I really respect Mr. Redfearn. His tests are only hard if you don't study; focus on the terms/definitions in the chapters, and you'll do well. I study with flashcards, and I've made over 100 on every test (he typically does a curve). Many don't like him because you can't totally slack off, but his tests really aren't that hard. Great teacher.

I have had several classes with Mr. Redfearn and have enjoyed each one. I like his style of teaching, he starts out with something that is funny,to get your attention. Therefor it is easy for you to pay listen to him in class.

I really enjoyed Redfearn's class this semester and will be taking him again in the fall. He makes the tests simple as long as you study, and if you take notes, class is never "boring". The homework is very simple and usually a completion grade, just do it. Although i haven't received grades yet, i feel very confident i did well in his class.

This is the second class i have ever taken and Mr.Redfearn has been my professor for both.I have enjoyed both classes very much. It is never boring and very educational.Homework is not overwhelming.I think i will retain much of the information discussed. I am glad that Mr. Redfearn was my first experience in a college class he has made it enoyable.

I took two classes with Redfearn . By far my favorite professor at Kilgore. He knows a lot about what he teaches and I found myself wanting to know more about subjects I never had an interest in before I took his classes. One of the few left of a dying breed who knows their stuff and still cares about the students!

After my first year of school, I can still say that he is the best professor I have had. I only had an intern class of his this semester so they were very short classes. I cannot WAIT to take one of his regular classes next semester. I try to ration his classes out to make each semester a little more fun, interesting and educational. =)

This man is not only a phenomenal teacher but great person. The course was rather challenging but fun, and he will answer to a student before and after class which is good showing me that he cares.

Mr. Redfearn is the ,most interesting instructor I have had throughout my college career. He has a great sense of humor and he keeps us involved with his lesson... Not too many instructors can actually do that!!! Best FAST TRACK class I've ever taken!!!

Very well presented material. Sometimes his interpretation of what is said in the book can be a little confusing. If you read the material and complete the assigned work you will pass. Excellent teacher and a blast to have as an instructor.

My understanding of quality has been improved tremendously. I use to work for a large corporation that didn't explain "WHY" we did this or that - now my understanding has been clarified. I wish they would've explained this way back when, they might would still exist in East Texas.

He answers all your questions before you have a chance to ask. Outstanding level of preparation, in that he lets students know exactly what he expects. Excellent communication both visually and verbally. This guy should teach instruct professors how to communicate. You will Loved his Classes! I couldn't have made it without highlighters.

One of my favorite profs. Taken him for several classes and wish I could for several more. Lectures are pretty good but tests are way tough. If you like a challenge, take him.

The test are wordy. Even if you know the material they are tough just because of the way they are ask. If you do your stuff there is no reason not to pass, but not an easy A. A lot of respect for Mr. Red fears and wouldn't mind taking him for other classes.

Mr. Redfearn's class is by no means easy, but is obtainably passable. Study hard, do your assignments, and show up to class and there isn't a reason why you shouldn't pass.

Mr. Redfearn was very clear about all assignments and tests. His class is fun and easy going and as long as you pay attention and do the homework you should pass. My most favored teacher at KC so far.

Come to class, have your homework ready (which he prepares you for in plenty of time), and study your materials for the tests (which you also know about in plenty of time). I've had Mr. Redfearn for several classes. He is clear, fair, and down to earth. The work load is just right, and his lecture style is easy to follow. I've been in the business field prior to taking his classes. The things that he taught in one semester have taken me years to learn on my own. I highly recommend any of his courses.

Mr Redfearn is as good as I read about on here. The only reason I ended up sitting in a classroom is because every review on this website was five stars and talked about how good of a prof he is! His lectures are easy to understand, he is inspirational and funny and I would absolutely take him again.

Mr. Redfearn uses his extensive knowledge of the business industry to effectively teach this class. He uses "fun facts" and life experiences to keep students engaged in the lectures. Redfearn never fails to keep you up to date on assignments, as well as college activities. Overall Redfearn would be the best professor I've had.

All of his classes mirror each other in the set up, so if you have him once, its better to have him as much as possible. That way, youre more familiar with how he does things. I took many courses with Mr. Julian Redfearn. He was super helpful and respectful. The lectures were interesting and he always prepared for any questions. I can say he is the best in his faculty. I would highly recommend him for any business class.

He is knowledgeable in the baths of business and explains all the stuff by giving a real example that matches the lesson. Also, he is open to receiving any questions to clarify more about it.
