Kari is an awesome teacher, she really teaches you. She has a real passion for health and fitness. She wants you to do well also. I wish she taught other classes.

She is a great professor and I wish that she taught more classes :)

I took her 3 credit Wellness class. She loves teaching. She loves wellness and fitness. If you don't make an A in her class, you simply did not participate. She gives every opportunity for success. If you aren't successful in this class, it's your own fault.

Great Professor! Easy A, tons of extra credit and easy assignments. Nice handouts that make it easy to study for her tests honestly there is no need to study to much most tests are just common sense. If you miss a class she will let you make anything up and will give you anything that you missed. First test you get an A! Great easy course!

Prof. Sabin is great. She's funny, helpful and interesting. The material is only hard if you don't pay attention, don't attend class, or don't study. She's very lenient and into helping students pass.

Easiest class ever. This class is extremely boring though. It's an hour long, 10 minutes of it is her talking about her weight lifting days and being a champion, and 20 minutes she goes over the powerpoint for the daily quiz. BORING. It's stupid how she thinks we need a review over the easiest terms in the world.

She's a very nice professor. It's an easy class. She gives you the slides to study for on the test. Just do the work and you will pass. You do need the book for labs and the few papers you have to do. She does listen to what you have to say.

This was a very easy class. I took the hybrid class. One day a week with online work. She grades very easy on the projects and the labs are simple. You do use your book but could get without it. She goes over every quiz before you take it. She uses powerpoints to study by. I recomend her highly. The easiest A I enjoyed getting.

Amazing teacher.

She was a great teacher. Made tests easy with study guides. There were 2 projects we had to do - we had to keep track of what we ate for 3 days and write a summary, and we had to make a workout routine and write a summary. Besides those projects, there wasn't any homework.

Professor Sabin expects you to do a lot of projects but she is AMAZING! Super helpful and really knowledgable! You just have to EARN your grade...she don't just pass them out!

She teaches in a very fun way and always has a story to tell. She loves what she teaches and it makes the class intresting. I would reccomend her to anyone, shes a really good teacher. Tip: the notes are REALLY helpful and missing class is not in your best intrest.

Prof Sabin is wonderful, very sweet, she give study guides for all her test and extra credit options for the projects. There are 2 projects but they are not difficult and she give you a layout and clear instructions. There is no reason not to get an A is this class. Don't miss a class or you will miss needed information.

I took her online. She provides step-by-step instructions for what to do every week and includes videos of herself lecturing. She's very organized for her online class and there isn't much work. Just reading, quizzes, and some little projects. She also gives extra credit opportunities.

I took a hybrid class and it was really easy. Would be in class for 10 minutes, take an easy quiz, and leave. She goes over powerpoints in 5 minutes that gives u answers to your quizzes. Labs are also easy and fast. Barely any time spent in class and she never takes attendance. Just need to keep up with the online portion of the class.

Prof. Sabin is excellent! She is very clear on what she expects with each assignment and even records videos to ensure that her expectations are clear. Overall, her class was very easy and took minimal effort. Her PowerPoints are helpful for the quizzes. The class rarely required the textbook-- I used mine maybe 4 times.

Prof Sabin is great, as long as you listen and take notes you will pass. she is very nice and likes to crack jokes to break up boringness of class. Awesome teacher all around

Excellent Professor. Online site is very organized and easy to follow. Provides examples of every assignments she assigns. Also provides power points and video for each section. She is extremely nice and helpful. Grades assignments right away and provides a lot of extra credit. Class is extremely easy just as long as you follow directions.

Prof. Sabin is a wonderful instructor. Her class is incredibly well organized and put together. She provides all the powerpoints from class online as well as helpful videos and note-taking guides. You do need to listen and follow the power points in order to pass the quizzes, but they are very easy and always multiple choice. Great class!

Kari Sabin is such an awesome teacher. I took her summer hybrid fast track class and she is one of the nicest, helpful teachers I've had in a while. She gives you all of the tools to succeed. She lets you know what exactly is going to be on the tests and provides power points plus chapter outlines before your test that you can use to study with.

Took her for the fast track summer A session. I was nervous to take fast track because I had never taken a fast paced class before. The labs were lots of fun and the class was really easy & even offers xtra credit. She is very understanding about oral presenting and we only had to present less than 30 seconds of a word definition. Awesome teacher!

Super easy, book is needed for certain charts. I did all the discussion in the beginning of the class. Have to wait for the assignments to open and can't upload them all at once. Would take again.

I took Sabin for Health and Wellness. She was really good because she was super straight-forward. I don't remember doing any tests in this class, the labs are not hard. There are a few projects that you do but they're not too bad at all. There is also a long homework project but manageable. No book!

Took her for Personal Growth & it was so easy! I skipped a couple of times because she literally reads from the PP's she has on PAL, which is really convenient. She is super organized, kind, & helpful when needed! I definitely recommend her! Quizzes & labs aren't hard at all.

