Great professor, although the class is sometimes run like a grad level course. I hope she still does the Summit at the end of the semester... lots of fun.

Professor Collihan was one of the best professors I had at ARC. I actually use what I learned in her class during conversations! She lectures clearly and she's extremely friendly during office hours. I recommend to take Collihan's classes.

very good teacher, give study guide which are extremely helpful.But lots of reading. Very helpful anytime, excellent teacher. If you go to her offices hours, she give you food. =). I'm taking her for Poli Sci 302, will take her again for Poli Sci 310.

She is very clear and consize on her explanations. She was kinda silly by giving us candy and all, but I thought that was sweet. Very well organized in her lectures.

The hardest test is the first one on the constitution. She goes through what will be on the test in lecture very well.

I took this class about a year ago. I found her class fun and she kept it interesting. Alot to memorize but it was managable.

I took poli sci and int'l relations, and i would like to add she is probably the top professors in ARC. Her energy, spunk, clarity, etc. is off the rictar scale. Her exams are tough, espically int'l relations, intimidating essays but most likely you will learn and achieve greatness in collihan.

Passionate about the subject...more than just recitation of info...incites inquiry within the student.

She is an awesome teacher and an equally awesome human being. My backpack was stolen about 1/4 of the way into the semester and she let me borrow an older edition of her book so I could at least get a little caught up. Although I couldn't get an A, had it not been for her I would not have passed.

AWESOME PROFESSOR! Collihan is the best thing at AR! I was not interested in politics at all but after her class i have a totally different perspective on today's issues. SHe is very kind and approachable and will answer any question. It was a class that i did a lot of studying for but it was all worth it. I got an A and felt good.

Very good teacher! I had no interest whatsoever in Gov't before taking this class and now I like it. She explained all the concepts thoroughly and attended to everyone's needs. The tests are fairly simple and straightforward. She gives A LOT of extra credit, there is no reason why everyone can't get an "A". Don't take anyone else for Pols 301!

Prof. Collihan is an awesome professor, everybody says she is hard, but If you DO the work that is up to her expectations, you will be fine. Everybody likes to complain about the amount of writing, well, what do expect? WE R IN COLLEGE PEOPLE. She makes you learn the material. I got an A in her Foreign Gov't class Spring 05 and will get an A in her International Relations class, Fall 05. She is hilarious and makes every aspect of her classes very interesting and dynamic. She is only as hard as you make it!

Professor Collihan is the smartest person I have ever met. She is an absolutely amazing human being. I don't know what else to say. I took her Foreign Gov't class this past Spring and am now in her Int'l Relations class. Love it. She should run for president.

Teaches class with a slightly conservative bias. Not too hard if you take good notes, turn assignments in on time, and study. She gives 4 exams but counts the top 3. Also, she gives alot of extra credit opportunities which is a definite plus! Do not cram for tests, yet take the online tests for the chapters cuz they help you prepare for the exams!

She is very knowledgeable and seems to love the subject. There could have been more of an exchange of ideas rather than her putting a liberal spin on many topics that came up in discussions. The book and much of the handouts etc. were in my opinion left leaning. Overall a good class,could do with out the bias.

Sometimes forgot to breathe in her class (8am-12noon) each class was awesome. Very fast class, great textbook! Got A grade but had to work very hard w/ no late submissions. Very gracious lady, the best prof. I will take her Foreign Pol. class in future. I miss her class & having withdrawal symptoms, I watch CSPAN to cure it. Youll love her class.

Very hard class, a lot of writing in essays and increasing points values for each consecutive test. But There is NO other teacher who is more professional and loves her work like Collihan. If you want to challenge yourself and really learn in-depth Poly Sci take her: you won't get an A but you'll learn a lot more about the Subject.

Collihan was a super cool teacher. I expected it to be hard -- partly because it was a summer class -- but it turned out to be pretty enjoyable and laid-back. I didn't care for politics until I took her class. She's really nice and has a real passion for the subject.

Great teacher! She has high standards and wants everyone to be successful. Made me want to change my major to political science. I especially like how she would explain and debate current events without revealing her political affiliation. Very enlightening!

She is an awesome teacher, but i feel like there is no doubt what her political affiliation is. She makes it pretty clear how conservative she is, and if you have conflicting views it can get a little irritating, but she definitely knows her stuff and is funny too.

