Great Professor. You will love his quizzes which are 10 question and 5 minutes to complete. Fair in every regard, learned a lot.
This is one of the best professor i have ever had. He is very down to earth. He communictes very well with the students and he cares about his students.
was not an easy class but wasnt bad other than i dont like having my group chose for me and end up with people who suck.
Took his graduate class online. The course was challenging, but Dr S was very fair, gave great feedback, and was prompt about grading. I would definitely take this professor again.
Uses a combination of the book and testout for the Data Comms (network) class. Lectures feel like summary bullet points from the book. Lacks depth in the networking subject matter. Lacks practical experience in subject field. Major class project does not emphasize core objectives. Easy class if you can complete the overkill of assignments.
Dr. Schuessler is the consummate professional. His standards are higher than most professors on this campus. He does not waste time and he expects his students to come to work. The take aways from this course were far beyond my expectations.
The professor is very helpful when it comes to showing interest in IT. He's also my adviser, so I'm taking in as much as possible.
The Class was very busy, objectives were clearly defined
I really enjoyed this class, it was the toughest class I have taken. Dr.S really interacted with me personally to ensure that I understand his intent. When I had a question his responses where quick and direct. I really enjoyed the class and am looking forward to having Dr.S in other classes. Thank you!
Provides plenty of resources to help students grasp a better understanding of the material.
This is the third class I have taken from Dr. S. Out of all of the other professors I have had at Tarleton, he is hands down the best. He is quick to provide feedback, and grades. His expectations and due dates are clearly defined, and achievable. 5 stars.
I liked this professor. He is really quick at getting grade. I absolutely hate online classes but he takes time out of his day to help you as long as you go to his office. He really has helped me a lot. If you are a CIS or an MIS, I would recommend him. The only thing I do not like about this class is the final exam is through Test Out.
Too much weight given to Discussion Board and Semester project. Felt a lack of real world experience. Text and TestOut didn't seem to align with project, but that could just be me. TestOut was outstanding. This is more of a network fundamentals class. Not sure, outside of TCPIP stuff, why it's called Data Communications. I felt lost.
He provided clear feedback and was encouraging. He quickly answered any questions I had.
He is a great online professor. I just don't like how most things were on testout since testout uses internet explorer only for full compatibility. If you need help go to his office and help. I wish he would have an image of the operating system on his computer, the one we used in class. This way he can help you better with the OS.
The class can be overwhelming. Make sure you look at everything he has up on blackboard, or you could miss something and that will hurt your grade. Important information/instructions are not really emphasized so make sure to read carefully. You are mainly working through a major semester project that can be hectic.
Great class, and great instructor. Very helpful and class schedule was consistent to the work during all semester. Responded to questions all the time and his feedback about our work was always on point. Semester project can be a little hard but this class requires to work through the semester on it, so it made it easier to complete on time.
Great teacher who gave excellent feedback on our class project. Would take again.
I really learned a lot from this class. I started off behind and continued to communicate with Dr. Schuessler. He gave me good feedback and encouraged me to stay with it. He demands a lot and I understand why. He tought me a valuable lesson for the future. No matter what never give up and always do my best. I loved this class!
Enjoyed the structure of the course. Was able to work ahead.
Great class for someone who knows Linux or learning about it. I learned a lot and we used TestOut, so you have labs & practice portals and exams to help!
Prof S was easy to get a hold of and provided detailed feed back. One of the better online classes I have taken.
In the beginning I was very frustrated and sent the prof some strong message but as an experienced professor he took his time and explained to me where I went wrong and helped me like any other student on how to do well. He doesn't give free points at all but will give you points if earned or for your effort. I will take him again any day.
Dr. Schuessler is an excellent asset to this institution. He makes learning so easy and emphasizes on applying it immediately. He is an intellectual professor with a great attitude.
Excellent professor. My only issue was with the CIS degree plan or prerequisites. I haven't taken a computer related course in almost ten years. I think that taking beginner classes would have been helpful as a refresher. Most things I could figure out but some of the Discussion Board assignments were a little too advanced for me to contribute
Great class, looking forward to taking more classes with Dr.S
Tough course, every week has a assessment that is timed to short in my opinion.
I have had several classes with Dr. Schuessler, he is always fair and consistent. You have to earn your grade with him. I am grateful for the lessons learned from his classes
Great Professor and will help you, when you need him.
The work for this class was straight forward, but do not wait until the last couple of days in a week to finish everything. Work can sometimes be time consuming depending on the week. Other than that, he is a great professor. I have taken his class three times.
