Dr. Kamal was recommended to me to take due to his being a difficult teacher. He was difficult only since he really wanted you to learn the subject and you really had to learn the topic - suggestions: note cards and a study group every week! I got an A.

Dr. Kamal is a medical doctor with tremendous knowledge in the topic taught is his class. He will present clinical examples during his lecture. In fact, it is a great class to take if you are plan to pursue the medical field.

If you want to learn something about the human body inside and out he's the man to take. His tests are quite hard but as long as you study in a daily bases you'll be fine. You also can type up self quizes for a quite a few extra points. You do your part and he does his part. Hard but very fair :)

he is the man. if you take good notes and study them, your good. a&p is not an easy class bcuz alot of info. he simlifies it big time. 150 question test that he only count 120 points and he gives 30 before the exam. you do the math. if you taking him be patient.

Dr. Kamal is a superb instructer. You could not ask for a more attentive and informative instructor. He goes over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that his students have all the resources necessary to be proficient in A&P I and II. He has a great personality. He will definitely give you the resources to do well on the MCAT or PCAT.

Love Dr. Kamal! He is so much better than my A&P I professor. The way he grades makes it possible for a person to do well in his class. He does allow for questions and will repeat something if you missed it. I don't know what the other lady is talking about (that he hates women)! I am a woman, and I think he is great. Prof. Kamal is a nice guy and gives LOTS of extra credit on the tests, plus mock exams before the tests as well as easy quizzes to bring your average up. That said, he is probably one of the most BORING profs I've ever had, so if you want someone who is a great speaker you should probably take someone else.

The best teacher I have ever had in my ENTIRE life! I was honestly sad to leave his class. He has limitless amounts of information and truly wants you to learn and understand. If you listen to the CD's and listen in class you should have no problem passing. I got a 96% in A&PI and a 92% in A&P II.

Kamal is the best! He makes it impossible to fail, and difficult to get less than a "C" in his class- I studied and took thourough notes and you know what- I got a 100% in A&PI and a 98% in A&PII he provides all of the necessary tools and information for you to do well inhis class...highly recommended!!!

The first few weeks, I hated him. I've got my system down now and I wish he taught ALL of my professional classes. He is an amazing prof. I wouldn't trade this class for anything. He gives you so many opportunity's to pass the class and if you don't you screwed up along the way. Easiest science A I ever got. Gives 150 question test but only counts 120 (need 80% for perfect score) and tells you 30 questions that are on the test. You have to try & fail his class. With xtra credit, I finished over 100%. I never read the book and used his CD only for Lab Practical which is 80 questions but only counts 60. Take him for easy A

This class is definitely not an easy one. Be prepared to dedicate a lot of time studying. There are a total of 4 exams (120pts), 8 quizzes (30pts) from the end of chapter review, 2 lab practicals (60pts), & 2 homeworks (1 point to final grade). I learned a LOT & would recommend taking him. Great professor but DO ALL OF THE ASSIGNMENTS! They help!

I took Prof. Kamal for A&P I and A&P II. I think he is easy and helpful but u have to study. Quizes are take home and he also gives extra answers for the test and labs. If you study hard, along with his answers, you'll be fine. He basically tells u what to study, there is no way of failing his class.

"I say who cares" This is the best teacher i've had in valencia thus far! Ive heard horror stories of other people that have taken A&P and def recommend him! Book is not needed i got an A for A&P 1 & 2 without the book listen to the cds!!!! and take good notes and you'll be set!

His class is do-able! I give him a B+. His expectations and the assignments required are all made clear at the beginning of the class with a detailed schedule that he keeps to! He is funny, but is also kind of rude. His CD is the ONLY thing NEEDED which is not expensive. You must be willing to spend a lot of time on his class, but that's expected.

"Very bad" if you don't do everything he ask you to do. It is kinda impossible to pass the class with less than a B. This instructor has several ways to make you learn his lectures. CD, book, lab book, mock exams, website, etc.

The foundation for health science starts with A&P, and this guy is a GENIUS. As students, wouldn't you want to be taught by a genius? A&P is a complex course. It is up to you to succed and nothing has to do with the teacher. Dr. Kamal is a knowledgeable proffesor who even gives answers of the exams if you attend to class religiously and pay carefully attention. If you are taking this class just to comply with requisites, keep looking for another professor. The book is the key.

