Mrs. Nemri is the best math instructor at Spokane Community College. She is devoted to her students and try her best to motivate them to learn. I love this lady.

Professor Nemri is a fabulous teacher! I was glad that she was the one teaching this class because I had her as an instructor in a previous Math class and she really helped in learning. I wish she was teaching my Math 115 class.

I learned alot in this class. I wish I had taken her for an in class class and not online. I think I would have done better.

For the online class, Mrs. Nemri was very good at getting back answers to questions posted in the discussion board. This was the first online class I have taken that went smoothly.

Kamilia was very helpful! She responded quickly to any questions or concerns. She helped greatly with problems on the assignment and made it easy to understand even though it was all through blackboard.

She cares about her students and their ability to learn. She is willing to help in any way she can.

She's pretty clear about teaching the sections out of the book. She doesn't collect homework but she does give pop quizes, so be prepared. She also makes you do an art project and a final review project with groups... so be prepared for dedicating more time to math than you would like.

Mrs Nemri did an awesome job of teaching this class. I really like the Hawkes system and I think everyone should take math classes this way. Mrs. Nemri knows her way around the Hawkes system and I would say that she is the only professor I would take a math class from using the Hawkes system.

I had her for an online Math 96 class and it was very easy. Attendence isn't really manditory, but I still made a point to come to stay caught up on work. A lot of assignmens, but very easy and tests are a piece of cake!

Very clear in lectures

Teaches only online or hybrid classes. She uses an online program to teach you with extra lectures she posts. If you want an online class, good. If you need more instruction, take another class.

She is very helpful, and works with you until you understand. The 96 class and 99 class are very time consuming no matter who teaches them, but her teaching style + the Hawkes program does a really effective job. She addressed the problems in Hawkes. They have been modified and passing sections is much easier/ less frustrating now. I recommend her.

Great Teacher. The Hawkes program she uses is very helpful. She provides lots of resources for students to learn and very helpful in class.

I have had her first in class and then online. I found the class and instruction easy to understand and she was always very helpful when needed.

I took Math 92 from Prof. Nemri in Fall of 2011 (last term). She is extremely patient, helpful, and goes out of her way to help her students succeed. One caveat: She does not check homework or hassle students about studying. She will always make time to help, but expects pupils to pull their own weight and will not coddle you. Great teacher.

Professor Nemri was instrumental in helping me change my attitude about math. I used to hate and fear it. Now I'm off to get a mathematics minor at university. She's a very patient teacher and definitely knows the material. You will not be sorry for choosing to take her course.

This is a hard class because its math, but she is a very nice teacher! Very fair, and kind of lets u go at your own pace because she uses Hawks online. Just keep up with your homework! She will always answer your questions and not make you feel stupid for asking.

Always positive with her students, and encouraging I took her math 92 class, and got a B. But, I want to take her class for 99, becasue of the results I am getting.

She is awesome! Always willing to help with any and everything. I would be comfortable taking any level of math from her because I am confident in her desire to teach it so you understand it.

By far Mrs. Nemri is the best math teacher I have ever had! I highly recommend her to anyone afraid or fearful of math. She makes it very easy to understand and remember. Precal is easy because of her & I struggled in math all my life. Fabulous Teacher!

I had her for math 92&thought she was awesome so took her again for 99.Super nice&always willing to help. She explains in a way that everyone can understand without making you feel dumb. Her tests are at the same level as the homework&she covers everything prior so no surprises. Take her on campus classes, the hawkes system online gets confusing.

I failed Math 96, passed it the second time. And failed math 99 and passed it the second time this class. I struggle with math SO bad and I just passed it with an 85%. This teacher is SO awesome and provides sooo many opitions on how to understand it. She is the nicest math teacher I have ever had at scc. TAKE HER!!!!

At first she comes across as sort of cross - maybe even mean - but if you get to know her she is there to help you learn. I took the online class and the software is easy to use---no need for a math textbook. Mid-term review packet is of little/no help. Review tests and lessons for mid-term. Attend the final review session with her at the college!