Dr Joseph Schuessler is very good at explaining what needs to be done, he is punctual in giving assignments and giving students enough time to get ready for them. When positively critics your work you learn and are able to do better. I really love the way he structures his assessments , homework, participation in group discussion and exams.
not to bad alot of work. wouldnt take with 4 other class
Dr. Schuessler is an amazing teacher, although I will say be ready to dedicate 4-6 hours to the class some weeks and 8-10 other weeks.
Awesome professor that cares and helps you to be successful in the course. Gives detailed feedback and makes you earn the grade. The discussion boards were really tricky, different than others so pay attention to the due dates.
Me and one of our group members had some communication confusion on how we needed to contact him about a question we had and he accidentally called him on google hangouts. The professor answered the call and answered our group call and answered all the questions we needed to get ready for our group project.
Quite slow in answering simple questions, although he is a great communicator for nonsense topics. course contents are planned for students' learning.
I took the Fall 2016 section of BCIS5304 Telecommunications for Managers. Dr. Schuessler was really good! It was an online course and he put together a great remote learning environment. His lectures were good. He also provided excellent feedback and answered any questions. Most importantly, I learned a LOT from him! Absolutely Recommended!
Great Proffessor, he gives good feedback in a timely manner. You must read the book to do good in class, don't procrastinate. He will answer any questions or issues you may have in a timely manner. Overall great professor.
I liked his class, and he really pushes you to be ready for the real world environment if IT. I would say the worst thing in this class was how work had to be done. I would suggest if your working a full time job that this be your only class. Joseph H. Schuessler gives great feedback and has great empathy towards his students.
Dr. S is a great professor with a clear set of expectations for the semester. You will have to read a lot for this class. The final will be a bit scary as it is closed book/notes. I definitely recommend Dr. S for any BCIS course at Tarleton.
Took as an elective course for my MBA. The first few weeks were extremely confusing and it was a hard class for me since I have no networking background but overall, I enjoyed it. Dr S. graded very fairly throughout the semester but you have to participate and read ALL instructions and you'll be fine. Group semester project was pretty cool.
Dr. Schuessler really puts together good online courses. He did are really good job of it with class as well. Some of the course material at UCertify was a bit dated, but still usable. Dr. S. was very interested in feedback concerning this. I highly recommend Dr. S. for any class as he will make it well worth your while.
All my classes with Dr. S. have been online, expect to have to read and take weekly tests. You will learn if you take one of his classes, do expect that most of that learning process will be self initiated!
Dr. S is very knowledgeable and provides excellent feedback. This is a class you will walk away from confident that you have learned something. There is tons of homework so be prepared for that.
Dr. Schuessler is an excellent professor who communicates requirements, deadlines, and expectations very clearly. His class was very relevant, engaging, and worth taking. If you want to make a good grade, you simply need to read the syllabus and follow his clear instructions. Assignments are educational, easily accomplished, and graded fairly.
Very helpful
Dr. Schuessler is a great professor and puts together excellent online courses. BCIS5398 was the capstone course for the MSIS degree and was a good review and summarization of the work done throughout the program. The workload was reasonable as were the assignments and papers. I was very pleased with this course and the way Dr. Schuessler taught.
Dr. S is heavy on material but nothing he assigns is irrelevant. Everything assigned directly impacts either the semester project or final. Hes a fair grader and very responsive to questions. If your willing to put in the time and effort, Id recommend taking his course(s).
Dr Schuessler is a very easy professor to get along with. This is my second class with him. He is very helpful if you have any questions or problems. He does not accept late assignments so don't ask, but knowing this just means to make sure you have it in on time and there is no problem.
I think he's pretty good. There were a few hiccups, like the midterm being open book, nobody knew until after it opened. There was a last minute change on one of the project due dates as well. I attribute this to the semester being hectic, but it was kind of annoying.
This is a very challenging course if you are not very familiar with networks and how they operate. If you are willing to put in the work, though, you will learn a ton. Dr. S gives really good and thoughtful feedback and genuinely wants to help you learn. Just be prepared to put in a lot of time for this course.
I took BCIS 5379: Technology of E-Commerce in Spring 2021. Each week we had to read one chapter and take a quiz. Additionally, we had milestones throughout the semester to work on a business plan for an e-business. Be prepared to effectively provide peer feedback. Dr. S. provides audio feedback and 2 study guides to prep for the midterm and final.
Lot's of busy work. The majority percentage of the final grade is a presentation and the final exam.
