She is a great professor if you plan on passing your exit exam. As far as work, usually an essay or outline is assigned once a week, but she helps you start it in class.

She is the best english teacher I have had. Makes class enjoyable and teaches very well. Midterm and final are mostly multiple choice and pretty easy.

She is a great teacher. She made these classes a breeze. For 1101 she tells you exactly what to expect for the exit exam. I went in totally prepared and it only took 30 min. to write my essay. I felt very prepared. In 1102 she made it fun, lots of films of plays. Overall, a great teacher!

This class is so easy. Essays are fill in the blank. there are reviews before every test. She gives out popcorn and pizza. Hard to believe this is a college course.

so easy it should be high school. essays are mad libs and most of the reading assignments are shown to you as movies in class. she is very pleasent and fun to work with. great teacher not because its easy but because i i walked out with the knowledge and had some fun too.

MUST TAKE!! Easiest writing class ever! 4 very short presentations and 4papers -- all can be 100% cut and paste -- gives review sheet for tests and are exact questions!-- She will have you highlight stuff in the book .. but you don't truly NEED the book cuz the highlights are given to you thru her own handouts or others' presentations --EASIEST "A"

Professor Jorgensen is an awesome instructor. She knows her subject very well. She also makes it easy on students by giving them outlines and offering re-writes if the paper isn't up to par. Favorite teacher ever!

I HIGHLY recommend taking her for this class.....yes you have to do a lot of power points and papers for each topic you get but for some reason her class is one of my easiest classes. make sure you come to class when she does the test review game. It's fun and helps you a lot. Easiest 'A' for a required course.

teacher is really nice.. attendence is manditory but only for ure benifit..a few essays in the begining of the semester then a esearch paper that she is more then willing to help you with.. the class ends with a section on plays where you get to eat pizza in class! all tests are given reviews... awseome teacher!!!!

Teacher was fairly crazy. I did not appreciate her delivery, and upon arrival in ENC 1101, I could have taken and passed the damn 'Exit Exam' she keeps harping on. Her class is easy; but it doesn't even matter, b/c it's the Exit Essay that you must pass in the end.

Since this is a required class, I highly recomend taking her. She makes it VERY easy to get an A. She will show you exactly how your essays should be done and pretty much all you have to do it fill in the blanks. AWESOME TEACHER!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this prof. if your really interested in learning Not only because her class is easy, but because she actually wants her students to succeed. She is a great teacher but gives random pop quizes, tons of essays, and is a litte over the top about literature. I got a B. I just wish she would be more clear on her expectations from the class and assignments. I would reccomend her she is very nice.

An excellent teacher! She is always willing to help. She is gracious and gives second chances. Leaned a lot about writing papers in her class. Also... she lets out early often. Probably the nicest and best teachers I have ever had at Valencia!

Ms. Jorgenson was a really fun teacher. She made learning fun and towards the end of the course, we watched a lot of movies and she had lots of popcorn and pizza for the class to enjoy. "Who else would invest that in their students, but someone who cares and shares concerns for her student's learning". I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Prof Jorgensen was a very nice beautiful teacher..She helped me out alot and i always liked how she came to class dressed up modest! Would truly recommend..I really suck at English But in this class I managed To come out with a high B.. =)

Good professor, she has high expectations of students. Gives goof feedback. BUY BOTH BOOKS and study what she tells you to highlight, you'll get an A. And do all your hw, if you're ever in a bind she'll help you out if she sees you normally do all your work.

Really nice teacher, always open to questions. Tells you exactly whats on the tests and there almost impossible to fail. watch alot of movies and play alot of class games to learn the subject. She is great and has an awesome way of teaching. you will love this class!

Professor is very sweet, so much so you wonder if she's mocking you. She knows a lot about the business and wants to help those serious in pursuing the same career, succeed. The book reads fast and you NEED it to pass tests. The homework is mandatory as well as attendence. Fun class

EASY..EASY..EASY..she kinda treats you like u r in elementary school which is coo because the work is like that..you write 4 essays and she gives you the outline with what she wants you to write. TEST Extremely EASY. i didn't study n got a B..GIVES you the like 75 questions/answer that will b on test. research paper EASY. GAMES,POPCORN,and MOVIES:)

Awesome teacher. recommend greatly. you have a ppt per chapter you have to do on a subject that you then write a paper on as well. expectation on the papers and powerpoints are pretty low. super easy class and fun

I got her for humanities, I liked her class, it was interesting, you gotta keep with her assignments, but she is really nice. Cool professor.

