Dr. Kasabian is a well organized, wonderful teacher. You will learn more from her than math. When the class time ends, you'll be excited to come back to the next class. Sometimes I didn't want to leave class yet.

She is an excellent math teacher. She explains everything very clearly and is patient and understanding with us math phobic people. Nice sense of humor and interesting lectures.

She is a great teacher. She explains things very clearly and if you have any questions she is willing to talk to you after class or in her office. Her tests come directly from her notes and she reviews over and over again so you don't have to study that hard. She also has a sence of humor too. You should take her class, math isn't so bad after all!

Dr. Kasabian is an excellent math teacher, who is easy to learn from. She teaches using several different styles to make sure that everyone understands. And if you still don't get it, she will stay after class, or meet you in her office, or help you via email. What more can you ask from a teacher.

I really enjoyed taking this class. It was a lot of fun and I actually learned something. She is a great teacher and anybody who says different are wrong.

She is spunky and is fun to just listen to. She gives lots of review and is always always willing to help you, she has amazingly fast turn around one grades, 2 tests and a project and a few hw assignments and thats all. take her shes fun, and insightful.

Judy is an enthusiastic teacher and is very clear about all that needs to be done. If you go to class and do your hw it is an easy A. Don't like math but she made it fun :]

This is the best teacher to take if you wanna pass! Talk to her and she will come up with individual plans to help you pass! Even lets you take exams sepereratly from the class if you need to. She is funny, keeps you awake and the sweetest teacher I have met at El Camino.

Judy is a fantastic teacher who uses visual means to help with such a boring topic. She makes math fun and the classes really enjoyable to go to, but we warned - just because she's fun doesn't mean you can take an easy ride in her class. You're there to learn don't forget!

Wanted to hate this class and ms k the first day when I came into the room to hear chanting about the real number system. then I realized if you just let go and have fun, ms K will be the best math class you will ever be in. for the first time ever, i feel as if i actually understand math thanks to her and her fun approach

She explains everything really clearly. I had class at night and 90% of the people are falling asleep. She would make class interesting by making us do problems on the blackboard. Really chill and laid back. I hardly used my book (only for hw which is on a unit basis) and have an A.

Straight forward. She tells it like it is Yes you do silly things but seriously, it beats coming to class and falling asleep.Math is not easy for me but she is so helpful! Do the H.W., study for your test.Yes she does take attendance.Go and sit in one of her classes.That's the best way to find out what a teacher is like.

The first day if class I was unsure of the teaching...but by the second week I got her teaching style...she is a great and fair teacher. If u don't get algebra, she will make it clear for u...just show her u try!

She is so awesome!!! She will work you but that's what teachers are suppose to do! Attendance is important because you cover a lot of information, but just keep your notes clear and you can do good. Homework is only due on test days. A lot of writing on the tests because it's Stats. I am taking her for 110 also, can't wait!

I really enjoyed taking probability and statistics with Dr. Kasabian. I never thought I would actually enjoy a math class. She made the class so much fun and made sure everyone in our class understood what we were doing before moving on to the next lesson. I am now in a different math class at a new school and I couldn't appreciate her more!!

IF YOU GET THE CHANCE,TAKE HER FOR MATH !!She teaches wonderfully,very clear, puts it to its simplest form. She gives a lot of examples,be ready to stand in front of the class it she picks you(SUCK IT UP AND BE MATURE ABOUT IT). She is entertaining, and makes the class interesting. MATH IS NOT MY SUBJECT, BUT I DID WELL IN THE CLASS! I studied from my notes only! I ONLY USED MY BOOK TO DO HW(hw for each chp sections). Her test aren't easy, you will do weakly quiz. She knows a lot about teaching & is willing to share her method. Class may be too elementary but it honestly helps you see things through a teacher's eyes-- it's more about conceptual understanding than procedural (which helps a lot). No extra credit, hw due on test day, projects are simple, exams are lecture-based...I only used the book for hw.

