The sweetest teacher. So caring and soft spoken, so treat him well because he deserves it. Do not abuse his grace because he really is just so nice and caring and wants us to good in his class so get to know him. He will help you out if you're confused, and he is very fair. Take his class, homework helps boost your grade. Great teacher

Fetsch is a super nice guy who really knows accounting, but maybe isn't the best at teaching it. Class was helpful, but I sometimes felt more confused after going to class than not going. Gives lots of extra credit for attendqnce. Tests can be somewhat tricky (t/f & mc) but overall fairly easy class.

Chillest man on earth, just don't pack up before the lecture is finished. Do the Online homework alot and you'll ace the test. So much extra credit.

He's one of the best professors that I've ever taken. He understands that this class is just an introductory class and doesn't try to make it more than that. The tests weren't bad at all, and a lot of the questions would come from the quizzes you take online. The final is optional. Would highly recommend taking this class. Great Guy.

Phenomenal teacher. Yes, he makes getting an A so easy BUT... you WILL learn as much as you want! Professor Fetsch sacrifices rigor for quality teaching which I think is lacking a lot at Auburn. Some professors make subjects and concepts harder than they need to be. Joe can explain it simply and give you the materials you need to succeed.

This man is amazing. He lets us out after 30-45 minutes and understands we have a life outside of class, all he asks is that we be respectful in class. You dont have to go to class to pass but just go and sit and LISTEN. He wants you to get it, really brings it down to the basics. Posts his powerpoint online. Easiest A I've ever gotten.

Joe is a great man. He is one of the only Auburn professors I have had so far that actually cares about his students more so than what his department head is saying. He really wants everyone to learn the material and do well in the class more so than giving a certain number of kids D's. If you go to class you will get so much extra credit

I have been at Auburn for 2 years & this has been the easiest class besides PHED classes. He makes the material easy to understand & the Final is OPTIONAL. I personally came to every class & made a 105, but my friends came to class maybe once every 2 weeks & still passed with A's. Just do the quizzes & HW. Exams are almost exactly like them.

By far the easiest A I have gotten so far during my time at Auburn. He literally gives you every opportunity to succeed, so there's really no excuse to fail this class. He also makes the final optional too. Would take again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity.

If you have the chance to take his class, PLEASE DO! He came back to auburn and is pursuing his PhD, so he really gets it! He will never assign crazy amount of work and he will do everything to help you get the grade you want. He is SO thoughtful in his lectures. Go to class, do HW and quizzes and this will be an EASY A! I learned so much!

I 100% recommend taking him. The homework and quizzes are exactly like the test and so easy to study. Yes they are on honor lock but if you study the homework and tests you will make a 100. There are also three projects and the final is optional. Every test has extra credit with it that is so easy. So nice and great Prof.

It was a very straight-forward class. Watch the lectures, read over the powerpoints, and do the homework, and you will have a guaranteed A. Just beware, he is VERY big on watching for cheating. If he even thinks you have cheated, he will call you out.

Professor Fetsch is the best online teacher I have had since COVID started. It was the only online class that I feel I truly learned, but it was also not difficult at all. The class was structured extremely well, and I wish he could teach the other professors how to teach online.

Class consisted of lectures, super easy homework, 3 projects, and 4 tests. He knows what he is talking about and is great about conveying it concisely. The final was optional. Honestly, if you go to class/ watch lectures and put in a little bit of work you will do great. He is really nice and made his class easy to understand.

If you go to class and participate you are guaranteed an A. There are four test and a final (optional) all multiple choice. Quizzes are given through out and most of the questions from the quizzes are on the test. The questions asked during the class activity are also on the test. If you study quizlets for the class, it is super easy to get an A

Great professor. I actually enjoyed taking this class and looked forward to the next lesson (which is not like me at all). Everything we were taught can be applied to a real world setting and that made me want to pay attention and do good on my assignments. This is how all classes should be taught. 10/10

Lots of writing assignments but are graded based off completion. Super easy going guy and requires attendance for a grade. Not difficult to ace, yes ace, the class. Would definitely recommend taking this guy if you need an elective or if it is required in your major.

Mr. Fetsch is a great professor. Attendance matters, but it is worth going to class. He cares about his students and wants all to succeed. You can receive an A if you come to class and complete the questions correctly as well as study the material. He does not set you up for failure. I highly recommend taking him.

