Worst teacher I have ever had, if you want 2 writing assignments ever week then by all means take her class

Don't take from her if you care about your GPA. Take from someone else and focus on the classes that will actually be applicable in the real world. She's too tough on freshman.

omg, do not take her. she assigns more readings and more work than you can imagine, and reading them don't help. i read all of it, studied my ass off, stayed up all night a few times to read and study and i got a D on the midterm. she also favors students and class participation is a MUSTTTT

Teaches RS-101 like a 400 level class extremely hard you must read everything on syllabus for a decent grade

Although she is very knowledgeable in the subject, she treats the students like children, and is on a power trip in the realm of classroom control. I went into her classroom with the knowledge that she was tough but that did not deter my entrance. However after my current experience I felt it necessary to tell fellow students not to take her.

Extremely opinionated. Way to into what she teaches that she runs out of time during class. Very unclear expectations of her students. Lots of extra credit, but she actually grades it. Open book midterm and final but little clarification of what o focus on. I'd get out of her class sooner had I known she would be this unbearable

If you want to feel victimized take her. If you want your opinion to be worth nothing take her. Also make sure you are not a male or eat any type of meat (her terminology is animal flesh). Do not take her. Avoid at all costs! If you have to take this class, I highly recommend you take it another semester!!!!!! Safe yourself, no joke!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE HER. This will be the most stressful class you will take. If you don't agree with her she will be rude to you. Participation is the most important thing and she asks ridiculous questions no one knows how to answer. Only reason I got a good grade was by doing 4 extra credits and participating A LOT.

First off she takes her mandatory CIT class WAY too seriously. She believes that the CIT class is as important or more important than your major courses. Second, if you don't completely agree with what she says then you will NOT pass. I have written things that go both with and against what she believes and only did poorly when i disagree with her.

Don't recommend taking her! Takes freshman seminar way too seriously. Hard quizzes (that no one gets an A on), a lot of readings, about 2 presentations, 2 long papers & 2 mandatory colloquia papers as well as other dumb assignments. Discussion COULD be interesting, but her questions make no sense. Nice lady but does WAY too much as a teacher.

Endlessly huge amounts of homework dumped on students in rapid succession. Even before one is handed in another is assigned and then on top of that extra credit assignments are added. Lectures are fast and impossible to keep up with. As a vegan she calls meat eaters "flesh eaters" It's a vicious cycle of too much homework for non-religion majors.

This lady is the worst. World Religions at NCC with her, & she didn't seem to truly know a lot about each religion. I took the class with friends of other religions, & we all felt like she made our religions seem like cults & not at all what they are. Overall a rude instructor, & can cop an attitude with you over nothing. HW was always really long.

Doesnt explain prompts, very opinionated, very rude, makes you write papers on a book with little to no explanation. Do not take her

Just an unnecessary amount of homework. I was typing about 3-4 pages for the homework twice a week. She also decided to give us homework and have it due during finals week. And at least once every class she would call meat eaters "Flesh Eaters". Since she is a Vegetarian and makes that very clear every class. Overall just a terrible experience.

Makes the class so much more difficult than it has to be. I have friends that have taken the same class with different professors and they said it's one of the easiest classes they have taken but it is the complete opposite here. A ridiculous amount of homework and expects absolute perfection if you don't meet that then don't expect a good grade.

Awful professor. When everyone who had another professor said this class was easy, there is a problem. She has opinionated views (i.e. politics, laptop stickers, etc.) and is a pure vegan. This should be online since there was a ballistic amount of work and her rambling. Please take somebody else for GPA and time's sake.

This class involves useless busywork that is graded way too hard. She has horrible handwriting and takes forever to grade. Get ready to read the book and answer the questions that go along with it. You will have work due pretty much every single class and it won't get graded for probably 3 weeks after. She is also horrible at emailing back.

