He's a very likeable guy. His classes start with a little current events style discussion, getting the students aware of real politics that they might not know otherwise. His tests are easy because he reviews very well (we played jeopardy!). Not very challenging, if you're into that thing.

A jolly fellow. In class you basically either talk about current events or copy notes from the slide show presentation. Gives out review sheets for midterm and final and plays jeopardy with the class to help review. Has you write 3 papers that aren't bad at all. Gives you plenty of extra credit opportunities. One of the kindest professors ever.

Nice teacher, lectures helpful but boring b/c he reiterates same point. 2 Essays are very easy and he is very lenient grader. Tests are easy if you attend the class before (he does jeopardy review and almost all questions are on test). Overall easy class, and good experience.

Excellent Professior. Has you buy the book but no real need for it as most of the class is lecture-based on an overhead. Prof. Moschberger makes life easy. He tells you exactly what?s expected of you and helps you out along the way. Moschberger will proof read your papers if you complete them early. This is the second class I have taken with him, just an all around great guy. If you fail his class it?s because you did not put forth an effort.

Prof Moschberger is one of the best teachers at Brookdale. Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge on the subject matter, but he makes it very easy to understand. He's also very passionate about politics and that comes through when he teaches. I would recommend Mosch to anyone, from the novice to the expert poli sci student.

As everyone says here, he is an all around nice guy. Very knowledgeable and passionate about subject matter- and still manages to keep his personal opinions to himself. Dare I say that I had a small crush on him also? Not the typical heart throb, but he just seems so cute and decent. That doesn't make him less of a competent professor though!

I knew nothing about political science before taking his class, and I came away with a lot of knowledge. He is ALWAYS upbeat and in a good mood, and really cares about his students. No book, test comes strictly from his notes (awesome jeopardy review too). If every teacher was like him, I'd go to school forever.

very very passionate. this guy lives for teaching politics. Most of the kids in class were morons but he still had the patience to teach them. If you go to class, take notes, study and follow the instructions on the papers the class is an easy A. (you must do the maximum amount of pages, sources etc. on the term paper to get an A)

This man is one of the most brilliant professors around. I took him for Poli 101, 105, and 115. I'm at Rutgers now, and the knowledge I've gained from him is proving indispensable. The one thing that I regret about leaving Brookdale is that I will no longer be able to study with Professor Moschberger.

He's the happiest man to ever walk the earth. He's energetic about the subject and really keeps the class interesting. As long as you attend class and pay attention, you have all the material you need to pass his class. He doesn't give much homework which is great. He loves his job and it shows. I've learned more in his class than I ever have.

He is really nice and approachable. You do not get a lot of homework at all, but at the end of the semester you have a huge research paper thats worth a lot. As long as you get the notes during class you are set for any tests, there are absolutely no surprises! He gives a lot of hand outs, but you never use the textbooks so don't waste your money!

This guy is awesome! He absolutely loves doing what he does and makes the class much more interesting. We did not use the text book much but who cares. He is arguably one of the best teachers I have ever had!

This is as good as it gets! Interesting, helpful, enthusiastic, and doesn't bust your chops. The work is not too hard and the discussions are great! If you don't get an A here, you must have slept through the entire semester.

He is the most precious man ever. He's always smiling & is super friendly. He makes sure you GET what he's trying to learn & teaches at a perfect rate. He gives out reviews before each exam which are a huge help & you only have a letter and one paper due for the whole semester. It's a pressure free class and I can't wait to take him again

I had this teacher twice and I loved his classes. He is really enthusiastic about what he teaches. Always is super happy even in the morning and he will make you laugh with his corny jokes. If you want/need to take a poli-sci class you have to take him! Grades easy, no homework, a letter, and one paper and gives review for all tests.

Great at getting the basics across to if you do not already know them. If you do well what do you expect from an intro class. The best part of the class are the current events or hot topics he brings up. Make sure to voice your questions or convictions on the matter and the class will be better for it. He's also great at diffusing heated classrooms

I thought this class was an easy A. Just 3 tests, 1 large research paper/project, and a few small homework assignments. Incredibly easy grader. Don't need your book at all. Plus, he's just an overall great person with a genuine passion for teaching, unlike most teachers I've encountered at BCC. Recommend 100%.

Prof Moschberger is the most jolly professor ive had. he really loves political science and knows his stuff. my only complaint was he talked A LOT. he wanted group discussion but he was the one who spoke the most. i cant exactly say i liked this course since this is my least favorite subject, but he's a great teacher who cares for his students

Class participation is highly encouraged, as class conversations regarding specific student interests in the realm of political science often occur as a result.

He keeps things light while explaining introductory concepts at an introductory pace (most teacher have difficulty with this). He's practically the perfect teacher!

