Josh is a great professor. He gives you a lot of feedback for your papers so you never wonder why he took off points. His assignments are clear and I never was confused on what he was asking in the assignments. He makes you work for your A but if you put in the time and effort you can defiantly get an A in the class.

He explains everything very well and when he gives us our grades back he will write down very good notes for us to do a lot better on our next assignment or next paper.

I really enjoyed taking his class, he applied his main police career to the class often which gave us a better perspective. Discussion questions are important, typically 6 posts per week, which he is very interactive on them as well. What I appreciate the most is that he grades quickly and gives the best feedback on each one.

Took it as an online class but Proffesor Lee did an amazing job if we ever had questions about anything to keep in contact with student and do the best he could to help us. He isn't a hard grader but you aren't going to be able to turn it lazy work but if you dedicate time and effort you will do great.

Definitely recommend this professor! Mr. Lee is great! For me his class was a bit difficult because I struggle and doubt myself. Participation and clear communication matters! As long as you put in the effort and honestly communicate with him you will be ok. He is understanding, funny, caring and genuinely cares about you being successful!

His way to get students to post DQ's early was funny. He was my last professor for my undergrad (elective class) and I couldn't have asked for a better professor. I thought it was hilarious he kept saying my writing improved as I'm a writing major, I just wasn't giving everything too much effort because it was my last class.

Professor Lee is really great, I wish I could have taken him in person because he's super knowledgable on law enforcement and seems funny. He really helped me improve my papers from feedback. Online course is pretty easy as long as you keep yourself on track with the 2 discussions every week and papers every 2 weeks.

Professor Lee is an exceptional professor. He reached out to me first when he saw that I was struggling in his class and kept checking up on me throughout the course. He offered so much help and resources to me and also went out of his way to make sure I was successful in his class! He is very understanding and I highly recommend him!!

He really does give good feedback on what to fix in the future with other assignment. This class is very easy to take and it does require reading from the text, but only when it comes to answering discussion questions.

Online classes are hard to teach but Professor Lee did a great job. He makes the class fun despite the DQ's and he also gives great feedback on papers. Participation is DQ's with 2 being every week with a minimum of 2 responses. When I mean this is the hardest thing to do in his class I mean it. His papers are very well instructed out to you on the prompt and if you have a hard time email him. Quickly responds with the needed info and offers advice. Great person and professor. Easy A, no quizes!

The topic discussions were more difficult than the papers throughout the class. Although, they prompted interesting conversation and perspectives. Overall, your papers will be graded fairly while also providing exceptional feedback that will improve your writing ability. Great Professor!!!

Prof. Lee is one of the best! He responds VERY fast, always the same or next day. He grades only by the rubric so you know exactly what he's expecting. He only requires 2 responses per DQ, which is a huge plus since most professors want 8/week. Thanks for such a great semester professor.

Professor Lee was very quick to answer any questions and was the first professor to not waste any time grading assignments. When grading, he would tell you exactly what needed to be fixed so there was no guessing about what you needed to improve on. Every assignment kind of rolled into the next, so it was very easy to keep up. Great class!

Professor Lee is so genuine and deeply cares about the success of student and strives for each person to have true understanding on each topic presented. He wants to connect with his students not just through assignments but on a personal level. He has an "ASK ME ANYTHING" forum and makes Youtube videos in response- it's awesome.

Prof Lee is an amazing teacher. Like most online criminal justice classes, there's a ton of papers but that's just the course. Prof Lee takes time to look and respond to a ton of participation posts and helps students understand every topic as well as gives feedback. The textbook is also super easy to understand and is used in most of the DQs.

He is a great professor! and is super helpful and responds super quick he has allowed me to redo assignments and get a better understanding of the class and if I missed a deadline he was accepting of a redo! This class if full of information and with the homework assignments you will really know what you are talking about and know the information.

Throughout my time in taking Criminal Law, this professor has been extremely helpful with questions about assignments or criteria needed. I also found the extra help and tips provided each week to be extremely helpful in my writing process and how I approach assignments. I'm going to be taking these many tips into more essay heavy classes.

With the assignments given not only does he give feedback but he gives it in form of a video which is so helpful because you can hear his insights and explanation on his grading for your paper. I took his criminal law course online. He was very attentive when I needed an extension or had questions about a grade I was give. He was involved in the weekly discussion posts and they were substantial questions that we had to answer, not busy work. The benchmarks were easy to do because he explained them very well.
