Professor Haney really educated me on drugs. Her powerpoints are great tools with a lot of information. Quizzes and exams are easy. There is a project at the end, but she gives a long time to work on it. Offers extra credit even though you most likely won't need it. I definitely would take her class again!

Medical terminology online - Professor was amazing! Schedule for semester was given in beginning and helped to stay on track. I loved the power points for each chapter, they explained topics in great detail, never had a problem understanding anything. Expect up to 2 chapter/quizzes and a discussion per week. Highly recommend!! just do your work :)

Professor Haney is a gem, even though she may be online, she makes herself so incredibly accessible and she shows lots of care for her students. The class is rather simple as well and you can finish assignments in around an hour, I had been going through personal issues during the beginning of the semester and she opened all of my late assignments!

Professor Haney made the course very easy. She unlocked all assignments in the beginning of the semester. I completed the course in 2 weeks which was originally an 11 week course and so I haven't received a final grade yet. I would recommend anyone to take this course.

Professor Haney is a great! The PowerPoints are helpful and have answers that you can study from that is on quizzes. She is clear about the assignments and all. All you need to do is do your work ,study the PowerPoints, use the websites for additional help and you'll pass with an A. There are some quizzes,5 exams,discussions and no Homeworks EASY.

Though it did require time to read through the textbook and constantly retain the hundreds of words, the quizzes and tests that pertained to each chapter were fairly easy, especially if you knew the terminology pretty well. Also, this class was very flexible, considering the fact that it allowed students to complete assignments at their own pace.

If you do your part, and turn in your work she will give you a passing grade. You must read the material to pass the tests. Not too much homework, but she will NOT accept late work. Interesting class with lots of information, but she helps by making powerpoints for each chapter.

Would definitely take this course again with Professor Haney. Super easy class and I took it online. She does not give excessive work. 2 quizzes a week plus a discussion post and exam every other week. Overall very easy course.

There are a lot of assignments and a discussion board - but they are simple and straightforward and very pertinent to the lesson. One big project at the end of class. I took her summer class and very easy! I feel like I know more about health in general. Work is due every Sunday, no late work accepted! I got the textbook, but only needed it a handful of times. Return work on time and give your all on them then you are bound to pass. Maintained a 95% or higher the whole class! would take her again!!

The class mainly consists of just timed quizzes, exams, and discussions. Not time consuming at all and the content is all very easy to get done successfully!

Took her HSC1101 online class. Lots of notes and work but very easy since she is clear on what she expects. Everything is accessible from the first day and she is constantly reminding of due dates so it is easy to stay on track. She's super sweet and replies quickly to emails and questions.

Since this class was entirely online, as soon as the semester begins you are allowed to complete all your work. I took Professor Haney's online Medical Terminology class. It is not difficult at all. We had a quiz or two for each lesson, a discussion assignment, and an exam. Nothing was difficult but you just have to do it. The class requires about 2 hours a week in order to be successful. Highly recommend Professor Haney!

Professor Haney made learning fun with numerous ways to digest the information needed such as videos and links to various websites. There are discussion posts and assignment almost every week, but they're fairly easy. There is lots of reading involved! I learned so much about health. Overall, 10/10 experience.

I took this class online asynchronous this semester and it was the easiest class I had all semester. The workload is the same every week. All you have to do to pass the class is read the PowerPoints and watch the discussion board videos. Great class with very straightforward information.

Just like other online classes, you are basically teaching yourself, but she provides very helpful lectures and the discussion videos that help out a lot. It was not a require class to take but I took it to improve my medical terminology and it worked! Just in case you messed up on a test, she does provide extra credit at the end of the course.

Take this class! The only way you won't pass is if you don't do the work. All lessons online are open so you can get them all done very quickly and not have to worry about the class later in the semester. There is a group project that consists of a powerpoint or prezi that has a minimum of 10 slides. I hate group projects but it was simple enough.