She is super nice and she makes sure that everybody understands before moving on. She is really funny and as long as you are in class and you do well on tests and quizzes (which are super easy)then you'll get a good grade!

This class was very easy. As long as you did the homework, you'll have your easy points. Tests are not as hard as you think and she is VERY helpful. She's tries to make jokes but fails, which makes her class entertaining. Take this class.

SHE IS THE BEST MATH TEACHER I'VE EVER HAD. She does everything possible for you to learn and the class is not hard at all, but you have to be committed to it.I'm an International student, and I was a bit scared at first but she made me feel comfortable and encouraged me. I got an A.

TAKE HER!! She is really good at explaining the problem very good. She goes over everything that will be on test and quizzes. She is very funny and will answer any questions that you have.

Dr. Kasabian is super funny and very helpful. Her style is a bit eccentric though, and it takes a while to get used to. She makes everyone do a bunch of embarrassing dances and arm gestures, but you will definitely remember everything after that. You only need the text for HW, and her tests are pretty easy.

She is a former primary school teacher and her style reflects that. If you like to just sit and learn directly from the book you'll probably find her teaching methods annoying. I thought many of the thins she had us do were annoying but at the end of the day I still learned the materiel and was able to pass the course. She will repeat if asked.

omg! I took Judy during the fall of 2013 and I'm glade I did so. I've been out of high school for 15 years during this time and forgot how to do algebra. She is a very professional, educated and classy lady who want her students to learn. Her teaching stratifies is something I never seen before. Because of her dedication I earned an A.

With her personality, you either love her or hate her.i thought she was very entertaining and she made math make sense! Super thorough when explaining. No surprises on tests. You will laugh in this class a lot. Kasabian is in inspiring older lady and her fashion stays on point. Take her!!

I absolutely loved professor Kasabian! Personally I am weak in math, but she is super clear in her explanations and will help you! She is super involved with the class. Best math professor I've had so far.

The best math teacher ever!!! She is very clear during lectures and is funny at the same time. Highly recommend, you won't regret it. Be prepared to do work though since it is a 5 unit math class. But with her help, it will be a breezy to pass with an A. Absolutely helpful. :)

She is really nice, shes funny, and she explains everything extremely well. She helps you as much as possible and makes sure everyone gets everything. The only thing i dont really like is that she says HELLO a lot to get a response from the class, but other than that i really like her! She makes you participate whether you like it or not. It helps!

Honesty, Professor Kasabian is the BEST math teacher I have ever had in my WHOLE entire schooling life. She explains things in a way that is so clear and truly makes you understand why you are doing what you are doing in math. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is very understanding about attendance. BEST MATH PROFESSOR I have taken in EL Camino!! She is so fun and chill. The easiest statistics I have taken. Her teachings is so clear and her demonstrations helped me memorize the formulashow to do the problems. Unlike other math teachers, she tells you why we do certain formulas or equations. Easy class. Just pass the 3 tests & do the projects.

Great syllabus straight to the point . This is an amazing and caring Professor. She is easy going , but don't take her for granted . I wish she taught more courses.

Dr. Kasabian has been teaching for a long time now and has perfected teaching creatively. She is a humble professor with lots of knowledge to offer, if I could take her for math 150 I would even if the time conflicted with my schedule! I'd recommend her to anyone, she's a great professor, and I hope she's at el camino for many more years to come.

Super nice but kind of treats her students like children. Maybe because the class I took was a lower-division class but still. She does care about her students and that's why she's awesome! I highly recommend, just make sure to go to class if you struggle with math. She also accepts super late assignments!

Took this class as my first college math class ever! She's an amazing teachers, gives details in class-notes using different colors to help you understand. Tells you everything that is on the test. Homework is due the day of the test and is really helpful and funny. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Professor Kasabian is amazing! Her class flies by because of her humor and interesting lectures. She makes math extremely simple. There are a lot of little assignments, tests, and a big project, but it's all very easy. She tells you everything that's going to be on the test! I encourage any future teachers to take her, she gives great tips!