MNGT 3810 with Professor Fetsch has been incredible. He is so incredibly understanding and genuinely cares about teaching and teaching the best that he can. There are lots of opportunities for extra credit, and pretty much all of what you learn is applicable to the real world. It's overall a super easy class with a professor who cares.

The only reason I didn't give him a 5 is because he got mad at a few of us for watching March Madness in class even though listening to him is pointless when all the test info comes from the quizzes and homework. He does take attendance on Tophat and he tricked some people who were answering from home so I don't even know what happened to them.

Easiest class I've taken at Auburn. One lecture, one quiz, one homework assignment per chapter and 3 chapters per test. Cares about students coming to class and not cheating. The lectures and material are boring, but if you can show up to class and study a Quizlet, you will make an A in this class. Definitely recommend for thee MNGT requirement.

Fetsch was one of the best teachers I have had at Auburn. His lectures were very easy to retain the information from, and his tests were identical to the quizzes and homework. As long as you go to class and do all of the very easy assignments, you will get an A.

I took this course asynchronously, and I never looked at a single lecture or chapter in the textbook. Look up a Quizlet for every single quiz and homework and click the right answers. Memorize the answers for an A on the test. Even the 'project' is a complete joke and took an hour or two at most. Hard to get below an A unless you're brain-dead.

Very easy if you come to class and stay on top of the work. Exams are a breeze if you do the work outside of class.

Though his lectures can be a bit monotone, Mr. Fetsch is a nice professor. His course is straight-forward: open-note homework/quizzes, in-class Top Hat questions (which are often verbatim on the exam), two easy projects, and three exams. Final is optional and replaces your lowest exam. Highly recommend as an easy course.

Take professor Fetsch! His class has been such a breeze. He gives homework/quizzes for each Ch & tests are the same questions (some changed). His lectures are a tad boring. He understands that the class isn't people's top priority class & just wants you to understand the concept of things. I did not study hard at all & still made A's on exams.

Professor Fetsch is the best! He knows that this class does not need to be difficult and he makes it as simple as possible. If you go to class and study just a tiny bit you will get an A. Super easy class! You have to go to class to get the attendance points but class is not super strenuous. He lectures the whole time, but you don't have to take notes or anything. All of the test questions are from homework, quizzes, and in class.

This class was great. All exams were word for word the homework questions, just study those. He cares about the class and keeping people engaged. Really nice dude. I contracted it and helped him with active learning techniques for the class - best contract I've done. Easy class, great guy, attendance isn't mandatory but you sign in on TopHat.

Mr. Fetsch is a great teacher. The class itself is very easy so as long as you go to class you will pass. He said the first week of the semester that the class is not meant to be hard and that he wants everyone to pass/get A's. Just do the work and pay attention.

Professor Fetsch wants his students to pass and understands that they have other things going on/other classes. He expects everyone to make an A if you go, but even not going the tests were extremely easy. Just study the homework a little bit and you will be fine.

You'll learn a lot of things that will help you down the road and he made class fun by doing class exercises and bringing in some awesome guest speakers. I'm not a business major, but I still did very well in this class. He makes the information easy to understand and will tell you which lecture slides to study for the exam. There's 6 exams (one optional) and a lot of easy homework and quizzes on canvas. He gives extra credit and uses TopHat for attendance. Would highly recommend!!!

He is a very laid-back professor and makes the class super easy to get an A. If you study the homework and quizzes then you should ace the tests. He is a very nice guy and will accommodate you to help you succeed. I was done with the class before thanksgiving break so I recommend taking Joe Fetsch.

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this man. the first week of class, he sends out a list of options to choose from and you make your own syllabus. Ours consisted of no tests, just weekly discussion post type things and mandatory attendance. Attendance was worth it though because we had guests!

Attendance is mandatory, and the quizzes and homework are due the day of the exams. The exams were very similar to the homework, and he was always very clear what we needed to know for the exams. There was one project, which you could work alone or with a partner. Overall, pretty easy class and I would take him again.

This professor is great. He gives good lectures, and the homework and quizzes are easy. If you look at his TopHat questions, homework questions, and quiz questions, you basically have the exam in your hands. Take him if you can!

