I'm taking two classes with her and she's HILARIOUS. She makes things easy to understand and a lot of fun. She's organized too and her tests are set up the same way for both classes. Everything people say about her is true. A great teacher!

This teacher is the best at delta. She makes the class interesting and ALL test are ONLINE. You get 5 chances to pass wit highest score. Textbook not really required cuz i didnt buy book and still got A on all tests. I juss borrowed book from libary and did my test online. If you leave early then write her note while leaving. Great online class. only 12 tests out of 16 test count, and you can take each test 5 times, or till you get a perfect score out of 30. But make sure you do the journals, because that can make a dfiference between and A or an F. Test are very easy, just make sure you read the chapter!

Dr. Millsop is a great professor. She gives very clear lectures that are really interesting. Instead of just focusing on theories, she actually tries to relate the lessons to your own life. I completed Dr. Millsop's class in the fall 2011. My experience in her class was very enjoyable. As a psychology major I felt that I had a good concept of what I was going to learn in her class, but now that I have finished her class I can say that she challenged me and I learned more than I expected to learn this semester.

When I first enrolled in Karen Millsop?s Psychology class I didnt know what to expect. K Millsop has a very enthusiastic personality and I actually looked forward to attending class. K Millsop incorporates all the different learning styles into her lectures. All our quizzes are online and you have five attempts to get the grade that you want.

Dr. Millsop is timely and clear when answering questions or explaining information. I also appreciate the testing style of the class. Each chapter was followed by a 15 question exam vs. several chapters on one exam. The class is flexible and manageable. I highly recommend the class to other students.

We get to pick a subject and write about its reference to ourselves. This made the subjects seem more understandable because it was more personable. I was engaged in taking Dr. Millsop's psychology online course. The weekly journal entries are base on every chapter of the textbook and she allows to retake the test up to 5 attempts! I strongly recommend it to every individual!

Took this class during summer 2012 session and it was a lot of work in 6 weeks, but with the clearly outlined course work with regimented due dates it was easy to stay focused and on time with all the work. I enjoyed the online PSYCH1 2012! I appreciate the human mind.I have come to be more understanding of disorders. Instead of automatically labeling them I learned to see them as individuals with struggles that I deal with myself although they are slightly different.

This class is AWESOME! She even gives you 5 chances to takes the chapter tests. I took this class online and enjoyed every minute of it. As long as you do your discussions and respond to two people, take your chapter test and do your assignments, you will do fine. In the summer it is a little fast paced, but that’s expected.

I took a summer course, so it was a faster paced course. As long as you keep up, you shouldn't have a problem. 15 question quizzes w/ multiple attempts to beat your previous score! I really enjoyed it!!

I'm taking her ONLINE class and it's fairly easy. You have to put your time and effort into doing the weekly assignments and discussion. You will have total of 15 exams with 5 attempt to prove your score for each exam. She will have hints for you to locate your answers and make it easier for you. (Even though it is already) I recommend this class.

One thing I really liked about the online class is being able to read everyone's point of view in the class on each assignment. Most posts in the forum were relatable stories and you really got to know a person through their posts. It was all about the students engaging with each other, being or receiving their input as well.

I took the class online and it requires a weekly discussion/responses posted online and a test (15 questions/5 chances to retake) every week. Easy class if you keep up with due dates. The class is very interactive and fun if you really get into it. I wish I took the class in person instead of online because Dr. Millsop knows her stuff!

Psychology 001 with Dr. Karen Millsop is a wonderful class. I have learned so much about myself and other people. Issues that we all have and issues that some have and some do not. The lectures and reading are very interesting. I also love the games and flash cards that were available on the website to use as a learning tool.

My experience in psychology 1 with Professor Millsop was really good. I really enjoyed the class. It was not hard it required you to manage your week well. I am very pleased with this class. The professor does not accept late work because she gives you an entire week to complete just about everything. I enjoyed this class and I would recommend it.

If you read the online lectures she posts as well as read through the chapters in the book, you should do pretty well in the class. There are weekly assignments which consist of writing a review of a specific topic you have read (your choice),and she offers five tries for the weekly multiple-choice exams. Super easy class if you try. At first I was confused with the setup then got used to it. A lot of discussing goes on. She tries to make the online class feel like an on campus class. The only reason I'm getting a B is because I accidentally missed a few assignments. Overall she is very involved and care about her students.

Dr Millsop is one of the best profs I have ever had. I took 2 of her classes because I like the way she teaches. Her lectures are insightful and life-changing, she is REAL and honest. Book is req'd for quizzes, 5 tries per quiz and she tells you which pages to look at. No midterms/exams. If you fail her class, you def have some issues.

