I took the internet class and it was very intresting she allowed plenty of time to turn in assignments and you didnt have to take any notes because she provided them for you. If you love to write and express your opinion this is the class for you. She is very nice and understanding and thi class is an easy "A".

LOVE her. Gives clear concise notes and study guides. Answers emails promptly and gives great explanations. Grades fairly. Class is easy if you study, but you have to put the time in. Not an easy grade, but she will help and guide her if you do the work.

Professor Branham was the absolute best. She is very helpful and is always willing to clarify if you're struggling to know if what you are doing is correct. She responds promptly to e-mails. I strongly suggest that you take her class. I took her online second start class and I ended up with a A even after a not so good start on my 1st test.

I LOVED HER, she is absolutely the greatest teacher I have ever had so far, and she is very, very helpful. If anybody needs to take sociology I EXTREMELY recommend her.

I took this class online and Ms. Branham is very organized. She responded quickly to emails. I enjoyed interacting with the other online students via discussions online. I really enjoyed this class and would recommend her to anyone taking Sociology.

Not a total walk in the park. You have to work for an A. 6 interesting discussions need to be at least 600 words. Only one easy paper-Tests are 20 M.C. & 1 essay question. Only 1 hour for tests makes it a little stressful & you can't go back to a question. Take this class if you like to write because the majority of your grade is based on writing.

This is a pretty easy class. There are about 6 easy reading assignments that take no more than one hour each to complete and one 3 page media analysis paper that took me 2 hours. Class discussions are interesting. Tests are mult. choice plus one essay that is worth almost half of the test grade but the reviews are helpful.

I would def. recc. Ms. Branham for sociology. I took the 6wk summer online course and it was excellent. Had only 4 journals, 600 words ea and the reading is mostly from what she provides. Gives study guides for tests that help ALOT! She also worked with me and helped me out when I fell a week behind for family emergency which was a life saver. A+++

Mrs. Branham was AWESOME i took her online and learned alot! She teaches in sections and every single thing comes out of the text and notes she provides! she replies to every email and is very helpful with her answers. I would recommend her to everyone.

I took her online class. I dont know if i just had a bad experience but she did not respond to a single one of my emails. It was alot to keep up with while i was working and taking 12 other hours. If you have the time this would be a good class. not for me i was to busy!

I really do not know what is up with her. I am graduating and have maintained a 4.0 until this class. I made A's on every portion of class except the essay portion of her test. She gave a 20% deduction EVERY TEST. I was taking Comp 2 same time and never made less than a 95. I'm conservative and write as such, only answer I can figure is she is not.

Took this class for an elective not expecting much but the teacher made it fun. She enjoys teaching the subject and includes class discussion in her lecture. Test are somewhat wordy but pretty easy following the given study guide. Multiple small writing assignments through the semester.

Lots of information in this class. Tests were challenging. 20 multiple choice true false. 1 essay question that is worth 30 points. Make sure your answer covers all aspects of the question and has examples if you want full credit. Always answered me back promptly and is helpful when you ask.

I took the online class and Professor Branham made it very interesting and fun. It's an easy "A" if you do the work. I received a "B". I really recommend her.

took intro and marriage and family,one in class one online, a few yrs apart. Her teaching style: like 6-8 500 wrd papers/posts a semester, media analysis paper and 4 exams. No busy work homewrk or quizzes. Gives review for each exam, test directly from exam, and if in class does review in class.No research papers

Taking her online 1301 class and it's pretty good so far. Requires essay type posts, tests with an short essay question and a paper. Her instructions are very clear and she doesn't grade too hard. You can achieve an A with some work. I recommend her.

I took this class online in a mini-mester, and did well. Several discussion posts (600 words)over chapter topics and related readings, multiple choice tests with a 30 point essay component, and one media analysis paper. If you like writing, this is an easy class. I recommend her.

I took this class online summer session and she is great. She posts all assignments a week in advance and you work at your own pace as long as the assignments are turned in by the deadlines. You actually have to read the book more for the tests since her notes does not cover everything over test.

Horrible professor!!! Questions you see on the test have nothing to do with her notes. All of the material you need to know is in the book, don't even bother looking at her notes. Reading responses and Discussion postings are too lengthy and she takes too many points off if you don't have enough words! Good luck if you decide to take this class!

This professor was hard. I missed a couple of assignments. Still failed. Her tests were extremely hard and had nothing to do with the lecture notes. Did not like my grade at all. do not take her.

If you study, pay attention, and enjoy the subject you will get an A. Just work hard. You will learn a lot. She is always able to help her students. I really enjoy having Mrs. Brahman as my teacher.

Karin came into our class to replace another professor who was slacking. She is an awesome teacher and delivers material extremely well. What she says will be on the test is actually on the test.

AWESOME TEACHER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wasn't sure about this class at first but she made me love it! 6 reading responses- grades VERY easy on them(completion grade). She makes the class very interesting! TAKE HER YOU WONT REGRET IT

This is quite possibly the best and most organized mini-mester class I have ever taken. There is no excuse to fail this course. She sends out e-mails every day something is due. She grades your work within a day and is an extremely fair grader. She makes this class challenging but easy. Highly recommend this terrific professor!

Always deduct points from test no matter how hard you try. There is a lot of reading so be prepare for that. Textbook is a must have to pass this class!! She is pretty clear on her instructions and grades pretty fast. If you want a good grade in the class you have to work hard for it. She doesn't give out free grades.

Took 6 week first half of semester. Very clear expectations and makes information very understandable. 6 Discussion posts, 3 image posts, 4 unit tests, and one 3-5 page essay. Give personal or real life examples for good grade!

I took this online 6 week class. I took her because of her good reviews but I feel like she's an anal grader and very picky. Other then that, shes a great teacher. Only 2 discussion points and 1 open book test per unit.

I took this class as a mini semester. Professor is very good at communicating, she emailed everyday. Discussions are long 500 word min. Every test has a mini essay at the end and you are only given an hour for the test. She does take off for spelling and grammar. I made a 93 in the class. I would take her class again.

I took this class as a 3-week mini-mester. It was intense! There was a LOT of reading and and even more writing. But Prof Branham was great! She sent out an email EVERY DAY reminding you of due dates. She graded quickly and provided feedback on how your grade was determined. I would definitely take her again.

Amazing class, I had her for social psychology and she is super laid back and makes class fun. I learned a lot from this class, but I did read the whole textbook more or less. A few extra credit opportunities, always willing to help. As long as you show up for class, you will have a good time in her class. Definitely would take her again.

Principles of Sociology is easy. I took it in 8 weeks. There are 7 discussion posts, 4 tests, and a 3-page paper. The discussion posts have a 500 word requirement and the tests have 20 multiple choice questions with an essay question. You have an hour and a half to complete each test. This professor is a very fast grader.

She's awesome! easy class. Her topics were interesting. TAKE NOTES. Her exams are mainly from lectures. Has 7 reading assignments that are due every 2 wks or so and gives 2 free late passes on them. If you happen to fall behind she will help you as long as you show the effort and participate in her lectures.

Grades your work very quickly and makes sure to send out emails before any work is due. Very clear on her criteria and gives you good feedback. If you read and keep up you will do great.
