he's still my favorite professor. Talk about him all the time! Dr. Lochamy truly loves science a and he is very helpful. Labs are awesome too!

Excellent professor who made himself extremely available to students across multiple avenues. An exemplary teacher who was really concerned with our success. Tests are tough and required several hours of study for my A. Don't take him if you can't show up to class or aren't willing to go to him for help when needed.

Dr. Loockamy is the first funny science techer I've had in a long time. He keeps you mostly interseted throughout the lecture, a feat in its own right. He is helpful and always willing to repeat himself and reiterate if you need him to. Very helpfull. Tests are okay. part multiple choice, part written responce, If you study, you'll probably pass.

If you follow directions, and read the manuel ahead of time, you'll pass the class. Feel kinda long, but isn't realy hard. He's very helpful and willing to repeat himself. He's kinda funny.

Dr. Lochamy is an amazing professor who is driven about teaching his students to excel in their academics. His class is not easy, hard work and prepartion is definitely required, but it is worth every penny because you actually can understand the study of life on a fascinating level. Dr. Lochamy is an enthusiastic lecturer, whose lectures are very fun to listen to. Dr. Lochamy also knows quite a bit on bio related careers. I took the hybrid version of BIOL2108 with him in Spring 2015. Only one in-class session per week was required. Much of the work was done individually online. There are three tests and a final.

Took him online Summer 15 semester and he was absolutely wonderful! Easy quizzes, exams and final if you do your work! 4 lab reports with a do over on 1-2 of them. Responds quick to any problems and provides his cell #. One of GPC's better online teachers. Was a fun and easy A for me. Seems like he has a great personality too!

BIOLOGY IS JUST HARD. BUT DR LOCHAMY'S LECTURES ARE WELL-WRITTEN. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS ONLINE LAB CLASS, BUT I'VE LEARNED TO TAKE MY LABS ON CAMPUS. MUST BUY LOTS OF EXTRA SUPPLIES. THIS CLASS WAS A LOT OF WORK, BUT DR LOCHAMY RESPONDS TO EVERY QUESTION. NO TEXTBOOK NEEDED, 3 WKLY POSTS, NO EXTRA CREDIT, DROP LOWEST QUIZ, REDO 1-2 LAB REPORTS.

Dr. Lochamy knows what he is teaching; however, sometimes he forgets that his students don't. He expects people to understand the content as soon as it is put up on his powerpoint slide. He goes off on tangents a lot during his lessons which is frustrating. I found him boring. I had never slept in a class until I had him, then I couldn't stay awake

Probably the most interactive interesting class I've ever been in, but the 4 tests & essays were killer. It's easy to overthink the class, get confused, or discouraged. Best advice: Go to office hours. READ ahead. Do work in ADVANCE. I worked very hard for a C, but have a MUCH better understanding of Biology. You'll have to work for your A.

Be ready for complete honesty which as a student, we really need. He really cares about his students and makes himself readily available for any student.

He is one of the best prof. I ever had. He knows what he is teaching and his classes are very interesting and easy. If you are taking biology2107 and want to understand and learn then this is prof. you should take. I do not think anyone else can be so easy, helpful bio prof. 4 tests and essays may sound a lot but if you are punctual then it is easy

Dr. Lochamy teaches with expectations that the simplest sentences will break down a bigger picture. The simplified lectures and simplified powerpoints could have your brain in a scramble during the exams and essay questions. Youre gonna have to read. GREAT LAB TEACHER!

Took class fall 2015. Dr. Lochamy teaches class with much enthusiasm, In my opinion his teaching style is simple. Lectures are powerpoints, which he explains thoroughly. There is quite a bit of homework (Masteringbiology) and weekly online discussions, along with an essay at test time. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and efficient.

Took his hybrid lecture in fall 2015. Excellent professor, very approachable, really cares whether you understand the material. He make class interesting, I was never bored. Each test has an essay portion, not too hard if you practice the essays. Not an "easy A", but if you go to class, study, do the work, and ask questions, you'll likely do well.

Took online in summer. For someone who hates science, this was the best class possible. Assignments and D2L were straightforward, clear, reasonable. Labs can get tricky at times, but Prof. Lochamy is extremely helpful & respectful. Doesn't grade so quickly, but grades fair. I know ppl who had other lab professors, and we all agree Lochamy was best.

He is the most funny and interesting teacher I ever had. He makes class so interesting because he just doesn't talk about science, he uses examples you understand. His tests and quizzes are easy, if you pay attention and take notes in his class. Overall, he is a great teacher and I would definitely recommend him for science.

I had Lochamy for lab. Loved it! You have to pay attention and come to class but it was one of the easiest classes I've taken. How he teaches Biology is fun and relatable. He's very clear and tells you exactly what will be on the test. Write it down. For my class all test questions came from the lab objectives. I studied those and got an A easily.