There was a lot of work involved for this class but the lectures were not bad and the tests were all open bookopen note except the final. Very clear and the work was easy. Pretty straight forwards class.

professor Sabin is really nice, she explains very well and her power points are very straight forward. You can find anything you need for the tests on her pal site. Her quizzes are once a week but they are simple, if you pay attention in class you don't even have to study. She does have mandatory projects but they are not the hardest thing on earth

Outstanding clarity; questions never necessary. Never made below an "A" cuz assignments were so clear. Syllabus, rubric, and instruction provided. She was very kind, approachable. Early turn-in meant early grade. Every assignment was graded within an hour. She would bend over backward for her students because she cares. Makes life fun. LOVE SABIN!

Take her class online. You won't be sorry. She has the best online layout of any class I've been in. It's easy to use and follow. The class is super easy, but mostly because of the way she's done everything online. I learned a lot from her and this class. I would definitely take her again.

She's a great teacher and everything you need to know on the test she tells you point blank. She's kind of funny in her lectures which helps and she definitely knows her stuff. Her tests were pretty easy to me too.

Never taken an online course like hers, very interesting the way she sets it up. Quizzes and test straight from her video lectures. Did not need book. Discussions were fun and engaging. The last project was fun also, greatly recommend her.

GREAT professor, easy class. You can tell she really wants everyone to get an A. She reviews all test material. Tests and quizzes are relatively simple. About 4 or 5 projects but she gives more than enough time to complete. Good lecturer, engages class, understands if you can't attend (just communicate w/ her) and has a wonderful personality.

I took professor Sabin for Wellness Concepts and this was definitely the easiest and most organized class I have ever taken. She lays your assignments out week by week and has a checklist you can follow if you want, to ensure you complete the assignments. Not too much work, just get the assignments done and you will pass. The quizzes are easy.

This class is so easy! You only have to do two projects, which literally take no more than an hour to do. Her quizzes are based off the outlines that she provides you on PAL. You present once but it's not bad at all. I highly recommend her!

Awesome Online Class, she has is set up to where you are able to know what is due, by the weeks, simply awesome. She replies promptly and Video lectures are in plain terms. AWESOME!!!

Professor Sabin is amazing! She is always ready to help, though you really won't be needing much help because the class is so easy. (I got 100's on almost every assignment) Lots of extra credit. The final was a breeze, just be sure to study the sheet she provides. You won't regret taking this class.

I took her for a Summer class (part A) and i LOVED her! she is so easy, after each lecture she told us exactly what to study to pass. I got 100s on most of all my exams! There are group activities that you have to do in the gym but it is NOT terrible, very easy. If i had the chance to take this class again, I would definitely take her again!

Absolute best online class! Professor Sabin is Great! Assignments and Due Dates are crystal clear. Projects & Labs are not difficult. Tests are straight forward and fairly easy. Personal Journal is time consuming, but fun. I really enjoyed the class and learned a lot about health. I highly recommend taking her!

The online format was very simple and self-explanatory. You're given a week to do 3-6 assignments, many of which take no more than a half-hour each. Great class.

Didn't need the book all semester which worked great bc the online book would NEVER LOAD. Assignments are relevant to life. Watch the Lectures and read the notes. Take the extra credit opportunities. Must make at least a 60% on Final to pass.

You would have to be super lazy and put in minimum effort in order to fail this class. NO TEXTBOOK REQUIRED. Each week is basically like this "post to the discussion boards, maybe a lab, maybe a paper, 2 quizzes from notes, and a LOT of extra credit opportunities in case you miss any assignment." EASY CLASS. Choose this professor.

Really easy class, just show up for lectures. Also, turn in projects early, you'll get a better grade on the assignment.

Best online class I have ever taken! Professor genuinely cares about students and gives plenty of extra credit and opportunities to ask questions about the course material. I bought the online textbook but I used the power point lectures the majority of the time and still felt I understood the topics. Homework was less demanding than anticipated.

This a very simple and easy class. Have a few labs which is pretty 123 and you're done no running or anything like that. She does have a slick mouth once asked a question. Have 2 projects. Have to do a personal journal which is time consuming but won't be once accordingly. She is an easy A.

Great class to learn more about yourself. Her quizzes are fairly easy and homework is a piece of cake. Just prepare for final exam because if you don't get a 60% or higher you'll fail the whole semester.

I took professor Sabin online for Summer A. The course was extremely easy. Being that the class is crammed into 6 weeks there are a lot of quizzes and assignments but they are easy. Instructions for assignments are also very clear. 2 attempts for each quiz, and you take the final exam on campus. She also gives alottt of extra credit opportunities.

Easy class. I would take this class again. I would refer her to anyone.

The only thing I didn't like was she gave a lecture one class then a quiz the class after that over the lecture unless it was a lab day. There's 10 quizzes, 4 labs, and 2 projects. All fairly easy and she's clear on what she wants. Don't be alarmed when she's a smart Alec when you try to ask questions on the material.. lol

This class is super easy! YOU have a couple assignments each week but ALWAYS have a chance for at least one thing of extra credit this week. If you accidentally don't complete something correctly, you have until the end of the week to re-submit. She grades almost instantly so you are aware. It's actually really easy to learn not to just pass.