Professor Haney's online class is wonderful. If you watch the videos and review the powerpoint you'll have no issues with the class. You have 1 week to complete the 2 quizzes and 1 discussion board, with the occasional exam. Its such an easy course.

Class is really easy, every week a quiz and a discussion are due. extra credit paper due at the end of the semester which is pretty easy. She provides youtube videos that go over the chapter. Just as long as you turn in whats due you will pass her class.

highly recommend taking this class i cannot stress this enough

Great professor and class content is valuable. Not many quizzes, one paper and lectures are all online, gives 1 extra credit assignment. She responds in a timely manner to emails and if you have any questions about an assignment she gladly helps. Overall this class was great ! No complaints.

Professor Haney really cares about his students to understand her class and lectures. A lot of informative videos. I love her class and learned a lot! You should definitely take her.

Professor Haney is a great teacher. I took her express B class so I was only her student for 8 weeks (with holidays in-between) but she was very understanding of the circumstances. We only did one group project, and her assignments are fairly easy to complete and she gives plenty of time to turn them in. Class in person wasn't mandatory.

Assignments were easy, only like 3 or 4 a week. If you do the assignments well you'll get a 100 every time. Group project was annoying but doable.

This class was super easy. It was fully online, and I was able to finish this class in about a month in a half. I didn't need to contact her, but she is really accessibly. Do your work on time and you'll pass. Reading the book while looking at the PowerPoint will really help. Flashcards to help remember the medical terms.

You can tell that Professor Haney cares about her students. She emphasizes this in her lectures when delivering resources to improve health. She is not only a teacher, but she makes it clear that she follows her own advice. Her class was interesting and an easy A, and she radiates positive energy through her lectures.

Ms. Haney was quite honestly one of the best teachers I've ever had. While I only had her through an online forum, I was still able to see how much she truly cares for her students. When negative circumstances befell me, Ms. Haney showed me unparalleled understanding and empathy in regards to getting my work submitted. She's an amazing teacher.

Professor Haney is a very nice teacher. Online course has a quiz each chapter with 10 questions, if you study the power points you will be fine.

The class was appropriate for learning about the many facets about drugs and the effect on society.

If you have to take Medical Terminology, Prof 10/10 recommended. Very responsive and organized through the entire course and communicates well. Be responsible and do all your homework on time.

Took class online, you get a discussion and a test each week, very easy. She provides PowerPoint that helps a lot with tests, discussions, and overall knowledge. Her work is very quick, quizzes are 10 easy questions long and exams are longer if you study the powerpoints you'll do well.

This professor was very good , very sweet you can finish the class as early as you can quizzes and test was easy you just have to study and you'll do good I would definitely take her again .

With this class being my second ever dual enrollment class I came in a bit scared but once I got the hang of it, it was really easy. The way Dr. Haney structures the class is very simple, as I had questions and she responded quickly which I very much appreciate. If you want a nice, caring teacher who doesn't confuse their students take Dr. Haney.

I was nervous to start this class due to me already taking 2 other classes but it was by far a great class. I would email her about a question and she got back to me within an hour.

This professor was very good. I highly recommend getting the textbook and annotating it as you read the lecture slides. I thought this was a great class. The assignments, discussions, tests and project were straightforward and understandable. She even offers extra credit if you are struggling. She responds to emails quickly with information.

Some classes you take just for credit but this class you take for the credit and you gain knowledge that can benefit you in your life. Professor Haney provided us with so many useful sites and articles about health situations. The tests and quizzes were easy. The assignments and discussion board posts were fun as well. Only 1 project that is easy.

First of all put some respect on her name! its Dr.Kanathy lol. I love the way the class is set up. Very simple and easy to follow. She includes videos and very detailed PowerPoints. If you actually read the book it is also set up well & will help you with completing assignments. Quizzes & test are simple if you read her PowerPoints and practice!