NO homework in this class, but there are weekly journals you are required to write based on any topic discussed in that week's chapter. My only regret is not taking her class on the actual campus.

Prof Millsop makes the class very easy to pass, and it's very easy to understand what she wants from her students. This class is basically doing all the journals, and testes and review. The review is very easy if you look at the lectures, and testes are easy because you have 5 tries for it. Overall, this class is very easy and helpful.

Take this class. The only reason I received a C was because I forgot to log on a few of the weeks and do the assignments. I am an athlete at the college and this class fit with my busy schedule perfectly. Milsop is a great professor and I would recommend the class to everyone.

The assignments were very simple and fun, especially the weekly discussions. The exams were very easy. Each student had 5 tries on each quiz (30 min) and 1 try for the quiz review (2 hrs). This class has to be one of my favorites, so far. I wish I could have taken this course on campus but either way, I have gained new knowledge.

Moore, Tim Karen Millsop, was very helpful and abrupt about responding to any questions.What I liked most abut the course is we were not bombarded with home work and assignments. You also have the option of retaking the exams.

My experience in this class has been an eye opener to different ideas that I never knew before. This is my first psychology class that I have ever taken. I found this class to be challeneging yet interesting. Ms. Millsops style of teaching online is great and convenient.She makes the deadlines on the same day every week so there are no surprises.

I really enjoyed taking Psychology One with Professor Millsop.Her tests were straight from the book so reading each assigned chapter was essential.Another attribute of the class was that there were five chances, to pass the online exams. This class has impacted my life so much that I am seriously considering pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in psychology at the University of Phoenix. Dr. Millsop's classes were very easy. You don't even have to study for the tests because her tests are online and there is a hint button to tell you what page the answer is on. I do not think I have much knowledge of the subject. In Psych 3 she just repeats what she teaches in Psych 1. This class doesn't transfer to a private school.

When I first signed up for this class I was not sure if I was in over my head. I was thinking Psychology online at an accelerated rate this is not going to be doable.The amount of work and the time allowed to do it are very reasonable. I have attempted to take Psychology in the past and found it very boring. That never happened in this class.

I thought the class was very interesting. The instructor’s format was very straightforward and easy to follow. For example, you get 5 chances to take each exam and the requirements for the journal discussions are not too intensive. Overall, this was an awesome class and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t taken this class.

I was a little nervous about taking it online in the summer, but the workload was very doable, the expectations were laid out from day one, she was quick to respond to emails. This class was manageable with a flexible schedule, and was the first time that I was actually able to express who I am with a more personal approach. I recommend it!!!

Well, first off I'd like to say I JUST finished it. This class is very easy, and if you don't an A you should consider quitting college. The tests were open book and the assignments were easy. I spent maybe 2 hours a week on it, and this was a condensed summer course. The interaction was very open, and provided a positive atmosphere. Recommend it!

I was really nervous taking a class online over the summer. All of the lectures are very interesting. She made it very fun and easy to learn. I will be returning to take another class with her.

She’s very helpful and willing to help at all times. Her coursework is very easy to understand. Don’t forget to follow directions because I didn’t do discussion posts for the first couple of weeks which took away large chunk of my points. Follows all of the direction and it’s easy to receive a high passing grade in this class.

Dr. Millsop is quick with her responses and likes to get to know her students. This was a very intimate course as we shared a lot of personal stories in how psychology relates to our own lives. Great class and great classmates.

Her online Psych class was an easy A, as long as you do all the work. Each week you have a discussion which requires 3 posts, the first of which is due by Thursday. Then you have a 5 question lecture quiz and a 15 question chapter quiz. She give you 5 attempts on the chapter quiz, so there is never a reason to not get an A. Easy class, take her!

Hands down, one of the best professors I have had at Delta College. I would recommend Dr. Millsop to anyone wanting to take Psychology. With online classes, a majority of the effort lies in the hands of the student, but Dr. Millsop willingly answered questions and provided detailed introductions that we could review as a lead-in to each chapter.

Although, I did not like the interactive journal portion of the class, I think it is very intrusive and having to relate the subject matter to my own life made me uncomfortable at times. Online class was organized. If I recall correctly you get 3 tries on your weekly quiz. There were journals where you apply the reading to your personal life. The lectures were helpful and clear to the reading. She responds to your questions quickly.

I took her online class in the spring. discussions every week, tests are up to 3 tries time limit is 30 min. lecture reviews are up to an hour and can only take once (they are super easy 5 questions make sure to read the lecture before u take it, its easier!) very easy class just have to make an effort to do the work!

