I took her for Bio I and I really enjoyed her classes. If you don't get your desired grade in a class talk to her and she will help. She won't give you an easy A for makeup exams or extra credit so you'll work for it but she does give tons of extra opportunities for better grades. Participate and get to know her. Very funny very sweet.

Took Peach for lab only and no regrets here, she is very clear and helpful. Wants her students to pass. Quizzes at the beginning of every class on the previous lab, starts easy but get harder. They are cumulative though. Review questions for HW after each lab. Only about 10 questions, very easy. Two practicals which she gives reviews for.

The textbook is the lab manual they sell in the book store. It costs less than $10. The class was easy and there was not much work to do. We did a lab in class every week and a short prelab quiz at home before ever lab. The prelab has no more than 8 questions. Also, every classthere was a 10 question quiz based on last lab. She gives study guides.

This professor is one of the best! I really enjoyed how she incorporated the use of our electronic devices into almost every lesson. Assignments outside of class were helpful for exams, but not overwhelming. Exams were easy with enough preparation using the study guide she provides.

In all honestly, she is very smart and explains very well. You do have a presentation at the end of lecture, easy 2/3 min. Don't stress it. I failed all test but one, the amount of extra credit she gives is so helpful. I passed easily and if i was to study, would of been such an easy A. Throughly enjoyed this class. Just study for her quizzes every week and you'll be okay. the labs are very interesting just make sure you don't miss more than 2 classes because you will be kicked out of the class, and always bring your goggles and lab coat because you will get points taken off or not be allowed to enter the class.

ALOT OF GROUP WORK. She literally does group work EVERY class. She's a good teacher and cares about her students though and makes everything very interactive to keep you interested, we went out to the trail one class to study the pond and factors of the environment. The Lab was great! Show up , do your best on the lab , 1 very small quiz first 10 minutes of class and easy pre lab quizzes due the day before. I got an A even though I did bad on the small quizzes . Drops 3 lowest quiz grades too! She is cool and is reasonable. Again , her lab is great and would definitely recommend.

Dr. Peach made the transition from traditional to remote learning due to Covid easier. She attended every class, taught the material that we needed, provided materials to help us study, answered emails, and attended office hours. She obviously loves her job and wants her students to succeed.

The way she structures her courses is concise, and clear. Exams included material under topics from the course outline, which made my studying time a lot less frantic and more organized since I knew what information was important to focus on. She also made the learning environment not intimidating, by incorporating fun group activities.

The entire progression of the semester is well thought-out, provides outstanding information that is simply explained with practical hands-on. One lesson builds onto the next making the material easier to absorb. Class-time is exciting...something new in every lesson!

Best professor for neurodivergents! Does a lot with drawings/physical models/videos. Her chapter/test outlines are more detailed than other professors'. But if you have any questions she's great at responding to emails and meeting with you, even outside of her listed office hours. Some in class assignments, but you don't have to attend to pass.

I just signed up for Bio 2 lab with same prof I had for Bio 1. Lab was straight forward. Just follow the schedule in the syllabus so you don't forget to do the homework or prelabs. Quiz almost every week at lab so don't be late. Study guide on D2l. Lab manual is free, so thats a bonus!

Dr. Peach for Session 2 is good; she's understanding. Finish doing your lab during class, as you'll need to complete them at home if you don't, and you need lots of time for her lecture. Took session 2 BSC2010+L and session 4 BSC2011+L in the fall semester. Difficult but doable. Bio1 lecture is particularly difficult but if u watch the videos and complete the study guides u are guaranteed to pass. Bio2 is easier just complete the study guides. The labs are chill and fun. Prof. Peach is very caring. Don't be scared to ask questions.

I took session 1 and Dr. Peach cares about the students and the subject. Definitely need to study to master the material as the exams are fairly challenging but the exams consist of content learned from the course for the most part. Easy to get an A if you focus.
