Makes the class interesting, but tests are kind of tricky. She tests you on even the small details, not just main concepts, and words the questions in ways that aren't always clear.

I loved having her for 204 so when i saw she was teaching 206 i had to take it. She is a wonderful teacher and loves what she does...i highly recommend her.

Interesting class. I took it from 6-9 on Thurs. and she let us out WAY early almost every single time. Watch lots of movies that can get boring, but its better then lecture. Grades easy on papers and tests are all multiple choice. Fun professor.

A nice (and fun, actually) way to get the bio credit out of the way without taking a "Biology" class.

She's fun, and changes her teaching style and is really down to earth. She also listens to her students and took time out of class to find out what we needed as students from her as a professor. It helps that teacher wants to know how to help us like that.

Very nice, incredible amount of notes on overhead though. Your wrist will burn and ache, but she engages the class in interesting discussions. Seems to have been married at least 3 times. Likes to share Far Side cartoons with class, but laughs way too hard at them. Highly recommended!

Prof. Corr is amazing! Her class is SO easy, and she is SO nice and SO funny! I would recommend taking ANT 206 from her to anyone!

Interesting for a theme class. She seemed pretty easy. Classes get long, especially if you don't like anthro.! She knows a lot about the subject though!

She made a 6-9 lecture as interesting as a person could, so I give her credit for that, but I really don't like the subject itself, so that took alot of motivation from me. She's a very interesting prof though, she makes you laugh alot.

Awesome professor. Do good on your mid-term, and you're set. Gives everyone 100% on presentations, grades papers fairly easy, and hands out a take home final at the end. Learned a lot too! Highly recommend.

Easiest professor I have ever had in my life. Horrible for a night class, lots of long boring videos, and so many notes on the overhead you will want to die. Never takes attendance. She tries hard to make it interesting though. Very good lady.

This women is awsome! I didn't have as big of an interest in ANT till I had her. I highly recommend! What older woman goes out and gets her nose pierced mid semester? That was aswome too. I hope to have her next semester.

This class isn't bad, TONS of notes on the overhead, mid-term was horrible, but papers are easy and final is take home. Unclear with expectations. Pretty boring class and lots of videos. Its an easy B-

I loved the dissussions in this class. One of the few classes that will make you think outside of class. Great professor. However she can get kind of hostile sometimes and she can be kind of hard to confront.

Judy can be a bit abrasive at times, but you have to realize she doesnt mean it personally, its just her disposition. Some would call it "blunt". Don't confuse her criticisms of certain points in many religious ideologies (not just xtian) with hatred of religion, they really are relavant to the course material. she aint for the faint of heart.

Excellent professor. She knows her stuff and really makes you think about your life and how you live it. Keep up with and do you work and you will be fine in the class. Gives lots of feedback on how to improve but you have to listen to it. Don't know how she could make this class any easier. If you are open minded take this class!

Super nice prof. with a good sense of humor, and a very interesting class. But when it comes to course material, she is all business. lots of overhead slides, lots of notes. She doesnt hand you an "A", but if you study and put in the time, you shouldnt have a problem. Take this class.

Judy is crazy, but class is never dull. Act like you're paying attention even if you're not or she might get ya!

A bit scattered with course material and assignments. Pay attention to due dates, as she doesn't always remember them. Class was fun. good sense of humor, didn't lecture much.

Judy is a bit quirky, but she knows it! She likes to have fun and make jokes, and she is absolutely passionate about primatology. Her lectures sometimes get a little long, and you have to watch quite a few semi-interesting films... but her grading is straight forward and it really isn't a bad class even if you aren't interested in the subject.

This class is a lot of work but you will learn a lot. She is NOT a hard grader. It seemed like i could write anything and get an A. She's cool. Take this class.

She is very cynical. She's big on attendance, and she doesn't post lecture info on BB. She requires a few papers from you, but they're not a big deal. Tests are multiple choice, and not hard if you take notes and do the reading. You'll learn a lot in this class.

Awesome prof. i would take any of her classes. Lots of notes, i dont advise skipping... exams are straight from notes, 3-4 papers which are relatively easy. Great sense of humor, and explains things very clearly. very helpful, and a very fair grader. Loved this class, now im looking to minor in Anthropology!