BCIS 5304: Telecommunications for Manager. Don't let the name fool you! This is a technical course focusing on computer networking concepts! Even with some knowledge about networking, I struggled on some portions of this class. The good news is that TestOut modules helped me learn. Dr. S. gives amazing feedback and is a great professor!
Good teacher, great class to take.
Dr. Schuessler's classes are good, but very self-paced.
I've had the honor of taking multiple courses with Dr. Schuessler. He is regarded as one of the finest professors in all colleges for a reason. His thoroughness, wealth of knowledge of IT, and passion for teaching is evident. Despite great acclaim, Dr. Schuessler makes himself accessible to each student. Challenging course, Superb instructor!
Amazing professor. Dr. Schuessler is thoughtful, intentional, and an incredible educator. He expects you to put in the work, but will be there every step of the way to help you learn. He is responsive outside of class and will give you the guidance you need to succeed. I would 100% take his classes again.
He is great with communication - will always email back. Be sure you read the material thoroughly as each quiz is very specific.
Staying on top of the course requirments will be to your benefit. Also, establish a good relationship with the members of your group, the semester project accounts for a large percent of your overall grade.
Great professor I would take another one of his classes again.
Good professor
Overall an okay class, just make sure you keep up with the material, ask questions (he doesn't mind), and get a good understanding of the semester project. My only complaint is the homework software's issues; MindTap's virtual machines keep glitching out when I need to use them to complete the exercises for the labs.
The teacher is a very laid back teacher, but is also very informative and easy to communicate with. When it came to the instructions, sometimes it seemed a very difficult but the teacher was able to communicate with students at decent times and was very helpful.
Took the Management of Information Systems Class - Hybrid, only had 8 class sessions. Enjoyed lectures, he is very knowledgeable in IT. Helped everyone understand all the material. Online Learning platform was a lot of assignments, mostly right from the reading material. Be diligent, make the deadlines and this is a great class.
This professor gives a ton of work, but the type of work is reasonable and aligns with the objectives. He is great at providing constructive feedback and definitely wants his students to understand the content, not just pass the class.
Dr. Schuessler is by far in the top 3 of my all time favorite professors. He is such a caring professor. He has answered my emails on weekends, and let me meet in his office to answer questions. At no point in the class did I feel like a burden. Class is not too hard. It's in McGraw Hill Connect, so the questions aren't his. It's just alot.
Great instructor. Sometimes instructions can be complicated but when you reach out for clarification , he promptly respond.
The professor is great but be prepared to retain a lot of information.
Professor Schuessler gives you the syllabus and it does not deviate from what he sends out. He gives you your assignments, you are aware of what is due and expected. The class was organized and when I had an issue, I emailed him and he responded in a timely manner, some professors either ignore it or respond days later.
This class is HEAVY on paperwork. Alots of reading and writing is expected. He has clear rubrics so you'll never be surprised by your grade, just make sure to plan ahead to ensure you have enough time to finish all the work.
I enjoyed professor schuessler's course. He is knowledgable on what he is lecturing,
Amazing professor and class would recommend everyone to take him. But be ready to have lots of work to do and a semester project. It's challenging but fun to do.
Expectations and rubric are clearly defined. Time management is important in this class.
The professor was quick on responses even on the weekends; he was willing to accommodate and do what it is best!
The teacher provides a lot of critical feedback and positive encouragement when checking assignments. The course feels basically like taking 2 courses at once: a lecture and a lab. It's very intensive and best to take with those who have extra time on their hands to simmer and cook up good research on the semester project.
He will assign a good amount of work and lay out the typical number of hours it takes to complete it. ( Those are accurate.) Peer reviews will also be expected in his courses.
Good teacher
Dr. Schuessler is great; he encourages critical thinking with his assignments and provides great feedback.
Would take this professor again but make sure you are ready to do the work required for a good grade.
Tough class
The Professor is great. Submit your deliverables on time, do your extra credit work. You'll be good to go.
Dr. Schuessler is a great teacher. They will respond to you quickly and give you great feedback on your assignments. This class was very hard for me because I am new to networking. There is a lot of work to complete weekly and you need to stay on track to do well in this course. The tests are weighted heavily and worth a lot of your grade.
Dr Schuessler isn't a bad professor, but the coursework load is too much, requirements are not always clear, and the work isn't technical enough. There is also way too much focus put on accademic sources and little consideration given to ideas coming from outside accademia. Good ideas can come from anywhere but that's not accepted.