Dr. Kamal does a great job explaining the subject matter and he is an actual MD who gives real life applications. Don't be late or disruptive and he will leave you alone. There is some homework, but you will have plenty of time to complete it and acts as a study guide. His test are lecture based & he provides an online audio recording to re review.

Kamal is great. I learned so much in his class. We consistently got As. His homework helps a lot in the long run. Miss class? He posts his lectures online. Miss 30 questions on the test? No big deal, he doesn't count 30 questions. You still got a 100. You need to try in the class and study. He will open your eyes to health sciences and medicine.

He is pretty easy everything is online. 4 tests and 2 lab exams gives the outline for each chapter to follow his lecture. I missed 4 or 5 classes and still going to pass with an A. He is funny in his lectures but they drag a bit but covers the material necessary to pass his tests.

So many good things to say about Kamal.. He is such a knowledgeable teacher and wants you to succeed. Although the lectures were very detailed and long, if you study, you will pass. The exams are 150 questions, but he gives you 30 of the questions so it is out of 120! I definitely recommend! The textbook I barely used, just take good lecture notes.

Absolutely love this professor. Show up to class and take quality notes and you're going to pass. The lectures may be three hours long but he holds your attention the entire time. I definitely recommend :)

Professor Kamal I can say is literally the best science professor. All of his classes are lectured based so pay attention and get ready to listen & take notes. He records all of his classes on audio so no you don't have to come to class but I wouldn't recommend it. He has plenty of funny stories and hes just overall a funny sarcastic man. Take Him!

I took Kamal for A&P 1 and 2. Two easy things to do to get an A: show up to class and study the lectuers and slides. You won't need the book. All lectures and powerpoints are online. Attendance is mandatory. Do not leave early because he will mark you as absent. There are 4 tests, 2 lab practicals, and a final. There are 2 EC papers. Easy class!

Consists of 2 hmwrk grades (super easy) 3 lecture exams worth 120 points but he gives 30 free q&a. 2 lab practical worth 60ea. but gives away 20 questions. & then final for lab and lecture, all multiple choice. then allows 2- 1% extra credits by writing a 5pg essay. I would've earned an A but I'm also taking micro. THIS CLASS IS WORTH IT. TAKE HIM.

This professor is amazing. He really want his students to understand and pass his class. He came off a little strict and annoying at first but you will get use to his humor. His lectures are very long but he has all the recordings online. Please print his handouts before lectures and make notes!! Be prepared for surprises :)

Dr. Kamal is a great professor. He gives out 2 quizzes, 2 lab practicals and 3 tests and a final. Listen carefully to his lectures cause there's a chance what he says is on the test.

Anatomy and Physiology is a tough class in general but he was SO CLEAR with his teaching and helps you right along. he gives you EVERYTHING you need to be successful in his class. he even has an audio of all the lectures he provides for you which was beyond helpful for me within a busy schedule .

Professor Kamal's way of grading tests is really helpful if you're trying to get an A in A&P. I am currently taking his class but I know what to expect. I am definitely going to be taking him for A & P II and I would highly recommend him for this class.

Kamal clearly explains everything you need to know for the exams and indicates exactly what will be on them while he's lecturing, and his lectures are all recorded. He repeats difficult material that is important to know and gives you at least 20 points to miss on exams. No surprises here; if you study it's an easy A. He wants you to succeed.

Prof. Kamal is AMAZING! His class is so well organized. He is very fair and clear with what he expects from his students. He is also has a good sense of humor. He is a really great professor who genuinely wants his students to succeed. If you give him the time of day you can learn a lot from his class. 10/10.

Dr. kamal literally gives you everything you need to pass. Go to lecture (he takes attendance so that's easy points), listen to the audio and do the mock exam. Everyone that says he is harsh must be new to college, I find him to be funny and you can tell he cares about the success of his students. Easy A if you just put in a little effort.

I took Professor Kamal for A&P 1 and currently A&p 2. I am doing well in the class and I got a B last semester. Professor Kamal is a great teacher. You definitely need to study to do well, but he helps you understand everything. I hade is another professor for about 2 weeks and switched back to him because of how much better his class is.