VERY heavy on participation- except here's the thing... she does not let anyone else but herself speak. She does not give any feedback on any papers and is an extremely harsh grader. She expects the students to lead the class, however she doesn't give anyone else a chance to speak. Posts the prompts the day before they're due- avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful. Would not take her again if you paid me. Never responds to emails and does not give any feedback on any assignments. Did not put in ANY grades until the day before finals so at that point there is nothing you can do to fix it. EXTREMELY harsh grader for literally no reason. Treats it like a lecture despite it being a seminar

Worst prof ive ever had. extremely tough grader and is very vague on prompts and instructions. talks the entire time about who knows what and does not let anyone speak other than her. CIT is my worst grade this semester

Makes a class thats mandatory so difficult. 30% of your grade is participation but she doesn't let anyone else talk even though its supposed to be a seminar. Assignments are always short notice and shes an extremely harsh grader but gives you NO FEEDBACK. Put no grades in until the last week of the semester. For the sake of your GPA do not take her

Not even done with the course yet but she is the worst. Nice woman with good intentions, but puts assignments on Blackboard without ever mentioning them. She piles assignments on at the end of the semester until we're drowning. She gives vague to little instructions and is a very tough grader. She made my semester very stressful. Don't recommend

Please think twice before signing up for this prof. She is not a good communicator, I asked her for a letter of rec because I thought she liked me as a student, but she ghosted me a day before letters were due after previously agreeing. More of my friends and classmates have taken her and been extremely frustrated as well. Just not worth it...

Terrible Professor as she does not grade anything. This is supposed to be an easy class but she does not want to see her students succeed. Don't take her simple as that.

I put hours of work into this class and still received grades that I am not used to getting. You have to participate every class. She is not afraid to fail people. I do not recommend taking this class.

Was not a good class. Feel like I didnt learn anything because she got off topic a lot. We were set back in the syllabus which created a lot of work at the end of the semester. With the pile up of work, it became outrageous and even when a bunch of students expressed their concerns of feeling overwhelmed, she did very little to help.

This class is the first grade below an A- I have received in college. She is the hardest grader and gives absolutely no feedback. She never answers her email and graded more than half the assignments the last week of school. I've always been a good writer however, I would dread to submit assignments because she was such a tough grader. DO NOT TAKE!

She is extremely rude and rambles the entire class, she would continuously get off track and talk about nonsense. The toughest grader I have ever had, I was continuously getting low grades that I was never used to having. You have to participate at least twice every class for her to give you a high participation grade. DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!

I dreaded coming to this class... she says IDEAR. The whole time she just talks about things that led us so far off task. She gets snappy and if you don't participate at least once a class you will not have a good participation grade. Lots of reading and hard concepts to write about. Also the hardest grader and doesn't provide feedback

Was physically in the hospital and she would not make an exception for me and never responded to my emails.

DO NOT TAKE! First, I am a nursing major which is obviously a difficult major. This class is my lowest grade. Participation counts for 40% of my grade and if you aren't there you can't make anything up, resulting in 0's. She is an unbelievably difficult and unfair grader, and she does not respond to emails. At all. I could go on and on.

She is a very difficult grader and gives lots of homework which are not straightforward questions. You could put exactly what the book says in your own words and it will still be wrong. Not good at answering emails. Would not take her classes again.

Lots of home work and reading. Hardest cit teacher, other professors that teach cit are easy and fun. DO NOT take her for cit, so much work for no reason.

Single handedly the worst professor I've ever had. I dread going to her class, she never has anything nice to say and every student I've met that has her has nothing nice to say about her either. She is unnecessarily rude, short tempered, and enjoys when students struggle. I've never had so much anxiety about a class in my life. STAY CLEAR.

Never in my life have I had a worse professor/teacher. She's very intelligent but an absolute horrific professor. She does not care if you are physically ill, she will not give makeups for in-class writing assignments. These assignments she also grades like you are in an English class. This class is supposed to be a joke and ended up being my worst

Do NOT take her. She forms an opinion about you on maybe the second day of class and sticks with it and proceeds to let that cloud her judgment when grading your work. You could do everything right, but if you disagree with her it does not matter. She will call on you randomly and ruin your entire day... good luck if you don't read what she assigns

do not take her if you value your mental health. she does not care for her students, all lecture class. midterm and final, 3 books if you do not have them you will fail the class. if you do not read you will fail. hard grader, would not recommend.