I would recommend Professor Millsop to anyone taking Psychology because her teaching style is easy to follow. The test and exams are also fair because they are open book and we get three tries to work on it and try to get a higher score. All in all, great class and great professor!

What I learned in psychology class is that, successful people wear navy blue to their interviews. Also I've learned more about the mind and about many ways to deal with people who have disorders, anger problems, addictions etc. The subject psychology, really breaks down issues so that it is very easy to understand them.

This was a typical online course. A long as you read the assigned chapter for the week then you will pass. The only negative thing is that she doesn't let her students review submitted assignments and tests making it hard to know what you got wrong. Other than that it's an easy course. You get 3 tries on the quiz and there's hints 2 find the answer

Millsop makes psychology really easy and fun. Class breakdown: - Every class is worth 10 points. - Lectures majorly consist of convos between teacher and studs. - There's a weekly chapter exam which roughly covers the chapter. Tests are online and 30 mins (15 Qs). 3 chances are given for every exam. - About 2-3 extra credit assignments

Professor Millsop is one of a kind. Her online class is extremely easy as long as you stay focused and turn everything in on time. For her PSYCH001 online class, she gives out new chapters each week with a lecture, lecture review, interactive journal, and an exam... all due by the end of the week. She is incredibly smart. Despite being a large class students are encouraged to ask questions and she can answer anything that is ever asked about everything. She went to Harvard and it shows! But she's not at all condescending; always nice and always wants to help.

I'm taking her online class and it's very simple 1 lecture, fill in the blank hw assignment (5questions) 1 test, and disscussion due every Sunday. The tests are 15 questions and you have 30 mins to complete it with 3 tries and she takes the highest score. Easy class just time consuming but you can finish the whole weeks work in 2 hours tops

Dr. Millsop is active in the community and does fundraisers to raise money for the needy. I did a walkathon she organized and it was amazing. She knows a lot about health which is obvious from her appearance, she looks 20. Ive never met another professor who is willing to leave the classroom to motivate students to exercise. This was a very clear and organized course. You know from the beginning what is expected for the entire semester. No surprises. No term paper. Extra credit offered. If you read the lectures and read the chapters this will be an easy A. Do yourself a favor and take this course.

All tests are done online, each is 15 questions. 3 tries to pass, each. Hilarious, easy to follow, lectures are interesting. Extra credit walk-a-thon is recommended if you don't already have an A.

I took Psych 1 online with Professor Millsop - it was a great class & straightforward. As long as you do the assignments, and try you will pass. There is a decent amount of homework per week (a personal journal entry plus responsing to 2 classmates per chapter, as well as an exercise after watching the lecture + chapter test), but its manageable!

I enjoyed my first semester with Millsop so much that I decided to take another psychology class with her the following semester. And I would still take another course with her. She made it clear to us that the structure of her class's work is designed very simply, so that her students could thrive.

This is one of the best classes I've ever taken at Delta. She is super interactive and clear. She makes it super easy to learn and understand the material. No homework. All tests are online and she gives you three tries so you can improve your score if needed. Attendance is pretty much mandatory but I would really recommend her!

This professor had to take over my class in the middle of the semester cause the previous professor had to go on leave. When she took over, the class continued to stay fun and exciting, I would even argue that it got better. She encourages active participation and she keeps class alive with her little jokes and stories that go along with lectures.

I took her class based off of recommendations from friends that have taken her class on campus and I absolutely loved her online class. It is structured so that it is hard to procrastinate even if you have a procrastination problem like I do. Take this class!!

I took her online class. The assignments were easy to manage. You have to participate in the online discussion, do the online lecture and review plus the test for that chapter. You can take each test 3 times and keep only the highest score. I did take the time to reach each chapter and that was helpful. Professor makes assignments super clear.

I took the online class and it was great! Each week consists of a lecture quiz (that the on-campus class doesn't have), a regular weekly test, & a discussion that requires you to post three times (extremely easy). Overall, taking the course online is easy and doesnt require too much effort once you get the hang of it. Just do the work & your fine.

Great online class. Her weekly modules on Canvas are very easy to follow. Reading the textbook is a must. You'll do one video quiz, one chapt exam and one class discussion per module. No papers!! Final covered only one chapter, it was not a comprehensive final. Class is very informative and enjoyable. She also offers extra credit. Take it!

I took Dr. Millsop online for my Psych 1 and I really like her method. She is fair in her grading. I am currently taking her Psych 3 (Fall 2017) to get her classroom experience and I am enjoying it a lot. You do more online verse being in class. So, I highly recommend taking her in class if possible. She is awesome! Just take her.

