Unbelievable! She is the best Chemistry professor I have ever had. She deeply cares about her students and is willing to help every single student. She gives 2 hours of her own time each Wednesday night to lead a help session. Definitely take Dr. Creager

Gets a little scattered at times, but overall pretty good. Her little girl was distracting when she brought her (in 2000/2001), but no biggie. Not the best, but nowhere near the worst.

The tests will be challenging but don't blame her. She'll prepare you much better for the tests than any other chem professor but that does not guarantee an A. With a little effort, you should get through this class just fine. The material honestly isn't much of a step up from most HS chem classes.

Creager was great! The tests are rediculous, so you have to work really hard, but she is the best professor out there for it. Quizzes are not bad at all, just study.

I enjoyed how she made outlines for each chapter and she was helpful if you needed to see her in her office. The review sessions helped a lot. She gave quizzes every Thursday, but they weren't that hard. She is a great teacher.

Hard class with lots of details but she's very understanding, helpful, and relates the material well to her students. She provides organized outlines for every chapter and answered questions. By far the best teacher in the department, definitely get her! Weekly quizzes were done in groups during class, lowest 3 were dropped.

Take Creager if at all possible. She's happy to be there at 8 in the morning. That doesn't mean you'll be happy to be there, but you'll learn if you pay attention.

Dr.Creager is the best teacher I have had at Clemson. She is there for her students and loves to answer any questions you may have. She loves her job and shares her enthusiasm... which makes the class fun.

After having a horrible teacher for Chem 101, Dr. Creager was a breath of fresh air. She made everything that we did make sense. The weekly group quizzes really help your grade and she is always willing to meet with you after class. She's just an awesome person and teacher!!!

AMAZING lady! She was always very willing to help when needed. She gives group quizzes and wil give a quiz the class period after the test so make sure to go (it's always like "what is your favorite food"). Very willing and eager to help! Very clear! I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Creager is one the best professors at Clemson. She goes into detail about the most basic concepts you learn in chemistry. She has a great teaching style and if you can you should definitely get her! She'll even let you work on your quizzes in groups!

Great teacher! Sometimes she gets problems mixed up and that can be a little confusing...but she goes over a lot of examples. Do the problems in the book because some of the stuff on the test is just in the book and not taught.

Best chemsitry teacher for 102 by far. Very clear and would answer any question to its fullest. Good classroom atmosphere. Gives group quizzes every friday, get a smart group and go to class on fridays. Also go to class the day after a test she also gives very easy quizzes like what is your favorite music group.

Probably the best chem professor @ CU! Very willing to help if you ask. She gives quizzes almost every Friday that are very similar to exam questions. She also does alot of exam practice problems that are actually on the exam. Take Her!

Creager can help you get an A even if you are terrible at chemistry. She is a gifted professor and if she doesn't teach the material, it's not on the test. Her outlines are so helpful, I didn't even read the book or do any problems. And I passionately hate/cannot do chemistry.

Creager is a good teacher. The tests are departmental so she doesn't really have control over them but she will fight for her students if the wording was bad on a question. There's a quiz every week, usually on Fridays, and that is the only day that you have to go. There is also online homework which helps your grade a lot. I recommend taking her.

Dr. Creager is a phenomenal professor. I had a terrible chemistry background in high school, but she has a gift at teaching and getting concepts across to her students. Her classes are awesome. GET DR. CREAGER!

Karen...oh, Karen. She is just hilarious sometimes. She gives out outlines for every chapter which are easy to follow. Always answers questions and write everything on the board so note taking is easy. Great highly recommended teacher. her sexy body is usually always covered in chalk somehow. To close to the chalk board I guess.

Awesome professor. Really great to listen to. She gets really excited which makes it easy to follow. She also uses a lot of models and examples which helps out a lot. Tests are a little tricky but overall as long as you go to lecture and pay attention you'll do great. Definitely get her for 101 and 102.

You go into Chemistry expecting it to be the hardest class you take. Karen makes things really easy to understand, and is always willing to answer questions. Her exam are challenging, but mostly they're easy with a little studying. She doesn't take attendance, but be aware of quizzes on Wednesdays, and sometimes Friday.

Professor Pressprich is awesome! She allows you to go to any of the sections she teaches so the class time is flexible. Also she is always willing to help you. Her teaching style reminds me of a high school teacher. At the beginning of each chapter she gives you a handout that goes with the reading so you'll know what to study. GREAT TEACHER!

Dr. Karen was an awesome chemistry professor. I came into her class without much high school experience with chemistry but she was very helpful and caring about her students. Studying time is still needed though. She gives out group quizzes and the homework weighs a lot so make sure you do the homework!

I loved her class! She makes sound effects when drawing molecules and tells stories sometimes. She gives weekly quizzes but after tests they are freebies. Just don't text in class, cause she will call you out.

Professor Pressprich is an incredible person! She is so incredibly willing to help and responds quickly to e-mails. I was so impressed with her lectures that I made sure to sign up for her section of Chem 102! Great, great professor!

If you skip class you will probably be lost. You should really go, but you never use your text! Definitely recommended for 101

She is so passionate about chemistry! This is my second semester with her, I got a B in 101! She answers all questions you ask and she even throws in some jokes from time to time. I would highly recommend her!

Hands down, one of the best professors you will ever have. She's great at teaching and if you attend lectures, you understand the material. Had her both 101&102 and got A's and B's. KAREN IS A BOSS. seriously shes the best professor I have and the class is so incredibly easy. Got a 100 and 104 on the first two tests with minimum studying. Just go to class, pair with someone smart for the group quizzes, do the mastering chem, and mock exams and you'll get a garenteed A

Loved Pressprich She is so awesome! Very clear (sometimes she gets a little frazzled bc her notes aren't in order) I love that she didn't use powerpoint because then she never went through things too fast. A lot of people have trouble with the tests but if you put effort towards the online homework, do the mock and previous exams its not a problem

Does examples of concepts exactly as they will be given on the test. Simple teaching and allows you to come to any of her other sections if you cannot make it to yours. Has small quizzes, few points though, and the quiz questions are old test questions to prepare you for the real test. Allows for lots of questions in class. High passing rate.

Gives group quizzes on friday so attendance is mandatory then, but she drops your lowest. If you get a bad teacher and have time to attend her class, she won't mind!

Work out the practice tests with good notes as to why it is that answer (Much like the ACS guide) and you will get an A