My second class with Prof Collihan and i'll admit to being a huge fan. I disagree with the comments about her conservative position - she doesn't give away her politics but does make students support their opinions, left or right. Take her classes and you'll learn and have a pretty good time, and that's kind of the point, ain't it?

Collihan rocks my socks! Can you really deny a teacher you know watches South Park, The Daily Show, and The Colbert Report on a nightly basis?! She keeps best 3 of 4 tests, discussion days are a MUST, and attend as often as possible because she gives extra credit for attendance.

Amazing teacher! I learned a lot in her class and she kept it interesting. Her assignments are very easy, as long as you do them you should get all of the points possible. She doesn't give a final, only 4 tests throughout the semester. Study for them because they aren't the easiest tests. Read your text and notes and you'll do fine. Take her!!!

The best professor I have taken thus far. She is very knowledgable and passionate about international relations. Gives three exams that are not easy. Include fill-ins, short answer, and short essay (3 paragraphs each). Study lecture and notes. Model UN Summit is the final. Very enjoyable and easy. Not a lot of work, just a lot of studying.Recommend

The exams were hard but the homework is easy and helps boost your grade. I would recommend paying close attention in lecture because just studying the book is not enough to get a good grade on the test. Class was more difficult than I expected but she was very helpful and definitely wants students to succeed.

She is awsome, I took Unmack a few semesters ago i failed because you cqant comprehend anything when she talks. This proff is profesional and really loves what she does and honestlly wants each student to pass. Flash Cards help in her class.The tests are not that hard. HW is helpful.

Collihan, although strict, is a great professor. Show up to class everyday and take thorough notes. It is important to read the textbook, but most test questions are based on lectures. Make flashcards based on your notes. It's the best way to memorize the information. Collihan does not use study guides.

Collihan is one of the best professors I've ever had. A great lecturer; extremely supportive, with a great sense of humor. She is very specific about what she wants, and does not waste time in class. Extremely neutral, which is a big plus, she'll make sure you understand what you need to without putting a personal spin like many other profs do.

She's funny & likeable but by no means a great teacher. She's unorganized and unhelpful. For some reason she didn't like me and gave me a B when all I needed was no more than 10 points to get an A! That's 10 points in a 1000 point class! I told her these are the final grades that go on my college app but she didn't care. Not helpful and not easy.

Her lectures are very interesting. Honestly I put more effort into this class than any other class and it is the lowest grade I have gotten. I always came to her lectures did most of the assignments. Learned that if she doesnt like you the first time you are garaunteed to have something lower than a B.

Collihan is a great teacher! She really has a passion for what she's doing and she brings that passion to her students. She lectures a lot and always remember to take notes. The tests are meaty, but if you do the reading and come to class you are will prepared for them. NOT for someone who doesn't want to learn.

Awesome teacher. Most fun I had in a class and learned A LOT. She acts like a tough teacher in the beginning, which in retrospect is hilarious because she could not be nicer/more helpful/cooler. I rate her a 4 on hardness, but that is based upon trying to get an A grade. I squeaked by with an A-. I got an A without ever acing a test. Do your work!

I should have known this class would be hard. Sure she counts the best 3 tests but that dosen't mean they are easy. Every point counts, so completing the homework or being in attendance helps. It bugged me when she lock the door though, my only complaint. Overall, she is nice and breakdowns the topic.

Great professor. Hard tests. I got full points on all of the homework and did so/so on the exams and sqeaked by with a C. Study from your notes and pay attention in class if you want to succeed. She is very funny and will tell you exactly what you need to do for your goal in the class. I had little to no interest in politics before this class.

I loved professor Collihan. She truely loves what she teaches and it shows in her enthusiasm. Yes, her test are difficult, as they should be considering this is a college course. Definitely one of the more challenging courses that I've taken- but loved it. She puts a lot of thought into her lectures and is very knowledgable about the subject. 10 short papers, three exams, two presentations, and a final UN summit. Exams were hard but her study guides were very helpful. I definitely recommend taking this course!

I took her last semester with professor Mokhtarzada. Both are amazing professors and very knowledgeable. The class seems hard, but it's so interesting that you don't realize you've learned so much. I had 4 back to back POLS classes last semester, and their class was last, but ironically their class was the most interesting to wake me up.

Challenging online class, make sure you complete all the assignments- if you miss one it's impossible to get an A in the class. Take lots of notes before exams- searching in the textbook takes too long.

I guarentee I dislike this subject more than any other person on this earth...now, Im not saying like I like it now, but she made it very easy to attend the class as well as try. Just Print out the D2L notes,take notes, study key words/dates/cases in book, and youre golden! She is fanominal!!