Professor Kasabian is an excellent math instructor. Pay attention, take notes and you'll pass the class for sure. I was having a hard time passing math 73 to which I tried with 2 different professors until I found Professor Kasabian. Just do the homework and you'll be ready for the tests. She tells exactly what's going to be on the test. TAKE HER!!

Textbook is needed for homework but that's it. Take her if you struggle with math! She'll definitely find a way to help all her students.

As someone who is not a math person, I was shocked at how well Kasabian helped me learn and understand the work. Homework is not mandatory but I highly suggest you do all of it; it'll help your grade and help you out on the quizzes. Tells you what's going to be on the QZ and Tests. Has an elementary way of teaching but you actually learn. TAKE HER!

Dr. Kasabian is HILARIOUS! you only need the textbook for homework, homework is collected the day of the exam (so you have a lot time to work on it) my advice is to do it! the more practice you have the better you'll do on your exams she doesn't do many practice problems together so its up to you to get your practice done. Take her!! :)

By far the best math instructor I've ever had. The thought of having to take calculus sounded so scary, but she explains it so well. Great sense of humor, too. She can laugh at herself, loved the story about her vacation in Mexico, where she asked for "vegetables" in the post office (but don't ask her how windsurfing went!)

By far the best Professor I have ever had so far. She has great sense of humor and cares for her students each and everyone. She takes very thorough notes during class that ultimately transfers over to succeeding in the class, because most of her notes are what are on your Homework/ Test & Quizzes.

Kasabian is one of the better math teachers I've had! If you're not good at math take her!! Shes clearly states exactly what's going to be on tests and quizzes. Also, no online homework!! hw somes straight from the book and isnt collected until test day.

I can't stress enough how much professor Kasabian helped me. Her class is the first and only math class I have ever received an A in. She really is a great teacher and makes everything very clear. If you struggle with math definitely take her class, she's amazing.

Professor Kasabian is thorough in explaining all the concepts, frequently reviews said concepts, and lets you know everything that will be on tests and quizzes. If you struggle in math like me, take her class! She made it easy to digest and I would take her again if I could.

this was a very easy class for me because Kasabian is very good at lecturing. she teaches in a simpler way than the textbook does so it is easier to just go to class than teach yourself at home. she moves pretty slowly and makes sure everyone is on the same page. tests are straightforward and there is a reasonable amount of homework

She was one of my favorite teachers this semester. There are no surprises when tests and quizzes will happen. Everyday she will make you laugh. You can't retake the tests but there should be no need to if you study. She tells you exactly how many of what type of problems there will be and what section. Won't hesitate answering questions.

Such an amazing professor! Trig can be hard for many people, but Kasabian made the class super easy. She gives her students so many chances to do better on each assignment. Would highly recommend this professor.

Prof. Kasabian is one of the greatest math prof. there is. She will definitely make sure you understand the difficult math concepts and will not continue on until she is convinced you know it. I also took her for Math80 and fell in love with Math through her. If you get the opportunity to ever take her class, TAKE IT. I promise that you will learn.

Absolutely fantastic. Math is not my favorite subject, but Dr. Kasabian made me enjoy it. Her lectures are extremely clear and she always takes time to ensure her students understand everything before moving forward. She gives very specific details as to what is on each test/quiz. (4 tests, 4 quizzes). If you study hard, you'll get an A. TAKE HER!!

I absolutely hate math, but having Dr. Kasabian as a professor was something I did not hate. She tells you every single thing that will be on the tests and quizzes so you will never be surprised. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and wants everyone to pass.

I refuse to recommend any other math professor. Professor Kasabian is the only math professor Ive ever taken where I actually enjoyed (let alone understood) math. TAKE HER CLASS! If you have difficulties understanding math please take her class. She gives amazing lectures, she makes sure everyone understands the material. Definitely does not rush through the material. If you show your work and put in effort it will not go unnoticed. Best math class I've taken.
