Excellent lectures and always keeps you awake in class. Even incorporates the Simpsons into his lectures. Down to earth guy, really relates to students.

He creates outlines and diagrams to help you study for his tests and gives review games for extra credit. His tests come mostly from class lectures and are multi-choice. His class is actually interesting and may create a political science intrest in you.

It is an easy class where you learn and have a good teacher. If you take good notes you'll have A's on the tests. The teacher just lectures but is very knowledgeable and interesting.

Mr. Trpovski is a cool guy, very knowledgeable. The tests are multiple choice and easy. There is a film review paper at the end, but it's very easy.

By far the most easy to understand and fun class with him. He sometimes plays Jepardy. I just read the ch before class and paid attention and got an A. He is so laid back and Sooo easy to understand he is the best. Do not take Paul Lapez you'll fail!

Doesnt do much of anything in the online class except give out grades, and sometimes his expectations are a bit ambiguous. The quizzes are very simple and the few written assignments are easy. Not many grades in the class so you have to make sure you do well on the few you have.

Great teacher, uses lecture method to teach with overhead/Powerpoint notes. Gives out 4-5 test a semester on the material he has covered, and drops the lowest at the end. Take good notes and study them, you will do fine. Got an A ;)

One of the greatest at VCC. This guy belongs in the Ivy league schools. Makes you think beyond the general scope and is very fair with tests. He doesn't care if you do or don't make it. Absolutely wonderful teacher! Just do your work, takes the quizzes and pass the tests and you'll be fine. This man is INCREDIBLY smart too, sometimes TOO smart for Valencia students. Often rants on and on about off-topic subjects, but eventually finds his way back. I definatly recommend him to anyone for any type of Political Science class.

I took this class because I had to, but now I am on top of everything that happens in government. He makes you realize how important current events are in your life. He's very sarcastic with the subject, which makes it all the more interesting. When class ends, you don't realize so much time has passed. One of my best teachers.

he is a great and understanding teacher. I didn't want to take this class, but at least he made it fairly easy. Uh... don't leave sutff for the last moment. Night classes are better (i think 4 him) more lenient with us. on Take Home Assignments he was a little tough (in my opinion) but i still managed to get a very very good grade.

Professor Trpovski is a credit to Valencia's teaching staff. This was my 2nd class of his, and I will probably take his Comparative Politics after this. Highly, highly recommended.

Great Class, interesting lectures. Tests were easy as hell. I got 98, 98, 92, 92. Attendance policy is half of the classes. Tests were all multiple choice, he doesn't try and trick you on anything and expects you to know only the real world items. No dates. Highly recommended, down to earth and realistic professor.

OK, this is the best class I have this semester! Not because the class is easy, but becuase it makes all me other classes suck, lol. This instuctor is considerate and likes to subject matter he talks about. (Something my other instructors lack) His passion the subject, motivates me to try my ass off. I took his online class and it was really easy. Questions about each chapter and 3 tests. Everything is spaced out a lot so you get a nice break in between assignments.

I took this course online and would recommend it to anyone who does not like lecture style classes! You have the syllabus from the first day of class with all due dates. 4 written assignments, 4 tests, 1 optional paper, and two self paced quizzes. Make sure you get the book because everything is directly from it. Very easy &definitely recommend it!

Loved him, loved the class! Tests are easy and almost straight out of his powerpoint lecture. Funny guy makes the class interesting. Students are allowed 15absences! Good breather class. Take him if you need a POS class over with.

For USGOV, he is a good professor sometimes is a little boring. But he gives real situations to what he teaches. He is a bit funny also, just take notes and study them. He lets you out early almost every class and the book is barely used.

Lecture, Lecture, LECTURE! Bring your laptop, he talks the whole time. Tests are literally verbatim from his lectures and he's fantastic. I fell asleep almost every class but I got A's on all of the exams. Don't forget the online quizzes though but you'll never use the book. Real nice guy too, don't let the first day fool you-easist Govt. class!

Not a bad class though the content was boring. It's not hard though. You can miss up to 7 classes and pass. The quizzes are easy and the tests aren't too bad. Overall, a good experience if you have to or want to take INR.

