Dude, he's not always late, and he's doesn't get pissed when're late. I find him to be very inspiring and funny. He's cool.

Dr. Barrow is an excellent teacher. He is the first history teacher to actually make me like history. He is clear on what he wants and expects, and you can really learn a lot in his class. Take Dr. barrow if you want a great teacher.

Gr8 teacher I've ever had. He is very easy. Just need to write as much pages as u can. He just counts thickness of the research paper and lines on each paper and plz DONOT ever forget to number ur pages. Lovely teacher... I highky recommend him.

It's easy A. Just follow what he wants and listen to what he says. I made an A and B in both classes.

he's cool and cute. He seems hard but he just pretending to. I had A and B for both classes. He never makes you to think hard or makes you have to work hard in his class. Also, he makes you scare at the beginning...but don't make him trick you. He likes students to sit in the class and listen to his lectures. Nothing he wants more than that.

Easy class. Only 3 essay tests, and 2 papers. It's an easy A, but he acts as if he's teaching an elementary class. If caught talking, he moves your seat. If you do not have a book, he fronts you out. Has an extremely smart mouth. He has 9 degrees and will not let you forget. Easy class, but not one of my favorite people.

He is so cool teacher, whenever he asks for the research paper assignment, book review make sure to give him at least 7-8 pages....all he grades u is how many pages do you have he likes more pages and will give u good grade if u have bunch of paper on one topic...thats Dr.Barrow

If u know, how to use ur book on test, u can pass his class.

Easy grade. You are allowed to use the text on every exam including the final. There are only a couple of papers and a book report due the entire semester. He's a really interesting guy and can be easily taken off subject. Just mention anything to do with African American History or the Civil Rights Movement.

Dr Barrow K. is a great and best Professor that I have ever taken in my art subjects. He is jovial and lively with much experience on how to handle different characters in his class. Wonderful teacher! Knows his stuff. Dr. Barrow appreciates students that show interest and enthusiasm and that realize what higher education means.

he is awesom. All his test are open book. You still have to do some studying but for the most part you will get an A. If you laugh at his jokes and show some participation in class you will get a FAT A! All he cares for you to do is to show him that you are a little enthusiastic!!! I love Him!!

This professor is very knowledgable in his subjects and an okay teacher. I would take him again because I found him to be easy, all test are open book. He is borring & two papers were required. He, pissed me off because he did not read either one and alot of hard work was put in, they were graded by appearance & if instructions were followed.

The easiest A you can ever get!! He gives two papers in which he does not even read but just makes sure they meet the page requirement. He is funny as hell and if you dont take his class for poly science you will regret it.

Like all the other comments have stated time and time before, if you need an easy A without actually learning any of the material, Barrow is your man. He is intelligent, there is no doubt about that, but at the same time he easily gets sidetracked during lectures.

Dr. Barrow is awesome! Every morning he was greet us, "today is the best day evah, and tomorrow will even be betta." I love his stories. His lecture might be a little long, but it's worth taking the class. His tests are take home essays. The more you write, the better. Attendance is mandatory! Easy A.

He is a good teacher. He wants everyone to have a textbook, though you really do not use the book often. You must be prepared to write alot of papers!!I took this class during the summer, which means LONG hours, therefore I was bored; but he has a wealth of knowledge. He looks at attendance and participation.Overall, good instructor.

I took Dr. Barrow's class this summer and it was pretty good.He is strict on attendance and using your book, but the assignments were easily graded.Just turn it in on time and you should get an A. He is VERY smart and knows history. i reccommend his class if you really want to learn.

He is really passionate about teaching. He is really funny and sweet. You will need to purchase your book. His test are open book, but can be a little difficult if you do not read the chapters and take great notes. This is an easy A if you follow all of his directions.

Dr. Barrow is the most passionate teacher I've ever encountered at Georgia Perimeter. He really cares about you and wants you to succeed. He's very smart, has 9 Masters degrees and a doctorate, was a litigator, and is a expert at Jurisprudence. You will learn a lot from him, plus he's very funny and keeps you entertained!

I LOVE DR.BARROW!! I have never met a professor that is as understanding as he. He actually CARES about the success of his students. He should recieve an award for his passion for teaching. The funniest-best professor ever. Let's you use your book on everything. One research paper and only three test the entire semeter. He'll definitely have you laughing. Most classes are just lectures but its really easy to pass the class. I'd take him again if I could.

Dr. Barrow is one of the best teachers at GPC for History. His passion for the subject is superb. There were two take home exams, a book review, a research paper, and a final exam. I recommend taking him. Easy A if you do your part.

Dr. Barrow is a wonderful teacher and is very passionate about the subjects he teaches. I feel that he passes his enthusiasm onto the class. His lectures were so engaging and he always manages to make me laugh or smile. I had little interest before I started this class, but he changed my mind. I plan to take him again for history.

He is a very great professor. He teaches very well and makes you learn it. He definetely knows what he is talking about. I would recommend him to anyone who will try hard and show up every time to his class.

Mr.Barrow is kind, interesting, and gives essays.Mr. Barrow is surely this teacher. He is a good example for teachers everywhere.When I first went to college I thought all professors would be like him. His downsides are a mildly heavy accent and frequent allusions that skirt tangent catagory. he gets things done on time despite this.

You will learn nothing from lecture but it is mandatory and you must have the book even though you dont use it. Class is easy but very time comsuming. All tests are take home. About 20pgs each. So is the midterm and final. Easy but takes time. Grades harshly on format.

If you're taking this class because it's required and you have no interest; take barrow! You just sit in class and let him talk. Open book/note tests. Ask students for answers to final/test he never changes them. If you want to take him early just show up the last 40 minutes of class and he'll count you as present. Super easy! Really nice!

If you need to pick between him and Robert King; pick Robert King if you want to learn and master the material or if you need to take another government class/political science major. if you just need to pass it because it's required, take Barrow! He's really simple, laid back, very nice, not a lot of work. Two papers, open tests. Do it!