SCC must have done an overhaul on their math department and it shows. Kamilia is awesome, she does a great job explaining the content in a way her students understand, she also provides graded homework online to ensure you practice the material so you do better on tests ans helps your overall grade so you don't have to rely on just your test scores

Currently taking her math 96 class and already looking forward to taking her for Math 99. Loving the hybrid. She is easy to follow and appreciates questions asked. She wants you to exceed not just finish up her hour of class. Highly recommend

I took her hybrid course for math 99 and if i didn't sign up for her course, I would have failed this class again. Her class saved my life! The online hawkes learning software is so easy to keep up with and it actually encourages the student to want to follow along and actually learn! I would love to take her class again next quarter!

Very good teacher!!!! Easy to understand her and you are gonna find out at the end of the math quarter that you actually like math and can do more than you thought!!!!! Would recommend her 100% Will take Math class with her again!

By far my favorite math teacher! Very helpful and sweet. Always there to help and makes you feel like math is not that bad at all. The Hawkes Learning System she uses is also very helpful and easy to go to if you need even more help. Would definitely take her again and recommend her to anyone!

I really appreciate Professor Nemri & her teaching style. She is even keeled and respectful, has genuine passion for not only math/sciences but also for teaching. I HATE higher Math(so sorry), I LOVED this class. My math 96 class was miserable, specifically because the instructor was condescending and impatient. If I only had a time machine...

Kamilia is the best math teacher I've ever had. She wants her students to succeed and is easy to approach. I struggle in math, but her teaching style and the program she uses really makes it easier to understand. I highly recommend her. Do the work, put in the effort and with her help you will do great. She made math a good experience.

This was a hybrid class, I really enjoyed the instruction given by Kamilia. She has great communication skills and explains the problems in detail. I would highly recommend her class.

Professor Nemri is an incredible standout instructor at SCC. Compared to the other Math department instructors I've dealt with she was a real pleasure. Not only does she have an incredible mind for the material, but she genuinely cares and wants students to learn and succeed. Her class wasn't easy, but she has realistic and clear expectations.

Kamilia is a very nice instructor. Some might say she gives a lot of homework, but all in all, it's really just the standard amount that you can expect from a normal math class. If you do take her class, you should probably expect to be doing practice problems a little more often on your own, but if you do have questions, she will have an answer.

Granted we are still in fall quarter, but I find her to really care about whether her students succeed and understand the material. She is human and makes mistakes but is humble and easily corrects them. I have already learned a lot and find her teaching style to make sense which is saying something for not having math in a very long time.

This class isn't difficult but there is a lot of homework. She is definitely the best math professor I have ever had though. She explains the concepts well and makes sure that you are well prepared for the exams. If you struggle with math this is definitely the class to take

Math is a hard class to translate online. This class is one that does it well. Kamelia is flexible with schedules which truthfully is great when having a class online. It allows for life to happen.

I had the privilege of getting to take two of Nemri's classes. She provides many resources. The format of her online class is by far my favorite. There is a mandatory discussion board, but I found talking to my classmates here was very helpful and I wish more classes did it this way. Nemri replies fast and will make custom videos for your questions

She is quick to respond via email, cares about her students, she is helpful and approachable. She is a gifted teacher. I worked hard, and I really enjoyed her class.

Professor Nemri was clear and very helpful. Her lectures broke down problems in a way that was very easy to understand. The program she used for the homework, Hawkes, was very easy to use and helps you understand the work really well. She offered extra credit and was always fast to reply to questions. I really loved learning from her!

She was a good professor. Emails would get responded to faster than Canvas messages. If you work hard and ask questions, you will do well in her class. She posts videos explaining topics that students have asked about before, but all of the content you learn is through another website. There can be LOTS of homework some nights, so work ahead!

All work was done on Pearson. There were 2 assignments that she created not on Pearson and there were many spelling mistakes and material confusion because she put questions that were much more advanced than what we learned online. If you are able to follow videos and stay on top of your work, you will pass.