This teacher is awesome. He does have a lot of notes, but the tests are easy if you study. He drops a test, and you do a film review, and disect an ad along with 5 tests. No final, no mid term. You can mis up to 14 days without being penalized and if you miss less than 6 he gives you extra credit! Take him. He knows what he's talking about!

US Gov't Online. Weekly chapter discussion. Chapter quizzes at your own pace, due end of semester. Every 3 chapters is a short answer/essay assignment plus an exam (4 total). One movie review paper due toward end of semester. Not hard, but plenty of work to keep you busy. Overall decent course & professor.

Professor Trpovski is awesome!! his class although is about Government issues he did that really interesting and funny, gave us examples of real life, his quizzes are based on notes, and keywords, keep up with his class and u pass it; test ans assigments are really easy if u dedicate time on this class. Professor Trpovski is great! Class is completely lecture - he doesn't care about attendance but you don't want to miss class. Everything on the exam is covered in his lectures. Go to class, take good notes and go to the Supplemental Learning groups if you can and you'll get an A. Study!! Excellent prof, inspired me to change my major to PoliSci.

When I first started the class I felt like everything was over my head. A few classes into it I realized everything on the tests was exactly what he talked about in class. Very straight forward, he definitely knows what he is talking about. The only complaint I have is that he canceled class like 6 times...

Took honors course. Cool guy, let's you get away with a lot. Challenging class but not too hard. If you do the work you can get an A. He kind of half-assed some of the semester, and canceled class a ton. Besides that it wasn't too bad.

Class wasnt hard. Test mainly come from the power points. They arent hard at all. I managed high B's with a quick skim of my notes. If you actually studied, it's not hard to get an A. 1 paper, 3 online quizzes, 4 test. Class was fun. He cracked a few jokes. I ended up with an A as my final grade.

Take him online! Very easy class. The only negative I would say is he doesn't post your grades right away. Expect to wait at least a month for them.

I took his online POS 2041 course in the fall, and the class wasn't hard, but it took a lot of time. The person below is right... expect not to have your grades back for like a month or more. All in all, he was an okay teacher.

He is a good teacher and explains the information and has his basic outline notes as a powerpoint in class and online. His tests are hard and require full knowledge of the information in each section. You will learn something but it is not a professor that lets you just coast by, you have to make a huge effor to do well.

Took his gov class. Grades fair, lenient on attendance, makes lectures about gov as interesting as gov could get for someone not interested in it at all... shows the importance of knowing the subject. Pay attention to lecture notes (avail online).

I took this professor for international politics. He was a good teacher and a good guy, but in the class we had essays due every week, plus the case studies if you were in honors as I was. I could bear the amount of work only because I am so passionate about the subject. If you aren't, I suggest you take someone else.

Although the material is available online, I suggest you pay attention to his lectures. He goes fast, but clear. There is work, but its very reasonable. You learn a lot, he's A1. Thank you professor Trpovski! I was very fortunate to have him for INR and highly recommend him for this class.

Lenient on attendance, but if you want to do well you should go. For someone who does not like US Gov, he made the lectures interesting (reminded me of Seinfeld). Awesome sense of humor. Great class! Took his summer international politics class. His lectures were interesting, and although he only (loosely) requires you to go to half of the classes, I tried to make it to every lecture. His tests were difficult enough to make you think, but easy enough to ace if you pay attention in class. Definitely recommended!

He is an amazing professor. I had him for International Politics, and while his tests are really challenging, you will learn a lot. I was having a problem with my babysitter, and he was willing to let me bring my daughter to our last class meeting (I found a last minute sitter). VCC is fortunate to have him. Take him if you can! And he's cute too!

Good teacher, although I think his power point slides/lectures should've went along with the book in a much better fashion. He kind of jumped all over the place in each chapter. He drops the lowest grade, which is pretty awesome if you bomb a test or something. I didn't really care for the timed online quizzes. He should get rid of them, IMO.

Gov't is kind of a dull subject but he tries to make it as interesting as possible. Gives a week to take his tests. He drops lowest grades. His tests are about 60% notes and 40% book. If you give even a little bit of time to study you will do fine. his writing assignments are due on sundays though. Funny/laid back guy! really knows his government!

Prof Trpovski is definitely one of the best professors i have ever had! He made class very interesting and easier to understand. The class was a bit of a challenge but well worth it. He puts all the power points online, there are 4 exams, 4 online essays, and one case study. Although attendance isn't mandatory, i would suggest going. Brilliant!!