Professor Haney is amazing, I loved her class. She is very thoughtful and available if you are struggling. Follow each module and assignment, and turn them in on time. She gives you every chance to do well because she cares. I am looking into her other courses to take, I enjoyed this that much, you wont regret taking it also.

Assignments consists of one big paper (due near the end of the semester), as well as a discussion post and an assignment due at the end of each week. The paper is not bad at all as you are working on it through out the semester. A few tests here and there, but they are super easy. She is accesible outside of class and really nice and caring.

I took med term online and it was cake. There are two quizzes (10 questions) and a discussion post every week with exams (50 questions) about every two weeks. Everything on the quizzes/exams is in the power points. You don't need a textbook! I definitely recommend this class for easy credits or if you're interested in the medical field.

Very easy class, I definitely recommend taking her class. There are a lot of assignments to complete, but they aren't that difficult. There are also exams and discussions, which are easy. The only big assignment is a group project.

This professor was very to the point. You have a discussion due every Sunday as well as 2 quizzes for the chapters that were read over. You don't need the book, but if you enjoy studying and practicing your learned skills the book is recommended. socrative was a big help but overall easy professor easy A.

Discussion, Quiz, and Exam based class

Dr. K is excellent! She posts slideshows you can take notes on that cover the unit and lectures, so I never read the textbook. Her assignments are relatively simple and do not take much of your time. I could complete 3 units over a weekend, so it was quickly done. She is also very understanding and answers her emails quickly.

The assignments & quizzes are easy if you pay attention to the material. Easy A if you log in & make the effort. You have the option to work ahead. For the most part, group discussion assignment & chapter quiz weekly. Every few weeks there is a Chapter Exam. (Review of quizzes) I will definitely take Professor Haney again if given the opportunity.

Take this professor whether it is for your major or just an elective you will not regret it. Took express B class so had 5ish assignments a week but they do not take long. She also opens the course so you can work ahead. Amazing Professor her recorded lectures are not boring you learn and get a good grade.

There were 2 quizzes the entire course, and the rest of the time was just discussions and assignments. Usually one of each per week. I ended with a 100 so it's a super easy A+ as long as you do the work. There was an optional 300-point paper, and she also gave extra credit. Also, the topics were very interesting. Highly recommend this class.

4 mandatory exams: easy to pass. Discussions are due every Sunday 11:59 PM. Late penalty. As long as you put in effort you'll earn an A. Gives helpful insight and feedback on each assignment. Lots of extra credit opportunity. Your grade is based on how many points you earn.

This is my third course with Professor Haney, and honestly, she is such a great teacher. She gives CLEAR CRITERIA, PLENTY OF TIME on assignments, and A SCHEDULE WITH DUE DATES. She also puts all the assignments out on Canvas so you can get ahead and finish early. I loved her classes and am so excited to take another one with her for the summer!

Professor Kanathy Haney is the best professor so far that I have taken in PBSC, her instructions are very clear, and she gives the option to work ahead of time, keep in mind she doesn't take late work. But overall shes a great professor I will take her again for another class.

Dr. K was a super easy professor to work with. She gave us our work ahead of time to work on our own time. The assignments were simple discussion questions that required answering a few questions and responding to one or two people. It did take her a while to grade at times but for the majority part, she was good. Definitely would take it again!

Very easy class

The class is mostly based on completing your assignments on time. All assignments are due Sunday, 11:59. There was some confusion with the final paper, but it was optional and extra credit for completing it and the assignments along with it. An additional extra credit was given. Mostly discussions, like one test, and assignments. Highly recommend!!

Professor Haney was a great instructor. She explained things well and was very organized. Taking her class online was the best choice—it was flexible and easy to follow. I recommend her.

Professor Haney was awesome. I took this class for a shortened summer semester and the usually required research project was optional. The assignments were mainly discussions that you could do without watching any of the material. There are quizzes almost every week but you get two attempts and you can see your wrong answers after.
