She doesn't know how to teach! She doesn't know enough about the subject area she is teaching.

Ive been in school 6 years now,im getting ready to graduate and June freund is the worst prof. Ive ever encountered. She CANNOT teach! She is not knowledgable in her subject, her lecture is full of mistakes and her class was a literal waste of time.

Extremely unorganized. Terrible PowerPoint presentations, and not very good at getting her point across.

I never bought the book, and when I did show up to class I slept through it. Still got an A. She is worthless, and doesn't care about the students. It is an easy A though if you are remotely competent.

HORRIBLE. She's dislexic, & cannot read or write. She doesn't understand the material herself and can't explain it to the class.

BORING!!! She gets too excited about things. Sleep every day. over 1/2 the class skips, quizzes are hard, you never go over the material

The worst class ever. It's impossible. She makes no sense at all and confuses the hell out of you. You're better off not going.

She goes over the same thing in class every day! Very boring!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLASS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN! She repeats herself non stop. She's very enthusiastic about her subject but bores the hell out of everyone. Also the number of assignments that determine your grade are pathetic. she is hot though :)

Horrible Horrible Horrible. It was so boring, I didn't understand a thing she was saying, and i think that the issue was partially because i didn't understand 25% of the words she was saying because they were mispronounced.

She has a very unclear teaching ability. She doesn't even understand what she is talking about. Horrible, do not take her!

I swear I have never wanted to shake someone so bad in my life. Today I spend more time eraseing my notes then writting. She would say 15,000 and she ment 1,500. After that she was performing a formula and multiplied instead of divided and it took her 15 mins to figure it ou, after someone in the class pointed out she was wrong. Terrible teacher :(

Wow... this lady is something else. I think she needs to enroll herself in this class and learn what shes teaching us!!

Are you sure this is an Intro class, because the class average on the last two test was around 50%. It feels more like advance econ. I've taken 500+ class that more people passed them, then people are going to pass this class. She actually said people should drop today, and it is passed the drop date. She keeps class 10 mins past the end of classto

I hate this class, she is really unsure about what she's teaching, like she just woke up that morning and made her lesson plan 30 minutes before class and is trying to teach us.

She gives these reading assignments like we're only supposed to have time for her class. If you like reading then you'll like this class. Otherwise take something, anything else than this one!

She is the queen of contradictions! She writes one thing down and says another. It is hard to know what is on her tests and what she expects. Even if you ask her to explain something, she will say something entirely different that what she just said. It is a shame she is the only one who teaches this course. I have no idea how I pulled off an A!

Terrible teacher. She is the only teacher I have ever had that blew up at the class. Once she blew up at the class more than half the people got up and left.

She used lots of internet quizzes, that were mostly about things we never talked about. She is unable to convey any kind of thought, was constantly stammering, losing her train of thought, and at times CRYING!! Maybe its time for a break?

Way boring class, she goes from a gentl voice to almost yelling at us. Always getting confused and telling us wrong before trying to correct herself. Maybe a ****?

Took Micro from June, on day one she was in tears. She cried a few more times by the end of the sem. but she mostly spent her time rambling on about something, then changing her mind halfway through.I have to give her credit tho, she gave me a B when i had obviously only made a low C, thanks JUNE!

She doesn't talk, she yells. She uses words she expects us to understand when we don't. She lets you use a note card for tests but they don't help. Over 1/2 my class has no idea what she's talking about. Don't take her class unless you have no other choice

She is the worst teacher I have had at PITT! She yells the entire time and talks like we know what she is talking about and it is an INTRO class!

She was a nightmare! She never was sure of what she was saying, sometimes getting terms or equations wrong. If she got the slightest bit flustered, she started screatching like a dying bird. She never was clear on assignments and if you missed a test for a good reason, you played hell getting it made up. Beware and avoid this woman at all costs!