I enjoyed his class. I think anyone who values getting good grades and doesn't mind doing the work to earn one (and has a sense of humor) will enjoy his class. Caveat: I took an online lab and believe this was more challenging than taking it on campus. More prep work involved when you're setting up your own experiments.

He was one of the greatest teacher I have ever had. definitely makes you work for an A but if you follow his instructions you will be fine. he isn't easy but if you show you care he will help you out.

He tells you everything that is going yo be on his midterm and final exam. He does not include anything that wasn't covered on the exams. My best advice to you is that if you do not understand a topic please stay after class or go to his office hours. He will make sure you understand major concepts. Copy everything he writes down, & study it!

He Wears Glasses... Overall a fantastic professor. After the first exam I understood how the class ran and the level of rigor he expects out of every student. I would recommend to any student who has a major relevant to Biology. He will likely get behind on grading, but he is super accessible to students and a pleasant attitude towards life.

Great teacher. Clearly cares about teaching and helping his students learn. Can be a bit unorthodox, but keeps things interesting and always has a high energy level in class! I learned a lot from his labs.

Honestly, Professor Lochamy has made biology so bearable. He does it in a way where it's fun, and he's very modern and he knows what he's talking about. He has a different character compared to other professors, and it shows that he really does care about the students. He makes sure that they understand the concepts. Amazing teacher 11/10

One of the best professors and mentors I've ever had in my student career. He knows Biology and knows how to teach it. His lecture will take your understanding of Biology to a different level, where you can apply what you learn from Biology to studying other science class. If you take his class, don't be late and treat it seriously. No easy test.

Dr. Lochamy is an intelligent, logical professor who cares for his students and enjoys his job. Put in the work- show up on time, study how he tells you to (it really does work), and ask for help. His tests make you think, but he won't try to trick you. Go to his office hours and talk to him! He makes great coffee and gives excellent advice.

All I can say is that his tests (4 of them: half essay, half multiple choice) are extremely hard and they make up 80% of your grade. He is available outside of class and is willing to help explain concepts better. Although he is an awesome person, I would not take his class. Most of the class was stressing really badly. Goodluck.

A great teacher not a stick in the mud. He makes learning really fun and understanding. This only thing is you must attend class and read your lab manual to pass. There is a short 6 question quiz before every class and makes up a lot of your grade. Finals are curved HEAVILY!

I enjoyed his class a lot. He is very energetic and clearly passionate about what he does. He's an excellent teacher and goes out of his way to make sure everyone understands. He has weekly quizzes and two tests the whole year. Skipping this class is not an option; missing one day can put you back by a lot.

He is a super cool person to talk to and his lab is pretty solid. I learned so much from him in lab that I couldn't in lecture. He's energetic, fun, and always in a good mood. However, if you test him, he can be mean, but he usually apologizes afterward. He's an amazing professor and you'll have fun being in his class. I would take his class again.

Dr. Lochamy is a great professor, but he is TOUGH. His lectures are very straight forward. PLEASE record his lectures they are the exam. His exams are more of critical thinking, and honestly go to his office hours they help, I always thought I could just do the bare minimum to pass but he taught me to work hard, his class is a wake up call.

It was a little frustrating that grading to quite a long time to get back, but he was very fair since he was not able to give feedback. You do buy your own experiment, but he provides digital copy of textbook. Quizzes are straight fwd

Dr. Lochamy is AMAZING!! He is extremely passionate about the material (the best professional that Ive taken). I get to understand the materials in the lab more than in lecture. I would recommend him 100% . Dont expect to be lazy and get an A, you have to work for your grade guys. If you have the chance to take his class, please do so!

Prof. Lochamy is AMAZING. I love his personality he makes things that don't make sense-- Make sense. His tests are hard so if you want an A don't expect to just memorize notes or lectures you have to know the differences in everything. He's great at giving grades back, but written assignments he'll take long. Don't buy textbook we used top hat :)

Professor Lochamy is amazing. His personality is what every student needs as a professor. He replied to emails/text/phone calls fast. His tests are pretty hard. Theres two tests worth 25% each (midterm and final). Theres a quiz nearly every week. Be sure to ask questions in class. He makes sure his students understand the material before moving on

Dr. Lochamy is a fun dude. I took him for lecture and his class was rather the most interesting one out of my classes. He's funny, a bit ADHD, and gives you credit for effort. He wants you to practice learning and actually gives you the information that you need to remember for his midterm and final. 70 percent is basically participation.

I had Dr. Lochamy in fall of 2019. He is super funny and caring. Make sure to study and understand the material for tests, his questions are not direct. I had him for lab+lecture and if you have the chance- take him for both. You won't regret it. Honestly, if I could I would go sit in his class again just to go to his lectures.

Dr. Lochamy is super smart and hilarious. He cares about his students and is easily accessible outside of class. He has all of his lectures pre-recorded. He makes you write essays on tests, but he gives you the essay topics in advance. He likes to focus on the details but has ways of making things stick. If you work hard, you'll do fine.

