Great professor. Very smart, interesting and funny. Class is stimulating. Grades are fair. Exams are challenging. She offers one on one help. SHE CHECKS EMAIL.

She is a good prof. Hard grader but helps you out a lot. Exams are straight forward and you are never at a lose as to what to write (just how to write it).

She's really engaging and whitty. You can generally get away with not doing the readings (unless she decides on quizzes), but she does expect you to be doing it.

I love Karla Jay! She has a great teaching style where she informs you of so much as well as promotes activism and explains why so much of the material should be of interest to you. In this Human Rights Era she is such a hero! Not much heavy work, just a few essays. Overall awesome. She's the best.