Timely grader with great feedback.
This professor does what most professors should be doing. He makes you think, and use the critical thoughts you come up with on paper. Truly an amazing professor, especially with timely feedback. One downside however, he is highly critical on how deep your thoughts are. So make sure it is something meaningful.
Dr. Schuessler is a detailed grader, assigns a lot of homework, but is caring and fair and you will learn a lot from him. You'll definitely have plenty of assignments to do, with a lot of writing that requires critical thinking, but he was by far the most influential professor I learned from at Tarleton. I can't say enough good things about him.
Good instructor will all guide for the assignments and project are correct
I took this professor for an online class. There was a fair amount of work each week, but that is mostly due to the fact that it was a five week class. The class was well-organized, but the professor wasn't super helpful when it came to emails. He would often say that we should discuss with our classmates instead of helping with an issue.
BCIS 4320. 5 week course, lot of homework, which makes sense due to the limited time. The projects at the end just seem like busy work and filler. Making a resume and doing mock interviews? I took this class for Digital Forensics, not to write a resume.
I believe the the professor is extremely knowledgeable and enjoyed the material. Did a great job at sending weekly reminders, letting us know what was due for the week. Graded fairly quickly.
The professor was fine, I only wish the course was longer then 5 weeks for the type of material we were covering.
I would never recommend this professor. I was disappointed in his lack of wanting to teach this course and would assign too many sections in TestOut for an unrealistic due today. This course was not focused on actual learning but on pushing through to get everything done. He failed my excitement to take this course.
This was all about how much the professor could push us in 5 weeks and not care that anyone else had a life outside of sitting behind the computer to complete his assignments. If the system went down his response was "You shouldn't have waited till the last might or you should have already had them done."
Dr. Schuessler's class was certainly informative as I feel I have learned a lot (and at the end of the day that is all that matters). While I certainly understand that summer course workloads will naturally be more heavy, there were certain times, mainly the final week, where I feel that too much was being asked of students
I think that the professor and the the weekly reminders for assignments due were great to have. I only wish the courses I took with him were long. They were some of the best and beneficial material that I have had during my time at Tarleton. I think students would benefit from longer semesters with this course rather than 5 weeks.
The course I took with him mainly focused on material that was from outside sources. Between the large amount of readings and the assignments, it was tough to fully grasp all the concepts being presented. The material from the outside sources consisted of a textbook which I purchased from Cengage and a certification course which I also had to buy.
His modules are intense! Also, assignment instructions are wordy and hard to follow.
I was in BCIS 4320 but it was not a selectable option- I really enjoyed the content of this course but I thought there were a lot of hoops to jump through almost just to make sure you were following directions. Collaboration with other students is how I succeeded in this course.
Dr. Shoe-Slur is a great instructor that responded well and respectfully to my messages when I had questions. Took his Ethical hacking summer course and I will say that it was a lot of work and took time! (Expected it since it's a 5-week course." Since I didn't have any other priorities besides two other summer courses, this class was doable.
Lots of work will be given for his classes. Be prepared to work hard and study for a long time.
The professor was fair in what he was given by the university, however with that being said the number of assignments that were assigned, mainly the tasks that were found in the assignment were very long to do. As a professor the teacher was fair and gave good feedback, however as a class was very difficult and time consuming.
Considering this was an online course, the amount of effort is triple than what you are thinking. Everything is due when stated, and there is no late work accepted. The course work is extremely time demanding, you have to comprehend what you are doing for the proctored quizzes. Make sure you do everything a week early to make time for studying.
Great! Just not enough time for the class content to be covered in 5 weeks.
Great professor, just do not procrastinate or you will be fighting for your life trying to catchup.
He is good at teaching, and he is willing to help you out, but he gives a lot of homework, and the class is hard, so if you're taking be ready because you are going to take a lot HomeWorks and labs weekly.
Loved the material we learned, just very stressful to be crammed in 5 weeks.
The class seemed daunting initially, but he is very effective in the schedule and will give you clear and concise feedback.
Took a summer course the content was intense but do able.
He is very clear about what the requirements are. He also sets you up with the right information to complete the assignments but do not miss any assignments because he will not take any late work.
He is good, but he gives out lots of HomeWorks so goodluck!
online class is fast pace do your due dillagence to stay ontop of work load
The class was hard i should have taken it as a 16 week course
worst professor I've had gave way too much work for a 5 week class doesn't give clear feedback when ask for clarification on things chances things last minute for example all quiz's where proctored after the first week he didn't notify us until a student ask why take STAY AWAY from him if you can
This instructor was very well prepared and the course was well structured. The quizzes are pretty tough with long, real world word problems. (10 questions in 10 minutes) Overall a good experience. Very dense class. There is a lot of material to learn and the Testout online portion has a lot of modules to complete each week.