One of my FAVORITE professors EVER!! Tough but clear about what she wants. Buy the textbook, you'll need it quite a bit to supplement the lectures. She locks the door five minutes into class, so do NOT be late because she won't let you in and makes sure other students don't as well. Fantastic teacher, very well educated and wants you to learn!

This prof. is wonderful and helpful. If you do your "connect" assignment before tests easy B for the test. plus 4 out of class assignment and she gives wild points for the participation, also she count only 3 best tests out of 4,she drops the lowest. Simply if you attend every class do all the assignments(which are not too hard) you will get an A

This class was great she is very helpful and can answer all your questions if you need help. Homework is easy and the exams are not that hard if you study your notes from class. If you complete all your homework and do somewhat good on the exams of which there are four and she drops the lowest grade then you will pass with ease.

Door locks 7 minutes after class, no cell phone usage, HW is all online and is more a helper than actual HW, all assignments are easy, you should get an A for most of them, some exam questions seem to be pulled from thin air, but studying definition at least will yield you a C or a B them, and an A if you study beyond that. Very helpful class!

She is a wonderful Professor. I fell in love with Poli Sci because of her teaching. This is not an easy class; however, you can do as well as you choose. The learn smart will help with the exams, definitely utilize this- if you desire a good grade. Do not be late, show respect and in return, she will treat you well. I would highly recommend her !!

She's a GREAT professor! Very funny! Locks door 7 mins after starting time. You cannot use the restroom or leave class. No cell phones. Just do your hw online which is SO EASY! She takes most exam questions off the online hw. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So study lecture notes and hw questions and you will do fine!

She's great! Very hard not to get an "A". Just do the work and show up. She drops one exam and the homework is done online, which is super easy! You have to do all the assignments to get an "A" but there really isn't many to do.

Dr. Collihan was one of the best teachers I've ever had. She is passionate about the subject and interacts with the whole class. Not the easiest class but getting an A isn't impossible. You must turn in every assignment, so missing the wrong day could drop your grade.

Great teacher! She's funny and she makes the subject interesting. Her tests are harder than average, but she's fair and lets you know what to study for. She also does a good job at keeping a potentially controversial subject neutral.

Collihan is one of the best professors you will ever take. She's truly a genius and is extremely well informed. That being said, she will challenge you to expand your views but she is kind and funny. Her Model United Nations Club is incredible. I've taken two courses with her and received two A's.

Professor Collihan made the class very interesting. She's sarcastic yet very classy. She is passionate about the material she is teaching. If you read the assigned chapters and pay attention in class, you'll do just fine. Tests are NOT hard at all. Her assignments are super interesting since you mostly research things that actually impact you.

Great professor. Lectures are fun, and so is personality. Not a lot of homework at all, few assignments Exams are a big part of grade, so if you are great at studying you will do well. Content on exams is covered in class so if you are a great listener you will also do well. Book is more of a supplement, for if you didn' get it the first time.

Great professor, amazing group in class activities. The lectures are full of material so take good notes it will help you on the exam. No surprises everything will be covered, get ready to learn a lot, discuss, debate, participation matters. Exams are ok, not too bad just make sure you're aware of the material and you'll do well. She's a good, fun professor. Everything in this class is based on points so make sure you study for exams, especially the first one. All study material is mostly online and in notes, but having the book is a good backup, but I really didn't use it. Probably could have done better if I did. Few projects and papers, but she makes them easy.

Fantastic teacher and class. I was uncertain about being a political science major, but I left this class knowing exactly what I wanted to do. The lectures are engaging and very thorough; there's a lot of material, but it's interesting enough and presented well enough to be totally manageable.

Exams count for 60% of your grade and are a bit tough even if you study. She assigns a quiz for each chapter covered, plus other assignments and discussions.

Really appreciated this Professor. She is strict but as fair as you can ask for. Her grading and assignments are laid out ahead of time and everything runs with precision. While it's certainly not an easy A, it's not impossible. Ultra professional in every aspect, I highly recommend her especially if you plan to go into this field.

Professor Collihan was amazing, intelligent, and excellent instructor all around. She made the course extremely interesting throughout the end. The final was a mock UN summit, which was a ton of fun. If you are a political science major or just need credits, I highly recommend taking this class.

Professor Collihan was great! As long as you commit to reading the book you'll do very well. 3 exams through out the semester, quizzes for every chapter that can be taken multiple times, 6-ish homework assignments throughout the semester. Very reasonable, too! Highly recommend.