Test are right from the book and lecture, attendance is not mandatory but helpful. Do not expect feedback from assignments and grading takes forever, but overall he is a good professor. If you don't mind studying and attending his lectures, I recommend you take his class.

Fantastic professor - one of the best that I have had. The class is tough - no doubt. But it is extremely interesting! Just make sure you read/use the book and PowerPoint notes. He won't tell you beforehand, but both those help TREMENDOUSLY on his exams.

I will agree, he does take a while to grade things, but he was a good teacher, and new the subject thoroughly. He answered any and all questions asked. Responses aren't terribly difficult, neither are the tests. Just pay attention to the lecture, take notes, and then look over the powerpoints again. All assignments cept for tests are online.

Took him for government, SO EASY. This guy is funny, and knows his stuff. Study his power points for the tests. Four tests, four essay, and 3 easy quizzes (google the questions). This guy seriously made my semester awesome. TAKE HIM! He does take a few weeks to grade stuff but it's okay because I got an A!!!

Professor Trpovski (yes, he expects you to attempt an accurate pronunciation) is a very laid back gentleman. Therefore, be prepared to wait longer than average to receive grades. There is no doubt that Trpovski is well-read, and educated, but again, he is very lax about everything. Clear, concise. Helpful. Expect to hone your writing skills...

Four exams, three quizzes, several essays... You must study the terms in the book for the exam. I also practiced using the publisher's online quizzes. Trpovski came across as slightly arrogant and very impersonal. By the end of the class, he would not know your name. Yet, he was a decent lecturer, in my opinion. Attendance is not mandatory.

Great teacher, it was a hybrid course but the online assignments were easy. He says the notes from class are all you need to do good on the tests, but that wasnt true. You have to use the textbook resources on blackboard to get the info you need.

Trpovski really got me into US Govt. I struggled in the beginning because it was my first semester and I didn't fully pay attention to the stuff he put online. If you take notes in class and do the study guides(that you can find online), you will pass with flying colors.

He was an overall good professor. Often lets you out early if he gets through everything. Overall interesting lectures. Must stay on top of blackboard! Doesn't remind you of assignments in class. Open to questions discussion. Tests done in testing center. 4 modules in class, 1 module online. Online module will sneak up on you, get it done early.

When I took this class, I never used the textbook. Everything that I used for essays and tests were off the web or from notes. TAKE NOTES!! It saved me when doing everything. No final or midterm just 5 tests. I don't know how I passed the final test with a 100, but it happened. Very neutral when talking about government which is important.

This guy is SUPER HOT first off!! There are 5 Unit tests each unit consists of 3 chapters each. Go over the book & take all the notes on the power points and study for them you will be fine. The final is based on the last 2 chapters, NOT the whole book. And has a great sense of humor, attendance doesnt matter its YOUR choice YOUR grade.

Expect to not know how you're doing in the class until the end of the semester (I'm STILL waiting on my final grade). He seems very impersonal compared to other professors I've had a Valencia. Attendance isn't mandatory. I barely went to class but so far I have an A. His tests are based off vocab and the textbook's online quizzes.

I took this class online Spring semester (flex) and it was awesome, he gives you the syllabus, it tells you exactly what he expects from you. The tests are very hard but if you read the chapters you will be fine. I would definitely recommend him.

Very easy as long as you either come to class &pay attention or read the chapters. A little much on the hw, but it prepares you for the exams which if you just follow the study guides provided will be no problem. Makes lectures very interesting and he looks amazing as well! Definately should take this professor for your gov't course.

Only reason I give a 3 for easiness is out of respect. If you truly care and like politics and government then you'll find his lectures and sense of humor exceed beyond expectation and do well! Tests are in testing center, straight forward and no trick questions. He plays devils advocate and argues cases on both political sides. Great time!

Not only the class was a breeze but Trpovski is super helpful. I messed up a test with one attempt and got a bad grade, and he excluded me from it! There are 4 tests with some modules and written assignments in between. E.C. on tests. All the answers to the tests are on quizlet! Dont buy the book; using the internet get you through the tests faster

Trpovski is an interesting guy. I never studied and never got lower than a B on any assignment. Tests are in the testing center and mostly multiple choice so they should be slice of pie. Would definitely recommend.