Really interesting lectures by an intelligent and hilarious woman. If you don't understand something she'll teach in different ways. All quizzes, including the final is online. Homework is just do the reading and take the online exams. You learn a lot in this class. 10/10 would recommend taking this class.

Literally best professor I have ever had. Her lectures are great and super engaging. The way she structures the class makes it super easy to pass. Just pay attention a little and read a bit now and then and you'll have no issue.

Overall I thought the online class was great. Enough to keep you interested, and challenged but not so much that you don't have time to take it all in. Her expectations for discussion are reasonable as well. The only drawback was that she doesn't allow you to review your test results, but you have 3 chances with open book, so you should do great!

All in all, Professor Millsop does clearly outline her material and I think she teaches well. The only problem with the course is the fact that when you take an exam, you do not get to see what answers you got wrong. Sure, you get three tries, but you don't have any idea what was wrong. Whats the point? Otherwise, the class runs smoothly!

Amazing professor and great class! You definitely need the textbook. Easy A, just do the work. There was an easy extra credit opportunity towards the end as well. Each week you read a chapter, complete chapter quiz, watch a video related to chapter, complete video quiz, write a discussion post related to chapter, & finally, respond to 2 classmates.

One of the best professors at Delta. We learned something new everyday and I always looked forward to going to class. Lectures were everything ,but boring. Lots of reading for quizzes ,but that's the only hw. All tests including final is online. Get three tries to take test. Open book test.

Professor Millsop is amazing. Attend class, do all tests and there's no reason to not receive an A!

You'll hear over and over again how amazing this teacher is, and that's simply because she truly is a prized teacher. Her perspective of psychology is truly wonderful, and she makes the subject as wonderful as it sounds when you first register for the the class. I truly recommend taking her over the other teachers. It's an easy, enjoyable class.

Professor Hillsop is probably one of the best if not the best professor at delta. She genuinely cares about what you have to say and wants you to understand the material and pass. Each each week theres a quiz that is easy if you read and she gives you three tries and keeps the best score. She also allows many absences which is always great.

Professor Millsop was great. She is passionate about her subject and gives great lectures that help you understand the material with real life examples. Would definitely recommend taking the weekly quizzes early since you get three tries to get the highest grade you can. Wonderful and interesting class taught by a great professor.

Millsop is an amazing professor. She's one of my favorites. I missed multiple classes, but I did my work an got an A. My class was a hybrid class and I would definitely recommend it. I've had many boring lectures, but hers are captivating and she made a comfortable environment where students wanted to participate. TAKE HER CLASS!

Professor Millsop makes class interesting. Shes funny and attending class is important. Dont use your phone while in class or talk during lectures and your good.

Dr. Millsop (aka Dr. Lee), is an incredible Professor, she teaches practical real life stuff, that will keep you interested in her lecture. I normally hate classes taken in forums, but her lectures really make you laugh. Her program is very structured (no surprises), her quizzes (and final) are all online (and you are allowed 3 chances for each).

Professor Millsop is very straight forward of what she expects from you as a student. Her quizzes are done through canvas. They're 15 questions and you can use book, notes, and/or the net. She does select students at the beginning of the course to be monitors to make sure you're not on your phone. I would take her again. Show up to class!

Professor Millsop talks about what she expects from you from the beginning. She tells you what you need to do to pass the class. She responds quickly to emails. Overall, great professor to take if taking a psychology class. The youtube lectures are beneficial to understand the content. Print the powerpoint and her lecture notes for the test.

One of the best classes I've taken so far. Fairly easy. Read textbook. Quiz based class. Quiz material based on book. Small based quizzes also. Just read and you will do well. Easy A.

I took this professor two semesters ago and she is amazing. I took her online. The work is straight forward. There are quizzes and exams. They are also easy if you read the book. This was a 6 week course and I felt no pressure in it. The work given is quality rather than quantity.

I took her class online and she makes psychology fun. From her weekly Instagram updates to the video quizzes she keeps it interesting. You get 3 tries on chapter tests and she doesn't make you write any essays. Be prepared for lots of reading but that's the book not her.

She does by Dr. Lee now but she's the most genuine professor I've had. She tells it like it is and gives you great real-life advice. The class doesn't have homework, it's only graded by tests on Canvas, all the answers are in the book, and she encourages using the book during tests. You do get a huge amount of participation points so don't skip!

Hands down the best professor ever!

Professor lee-milksop is one of my favorite professors at Delta! I've taken this professor for 3 of my mandatory psych closes and I've enjoyed every single one. Lectures are given every class, so I suggest not missing days. She does dock points if you miss more than 3 classes. Other than that, no homework is given, just 2 end of the term papers.