I learned a lot of useful material that will stick with me outside of class. I also truly respected her and enjoyed going to class. But be warned tests are challenging and always long (90 Q's+) she pulls material from the books exams and quizzes so look out for those. Besides that all other assignments were fairly easy just time consuming. Goodluck

One of the best professors I've taken. I used to be they type of person who would say politics isn't my thing, but she made it super easy to understand and it was really interesting. There are 4 exams but she drops one and there are a couple assignments, nothing to hard. If you read, take good notes, and take the practice quizzes then you're set!

Very knowledgeable and passionate about what she teaches. 4 exams, drops the lowest,70-90 MC questions but very doable if you take good notes and study. A few easy assignments and small presentation. She has lecture outlines on canvas I print out and brought to class, so much easier. Makes the lectures fun and interesting with videos and humor.

Extremely knowledgeable professor with a curriculum that is engaging and informative. Three tests plus several written assignments and in class discussions with the final being a simulation. Her study guides are comprehensive and include everything that will be on the test. Don't take this class if you're not a PolSci major however.

She knows what she is talking about and is very passionate about this subject. If you show up to class and actually take notes (which she provides for you to use) and listen, then you should be fine in this class.

Prof Collihan is intelligent, passionate, and hilarious! Tests and assignments are pretty easy as long as you pay attention in class and take good notes. She drops the lowest exam grade too. This has been my favorite class at ARC. I learned so much and Prof Collihan has a way of making hard concepts easy to understand and even fun to learn about!

Her class is not easy so don't take her for an easy A. However, if you actually want to learn, have interesting lectures, and have fun while doing it then take Professor Colihan. She is incredibly knowledgable about so many subjects it is incredible.

Professor Collihan is really nice and caring. I take her online class. She gives good directions, solid powerpoint lectures, and remind us twice a week for assignments. She grades generously and helps student to get a better grade through extra credit. 4 exams but she drops the lowest one. I would love to take her again if I have to.

She often brings snacks to class for everyone. Go to her office hours and she will give you good feedback on your papers. If you follow all of her instructions you will get full credit. She is very fair and understanding as long as you communicate with her.

I took this class online and it was really flexible for an online class. There are monthly hw assignments that are due at the end of 4 weeks and interesting discussions to do during the week. The tests were heavy so make sure you read your textbook but the homework was online and you can do it until you get 100%. Overall interesting class.

Ok, this is not an easy class if you have 0 knowledge about this stuff. Take 301 instead. 3 exams, 3-4 paper and a big deal UN Summit at the end of the semester. No notes on the exams. Study, use office hours, & be prepared to read a lot. She is extremely knowledgable, kind, passionate about this stuff. But not an easy class for me.

Dr. Collihan was by far my favorite professor this semester (Fall 2019). She fantastic at explaining the material and gives good analogies to help remember certain topics. She is always understanding of absences if you email her with your reasoning. Lots of opportunities for extra credit!

POLS 310 was my favorite class this semester. Professor Collihan has made this class super fun, super enjoyable, and I learned so much. So sad the class is already over, it was one of my absolute favorites. I would definitely take Collihan again, she's very clear on what to expect on the exams, and an overall supportive professor. BEST PLOS teacher in ARC. Dr. Collihan made political science super interesting. You can take online homework/practices multiple times until you get 100% for homework. But you do also have projects work on. Exams are multiple choices, review right before the exam, super approachable and supportive!

I took her POLS301 online and oh my it was so easy I definitley recommend if you want and easy A and also interested in learning about politcal science.

Collihan is incredible- best prof I have had in college thus far. She is very approachable and respects her students. Class was never boring and the way she presents is very engaging. Also, everything she assigns has meaning- I never felt like I was completing busy work. She is very smart and caring and I recommend her very highly to anyone.

She was very clear on her grading in the beginning of the semester and if you follow this you will get an A. You must complete every assignment to get an A! So dont miss anything! Very simple assignments yet they teach you a lot about political science. This is the best teacher to teach this subject! You will not be dissatisfied with Collihan.

Very good person and you can tell she actually cares about teaching. Not very book heavy or too much work, but pay attention to lectures since they will cover most stuff on the exams.

Take her. She is very passionate about what she teaches and she is a beautiful person. Lectures are A1 and feedback is amazing. The class is heavily lecture based so pay attention. They are interesting to listen to even if you (like me) find lectures boring. I never talked to her in class or my entire life, so Im not hyping her up. Trust me!