A&P is well known for being very lecture heavy, but Kamal makes lectures a lot more bearable with his funny jokes and detailed diagrams and explanations. His tests are no joke, but his grading criteria and plentiful online resources help you study more effectively as you get used to him. Definitely take him the moment you see an open spot!

This professor is very good but he gives A LOT of content that might not even be on the exam. Constantly review and study EARLY ON!!! Tests are very hard. There are no quizzes only tests and 2 HW and optional EC. He gives great examples but doesn't understand questions sometimes. And his test is are really old and he doesn't go over them.

I enjoyed Kamal as my A&P1 professor. I'm not going to beat around the bush: Long test, hard lab practicals, tedious homework, boring lectures (including the audio lectures). Attendance is mandatory but listening to his recorded audios and following along with your class notes are your best bet when studying for his tests and lab practicals.

Online Anatomy and Physiology I is a hard class, however, Professor Kamal tried his best to make it as easy and as clear as possible. He provided the book for us, audio lectures to take notes, pointed out the things that will be on the test, and gave extra credit to better the grade. He is awesome. I am definitely taking him again for AP II.

I cannot express enough how much I love Kamal. He provides lots of resources to be successful in class, USE THEM!!! Take thorough notes in class and dedicate lots of time to study for this class and you will be successful. Warning: Exams are 150 questions long and make up a majority of your grade; however if you put the time in you will be fine.

So this class is an easy A if you actually do your work early and the only work that you have to do early is the TWO homework assignments he gives because there are 4 chapters you have copy and answer on a document but if you do one chapter a week it is so easy. and then for mock exams just study and you're good.

I took him for A&P1 and 2. A&P1 was in person and A&P2 was online due to COVID. There was no difference between the two, his lecture in class was the same as the audio he provided $ same for the labs. He provides many recourses on his canvas page for everyone to use. If you didnt do well then you probably didnt study. I got the same grade for 1&2

This professor is awesome! Still taking his class with an A. HW is very simple and easy, if you have any questions then he is more than happy to explain it until you understand. Study hard for the labs as those are the only little challenging part of his class. But overall, take him for Anatomy. I promise you will pass. He is a quick responder too!

Professor Kamal has been great this semester! In times of COVID, it's been really tough for some classes but he makes it possible to have a good online learning experience and someone that you can communicate with for anything. I would highly recommend Professor Kamal to any students that are taking AP1 or AP2, (I took AP1).

I took Professor Kamal for Anatomy I, and I would say that he is a solid choice as long as you take the time for the class. There are two homework assignments which are great to balance your grade, because the only other grades come from the tests. The two lab tests very challenging! I recommend the extra credit! It was the push I needed for an A.

Taking AP1 with professor Kamal has been a breeze. The only thing I would say is that his home works are kind of lengthy and they do make up the majority of your grade. Overall the class was easy. Do the work. Get the grade. Simple.

I took professor Kamal for A&P1 and had a great experience. His course consisted of 4 exams (3+1 final), 2 lab practicals, 2 HW (a bit time-consuming but easy and helps out overall grade), and 2 extra credits. Kamal was one of the best professors I've ever had. I had him for A&P I and am taking him again for II. The lectures were memorable and followed an outline, to which you can add notes. The Canvas setup is very unconventional. I was very happy with my overall experience. I did a lot of studying, which was incredibly time-consuming but worth it.

Professor Kamal made amazing lectures in and his labs helped us study for the tests. However, he is very test heavy and old school, 80% of your grade is from tests and you need to print a lot. Instead of providing slides for the lectures he provides audio recording which can be unconventional if you missed a day or want to review.

I liked how he makes complex concepts understandable, his passion for teaching is evident, i enjoyed his class and made me excited to learn more, he is always willing to help students who are struggling, and provides extra support when is needed, he helped me develop my critical thinking skills and I'm definitely coming back to his classroom.

This is an amazing professor , I took him for anatomy I and II and passed . But to get a good grade in this class you have to study, listen to what he talks about in class and listen to his Audio recordings. Also, I would get the best grades possible at the beginning of the course because the final is super hard.