Attendance is mostly mandatory because she'll notice if you skip a LOT of classes, however, easy A's because all of her lectures are posted online in PAL. Study for the quizzes, do your projects, and you'll pass. She even allows extra credit, 5 times. Easy labs and projects. I'm a first year and found this class super easy.

I had her for HSC1101 hybrid. She is really easy to get along with. She is a super easy grader and there may be a lot of quizzes but they are a piece of cake, considering I studied for maybe 15 min before the quiz. A few projects but are an easy A and not too time consuming. Would completely recommend, easy A.

Quizzes and tests are straight from lecture powerpoints so passing them is a breeze. Labs almost always finish early and are clearly explained and easy. She's helpful, nice, and funny to top it off! I'd definitely recommend this professor

This is the easiest class I have ever taken. Read the chapter, take the test and complete a 30 minute assignment each week and you'll pass. Lots of opportunity for extra credit too, which you don't really need. Grades papers almost immediately and responds to emails within minutes! Polk State needs more respectful professors like Professor Sabin

This class is already pretty simple. I took the fast track version of this class. She makes outlines for note taking and posts the powerpoints online. She gives you multiple resources and extra credit opportunities. Great professor.

class consists of power points (definitely write down everything on the power point to use on the quizzes) and of course quizzes. some projects here and there but no big deal. gives extra credit every single week that is super easy to do. She is funny, caring, respectful, and kinda dorky lol. Good small course to take to fix damaged GPA!

This class will be the easiest class you will ever take. Mrs. Sabin makes things so clear and her grading is to organized. She is extremely nice and cares about her passion for health. I took this during the summer and it was soo easy. And she offers extra credit.

I liked Prof Sabin a lot. It's a pretty easy class, as long as you show up and use her note tools. There's a bunch of extra credit, two projects, four labs, and a ton of quizzes (weekly), but as long as you do the work you'll be fine. The final exam review is awesome too.

Loved her! Funny teacher, always tries to finish class like 30 minutes early. I recommend going to class for the lectures, because sometimes she says information not on the PowerPoint. Has note-taking outlines that saved my life. No presentations. Clear instructions. Dont be late though, because shell call you out in class.

I really enjoyed this class! I took it face-to-face. The quizzes were challenging, but she dropped the lowest one. If you study, youll do great. I only missed one question on the final after studying the study guide a ton. Do the extra credit assignments! If you put in effort, its an interesting class with very fair grading. She is so nice, too.

I loved Professor Sabin! She was caring and sweet. I would advise to participate and pay attention to lectures/power points; most of her quizzes she gave you the answers if you read/ payed attention in class. She welcomed questions and encouraged us to adopt what we learned in class to our everyday life. I would 100-percent take her class again.

This class was great! Lots of physical activity but she kept it fun and enjoyable. Learned a lot and thought she was a good choice for this class! I'd taken with another teacher before but glad I retook w/ her. Recommend!

This professor's class was one of the easiest I have had at Polk State. She has note guides for you to use for each chapter she goes over. I never had to touch the textbook, and I could those notes study literally ten minutes before class and get an A on her quizzes. There are four labs that evaluate your physical fitness, but they aren't horrible.

Professor Sabin is the most caring and easiest professor. I ended with over a 100 in the class! She gives an example for every assignment. There are 5 extra credit assignments plus extra credit on the discussion post. You dont even have to comment on other students!!!! Also, she grades assignments within minutes of turning in. 10/10 recommend.

Just do the work because it's actually super easy, may seem overwhelming because she gives out like 3/4 assignments due every Sunday but to be honest they are straight forward and easy and you just have to dedicate time, she says it from the get go too. I was a slacker and she didn't give up on me or give me harder time, shes fair.

Easy A for this class. She gives weekly homework assignments but they're pretty straight forward and not hard. One thing is she has a weird grading scale but other than that she responds to email and is a great professor.

This class is very easy and Professor Sabin's lectures make the material easy to learn and understand. This course consisted of a journal that you work on throughout the whole class and quizzes, nutrition projects, labs, and fitness evaluations. As long as you follow instructions and turn in your work on time, you will easily get an A in this class

Professor Sabin's class was very easy. If you pay attention during the lectures, ask for help and stay on top of your assignments you can easily pass this class with an A. The material is very easy and she uploads the lectures to canvas in case you missed it.

I took her for my summer term and her class was super easy! She gives plenty extra credit opportunities and her assignments are well organized plus easy to understand. I genuinely enjoyed her lectures and feel that I have learned a lot in her class, also she uploads the lectures just incase you missed them. I would honestly recommend taking her.

Professor Sabin was great. Assignments for my summer course were due every Sunday. This was a six week course so there were about 6-8 assignments due every week. They are not difficult, some just take time. She posts lectures about the chapters that the quizzes are on. Class is based on points, very clear on instructions.

This was a great class and Professor Sabin is wonderful. There were generally 2 assignments and one quiz per week but all were pretty easy and not super time consuming. The quizzes came directly from her PPTs so I really didn't need to buy the book. I learned quite a lot in this class that I can definitely apply to my life in the "real world."