Dr. Schuessler is tough with assignments and very particular about completion, but he has great knowledge and provides valuable, prompt feedback. The only downside is the peer review process, which feels time-consuming and often unhelpful, like receiving feedback from a high school student. Despite this, I highly recommend taking his classes.
I have taken this professor twice- he is very professional and passionate about his work. The semester projects are a lot and he likes the fine details. I would take this professors classes again, but he is serious and the course work is time consuming.
This professor provides extremely clear feedback. Criteria are very well established.
The professor was good with detailed assignments; the video of instructions helped me understand the assignments.
A professional with a passion for what he teaches. This class was book reading heavy and Testout online platform heavy. The course is composed of a semester long project. DO NOT GET BEHIND on the project, weekly requirements. He is kind and will provide detail feedback to his assignments. I would definitely take another of his courses.
The professor's teaching style was engaging and interactive, effectively breaking down complex topics with clear explanations and practical examples, while demonstrating strong subject expertise and adaptability to students' needs.
I have taken many classes with Dr. Schuessler and really enjoy they way he structures his classes. The peer reviews are unique and so helpful. The capstone class (5391) is a very heavy workload. The class started slow but don't let that fool you. Get started early and work ahead is the main advise I would give. His feedback is amazing and helpful.
Really thorough, fair, and responsive
The structure of my course was good. A lot of busy work but most wasn't that hard.
This professor is highly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in student success. They provide timely and constructive feedback, making it clear that they care about improving the learning experience for everyone. Their ability to create an engaging and respectful classroom atmosphere encourages open communication and thoughtful participation.
Great teacher and very helpful
This Professor was good for the course and did everything he can to make the students understand the course. There are going to be some things that not alot of students will get but thats ok that's what learning is for. The professor is understand but make sure to turn work in on time. The professor is cool and would recommend to other students.
Professor Schuessler is a knowledgeable professor. Many complaints generally reflected how "writing" heavy the course can be. This is a Graduate Level class, and the goal is to be able to research topics through the lens of Information Systems. Be prepared to write as these courses prepare you to move into research roles.
Releases all the assignments at the beginning of the semester and mainly uses the TestOut environment. If you have taken those classes before, it should be easy if time is properly managed.
This class is very informative, but it comes with a lot of work. If you are in a situation wondering whether you should take Dr. Schuessler and Dr. Jones at the same time, don't.
Not an easy grader, but the feedback is incredibly detailed and constructive, which really helps you improve. If you are willing to put in the effort, you'll gain a lot from this class.
Everything about this his course was easy to understand if you give yourself enough time to complete the assignments and ask questions.
The class was well structured.
If you like using CompTI website platform for lab work, then this is the class for you. If not then this class will feel tedious.
Professor communicates very well and seems to care about your success. Teaches the course in a way with a lot of detail so you can understand. Is very knowledgable in the field and responds in a timely manner.
If you're taking this course, I strongly recommend focusing on TestOut exam. Keep in mind that the TestOut exam is not just a part of your grade—it's also a certification exam. Even if you don't achieve an A in the course, earning the certification is a much more valuable accomplishment. It can provide you with a competitive edge in the workforce.
I recommend prioritizing the TestOut modules and TestOut final exam since passing the final also earns you a certification. While excelling in quizzes and projects is helpful, securing the certification provides a competitive edge in the workforce and demonstrates your practical skills to potential employers.
I recommend prioritizing the TestOut modules and TestOut final exam since passing the final also earns you a certification. Even if you don't pass the quizzes and projects, securing the certification provides a competitive edge in the workforce and demonstrates your practical skills to potential employers.
If you don't like adaptive learning assignments, this is not the course for you. The assignments are incredibly long, and you will watch 2 or 2 and a half episodes of a TV show or an entire movie before you finish the tasks. However, it is the same assignments each week; some weeks, there are some assignments that get added, but they are super easy
I really enjoyed taking this class and Professor Schuessler was wonderful. He provided clear feedback after every assignment and allowed for extra credit at the end.
This professor is very clear about what is expected. All tools and information needed are provided.