You are assigned a partner and a day of the week to meet each week. You only have to attend that day for attendance points which make up some of your grade. The overall grade is a makeup of a presentation, summary, outline, and quiz from you and your partner on your assigned chapter and one quiz and discussion each week. So easy, take him.

I really enjoyed his class! I thought he was very easy to follow, and the material was easy to understand if you did miss a class. He used TopHat as attendance, but if you emailed him before class saying you would miss and why he typically gave you points for it. I never made below a 90 on exams and didn't have to study too much. Very easy.

LOVE this professor! Points based course. Attendance is optional, but there are Top Hat questions every class for points. Class is over in mid-November unless you need to take the optional final exam. Super easy if you attend the lectures and get the Top Hat points and put in some effort on the homework and chapter quizzes.

Mr. Fetsch is a great professor. His exams are based on TopHat questions and pre and post-class quizzes. If you study those, you will do great. He takes attendance, and it counts a good chunk of your grade, so I recommend attending class. He also typically lets class out early. The class is over mid-November if you are satisfied with your grade.

TAKE HIM! It's a super straightforward class. You have to attend class, but lectures are short and concise. 5 Exams plus optional final to replace lowest grade. Studied for a few hours and got a 100 on every exam. Amazing Professor. Definitely taking him again.

Joseph Fetsch is one of my favorite professors at Auburn. He understands that this class is for non-business majors and he doesn't over complicate his lectures. Class is mandatory because there are tophat questions after each section is covered. His tests are his quizzes, homework questions, and tophat quesetions combined.

Fetsch is an amazing professor! He is super relatable and just all around an amazing person. Super down to earth and a funny guy. You do get an attendance grade but its not worth much of your overall grade. I would 100% recommend him if you have to take principles of management!

If you can take him for MNGT 3100, DO IT! His exams are super easy, everything that is on there is in the lecture and the homework/quizzes. Super nice guy and we always get out of class early.

Super simple lectures and a simple class overall. Class is not mandatory, however he does use TopHat for questions during class that give you credit. Exams are made to prove you listened in class and are not difficult at all.

Fetsch is an awesome professor. I found his class extremely easy, and I still felt like I learned a lot about being a good leader/ manager. Attendance is not mandatory, but he does do top hat questions in class everyday for credit, so it's best not to skip class because it will effect your grade. I would highly recommended him as a professor.

Totally recommend him. He is a great guy who has completed four degrees at Auburn and knows what it's like from the student side. I went to every class because there are Tophat questions for in class points but he never takes the whole time. There are 5 exams and no final. Exams are easy and if you memorize all quiz & hw questions you'll do good.

Mr. Fetsch has been great and understands that we have a lot of other things going on. I would recommend going to class because of the in person questions that are for credit. The tests are in person on LockDown browser but are pretty straight forward. There is also no final so that is another plus! I would definitely recommend taking him

He is so awesome! No final, but TopHat questions count for a lot of your grade. This class is so easy- just study the night before the test and use old Quizlets and you'll be fine.

Fantastic professor. Class is the easiest I've ever taken, including high school. Super steady pace: 3 lectures, test, then repeat. Content is trivial but the lectures are pretty interesting. Attendance isn't required but you get points for attending classes that factor into your overall grade, so you need to go to at least half probably

If you go to class you will get a high A in the class. He does questions for attendance and every question on your exam will be the exact/ or similar of the class questions or the weekly quiz questions. I studying the day of or day before and always made a great test.

Professor Fetsch truly cares for his students. He is extremely organized and the course is laid out clearly from the first day of class. The material is actually interesting and relatively easy to understand. Show up to class, answer TopHat questions, and review the material, and you'll be fine. He is also very easy to reach via email. TAKE HIM!

Professor Fetsch is amazing! If I could take his class again it would! He is very clear in the beginning of the semester of what he expects of his students. The tests are very simple if you come to class and complete all the assignments. No final, and he almost always gets the course done at least two weeks before finals week.

Such a great teacher! Knew this course was a requirement/intro course and didn't make it anymore difficult than it had to be. Attendance was mandatory but class always finished early normally only there for 40 minutes in a 75 min class. Tells you exactly what will be on exam and if make quizlet guarantee A. Also finished class before Thanksgiving!!