Super intelligent and passionate professor! Really thinks of students and everything on their plates unlike other professors. Easy tests in testing center. Attendance is optional for Hybrid class. A lot of weekly written assignments.

For the hybrid class he gives you an online writing assignment(short essays) and chapter quizzes just about every week. Attendance isn't mandatory. Most times he forgets to pass around the sign in sheet. If you to class you can get some info to put towards the online assignments. The book wasn't necessary. I didn't buy it and did fine in theclass

This teacher would not make a good friend, but he is extremely hilarious. It would be harder to fail this class than to pass it. This teacher is crystal clear in telling us what to do. His talks and funny and interesting, and as long as you read the book, you should do fine on the tests. Would definately take him again.

This professor is awesome! From the first day I always looked forward to his class. He does not count attendance but he makes you want to go because he is hilarious and very helpful in understanding the subject. Tests are taken in the testing center but are very easy, just read over the chapters and your notes once or twice and you'll be fine.

One of the best professors. He knows what hes speaking about, he is clear, and he gives insight on current events. He is also very funny. the class structure is very straight forward. pay attention, take notes, and you will pass the test. he has written responses on his test but nothing you wouldn't know if you did a little studying.

This class was awesome! He is straight forward with his lectures and has no problem clarifying anything. He doesn't care if you show up to class but does take attendance since it's required. You can go once a week and be good with test. You take 3 or 4 exams and drops the lowest grade. Read the power-points because the basically the test

Took as a hybrid course (online and on site), which I enjoyed. If you attend class, the quizzes are easy. He's very sarcastic and has a dry sense of humor, but if that's your type of humor, it's more enjoyable.

Took this professor online for U.S Gov and he was amazing one of the best decisions i made. He always gives extra credit on all exams. Every week was just one homework assignment and maybe a quiz/ exam. If I could I would definitely take him again!

Slow grader/didn't respond to emails. Quizzes and 4 unit exams that were easy (50 multiple choice + extra credit) There are writing assignments that he grades and grades hard on those; they are not just participation grades. Overall, not bad, I took for flex term and I was fine with the work load. He posts everything at once, so you can work ahead.

Super easy class. The tests were essays with possible topics posted before so you knew exactly what would be on them. The lectures are interesting and he's a funny guy. Would take again

Definitely must read the book thoroughly to pass, this professor was good but I never got feedback on my assignments and why points were counted off. Weekly quizzes and assignments that weren't that difficult as long as you read the book.

I took State and Local Government online with Professor Trpovski. It was quite a bit of reading per week followed by one assignment and quiz for the chapter. There are practice quizes for each chapter, which I highly recommend doing right before the quiz. Final Exam was an essay on any local law or policy of choice. Easy A and gives good feedback.

This class was an easy A by a Dual Enrollment Honors/AP High School student. That said, this teacher waited until the last week to grade the bulk of the assignments, weekly "essay assignments" that required answering three of five questions from the textbook. Also weekly quizzes with two attempts. Just keep up with the work you will do fine!

This class really isn't that hard. These other reviews are way too dramatic. One quiz and three "essay" questions a week (250 ish words each). He is very very clear on what he wants. You won't see your grades immediately so if that gives you anxiety this class may not be for you. I highly recommend taking this teacher, just follow directions!

Professor Trpovski is a funny outspoken person. we only had 3 questions he calls essays to answer for hw every week. midterm and final was the only tests and a paper due at the end of the course. He's really easy to communicate with. I would recommend him but he does speak on things about how he feels and he's blunt with it. We got along very well.

Not gonna lie, he's a really cool dude. He is constantly cracking jokes in class. He also teaches pretty easy content, and so long as you get all the work done, he won't kick you out of the class for being absent. There were 4 exams through the year, and 15 homework assignments that were just some easy essays.

he' a really laid back and funny guy he assigns one essay question every week but they dont have a specific word count so they're really easy and the tests are pretty easy as well, 100% recommend if you dont like going to class, you could literally pass the class if you only showed up for the first day and tests

does not care if you go to class, 1 short assignment per week, only 4 tests in semester, funny and laid back. if you dont go to class just read the textbook and ull be more than fine. final exam is the 4th test (no cumulative exam). inputs assignment grades last 3 days of the semester. puts in test grades pretty fast tho. take him! easy class imo.

