Prof. Dillon is the greatest teacher in the world. Her class is all open book. Coolest lady I ever met and keeps everything real. Assigns one project at end, but it is fun. She also runs PBL(Phi Beta Lambda), the business organization at OCC. JOIN!!!!!(It looks good on your resume for anyone)

There are not enough words to describe how great Mrs. Dillon is. She truly cares about her students and does everything she can to help them. The best professor/teacher I've ever had in all of my years of schooling. You are missing out if you do not take her.

Excellent teacher. Many projects. Desnt go over test but they are open book. You dont take any notes. Your have one fun major project. Very helpful, shes also an advisor and helps with anything you need. Take her for Intro to Bus.

The class is pretty easy. The test are all open text books and she gives you the final as a review. She gives you a project or two but they are pretty simple. If you take business you should take her.

Professor Dillon was the greatest professor I have ever had. Coming from a top University to take a summer class at OCC, I was surprised at how she handled the class. She taught to every level of student she had.. I never felt bored, and the slower students never felt neglected. She is truly an amazing woman.

This could be the most qualified teacher I have ever had. She knows everything and is willing to help anyone, not just with her class, but with advising and what to do with your life. She gives open-book tests, but you have to read and outline in order to do well. Rarely take any notes, and there's one big project of creating your own business.

She is an amazing teacher.. i love being in her classes. I am taking another two of her classes next semester just because she is so helpful and always there to help!

my favorite prof. ever! take her! he really cares & helps you out i have her now fall and will be taking 2 of her classes this spring! test are open book read & u'll be fine, she teaches things beyond the material and knowledge you can use in the real world. attendance is mandatory once you begin yur project which is done all in class, take her!

I took 2 of prof. Dillon's classes and I loved her and the way she teaches. She makes business fun, has lots of activities to make you understand and work in the business world. Some of her classes involve a lot of work but its always fun and she helps with everything. TAKE HER!! YOU'LL LEARN A LOT AND IT'LL BE FUN!

Very easy class. All the tests(4) are multiple choice, 50 question, open book. You need to read the chapters in order to pass the test. There is a group project with an oral presentation at the end of the semester.

Mrs. Dillon is an phenomenal teacher! She really cares about her students. This is my second time taking her and I still have 2 classes with her this summer. She is very clear and descriptive and going to her class is very enjoyable.

If you need to take accounting I make sure to take accounting fundamentals before. WHAT A DIFFERENCE it makes. Her teaching is so clear and helpful. This is the fourth class I have taken with her and she is an amazing teacher and person!

She is a really nice lady. She is into accounting and gets WAY too excited at times. But will help you when needed and really makes everything clear. She makes sure everyone in the class understands it before she moves on. To some she may be a slow moving teacher, but it was so helpful in Accounting. And shes's an easy grader!!

Absolutely caring, teaches w/o her book, works hard for the students, very helpful. She will guide you in the right direction. You should attend class, be prepared, she cares about students learning. She gives a lot of work, make sure it is completed. She is always available if you should need any help. And will go above & beyond if you deserve it.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!I almost transferred out of Dillon's class due to some bad reviews I read on here.Would have been the worst mistake.No boring powerpoints or lectures during class, instead real life business examples and brings in guest speakers. Open book tests. Offers internship opportunities. Truly cares and wants to see you succeed.THE BEST!!

I took Professor Dillon for Marketing Principles and I absolutely loved it. She cares about each and everyone of her students success in her class and in their lives. She has a lot of knowledge in the field of marketing, she has a lot of connections that can benefit all of us if we put ourselves out there. She has a great personality. Great teacher gives real life marketing situations.Will help with any questions you have. All test are open book,notebook,and computer.buying the book is not required but can be helpful. Always take notes!

She is one of the best teachers that I have come across at OCC! I'll be taking her again for Intro to Marketing and probably most other classes she teaches!

The one thing I really like about Prof. Dillon is she annunciates on important things you should know when doing her lectures. We only get 2 test, a midterm and a final and she wont give them to you until you know you are ready. She makes it simple to catch on and takes it step by step with you! Such a great Prof!

By far the best professor I have ever had! I plan on taking almost every business class I need with her as long as she teaches them! For me this was easy because I knew accounting before that class but she explains it in easy terms for everyone and she has the BEST personality!

Professor Dillon is an incredible teacher. She made sure we were all ready for our tests (only 2-Midterm and Final) and really took her time explaining the concepts and going over them. She really did everything she can to make her students pass, unless they didn't try. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to learn about business!

Professor Dillon is one of the most inspiration people I have ever met, she truly cares about all of her students. She will give you more then one chance to get the grade you deserve. At times, it is hard to understand where she is going with her lesson, but eventually it all clicks and you realize you learn more than you thought. TAKE HER.

She truly cares about her students. Midterm is open book and open note, but don't let that fool you - it's still difficult. The book isn't required for class but I recommend purchasing it because it will help tremendously with the midterm and final. A large portion of the class is about an accent chair project which is very fun and you learn a lot!

Professor Dillonspassion for the subjects she teaches is evident in every lecture and she genuinely cares about her students and their success not only in her classroom but in life as well. She assigns a group projects but takes a lot of care in putting you in groups with people that are similar to you! Definitely worth taking!!

Professor Dillon is one of the best professors I have ever had. You can see/hear the passion she has for every topic. She really cares about her students, she will make sure you understand all information. I love the way she gives examples and her own personal experiences to understand the lesson better. 100% would take her again!

She really works with the class to make sure you really understand the material. Midterm is 60% of your grade, final is 40%. You have 2 days to complete them and if you know what you're doing you will do just fine. ASK QUESTIONS!! SHOW UP!! PAY ATTENTION!! If you do those 3 things you will pass. HIGHLY recommend taking ACCT121 before ACCT 1 and 2.

Professor Dillon was one of my favorite professors to date. Super caring, comes off as tough at first but is one of the nicest best teachers at this school.

Professor Dillon was very informative and helpful. She was only in attendance for the first few weeks of class because of an injury. No one can truly give her an honest rating this semester because of her absence. But, she was great when she was here and I will be taking another one of her classes in the future!
