He gave us 3 take home tests and lab tests. But he is very willing to help students.

Very well prepared for class each week, also quite helpful to students during lab. A lot of class participation during lecture. I would have preferred that the teacher explain concepts rather than other students.

Being a foreign student and not a computers major, I found Mr. Siddiqui's class very helpful. He kept telling us about the importance of the computers in all fields. And yes, he is attractive to look at too.

He is a nice guy and the easiest professor there is. He isn't demanding and you will end up with a good grade without much effort.

Best Professor at the college! The subject is easy, and he makes it fun. Be sure to take all of the test, the second one is the most important. He should teach all of the classes there.

Awesome teacher, I know my stuff already, so I dind't really learn anything but the other people in my class who didn't know anything learned alot from him. If yo know yo stuff already, answer a question in a way to express yo knowledge so he knows.

Very easy teacher. i had him for a wed. class that was like 5 hrs long, he gives u a looooooong lunch break and lab n lecture are short if u know computers you wont learn anything new.

he's a very nice guy. shows that he cares about the students. tries to simplify the class to make it easier to understand. labs are pretty helpful. he's covering too many chapters but overall, is a really good professor.

He is super easy and funny. gives the answers to the midterms

He is a VERY nice teacher and explain things very well. I highly recommend any class he teaches.

He is fair and explains everything well.

He gives a lot of freebies on the exam, but sometimes the scantron machine that he uses marks a lot of stuff wrong, so be sure to watch out for that. Extra credit is also available, it's only worth doing if you're boarder line. He also has an accent for anyone that cares, still understandable though. Attendance is mandatory.

This class was pretty easy. He lets you bring a 3x5 cheat card for tests. I didn't study for any tests and got a B. The first month will bore you if you have any computer experience..He's funny, I recommend taking this class.

He is good and tests are Ok, midterm test from book, make sure your study he tells you what will be on tests. He is nice and funny sometimes but I don't like his asisstant :(

He is nice person, tests are OK, lot of lab work 3 major tests, he is helpful you learn a lot from him, I do recommand his class.

He is good teacher, exams are kind of hard and tricky, only first midterm was easy rest are hard.Try to do good on first test. test questions comes from book just few from his lecture PS. I can't stand his assistant she pisses me off

EASY!!he gives you the questions that are going to be on every test.4 tests.no homework.

Easy going teacher. The tests are tricky because he will do a review before a test and say these are the questions on the test. Then come test time and you see a few questions that were not in his lecture or in the book. Overall, he is really nice and tries to be funny. Read the book, take notes, come to class and you should get and easy A or B.

It was a simple class if you had prior computer knowledge. I did all my labs but didn't attend lectures so I got a C, but I always made sure to attend the review session because he basically told what questions he was going to ask. Your notes will only help you with 75% of the test so be sure to skim the chapters for more specific answers.

Nice person and a knowledgeable instructor. I highly recommend any class he teaches.

Learned a lot from his class. Teaches in a different way and tries to involve/encourage students. I liked his stories too :-) Final was hard, but midterms were easy.

Being a Psych major, I didn't know a lot about computers. Mr. Siddiqui changed that. Lectures were interesting (connection to real life). Second Midterm was easy, but other exams were tough. Great class overall.

Professor Siddiqui teaches with a lot of enthusiasm. Technical discussion becomes user friendly. Enjoyed his class. Highly recommended!!!

Good professor, he stops and asks if the class has any questions constantly. Just take notes on the key points he covers in class and the class won't be hard.

Kind and caring. I like his lectures (very informative and he also jokes sometimes). Also full of knowledge on many topics. GREAT Professor!!!!!

Professor is really good with students and he teaches with a lot of passion. I liked it when he taught the same topic from different angles. Usually I doze off after one hour of lecture but he kept me awake :-) Gave extra time to finish lab assignments. Overall nice guy and I like him and recommend him!!!

Professor S is so Cute!!! Here is one professor who you can talk to and who cares about you!!! Almost every week he talked about money saving deals and jobs. Thanks to his advice my brother found a job!!! nice lectures and cool stories too!!!

Dr. Siddiqui has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He can explain you the same concept from many different angles and gives you plenty of examples. I love his kind and caring attitude, Nice person overall.

Teaching style is good. professor shared his professional experiences in lectures. that was a big help. In labs he let us work at our own speed which was nice.

Professor S is very knowledgeable and experienced you will learn and enjoy in his class.

He's lecture heavy, but clear when explaining the material. I'd definitely recommend this class if you want a clear understanding on the basic fundamentals. He's helpful and cares about his students. He's a great teacher, take good notes, and study hard. Complete all the labs and show up for all the lectures. It's as easy as that.

Professor Siddiqui is really a nice professor. I took CIS 13 from him and got an A and currently i'm taking CIS 11 from him. He's really respectful and helpful. If you attend lectures and do your labs on time, it's an easy A. I would definitely recommend this professor.

I am taking CIS19 with Mr S. I like his lectures because he gives a lot of professional examples. Keep it up.

A very respectful professor. If you are interested in information technology, it will be an easy class to take. Make sure to study for the midterm and final as those two tests will make up much of your overall grade.

6/22, Spring,We covered Excel & Access. All assignments are long. If you need help outside of class go to lab, very helpful. Teacher is helpful and kind. You must do all assignments, take lecture and lab test. Busy class but it is very easy to pass. Plan ahead to finish assignments. Microsoft 360 did not have all the features, need desktop version.

Professor Siddiqui is straightforward and forward he is a caring professor. I went to the computer lab if I got stuck on any assignments the tutor is kind and helpful. I wish more professors were as caring and understanding as he is.

Professor is very passionate about the subject and he talks a lot about jobs in CIS. He also tries to engage students. Gives a lot of time to complete assignments, overall a very good class.

I took this class in the summer 2022 hybrid and he was a very chill professor. The tests are open-note so you don't need to stress too much about it. Lecture and labs are all from the textbook, so it is a textbook-heavy class. He likes to take about "living a fast-life" but that just means he likes to tell stories about his life.

Professor is easy going, would take again. Liked his teaching style. Gave good examples that we could relate to in real life. Assignments are not hard if you follow directions.

Professor was great. He helped me get more time on online assignments and exams due to my accommodations. Also, he is a good help if you wanna ask some questions regarding the lecture and assignments

Class is straightforward with the assignments, labs, and exams. Half the coursework focuses on Excel then Access during the semester and does demonstrations during class. If you have any questions, he's ready to answer. All exams are based on the textbook and pretty easy to pass with an A. Manageable workload!

Professor Siddiqui was pretty easygoing and very understanding. Very manageable workload, and is very transparent about what will be on the tests. Lots of little assignments, but they all add up, so it is important to do them to maintain an A. However, he only answered 1/3 emails I sent throughout the semester.