Jorgensen's class is easy and laid back. Her tests on the other hand have nothing to do with the lectures which I ended up learning to zone out through. Just read the text before the tests and you'll pull an easy A. She'll accept late assingments for full credit. She has a lot of guest speakers, some of which were cool and some were aweful.

very organized, you will always know what's gonna happen next! she is really helpfull, encouraging and easy. I am takin onsite class, she arranged for a balad(a singer) for the poetry section, gives you popcorn while watching documentaries/plays by notorious authors. this professor is always willing to go that extra mile for you. I like her.

English isn't my best subject. I took her Fall '10. One day a week at night. Close to the end of the term, you just watch movies and she sometimes orders PIZZA or sometimes have students bring stuff in to share. Her smile just creeps me out. But over all shes a good professor.

she is a funny,quirky, teacher.she teaches several online/onsite classes,so If she forgets something, just communicate it to her, and she will happily extend everyone's due date, or re-open a test.This lady knows her stuff though, so when writing a paper,make sure u have done your research.She will,however, send it back 2 u and let u re-write it.

I don't see what all the fuss is about. I'm currently enrolled in one of her classes and I love it! The tests are easy and she gives you a study guide to help you out. She gets the class involved in groups to compete for extra credit points! She can be a bit "ditzy" at times and take awhile to grade but overall very helpful and kind!

1st teacher quit a month in, and Ms. Jorgensen took over our 3hr class on Fridays. She was great! We didn't just read the textbooks, but also watched movies. She even had a guy come in and sing sonnets from the medieval era. She was super nice and directions were clear and outlined, papers were basically fill in the blank to her outline. Very easy!

Gosh I disliked this class but it was epically easy. Theres some reading but mostly movie watching. Just dont miss too many days and review a little for her tests and youll be fine. Professor talks to class like we're idiots and you don't really need to take notes. easy A and I got a B cause of missed classes and didn't review for tests.

A TON of content for each of the two chapters every week. Has each student make 10-12 slide powerpoint presentations for one topic each week and write a 3-5 page essay for assigned topic as well. Tests are easy but you will need to use the book. Due dates are different for PP presentations each week so pay attention and you should do fine

Class was super easy!! I worked a full time job working 1:30pm -10:00 pm and took this class online and I passed with a High B . The essays are SUPER easy because she gives outlines for you to follow so its pretty much fill in the blanks. There were some points where instructions weren't clear but she always corrected any mistakes that she made.

this professor is pretty easy as long as you stay focus and do your work she grades pretty clear....... her class is one that you shouldnt her !!!

Professor Jorgensen was an amazing teacher. She really cares about your well-being (grades), she let me rewrite an essay that she thought I could do better on. She responds to emails fairly quickly, she has a lot of common short story quizzes. I took her online and passed the class with an 95 and I was honestly sad not to have her anymore

Professor Jorgensen gives out very clear criteria for all of her assignments, especially with the essay outlines. Easy to pass as long as you follow the outlines and watch/read all the material. The research paper is fun if you end up choosing a book you really enjoy! Would take her class again.

She sets up the class so its extremely easy to be successful. The essays have templates so you can just plug in your information and she also provides feedback. The textbook is mandatory because of the quizzes but the quizzes are not hard to pass. Overally, lovely and amazing professor who cares about your understanding and success.

The class is mainly paper and quiz based. She gives you outlines on the papers, provides free links to any movies she wants you to watch, and answers emails pretty fast. The quizzes are based off textbook material with the poems and short stories. She will stay after time on zoom to answer questions and provides clear feedback.

Weekly assignments are quizzes maybe essays but she gives you the outline for everything you will write. For quizzes theres many videos or movies she has you watch and she host zoom meetings for participation not required its just help to boost youre grade but when giving feedback on assignments is a little rude and responds to emails late.

Very easy class. Take the credits, read, and pretty much the professor provides you the templates for your essay. Just follow along with the syllabus and you will do fine.

Professor Jorgensen is a good teacher and I enjoyed her class. The only negative thing I'd say is how particular she is with grading. For essays, she has an outline that she requires you to follow. If there is anything that doesn't match her outline, she will take off points.

I really like this class with Prof Jorgensen. It was one of the easiest classes I took. It really has a lot of reading and essays, but don't trust the bad reviews because the quizzes are so easy and she provide an entire outline for the essays, so you don't actually have to read everything and put a lot of effort on the assignments.

Took Professor Jorgensen for comp 2 over the summer and it was a pretty good course to take over the summer. She will give you an outline of exactly what you need to include in your essay and will give you very detailed commentary on how to improve. Had to email her a couple of times and she's very timely in her responses as well as very insightful

She makes videos explaining exactly what she's looking for. The videos were extremely thoughtful and she cares as a teacher, which is important. Assignments were easy and I enjoyed this class!