One of the worst professors I ever had. Gives little feedback, is such a tough grader, and she assigns way too much work. Make sure you go to class and participate because that weighs in so much on your grade. Also, she just talks and she does not give any PowerPoint presentations during lecture which makes class unbearable. Do. Not. Take. Her.

It seems like all she wants for people is to not do well for her classes. She is such a tough grader and she is also not a nice person. She always has something negative to say no matter how hard you try. Good luck if you have her.

The worst CIT Professor at shu. All she does is talk about politics and shes a miserable women. The hardest grader ever and just genuinely not a nice person. This class made me miserable because of how nasty she is. Would never take this Professor please save yourself.

Do not take a class with Greeley if possible! Not understanding at all, gives unnecessary amounts of homework, and is an extremely hard grader. Makes you have to do two colloquia assignments plus a final essay. I had one of the most unenjoyable experiences in this class and will never take one with her again.

DONT TAKE DR GREELEY. She is a difficult grader and participation matters. You will fail. She chooses random classes when students aren't aware and will grade you. She calls students out in class will give you a tough time if she doesn't agree with your opinion. You get put on the spot in-front if she doesn't agree even on opinion based questions.

Her teaching style was just very unclear. I felt like I learned nothing in that class. English for me is typically a simple and not too difficult class and she just made it boring, confusing and threatened to give pop quizzes because no one would participate, but no one would participate because they were just as confused.

Probably one of the worst professors I've ever had. Grades on a 10 or 5 point scale, so it is so easy to have a bad grade in her class. Grades based on favorites, and will call you out during class if you don't agree with her. I learned nothing in this class. If you can, do NOT take her. Takes forever to grade assignments. She is very rude and not a good teacher. She gives vague directions and not enough time to complete in-class writing. When no one participates right away, she gets mad. Also, she is bad at grading and only grades stuff either out of 5 or out of 15.

She was not originally my professor, she took over for an online religion course. She is such a hard grader. She also has multiple assignments due on Saturday nights. She wants you to write personal reflections on different religions then takes points off for it not being personal enough when none of us are that religion. So hard for no reason!!

I wasnt even supposed to have her and i'm a nursing major and this is harder than my actual courses. She makes everything seem like the world revolves around this course. It is so boring and she makes the slideshows with no information at all. She also never grades anything in a timely matter. DO NOT TAKE HER.

I took this class in hopes of an easy A but instead, I'm spending more time on work for this class than I do on my nursing classes. She gives 3 assignments a week with hour-long lectures of her just listening to herself talk, nothing is related to the assignments. Gave me a 70 on a personal reflection about a religion I don't even follow....

Actually the worst professor ever. She wasn't even supposed to teach this course. I went to her for extra help and she didn't even pull up my grades or anything. She just said that she graded the midterms and most people did well. That was a month ago. The midterms are still not posted. Takes off points for writing "6" instead of "six".

If there is one prof on this entire campus I would steer clear from it is Greeley. Was not my original professor. She could not care less if you have other classes or obligations. I took 6 classes this semester and spent the most time and effort on her class and it isn't even for my major. If you cherish your grades do not take her for ANYTHING.

She was so so difficult. I am a STEM major and can easily say I put more work into her class than any of my science courses. She was extremely slow in grading all the assignments so I made the same mistakes over and over without knowing she was taking points off for it. She accepts no late work "under any circumstances". Her Blackboard was a mess.

DO NOT TAKE. she is the worst teacher I've ever had. She doesn't email you back, takes forever to grade. If running out of time in the course she'll give you four days for the last paper, meanwhile doesn't even have the first paper graded. Does not care about students. I dont know how she still has a job.

The worst teacher NEVER EVER TAKE HER. I easily put in the most work out of all of my classes into this class and it's not even for my major. She is awful and doesn't care about her students. She gives insane assignments that she doesn't actually read she just gives you whatever grade you feel like, which is always going to be a bad grade.