HORRIBLE teacher! I took it online and she never had things posted on time, never knew what she was talking about at all, and didnt even grade some of the assignments! And hope that you never need to get ahold of her because it is practically impossible!

she means well, but is the worst professor I have had at Pitt state. She rambles and it is hard to follow along. Reading the textbook is more helpful than actually going to class. This should be a fairly easy class and she makes it 10 times harder than it should be. Tests are horrible...

Our class average was never higher than 69% for any of the four tests. Three of those tests had an F average. After reading a lot of these reviews, it's mind-blowing that she is still teaching. Not a good teacher; avoid her at all costs!

All around bad teacher, couldn't understand her 3/4 of the time, handwriting was crap, made everything SO complicated, she also gives homework and has us take it home and do it, turn it in, THEN show us how to do it

Worst teacher I have ever had. Typos all over her notes and tests. Hard to understand. Takes an easy subject and makes it hard.

I should have come to rate my professor before taking this course with her. She's unclear, disorganized and changes her mind frequently. She has also collected "homework" that she never assigned but expected us to know to do it anyway. I do not recommend taking her course at all.

By reading comments all the way back to 2003. nothing has changed about this lady. Terrible class, wish I found this web site sooner. had to drop the class. All the comments are true about this lady. If you have any care in the world about your grade AVOID HER!

I had her my sophomore year did not look her up on here until after I was in the class. My experience went like this She lectured a lot but wasn''t very clear and didn''t answer questions very well she got off topic easy and just was overall confusing and grading scale was odd. I felt lucky to get a C. I would NOT recommend taking her class

This Professor has been my least favorite teacher. The test score averages for nearly every test are D's. This professor is extremely scatter brained and often mispronounces words. (ex. She pronounces Coconuts, coke-er-nuts.) Also if you have trouble reading cursive writing good luck with her atrocious handwriting. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!

Terrible teacher. Loses her place a lot. Easily confused. Assigns too much homework with little to no notice. Have to read the modules extensively in order to understand what is going on. Depends on students to teach the class.

Horrible teacher. I had to drop this class because I was learning nothing from her. When she talks, she constantly goes in circles and never gets to the point of the lecture so it feels you wasted a whole class period. She would try and show videos and make jokes but it taught us nothing. Micro is not an easy subject and she is not good at teaching

Dr. Freund is the type of professor to say "X" and write "Y" on the board. Most of her lectures are hard to follow and tend to hit harder on the points that don't matter than the ones that do. Her in-class jeopardy reviews "aren't exactly the most helpful" (she herself, said that) and the tests are very wordy and difficult to understand.

What a horrible teacher! I had no idea professors could actually be this bad. She is extremely unorganized, the lectures never make sense, so even if you try to take notes really well they are unorganized as well! She doesn't teach the subject and at the beginning of each lecture she reviews the previous lecture for thirty minutes. DO NOT TAKE!

She will lecture about non important stuff and then give you a quiz on stuff she either didnt lecture about or barely lectured on. She will show you only one way to work a problem and then gives you the test and leaves out steps and collumns you need to solve it and when you email her about it she says Ill take it into consideration awful class

Doesn't use a book for a class but assigns readings from textbooks from colleges all over the country that conflict with each other. Very poor lecturer comes to class with a basic idea of what she wants to talk about but never gets to the point. Knew people in her class were failing and never tried to help besides making snide comments about it.

When she lectures she never gets to the point that she is trying to make, but expects you to know what she was trying to say as if youve taken this class before. She gives quizzes and tests that wont match with the lecture. She only shows one way to solve a problem and then leaves out steps on tests to solve them and expects you to still do it

When she lectures she never gets to the point she just bounces around topics. When she is gone you get atleast 5 pages of homework on stuff she hasnt covered. I suggest to take it from someone else. If you have her goodluck

Does not lecture well or convey information well. Leaves students in the dust to learn on their own. Be prepared to rely on the internet to teach you everything!

Good person, Bad teacher

She was, by far, the worst professor I have ever had. Her lectures are hard to understand and are all based on handouts she creates BY HAND and distributes. She never remembers what she taught the last time. She yells very loud to emphasize information. Her homework is homemade and contains tons of mistakes. You will end up teaching yourself.