Nice professor, I recommend him. He's not easy, but not hard either. One essay a week and 4 exams. 4th exam is not a cumulative exam, so it was also easy. Lectures are funny and you don't even have to show up to them, attendance doesn't affect your grade. Just make sure you do your work, and pay attention and you'll do fine. He isn't hard.

I took the class online and the canvas was super easy to navigate. You have one homework assignment and one quiz per week. Just keep up and it's easy. You have to read the book but it's not bad. The only bad thing is he takes a long time to grade things and doesn't put it in canvas till the end of the semester so you don't always know your grade.

I have him online for US Government. Very structured class. Every week there is one assignment and one quiz. For the assignment, you have to answer three written response questions. Answers easily found in the textbook. For the quiz, there are 30 questions with a 35 minute time limit. One retake. There are also two papers: mid term and final.

I currently have him for an online class and it is very structured and easy to know what's due, there are no surprise assignments and I felt very comfortable taking his class knowing that I could already see all of the assignments. He does take a while to grade but I have faith that I will pass the class, it is fairly easy.

I have never been interested in politics but he made this class way easier than expected. His textbook for the class was extremely helpful and everything that you are tested on is very clear so you know what to expect. His lectures are great. He has a sense of humor which is helpful for memorizing the info. I definitely would recommend him.

If you take him online you'll be fine. Easy grader and you can get ahead on assignments if you want. Would def take again.

I took the class online so not much of actually speaking to the man, but the work is very easy. Only 1 assignment and 1 quiz each week. But you have to read the chapters he assign. Only 2 papers for the class have to be written. But beware he only puts in grades the last week of the semester so you wont know your grade until then.

Quizzes are graded automatic hints theyre easy because guess. Anyways he doesnt grade assignments till lasts. So basically do good because theres no remake time. His instruction for essays wasnt clear to me I didnt even want to email him tbh but he was helpful when I did. I did not enjoy the class but I passed so can you! Good luck!

He is super laid back and has clear assignments with 3 questions and a quiz a week and a mid term and final paper but it was still super easy if you pick a topic you find interesting. The only thing is he doesnt reply to emails and he puts in grades last minute, but other wise if you want an easy A for the credit I say hes the right professor.

Took him for US gov in person, super cool person, had interesting lectures and his class was pretty straightforward, the test weren't hard if you studied. He's really educated and understanding, I enjoyed taking the class more than expected. He does wait till the end of the semester to grade assignments but other than that no problems

I loved his class! Gave powerpoint lectures but is open to student participation and questions. Graded mostly by 5 tests with the lowest score dropped and a few smaller point assignments sprinkled in here and there. Overall just generally a cool guy to talk to about poli sci / gov stuff.

Great professor, minimal complaints. He was very understanding when things outside of our control affected classwork and adjusted deadlines and assignments accordingly. But he's one of those professors that waits until the end of the semester to grade anything that's not auto-graded. Other than that, it's a really easy class and I'd take it again.

As long as you pay attention throughout the lectures and write down notes, you'll be good. Very informational class. He's also really cool and chill. There's a weekly assignment and few exams throughout the semester which are easy to get a A or B on as long as you pay attention in class. If I ever had to us gov again, I'd want him as my teacher.

If you want to take an easy class to get the credit, TAKE HIM!!

He was a good professor, but he wasn't very involved. During the summer class, there were 2 assignments/week (a quiz and paper), and only 3 discussion posts the whole semester. Really easy, and he isn't really a tough grader. However, it was a bit stressful bc he waited until the last day of the semester to grade all but one assignment lol.

Easy online class for US Government took H2 and its easy no test just quizzes assignements and discussions and he grades well.

Professor Trpovski is okay. He grades as it nears the end of the semester. There are 12 modules with an assignment and quiz for each, and 3 discussions for the overall course. It's a fairly easy course with reading the textbook, flashcards, studying, and answering questions. The final is an opinion research essay.

Really chill. A decent amount of work but just manage your time, get assignments done within the week, and it's smooth sailing. A couple longer assignments but they aren't too difficult. The only thing I would note is that he is a very slow grader and is looking for a high-ish word count without explicitly stating it in assignment instructions.
