very good at lecturing. she makes sure that you know what to do before you leave...she will also help you on your essay...she lets you email them to her and she will correct all your mistakes so that you get an "A".. highly recommend her!!!

Great Teacher all hw is out of the work book. 5 easy eassays quiz are OPEN BOOK. I took the once a week class and the inclass work would only take 1 hour or less to finish. Bad thing you can't leave early or she will take out hours or minutes depends on what time you. I didn't take the final optional and my final grade was a high B

if you plan on missing a lot of classes do not take hers!! she will not pass you if are absent too much and she will make you make-up the hours you missed. Her assignments are real easy, but she kinda assigns a lot of bookwork but it is really easy.

Very helpful and very smart lady. She is so nice that you could just have a conversation with her like as if she was a friend.

EASSSY class...she's a great professor, very clear and direct on what she wants. She's kind too. The only thing is, she is reallllllly strict about keeping you the ENTIRE class time, never lets us out early...counts that as a tardy. but other than that, she's a good teacher.

This is an easy class. All the work in the class was very simple and easy. Professor Hancock lets you e-mail her the essay, so you can revise it before turning it in, so it is really easy to get an "A" in her class.

AWESOME!!! She is a kind hippie who cares about your education. She wants to help you in any way she can. She has out of the book homework the first half of the semester so if you do bad on an essy, you can still get a good grade. EASY HOMEWORK. I highly recommend her, you will NOT regret it!!!

Easiest English professor compared to others I've heard about, wish i could ake her for 68. She gives quizzes everyday but they're easy &you can use your book. no novel is assigned. hmwk is not mandotory but useful to recieve extra cred. in class. DO NOT MISS A DAY OF CLASS every point counts...i could've gotten an easy A but missed out on 3classes

Lots of working and writing in this class; if you're taking the 6 weeks session, the works and writing are back to back. when it comes to garding; the teacher is very detail, catches almost every mistake, a little harsh, but fair. You'll actually learn something at the end of the course. This is not an easy A class, every point counts.

I had first doubts due to first impressions. But she gives a lot of helpful tips, not just class wise but how to be successful in the business life as well. Gives a lot of extra credit so your not hopelessly handicapped if you somehow failing her class. Plus she gives open book quizzes. However she grades hard. Overall excellent teacher.

Took her in the summer super easy. Of course you have to study and do the work but it's easy and she makes learning fun. I enjoyed writing essays and understood the proper MLA format when I was done. She is very inspirational, upbeat, and will keep you entertained. She offers extra credit. Anyone can pass this class they just have to do the work.A+

Professor Hancock is exquisite. She is very helpful, and you can email your essay to her any time. She will give you preliminary grades for it and tell you how to improve it. She talks a lot in class because she goes into details how you could improve your essay; it's all for your benefit. Highly recommend anyone who struggles with English take her

1 of the easiest classes ive taken, seriously. She assigns about 7 essays total (final included & she provides feedback DURING class & gives you a grade, that u can keep or fix errors & get a higher grade! ALOT OF EXTRA CREDIT (like 50 points, almost 5%), A simple quiz every class open book that really help with grade! EASY A & u leave early alot

Her humor is old school. Gives 6 essays. the class is essay as long as you go and do the work. everyday you take a test and she talks a lot. As long as you do the essays and DLAs your good. Take advantage of the tutors and writing center it will be that much easier. Over all she makes everything simple and easy to understand.

Professor Hancock is a great teacher! Her classes are fun and helpful. The lecture schedule and grading are based on the syllabus. There are 6 writings and one final essay in total, and she has a lecture to show how to write each essay. The best thing is you can always write a practice essay and email it to her for comments and preliminary grade.

Really good, rambles too much though on non-related things. Listen to the lectures and do all the assignments. It was an easy class.

Professor Hancock is a great support, her class is not easy but she will guide you and help you feel confident in your writing. 67 will help you understand possible forgotten writing concepts. She is well organized, and does not stray from her syllabus, do your classwork, homework, and don't miss your test and you will be fine.

If I could take her class again I will do it with no doubt. However, her class could be confusing at first, but if you show up and do all the assignments and homework you will pass.

Easiest class you'll ever take. Quizzes open book with lots of chances for extra credit. A little tedious because you'll have to go down to writing center about 3-4 times for her class but still easy. Had to read about 5 short stories for the entire semester with 7 papers.

Professor Hancock explains every assignment very well. I have really bad anxiety and the professor has made in easy for me to ask questions and understand the material. She encourages students to work ahead of time, and provides feedback. It is not an easy class but she is very helpful. I recommend this class 100%.

Professor Hancock is a great professor. I did not know how to write an essay before I attended her class, but by the end of it, I was able to write a clearly written essay. She is a tough grader though. The only reason I got a B in her class was that on my midterm, I accidentally wrote the wrong author's name on a quote and she gave me a D for it.

Overall she is very nice yet you have to do 3 papers and the last paper is a 10 page paper on a film which makes it a little difficult, if English is a breeze for you take her if not I dont recommend

Professor Hancock is an amazing professor who is truly dedicated to her students, even during a difficult time of pandemic and mandatory online classes she made it as accessible as possible. I didnt have the motivation to do any work let alone pass but she encouraged me and assisted far more than she needed. I highly recommended taking her class!

Ms. Hancock is a caring teacher always available outside class. I took this class during pandemic Spring 2020 and she made the transition to online class very smooth. She provides opportunity for extra credit and she lets you send her your paper for feedback before submitting it which gives you the opportunity to make revisions for a better grade.

Professor Joy is so helpful and Always trying to help students to get an A. She is always doing zoom sessions to discuss the assignments and readings with the students so they have a better idea of what is excepted and learn to write an good analytic paper.

Professor Hancock was a great professor during covid. She is really good at answering back fast . The nice thing is you can turn in your essays early so she can grade them early and you have a chance to fix them before the due date. I did take her during a 6 week course so it was a lot of work in the last couple of weeks. You write about 6 essays.