I highly recommend you take this class with her. She's very clear about what you need to know, and her tests are basically powerpoint abstracts, so if you know the little amount of info she puts on her powerpoints, you will be prepared. She has some crazy stories, and her class makes me want to be an ANT minor just to take more classes with her.

What a great professor. She is not easy but if you do the work, you should do fine, and you will learn a lot in her class. The books were extremely cheap, no busy work (aka pointless assignments),hardly any homework at all, and she gives a few extra-credit opportunities. She makes the class a definite eye-opener. I would highly recommend her class

Professor Corr is a great teacher; explains things well; however, some test questions are not in her lecture. Can be very confusing. The time I took to study for her last test was basically wasted due to questions not in my notes. Said not to worry about the book if couldn't afford one. Perplexing to say the least.

Wouldn't recommend skipping class, and take lots of notes, but you will learn alot. She is hilarious, take this class!

Good Professor. She is well versed and knows what she is talking about. She is very caring and will help out in anyway possible. She is also funny, and makes jokes which help to keep the class paying attention. Very little homework, but make sure you read the book (it's a novel so it's not boring) because you'll fail the exam if you don't.

Professor Corr is amazing. She teaches her classes well, with supplements from the books (but not lecturing from the book.) Students are well informed on test material, provided they come to class. She loves the subject that she teaches, which makes it interesting. She touches on controversial subjects well.

Corr is entertaining. She's funny, blunt, and likes to make fun of her ex-husbands. Sometimes she falls behind on the syllabus, but she'll inform the class on whats due when. If anything, her unorganized nature helps the class out; assignments and quizzes often get pushed back.

She is very funny and easy to understand. Test questions come straight from the notes. Sometimes she is forgetful but it's an advantage to the class. Def. recommend her!

If you miss classes regularly skip this one. Attendance isn't mandatory but might as well be. NEVER uses Blackboard, never posts any powerpoints and never accepts late assignments. Barely follows the syllabus, so you have to attend class just to know what's due next week. Not for the skippers. Easy for those who take good notes and actually came.

This professor was awesome. I thought that she was funny and taught the class well. Didn't return some papers very quickly. There weren't many assignments. She mainly lectures from a powerpoint, but the class is still enjoyable.

Prof. Corr is an awesome teacher! She's humorous and tries to keep the class atmosphere pretty casual. It's important not to miss this class too often because she teaches a lot of things that cannot be found in the book and often changes due dates. Checking email before class is important as well because she often has unannounced cancellations.

Smart woman with a lot of experience in the field. Don't skip! Interesting lessons, not a class you doze off in regularly. There is a lot of material and you learn a lot but it's easy to get an A in. She's always making jokes and showing funny videos. Take her. Easy & fun, even for freshmen.

I loved Corr until the end of the semester. She called out students for "terribly written research papers" in front of the entire class. Very unprofessional; told us that she spend the night before crying and didn't understand why we did poorly. Perhaps just a mental breakdown in our class? Other than that, she was absolutely wonderful & hilarious.

She is an amazing professor. She is hilarious such a great teacher. Everything was so clear in this class and its definitely interesting. I recommend it!

Good Prof. I have had her before for 206 and she is consistently a good prof. She is funny and truly cares about student progress. No quizzes, one midterm and a take home final. One large research paper, no text book, and a few small assignments. A lot of abstract thinking assignments. Interesting class, although a bit morbid at times lol

ENROLL NOW! She is AWESOME! She really makes the class interesting and knows how to teach. She respects you as long as you respect her. Reading quizes every week, but if you read the material (which isn't bad) you will do fine! She also has cancelled class a lot this semester. Which isn't a bad thing all the time. OVERALL, Take her class!

I had her for ANT206 as well. Amazing prof! I am always riveted by her stories and teaching style. I've heard a lot of complaints that she's hard, but for a 300 level class in anthro, it's not bad. She's a tough grader, but she's not mean about it. If you pay attention and do the work you can get an A no problem.

She is one of the best professors ever! She's super entertaining and helpful. I always looked forward to attending her class. She made all of the material easy for her students to understand and was an extremely fair grader. I would take another class just to have her as the professor.