Super friendly guy who wants you to succeed. I may choose polisci as a minor and he's a big part of it. Class is mostly discussion-based and very lively, but there's no pressure to engage. Assignments are meaningful, I really feel like I've learned so much and still have a month left. He can be disorganized but makes up for it with enthusiasm!

He is an amazing professor who cares deeply for his students and subject. Because of him giving me the opportunities he did I am now actively involved in politics. Teaching aside, this might be one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet. I took his honors Political Science class and it was flat out awesome. As long as you are a normal / good student you shouldn't have a problem getting an A in his class.

Professor Moschberger is perhaps Brookdale's greatest asset. He is incredibly supportive of his students. I met with him one-one-one multiple times to work on my Honors Symposium. He showed genuine interest and asked questions to guide me in my research and in my related internship. He also goes above and beyond to accommodate students' schedules.

Easily one of the best professors i have ever had at brookdale. His online classes are the most passable classes ever. In class he is so passionate about what he talks about he gets carried away and rarely ever gets to his actual lecture. Very lenient with grading and assignments. Most people will go in knowing much, more more than they did coming in. Absolutely take his classes if you can!

I took POLI 115 online with Prof. Moschberger. I would definitely take him again. The tests are a little long but he gives you an hour and a half to do the test which is plenty of time. He hands out one quiz and one discussion board each week and gives you two chances on the quizzes. So if you don't do so hot on the first try? You can try again!

He truly cares about each and every single one of his students and is understanding of all of unforeseen circumstances. His classes are extremely lecture heavy and deeply conversation driven. I had Professor Moschberger for Summer 1 semester of 2019, he was amazing. Whenever I needed help with anything he always stayed after class to help me with whatever I needed help with and made understanding the material really easy. This man has the most humanity out of any professor I ever have had. He is incredibly understanding and compassionate, and a really great teacher who is genuinely interested in politics and government. His class is definitely one of my favorite classes, and hes one of my favorite professors.

Moschberger is a great professor Im taking this course online and its so easy his quizzes are only 5 questions long and there times for 5 mins only 3 exams for the whole semester and theres 5 discussion to complete other then that he doesnt have due dates for really anything. But all around hes a great guy definitely would recommend him

Professor Mosch was an absolute gem! I took him via zoom as an honors course, he makes the class worth attending. He doesn't put any grades in throughout the semester - so if you complete the assignments with all requirements you'll do great. He's very flexible with due dates and accessible outside of class. Highly recommend taking him!!

Took the poli sci summer class.. although it was easy. He was not very present, and waited until after the whole class ended to grade papers. even after i emailed him twice with no response. he does want you buy the book, but it wasn't necessary at all... if you want an easy grade. take his class.

Took Professor Moschberger for POLI-101HL because I had an interest in political science and I needed an Honors course. Super friendly, classes are very much discussion based (mostly student led). "Homework" is simple enough, a lot of participation in current events, which I think is good for a political science course! If you need help, reach out!

I absolutely love Professor Moschberger, he is such a sweet and caring person. He encourages you to step out of your comfort zone and he is so laid back when it comes to assignments. I honestly did not learn much from this course but it was a great experience, I only took it for the honors requirement anyway.

Professor Moschberger is a laidback, approachable instructor. While the course content was light, he provides great support and flexibility. Leveraging Unstuckstudy and the free textbook help compensate for the lack of course rigor.

I cannot recommend taking Professor Moschberger enough. It's not very often that you have a professor that is so jolly and so caring like him. He is incredible on hearing out both ends of political spectrums on debates and lets you speak out. He is a genuine guy and wants you to succeed, very passionate about his line of work.

Prof M. was a great choice for this section. There are three 50 question exams, eight 5 question quizzes (all multiple choice & 5 question quizzes) & 4 reflection papers. It may sound like a lot, but they're all fairly easy if you actually read the chapter power points. I actually learned something in this class. Take him, I wouldn't lie to you!

Professor Moschberger is one of the happiest most bubbly professors I have had at Brookdale. It is so clear that he loves what he does and wants the best for his students. His class is not very difficult and only has a few tests and assignments. He uses the entire class time to present and lecture, and he puts a lot of work into his presentations.

Took this online..Course is still in session(Summer 1). VERY easy. Professor Moschberger is terrific! Very caring instructor, gives you every opportunity to learn utilizing the book(free online), interesting/funny videos, and humor! If you have to take Poli Sci for ANY reason, take HIS CLASS! So far, I have over a 95 average!!!!!

Best professor at Bdale! He truly cares about how his students are doing and wants everyone to put themselves first. I also learned way more in this class than I would have expected. He is getting students ready to partake in political conversations in an intelligent way. The assignments felt easy because I loved the topics and the assignments.

Professor Mosheberger is super nice and helpful. He's extremely understanding with student situations and often hands out extensions for assignments in any case. When I had him, there was mostly laughter in my class and just overall enjoyable!! I would retake this class again any day.
