I took my first accounting class for financial and I was very very confused but, when I took Professor Karla class she made the concepts very easy. She makes it easy to understand and gives you opportunities to raise your grade. You do have to work in class and pay attention but overall great class.

I took Professor Graney for accounting, and although I have a math disability, I was able to do well in the class. She does accounting for a living, and you can tell she loves it. There is a lot of class participation, and you have to participate to receive credit. It keeps you on your toes the entire class, but you learn more that way.

I'm currently taking this professor for the Fall 2024 Semester; I'll only say this, it's nearly impossible to fail her course. If you participate and attend class like a regular student should then you'll surely pass it. She make's it very easy to memorize the material and pass her tests as well.

Im not a morning person and the class I have with her starts at 8:30a. she talks fast and it takes me a few seconds to get up to speed with what she is asking/ saying. after an hour or so into class and I'm more awake, I am able to keep up a bit more.

The professor replies very fast to emails, has very good communication skills, the rest is just all on the student to learn. She makes the class easy so not one of her students fails. Stay on top of your work tho. Responsibility is key to this class.

Ive had no problems with her, she does attendance 15 minutes after the beginning of class and waits for 5 minutes, so you have 20 minutes to wake up. Class chat participation is graded every class and you have to upload proof of 5 messages you send during the class, but her lectures are interactive so you will have many chances to answer. For those wondering, I took this class during the summer term and we meet on MDC Live every Saturday for her normal class as well as her lab. She is very clear on her syllabus on how assignments and tests are given. Attendance is required, so if you miss one class, expect to miss a lot. She goes over every problem alongside with you.