Dr. Schuessler is very articulate and his classes are structured in a way that makes it easy for students to reflect on which skills are their personal strengths and which actions to improve upon. Students in this class engage with each other in a close-knit group setting, especially as it is the capstone course.
The teacher gives great video feedback on assignments. There will be a lot of assignments, stay on top of it or you could get behind quickly. It is recommended you take this course by itself if you are a working adult, as the load with other classes is a lot. Overall really like this teacher!
Dr. Schuessler is an amazing professor who is highly responsive and overall a wonderful instructor. This class is very writing heavy, but it should be expected for anyone heading into their capstone. The professor provides assignments that tests your knowledge of the program and prepares you to move forward in your career.
Great professor! Clear expectations and very easy to understand. The class was writing-intensive and required consistent effort, but the workload was fair. Feedback was detailed and really helped improve my writing. If you're willing to put in the work, you'll learn a lot.
He responds quick to messages
Great and straightforward professor.
He's a very good professor and provides a lot of great feedback on assignments in a timely manner.
The professor's Canvas site was overly complicated which obscured key data and insights for course success. Midterm study preparation resources were overly large, compared test size. Midterm prep resource availability was not obvious until it was too late to study effectively. No lecture type materials until after the midterm.
Dr. S is very responsive to any questions. I took BCIS 5311 as a five-week summer course, and it was a hefty amount of work. However, Dr. S provides clear practice quizzes and exams that are beneficial for studying. We had weekly video project submissions as a group, which can be tricky if your group members are not focused.
I enjoyed this class. The team projects were easy if everyone puts in the work, I had a great team! For such a small amount of time the practices quizzes and essay's for the midterm and final was a bit much. I would say, as long as you turn in all your assignments and get good grades on your quizzes and projects you can get a B.
He definitely helps his students with their questions and with their doubts on assignments that have already been completely. He is also willing to provide additional assistance if the students are having a tough time with the course.
The material was presented in a way that was easy to understand, with instructions and expectations clearly outlined. Even without frequent direct interaction, the structure of the class made it easy to follow and grasp key concepts. Overall, the professor's approach supported independent learning while still guiding students effectively.
Well-organized content with helpful weekly feedback and interactive assignments. Syllabus access could be improved. Exams sometimes covered material beyond coursework. Recommend staying ahead and using extra resources for tougher topics. Overall, a valuable learning experience.
really helpful and will work with students
The teaching style for online coursework is great in this class- I would take another course with this professor for that reason.
Since I'm taking his online class, I don't really have much to say about his teaching style. Yet, I would take him again if I need more credits, because he responds to my email rather quickly, within a day usually. He's easy to work with and considerate.
I enjoy Mr. Schuessler as a professor. BCIS 4320 is the class I took with him in the summer. This was a 10 week online course but let me tell you it is alot of reading since it's a condensed course. Lot's of quizzes with 2 big projects but those aren't too bad. If you don't like to read try to see if you can take this as a 16 week course.
good teacher, a lot of work, everything counts
Good professor, provides great instructions and lays out the entire course from week one. Just be sure to never miss an assignment, especially a bigger one. Even if you do every single assignment and score perfectly on the semester project, no leniency will be provided if missing a due date.
This course definitely had a heavy workload, but I want to acknowledge that every assignment was relevant and meaningful. Even though it was challenging, nothing felt like busy work, and I walked away with practical knowledge I can actually use. It was demanding, but in a valuable way.
Class was easy if you kept up with the assignments.
Professor was great. Disclosed all information before each assignment so you knew what was going on and gave great feedback on assignments.
Great professor
class was easy
1234567890
had no problems with this professor
This class is not difficult; I took a 16-week course. The homework assignments are completed thorough McGraw Hill connect. The home can be a bit time consuming, but as long as you are able to complete your assignments and submit them on time this class is not difficult. One discussion a week and 3-4 assignments.
As long as you show that you care, he is willing to work with you.
This professor will work with you; you just have to talk to him.
Overall, the course was straight forward
The professor is very organized, responsive, and genuinely wants students to succeed.
Professor Josephs's teaching style made a significant difference in my learning experience. The YouTube audio materials he provided were especially helpful, they broke down complex concepts in a clear, practical way and made it much easier to understand how ITIL applies in real-world situations.
Great feedback for works the course was well-structured with clear modules and engaging assignments that made learning practical.
Class is well-organized and easy to follow on Canvas, but just know he's a tough grader. He takes off points for things that aren't always clear, on both individual and group work. Very hands-off class with no lectures, so be ready to teach yourself and pay close attention to details.
Professor was great