Do. Not. Take. Her. Course. I repeat. Do. Not. Take. Her. Course. I have never, and I mean never, in my life struggled as much as I have with her online religion course. Her grading is subjective and she takes forever for to grade and give feedback, and she records insane online lectures of her just rambling for over an hour. Terrible experience.

I can honestly say out of my college years so far this professor is by far THE WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD. Oh my god was she terrible. Avoid her class if possible. Poor use of Blackboard, unclear assignments, no online help. Inconsistent grading with vague rubrics. Unreasonable attitude towards students, especially if you leave class. Overall, a stressful, unfair, and unproductive experience.

TERRIBLE WORST PROFESSOR EVER

By far, the worst professor/teacher I have EVER had in my LIFE. She has an insane ego and will never hush about being vegan, loving animals (and not in a cute way, in a way where EVERY ASSIGNMENT has to do with animals) and how she refuses to believe that anyone in her class actually reads. I'd rather drop out of college than have her again.

Astonishingly awful. Rambles in class, keeps bad time, takes forever to grade, and then has the nerve to grade harshly according to a rubric that awards >90% of points to content. Fails to teach and inspire then gets mad when students don't feel motivated to work. I felt bad for my shy classmates, whom she patently ignored. AVOID HER IF YOU CAN

You had to participate in this class or you would get a horrible grade. As someone who did not like to speak out in class, I had to because my grade depended on it. She takes forever to grade and when she does she is the toughest grader. Participation is the only way to pass the class because I could never get above a 70 on her papers.

Avoid this class at all costs - the workload is insane, the grading is subjective, and the professor is completely disconnected. If you must take it, supplement with unstuck ai and other study tools to get through it.

Participation is a huge part of your grade, as someone who rarely participates in class I really struggled with a good participation grade. She grades very harshly and doesn't grade in a timely manner. Overall, she is not a good professor. DO NOT TAKE!!

She has a goddess complex and thinks shes better than everyone else.

This teacher is disrespectful to students and will make them feel like they are less than her. Some simple questions are answered with attitude and disrespect. She is not nice.

She's really rude and has an odd teaching style. She rolls her eyes when people walk in late and pauses class. She talks the whole class, but not even about the material. She talks about her life and random facts that make no sense. She's a harsh grader and grades on in class writing which are your opinion. Don't take her.

if you are an athlete don't even think of taking this course. She has a no excused absense policy that makes up your entire grade. I missed maybe 5 classes the whole semester and it completely tanked my grade and was told there was "nothing I could do about it" and ended up failing solely because of what should've been EXCUSED ABSENCES

She is all around just a bad professor. Please don't take her if you want to just get a pre-req out of the way. She's super harsh with her grading and goes off-topic in class a lot, but then blames us when we don't know what to write for in-class assignments. also very strict about attendance and won't excuse you even if you have a doctor's note

DO NOT TAKE HER!!! I am a straight A student and this woman would not let me have an A. I attended multiple office hours, attended every class, and did all of her assignments while following her instructions and I would still receive a 3/7 or a 2/5 on all assignments. Absolutely do not take her, she is the reason I do not have a 4.0 anymore.

Please DO NOT take her for any classes offered. Your gpa will drop SIGNIFICANTLY. Her CIT course has been the hardest course I have ever taken in college, and I currently have a lower grade in this class that any of my science lectures or labs. Reaching out to her about learning how to fix my grade was useless. Please avoid her at all costs.

She is genuinely the worst professor I have ever had at this school. She always thinks she's right, and grades so harshly. Everyone needs to take this class, and she makes it so hard to do well. She will not give a grade higher than an 80 even if you do exactly what she asks for. Do anything you can not to take her.

Do not take this class if you're not comfortable participating. She's an EXTREMELY tough grader and also grades very weirdly (out of 3's, 5's, 6's, and 7's). Also, be prepared to spend an entire class analyzing 3 pages of a play or a single poem. I liked her as a person, but I definitely did not enjoy her as a professor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT TAKE! When I would walk to class I would hope to get hit by a car so I would not have to go. She is genuinely so mean, and an extremely hard grader. I participated every class and still was on the brink of failing a class that is supposed to be an easy A. If you have to take her do yourself a favor and just withdraw.
