This teacher is hilarious! Her class was a lot of fun. There are a couple of essays but most of them are on interesting subjects.

The class was fun and easy going, however it was instructive. The class consisted of a few interesting essays on readings. Also, we kept a journal, very workable.

The class seemed a lot more about leftist political rhetoric (see the texts) rather than sharpening compositional skills, however I enjoyed it. The journal is a fun and easy way to get credit. Pretty middle of the road class

THE EASIEST 'A' I EVER MADE!!

Honestly I should Have failed the class but I didn't. Her assignments where clear and easy. Only thing she ask of my class was to talk about the assignments when whe split us up in groups. The reason why I say I should have failed was I stopped going but went to turn in the work, she didn't like that much but she passed me thank God!

Wonderful teacher. Says what ever comes to her head. Has a great since of humor and will never leave you guessing.

Has a very energetic personality!!! Says WHATEVER she thinks! Just make sure you do all essays and 70 page journal about anything and you WILL pass the class!

She was great! I learned more about our world in her class then in any other. You do have to work your ass off though, it's not an easy class. She does let you resubmit your graded papers at the end of the term for a higher grade, if you deserve it.

very kool teacher. doesn't give you alot of work to do, but definetly helps you with your writing skillz. itz an easy class, and you should be able to pull off an A at the end of the semester.

I really enjoyed her class. Just keep up with the journal, and do the essays. For the journal you can write about what ever you want. She is a really great and fun teacher. Really recommend her class. No tests, midterms, or finals. Just a portfolio of all your final essays corrected.

She is really fun and keeps the class awake. She lets you write what you feel and all you have to do is at the end of the class turn in your work corrected. Overall fun and easy.

Great teacher, right to the point, will tell you what she REALLY thinks. She is a leniant grader as long as you follow the prompt, journals are easy points. Very nice, very intelligent.

Excellent teacher. She is a MUST take for all English classes. Fairly easy. Took her for ENG 110 also and got an A. Just write the essays and you can write anything in the journal. She also lets you rewrite your essay for a better grade. Has a good sense of humour too. A very nice teacher.

She makes the class intresting and jokes alot you cant miss more than 3 classes or u'll lose all ur participation points, the papers are simple and not much reading. She also offeres alot of xtra credit.

Professor Gale was an amazing professor. She always had a story for us and if she didn't have a story she explained our prompts to us. Professor Gale's class was easy we did about 7 essays and a portfolio and thats your grade. Attendance isn't really need as long as you get the prompts.

Even when you get back papers that aren't graded exactly the way you want, you're eager to read her comments because she's waiting for you to be better than you already are and when she does acknowledge that you've grown it's worth the effort. I'd recommend her as the last class of the day for anyone with a heavy work load.

She was a great teacher. Made class fun and was very clear and simple on what she wanted. To insure you get a good grade on your essays you should write more than whats asked! (just write alot and youll get a good grade) make an argument. All in all shes very funny and nice, gives alot of extra credit, just do the work and do it on time.

Very Great professor, loved the way she teach the course. She always came to class with a positive attitude. Easy to grade and not hard to pass if you do all of your work. If you need help passing the class please take advantage of the extra credits she offers because they are indeed a big help :)

You only need a few stories from the book to write the essays. Its not necessary to purchase the book, just make copies of the stories from a classmate. When writing essays, follow the format, read the stories, and have the required page numbers done. A lot of extra credit is offered. Overall a lot of writing and time spent throughout the semester.

Very good professor! Smart and bright ready to help and explain. Interesting ideas and opinions on current topics offers tons of extra credit, fun to be around let's class out earlier! Need I say more? Just keep up with the journal and use the books for the essays you'll do fine!

I am very grateful I took this class with Professor Gale. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and adapts deadlines to the needs of the class. There is a LOT of reading and writing - about one essay due every other week. You will learn a lot from this class and feel prepared for the GWAR; I would definitely recommend Professor Gale.

Cool teacher. She assigns interesting readings. You will have to do the essays in order to pass the class (like every eng class) but luckily they're on modern topics that expand your college thinking mind. She provides extra credit, may give a couple dirty looks and intimidating comments in class and, no bs.

Prof. Gale is absolutely amazing and very friendly with the students. Since the first day you walk into class, you feel welcome because her good sense of humor is just incredible! Though you do need to your essays and read to pass the class.

This class was the best class I have had in college. The instructor makes everything clear. Class was cancelled about 5+ times this semester which is good. Her grading scale is good too. I recommend you take her for english 111

Very easy professor. I believe there are 5 essays to turn in. Make a portfolio and keep rough draft essays for portfolio. Books are required for essay. But we only use about 3 chapters of the book. the is journal you need to keep and write about anything. For practice. 70 pgs full. Got an A in every essay. Got a B in class bc I missed 1 essay

Every class was helpful. Usually there's a day out of the week where we pass our rough drafts for peer review. Just be prepared for essays every week and don't fall behind on your journal. Overall an easy class.

She is an amazing professor. I took her for 7am and she cancels classes often. There is a lot of essays but it is quite simple. There is a journal so dont fall behind !!! Our final was literally putting all our essays together and turn it in! Easy class!!

She is a very witty professor and has a lot of personality in her lectures. That makes them interesting and in turn allows you to absorb more information. She isn't an easy A, per se. But she is someone who gives you all the tools to succeed. Work hard, work on your grammar, follow directions and you will be fine.

Assigns a three to five page essay every week but they are really easy because you just use the book that is required as your only source. Research paper was on a really interesting subject. Must write a 40 page journal by end of semester. Class discussions were good; never had notes or test; must attend an event though. Final grade portfolio

Great Teacher! Very easy class she assigns a couple of essays throughout the semester and you have to keep a journal and have 70 pages by the end of the semester. As final you have a research paper which is a great topic. Overall amazing class and incredible lectures.

Great professor . Do the work and you'll pass! Try your best on her essays to receive A/B's , make sure that it's formatted right because she will take of points but overall I would take her again . She's funny as well

Great Professor, the more you write the better! Journal 70pgs due at the end of the semester. Essays are straight forward, only need one book. I enjoyed reading the book and writing the essays. The Final was a Portfolio of all your past essays and an 8 page Research paper(Easy topic). Very fun Professor, by far the only English class I've enjoyed.

She is a great professor, her class is an Easy A as long as you do your essays and journal of 70 pages by the end of the semester. I would love to have her as a professor again.

you write 5 papers at least 3 pages but if you make it to 5 pages you'll probably get a better grade. 75 pages in journal and the final is just putting all your essays together so don't lose them. easy A if you do the work. fun discussions.

She was great, just make sure to read the stories and try to understand them. Fulfill the essay requirements, finish your 70 pg journal early so you aren't panicking last minute finishing it up, and that's pretty much it

Really chill teacher, just do the essays and MAKE SURE TO DO THE JOURNALS!! Honestly its a lot easier to do them over time then than to wait last minute. Big portion of the final grade. No tests or quizzes, just papers. All papers where on short stories out of one book (like $30 or less). Class always ended early. Love her.
