I am awful at math, but Abdollahian made everything really clear. If you learn visually and not from a math book, this is the class for you. Just don't miss a single class or you will be lost, big time.

He is a easy as teacher, I got all 100 percents on all tests.

It is not a boring class because he keeps you interested in the material. I hate math but he was fun to listen to.

he is so entertaining b/c of his accent. i think its fake b/c hes kindof hard to understand so he tricks you b/c it makes you have to pay extra attention to understand if he just said**** or count. overall i thought it was very easy

He is a good teacher he knows what he is talking about, gives study guides before all test and most of the class does really well. Just do all your homework and go to class and you probably wont have to take the final.

show up to allll your in class quizzes and you'll get 100 points for attendance which can really help someone out. he's very nice and he makes sure that everyone understands the material. most math teachers are confusing but he is pretty clear in his teachings.

He is a great professor. Very easy, good at teaching, and very helpful. He goes step by step on every example he have and it makes it easy to learn. Class quiz, they're the most easiest quiz that you will ever know of. Very easy and it's worth 15 points so gotta take it.

this class was a peice of cake, he taught everything you needed to know for your testes, all you bascially need to do is show up for class on quiz/test days and you will do fine...

Very good teacher. The web quizes are easy we can retake them as much as we want and we have a week to complete them. He makes us laugh and he know what he is teaching. Plus if u show up for the in class quizes and the exams u get 100 points for attendance and all you need is 560 points to pass the class. Plus he has a nice accent. VHAT?

Uh, I'm sorry, but you should go 2 class even if you feel like it's super easy. It's a great review for those who didn't do well on the ELM test. so many people failed this course b/c they didn't go to class to understand the material. he's a great teacher & funny. all you need is at least 350 pts after 4 tests to not take the final! GO 2 CLASS!

His class is very simple and easy. I would recommend coming to class just to refresh on the material, you might just learn something new. He wants everyone to pass and if you don't want to come to class you don't have to. Extremely recommended.

Very Funny Professor

Attendance is not mandatory. Easy and boring class if you already know. All he wants you to do is pass the class. He has 4 online homework assignments that are due before each test. He does in class test reviews in which he gives you the a similar problem. His accent is hard to understand at first.

He is a great lecturer! I finally started understanding everything from high school algebra! Easy Pass/Fail class.

This Professor is easy with a couple of kinks: he gets upset when people leave early, four 100 problem hw assignments, he has a thick accent, and it's a big class. But other than that it was an easy pass...Everything that'll be on the test is on the review sheet. He's very helpful and takes his job pretty serious. Great class overall.

i hate math and this class was actually the only time i really understood it. he's really kind and wants you to pass the class and so he'll explain the material in the easiest way possible so that you will pass. he reviews a lot and so tests and quizzes are easy to ace. hw sometimes took forever, but helps you to remember how to do problems

He may come off mean, but he really is the sweetest man! He really wants his students to understand math and will do anything to help you! He helped me so much with math and made it super simple for me his tests really arnt that hard if you do the homework! Homework will save you in this class NO JOKE

I don't understand why people do not like him. He is a very helpful and he really does want you to learn. If you need extra help, he'll stay after class. Go to class and go over the problems you do in class because most are on the tests. He is also very funny!

I absolutely SUCK at math, and I passed this class with a few points to spare. Prof. A. makes it extremely understandable, makes himself available to help out of class, and does his best to help everyone pass. He won't make you attend class, but it's mandatory if you want to pass. It can get a little monotonous at times, so bring lots of caffeine!

He has a pretty strong accent, but he is so willing to help you until you understand the material. He is a funny, cute little guy. Overall great teacher. Sometimes he would get pissed if people were on their phones, but if you care he cares just as much. If you don't seem to care he probably won't have much sympathy for you.

I highly recommend him as a professor. Although he has an accent, he teaches very well. He's very helpful. If you don't understand something, just ask him after class. Attendance wasn't mandatory. The class was slightly boring. Other than that, great professor.

If you aren't very good at math, his methods of teaching can be very hard to understand. He is intimidating but very sweet and just wants his students to pass. Will stay after class with you to go over any unanswered questions. As long as you consistently show you are trying, he will work with you to help you pass. He is also very funny!!

This is one of the best professors I have taken for math. He made it very easy for me to understand the material and math is not easy for me. He really helps if you do not understand and will help you until you understand. It is mandatory to show up to class in order to learn the material if you struggle in this area. homework is done on mymathlab

Honestly, I didn't have to take this class but I did because I didn't know whether I passed my ELM test but anyways, I was taught things that my algebra 2 teacher didn't teach and it was pretty easy. This class was the least of my worries during the semester, and it was simple. He was funny and very straight forward. To say, he's a laugh.

At first, his accent is really hard to understand but you get used to it. He's extremely helpful and always stays after class for questions. It's pass or fail so is not too difficult. 100 question homework per into which is like per month. If you do and understand the homework and attend most lectures, you'll easily pass!

You must purchase mymathlab. There are 4 HW assignments each consisted of 100 problems. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE! 5 exams, drops your lowest grade and only counts 4 of them. There are no make up's. He's very nice, a bit intimidating but hey you wanna pass? Then ask questions! The good thing is that he ALWAYS has a review day before an exam! Take him.

If more math teachers were like him, there would not be a need for remedial math courses. So sad to see him retire, although he did say he'd continue teaching one or two classes here and there. He's a great professor! he may seem scary to approach but don't be afraid, he is willing to help you with any question you have, he wants you to succeed in his class and will always help. his way of teaching is really great, if you ditch A LOT of classes, you'll fail for sure unless you're confident in your math skills without daily lessons...

you don't need any textbook at all, only the online code/purchase for math lab, because he only gives online hw, and gives us a whole week to complete each hw. he gives daily quizzes sometimes, but they're really easy because he goes over some problems before starting the quiz, so just have a good memory. overall pretty chill and easy class.

Karim is such a nice little man. He was a great professor, explained the content very good and thoroughly! he chooses your best grade out of 11 quizzes and as well as tests. Quizzes were fairly easy! Study for tests! practice exams are exact like test! doesn't like when people don't show up, he will fail you so let him know ahead of time

Took this class over the summer and even though the class was early in the morning, he made the lessons easy and interesting! Hes also very funny!