I've taken Professor Collihan twice now and she is easily one of the best teachers I've ever had. She is super respectful towards students and is very knowledgeable about what she teaches. Her workload is completely reasonable, and she gives you plenty of time to complete assignments. Cannot recommend a better Poli sci teacher.

I love Professor Collihan! She is by far my favourite professor at ARC. The first class I took with her was International Relations. I loved the class and got an A at the end. I switched my major to Poli Sci after the class. Since then I have taken 3 more classes with her POLS 301, IS 310 (online) & IS 312 (online). They have all been great!

I had Professor Collihan for POLS 301, and I really enjoyed the class. It was online and asynchronous but she was very good at communicating. She was very clear about what she expected and there were no surprises. You're allowed one late assignment, but it's a fair amount of work each week. Would definitely take Prof Collihan again.

She was very friendly and kind, she really cares for her students and provide lots of useful information off the lectures and makes everyone to participate. attend the classes and follow the instructions and you will easily get an A

This was my second time taking her class the first time I failed so bad. Lol but this time around I got a B I did great on all my projects which I enjoyed especially the last and final project. Theres 4 exams with 4 chapters into one exam 40 questions and only 50 min to answer them so definitely study and read both books!

Professor Collihan clearly cares for her students and their success in her class. She leaves good feedback and communicates very well. There is quite a bit of reading though, quizzes, and about 4 tests. There are discussions with word count, she likes to do online simulations, and a creative project at end of the semester.

Professor Collihan is the best, really caring and makes it easy for you to pass the class. Responds fast to emails & tons of chances for extra points. Most exam Q's are from the quizzes. Lectures are important & plenty of assignments but nothing crazy. I would definitely recommend taking her class, easy A and a great professor.

This class was so much fun. Professor Collihan is lots of fun and she always cracks jokes in her lectures. The work she gives is fair and there is very little homework. Would definitely recommend!

I took her fall 2020 and I really lucked out with a great professor. If you're not knowledgable of the subject, you don't need to be it's easy to learn the way she teaches. I had her during the presidential elections so I may have had different assignments, but the assignments were fun and didn't require much effort. DO THE WORK YOU PASS, TAKE HER!

I dread politics but Professor Collihan helped by giving me a better understanding regarding the topic. Easy A as long as you do the work! Class consisted of 4 tests as well as weekly quizzes, discussions and simulation activities. We had 2 textbooks to read from (WTP and Gov CA). This class was asynchronous. I HIGHLY recommend her for politics!!!

Dr. Collihan is an exceptional professor who goes above and beyond for her students. She cares deeply and is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things Political Science and beyond! If you want to get involved in the community or extracurriculars, she has extensive insight and is always happy to help! She is an absolute treasure!

I am currently taking Professor Collihan's class and I have to say that she is so amazing and passionate about what she does! She is very clear and concise during her lectures, you do have to read on your own time, there has been one group project so far but other than that I would recommend her class to anyone needing to fill the requirement.

Super fun class even if you don't know much about the government. She is very good at explaining concepts and is really clear with her instructions. If you miss any assignments you won't get an A so keep that in mind. There is one group project but its pretty simple and is graded individually. 4 exams but gives a study guide, grades fairly.

Professor Collihan is probably my favorite of the four professors I've had this semester. The class is lecture heavy but her lectures aren't boring and she stops to make jokes. You can tell that she really cares about her students and what she is instructing on. The only way you can fail this class is if you don't try at all and don't show up.

She understands the majority of students only taking it for general ed and she makes the lectures simple. The majority of the exams are easy, just follow the study guide and DO THE HOMEWORK QUIZZES (unlimited retries) since the majority of the exams consist of homework quiz questions. Overall, fantastic professor

She's definitely a fun intro to political science professor to take. She was there for me during a rough time, she's super caring and funny! Group projects are stressful but honestly fun

This is the best class and teacher you can take, if it's your first semester. The professor has been one of the best instructors that I have ever had. I wish I could take her again. As long you do all the assignments, study the chapter quizzes for the exam, you can pass with a B. But if you try, you can easily get an "A". She also cares a lot!

One of my fave profs at ARC. She is hilarious and makes the lectures interesting. I cannot stress this enough: take the chapter quizzes before the tests. Some questions on the exams are there and its free points basically. A few short research papers an easy group project on the election. Attend the lectures since the tests are based on them.

