All she does is talk about who she knows, what school they went to, how she does this and that, and what she's been through. She talks about everything but the course.Her class is so boring!
This class is the worst class ever!!!! It makes me consider dropping out. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from her!

She is a very good teacher. Even though I thought that she was going to be a hard one, she is really helpful when you need her. In terms of homework, she gives a lot but it helps for the Midterms and Finals. Also, she demands a lot because it is a practical course that deals with the college.

she is definately in my top 3 list of teachers i hate. everything starts with, "when i was at UCLA." who gives a crap? i could not stand this woman, she acts like she is the best thing that ever happened to us but she is really horrible, i dont know how she even got her job.

the grading is too hard, she attempts too hard to make this "easy a" class into a harder class, which it doesnt need to be. its not helping us, its hurting us. her opinions are far fetched and pushy at times, however the workload truly isnt that tough, its just getting a good grade on it that is.

HER GRADING IS NEVER CLEAR SPECIALLY WITH HER JOURNAL ASSIGNMENTS.SHE WRITES UNLEGIBLY ON THE BOARD AND IT MAKES IT HARD TO TAKE NOTES. THE CLASS SUBJECT IS NOT INTERESTING AND SHE MAKES IT WORSE.THE COURSE IS OVERALL BORING YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY TO STAY AWAKE DURING HER LECTURES.IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS CLASS TAKE IT WITH ANOTHER TEACHER.

WORST TEACHER EVER! All she ever talks about is her life at UCLA and she is a primary example of all instructors from UCLA being full of themselves and all knowing. Gives unclear instruction, this is a joke of a class, it shouldn't even be a requirement to be in EOP but I guess that's the schools cheap ways of making money through horrible teaching
She's horrible. Oh yea, she's also a ****. She hates Latinos,and thinks they all come from broken homes and are ****s. Don't take her class, it's so bad. She has her favorites, and I think they're getting a C. She shouldn't have the right to call herself a "Doctor".
All she does is pick on students. She changes the requirements every day to confuse you and doesn't talk about relevant topics. She is crazy and evil.
She trys to use visual, auditory, and kinesthetic ways to teach but the way she teaches is horrible. She is very opinionated and it shows through her teaching. She has her PhD and is a very smart women but does not teach in a professional manner. I do not recommend taking her unless she changes her way of teaching.

She is sooo mean and is a stickler for everything single DETAIL!!! She is unclear on her grading and basically you are competing against your peers for the highest grade and so forth. This class sucks and DO NOT TAKE HER because she will f**k your grade up over an easy class. After taking this class with her, I think I became absolutely retarded
honestly, shes not as terrible as everyone is saying. i got an "a" in the class. just do your work and youll be fine. dont slack off. its thats easy. she does have an attitude and is challenging, but thats exactly what a class like this needs. someone to push us harder. and she does that. i recommend her.

Everyone who is giving her a negative rating obviously did poorly in her class because they did not apply themselves or show up to class. Show up, do your work, and you will get a good grade. She is tough, but thats why EOP 100 exists- to test us for other college classes. DUH!
The class is soooo boring, but she is not as bad as people are saying. She really wants her students to succeed but she just talks and talks and talks. She makes the class a little more difficult than it should be.
Okay. She's not as bad as everyone says she is. She does give quite a few homework assignments and her grading is hard, but as long as you do your work and put your best effort then you'll pass. I think she's pretty amazing because she KNOWS what she's talking about. It's a class where you have to work in order to receive the grade you want!
Her class is difficult if you do not understand what you are doing. She makes you use your brain. She didn't clarify about what she wanted on the homework, so it took me a while to figure it out. She mainly wants main points from the reading. Exams are easy--read & study! She's not mean, just doesn't clarify. Office hours--take advantage of it.
UGH! for an eop class it shouldnt be this much work. they class is easy in general if you do the wrk but its the fact that she give so much work for something thats not that important. she gives hwrk every week (journal entries) and a final paper and presentation at the end.avoid her as EOP teach try to get someone else!!!
I did really well in this class, I got an A, but I have to say that she the worst professor I've ever met. She is not helpful or friendly, she is rude, obnoxious, her presentation is horrible and her conservative attitude toward minority students really makes me wonder why she is teaching this course. In short she's just awful! Don't take her!!
If your taking this class dont be scared just complete all your work and youll get the A the homework is super easy, although her lectures are super boring and she wont stop talking about UCLA. I also believe this class is a waiste of time. But its over.