There was never a time he didn't make me laugh in his class. He gives great lectures, I'm not even interested in bio but I learned so much from his class. My only negative would be that he is a bit challenging. For example, no matter how much I studied I never really got anything higher than a 90 on any assignment. So make sure you study before.

Prof Lochamy is fantastic. He keeps it real while delivering the concept efficiently. He engages questions well and has several handy ways to recall concepts. Bio classes can be a pain if the teacher only recites slides, but Dr. Lochamy explains things clearly. Fun prof with enjoyable personality, show up and give a good effort and you'll do fine.

This lab wasn't difficult but do have a lot of reading, in this summer section about two mini labs and two quizzes per week. He did offer retake of the quiz if majority of us did bad on it. He is very chill. If you read you will pass. Exam and quizzes were both locked down browser with webcam, but the note was allowed.

I took him for both Bio1 and 2. He's tough, but you will learn a lot from him. He's like the hard boss that you may not want to challenge, but you will pick up valuable loots if you pass. Not an easy A, but you will feel proud if you get it! TBH, if you want a job in healthcare, he is an entrance test to see if you have the determination to get it.

I thought the structure of the class was solid. I didn't give him a 5 because of his incredible slow grading. Not knowing where you stand almost all semester sucks. Overall he is a good professor I only recommend him for Lab I wouldn't take him for lecture because sometimes the way he explains things makes it more confusing but his class was fair!

super good professor. lectures were short, interesting and easy to understand. the labs werent too difficult, but got tedious at times. writing assignments were easy and the grading criteria was very clear.

Dr. Lochamy's lectures are very informative and takes his time in class to explain everything clear and makes sure everyone understands. He uses Tophat for participation so attending class is important for participation points for class. STUDY for quizzes everything he covers in class is on quiz LEARNING OBJECTIVES are KEY!

Professor Lochamy was one of the best professors I've ever had. He is very realistic but also compassionate towards his students. He clearly wants them to succeed and does everything he can to do so. I would recommend any person to register for his course.

It's on tophat (very affordable). You need to show up in class to take additional notes with the PowerPoints. His tests are open notes, and participation matters (all on tophat). Homework is on tophat, and quizzes will be on icollege. Lots of energy for an 8:30 class and is passionate about biology. Does get side-tracked, if that bothers you

For a morning class, I actually looked forward to going. He's very energetic, and he explains things really well. He will take as much time as you need to explain something further if you need to. The class is good but you should show up for lectures and take good notes since the tests and quizzes are open notes.

Dr. Lochamy knows what he is teaching and cares about students in different aspects. The analogies during lectures help a lot. Assignments and tests in lab are easy. He gives extra credit and curves tests in lab and lecture. He doesn't grade tests and assignments fast. I would have liked to see more feedback on lab assignments and lecture tests.

Professor Lochamy is overall a nice man. He does display some misogynistic behavior though so just be aware & stand your ground with him, he respects that. The coursework is light, there are 2 lab reports & 2 tests (midterm & final). Otherwise there is just simple post lab work that doesn't take much time. Flexible and understanding of students.

Overall, he is an intelligent, outspoken professor. He seems to care that you understand the material if you ask questions. His lecture tests weigh about 70% of your grade, so you must study frequently to retain the information. The exam format is 25 multiple-choice and five short-answer application questions. He is a good lecturer overall!

He is an eccentric, funny person whose primary goal is to make sure you understand the material. Powerpoints are followed in class and have questions embedded which count towards your participation grade. He presents the info clearly and gives you everything you need to do well on the tests. Extra credit opportunity at the end.

Tests are kind of hard but if you pay attention and study a little you should be fine. He's cool and autistic like me.

Don't miss class more than once, be on time, take notes, ask questions, engage with classmates, keep up with homework due dates, study powerpoints for exams & you'll be fine.

I took it over the summer. I liked him a lot. He was very clear with all his lectures. Made them enjoyable. Lots of jokes which made the class less tedious. I enjoyed it.

Great professor 100% would recommend to anyone. His tests are pretty straight forward and clear. You will do good if you study and participate in class. He cares about his student's learning and is always open to questions. Also overall great guy.

Lochamy's class is no walk in the park, but if you put in the work, you'll come out with a solid understanding of the material. His tests are challenging, but using resources like unstuckstudy ai alongside the textbook can make prep a breeze. Attend class and engage - he really cares if you get it.

His tests are pretty hard and make sure that you know the content. Do not fall behind. It is possible to get an A, I just didn't put in that much effort. He is very nice and funny. He actually lectures and goes into depth on a lot of topics. It can be a bit overwhelming. Attendance and being on time matters.

He is a cool dude, made us rate him but its cool - he needs his evaluation thing done (and our school rating system sucks)... Thank you loch for a fun year!