Really easy class, just study the quizzes and you do great on the exams. I would 100% recommend her!

So happy I took her! Made Government class easy and fun (used to hate it). Great sense of humor (somerimes dark, which makes her even funnier). Lots of extra credit opportunities. Exams are long, but fairly easy (use the study guides!) Will answer your questions and is super helpful and chill during office hours. I'd definitely take her again!!!!

One of the best professors I've ever had in my entirety of school life. Professor Collihan really puts in the work and effort to help you learn the material. It is pretty lecture heavy but that should be expected with a class like this. At least she makes it entertaining and fun and keeps you wanting to come back to class each time!

This class was a bit difficult for me but if you form good study habits and just review a lot of the materials and ask questions, you will pass. She is an amazing professor and interacts with her students. Her lectures aren't boring and she can be funny. One exam retake at the end of the semester. She doesn't take attendance after the first few weeks but sometimes offers extra credit if you show up. If you do show up, make sure you are on time.

Super easy class. If you show up to class and do the homework, it is hard not to get an A. She requires us to get the textbook, but I never used it. Most of the exam questions came from the practice quizzes. She doesn't post her lectures online, so it's important to go to class.

Incredible professor and an amazing class. She is strict but reasonable and her expectations are clear in the syllabus which is very well organized as well as her canvas page. The class is ver lecture heavy but Collihan is funny and keeps things interesting. She also has in class activities to balance out all the lecture. Also took POLS301with her

Professor Collihan was amazing. She gives great feedback and is easy to reach via email. The class is proctored, but it is only proctored during exams; it is not as invasive to one's privacy as I had originally expected. Regardless, everything is very straightforward and easy to understand. I would happily take her class again.

SHE IS THE BEST!!! Her 6-week summer course was a lot, but it got me interested in Political Science and Law. I found she was really understanding and gave lots of feedback. It seems like it's a lot of work, but that's probably because of how accelerated it was. I would love to take her time; she's the best.

You have to work to earn an A in this class. HIGHLY recommend reading the chapters a few times. Take notes & make flashcards to study because tests count for a huge portion of your grade. Good luck!

I took this class over the summer for 6-weeks. She provides clear grading criteria. She gives out practice quizzes for the exams. As long as you read and remember some questions on the quiz you will do well on the exams.

Absolutely love this woman! I messed up and missed a few deadlines (my own fault entirely) because she offers so little assignments it's easy to forget if you're super busy. As long as you pay attention to due dates you'll do fine in her class! She is super funny and her lectures are so interesting.

I have never met a more wonderful professor until I met prof collihan. Her course is absolutely wonderful and I recommend anyone to take her bc u will love her. She obviously cares about the subjects she teaches and teaches them exceptionally well. The workload isnt bad so long as you stay relatively on top of things. Everything has good meaning :D

One of the best professors I have ever had. Course was a general ed requirement for me. I didn't have a huge interest in politics before course. One of the few courses I've taken and felt like I had genuinely learned something from. Professor passionate and wants to teach students. Course work assigned is clear and purposeful. 100% recommend her!

Professor Collihan is one of the best professors I've had! Her detailed lectures make topics easy to understand, and her kindness and humor make class enjoyable. If you're struggling, she's always willing to help. Plus, she offers plenty of extra credit, and the workload is very manageable. Highly recommend!

Professor C is a WONDERFUL professor. She WANTS you to succeed and does everything possible to make that happen. She is funny and down to earth and is dedicated to the subject of politics. She makes learning fun. I learned so much from this class that I was able to share with others. I wish more professors had the same teaching style. She is great!

I loved this professor! I only received this grade because of my weak studying skills and interests. I am a pre-law student who started by majoring in political science; however, I fell in love with literature instead. Either way, if you are majoring in political science, I highly recommend taking any of her classes.She is super amazing overall!!!

Lectures are well organized, never boring and very engaging PowerPoint presentations.

She was very helpful through out the entire semester. She is very clear with her rules but none of them are over the top or difficult to follow. She will answer as many questions as you need. Communication with her is very important if you have any issues. Along with that it is best to not miss many classes, you will definitely fall behind.

Very kind and personable but will tell you what's up. Always responds to emails in a timely manner and is consistently accessible outside of class for office hours. She does a great job of preparing students for exams and making sure everyone understands the content. Provides EC opportunities as well. Content itself is easy to grasp + interesting.

I love this lady. Do yourself a favor and take one of her classes.