THE WORST. She has this streak where she parades herself as all knowing... really annoying. I found the homework useless since she only gave you a grade, but no comments on how to improve, so you basically get the same score over. Needless to say I bs'ed the work but did better than everyone on the tests. The class and program is great. She is not.
I took her class for Fall 2008. She's not hard, but I did get a bad grade in her class because every class day counted for 1 point each, so I missed a lot. Also, I procrastinated and turned in assignments late or a few times I didn't. I did well on tests, but my advice is just go every day and turn in ALL assignments on time!
This professor was the worst i have had. She takes everything way too seriously. Not nice either, pretty boring plus talks too much.
She is the worst! I had her for Summer Bridge '09 & it was the worst experience. When you ask questions, she doesnt answer them! She sweats ALL THE TIME, & breathes loud! People were extremely lazy and took advantage that this was an easy class. By the end of the semester, they didn't get the grade that they wanted because they ditched class and didn't do the assignments. If you just go to class and do the homework, then you'll be fine. This class is so easy that it's ridiculous. It's like middle school status.
I think previous rates have been unfair and quite rude. The class isn't fun, attendance is mandatory, and you really don't learn anything new. If you really don't need the money, don't take it. But if you do, just do everything at a timely fashion and you'll be fine. I never paid attention, never did my hw, never read, yet got A's on tests.

Do not take her! The class is useless and she always brags about her PhD. She acts like you're stupid but won't explain clearly how to do assignments. She takes the highest grade with extra credit and makes that the curve. Gives a lot of useless handouts, easy 5 points homework, midterm is the same as the final.
This class definitely wasn't fun and it was a pointless class for me, except she's not that bad. As long as you do your work and go to class, there's no reason why you should earn anything lower than a B. Overall, pretty easy class, and if you get on her good side, you should be fine
Bad teacher, not worth taking. if you can avoid the class you should. If you are stuck with her just attend class and do the simple homeworks she assigns. Easy A if you complete everything, it is just a bit time consuming.
This class is a bit time consuming but it teaches you tools that help you throughout your college career. She's NOT the worst. Just do the very easy hw assignments and start the APA paper weeks in advance and you'll do fine
She is VERY easy as long as you get on her good side she'll like you. But that means you must do the work and ALWAYS go to class. She can be mean at times but she will help is you ask. It is impossible not to at least get a B.

This teacher was really monotonous. It was easy but really boring. She actually grades hard on exams and her APA paper. Overall EASY class just make sure you go to every class cause she takes attendance.
Hard class, but it'll def. help you in college. She makes this class a 200 level instead of 100, but you can tell she genuinely cares and all that she teaches is very useful. Textbook needed for midterms, show up for most classes, lectures in exams. makes you do 1 research paper. Ask her for help though and she'll tell you exactly what you need.
Pretty simple stuff, only did one research paper that basically determined my full grade plus an EASY midterm. VERY picky when it comes to APA format. Can be very rude but I suppose she does know her stuff.

Please stray away from taking this class if possible. Although she is nice, the way she teaches is not 'helpful' at all unless you're an auditory learner. Class is simply boring except during discussions.
SHE IS VERY STRAIGHT UP AND TO THE POINT. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, TOPICS AS SOON AS EXPLAINED ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS WILL BE ON MIDTERM. SHE ALSO GIVES YOU THE CHANCE TO TURN IN LATE WORK.

She has been my worst teacher! Her assignments are pointless and busy work. Her attitude is the worst! Super picky about her assignments, she'll make you re-do it as many times till its PERFECT. Class is SUPERRRR BORING and most of the time she doesn't make sense.
Do your work. Take this class seriously and it will be easy. Slack of and you will see this class as being hard. Go to class and do all assignment in order to get a good grade. This class helps you become responsible and helps in other classes when it comes to taking test or doing writing assignments.

Takes roll every class. Tough grader and lectures are boring. She is restricted about APA format so make sure you pay attention when she goes over it. Midterm and Final are a mixture of short answers and an essay. If you want an A in this course you have to work for it.

Being unbiased. The prof does brag and sounds mean but you can tell she doesn't mean it. There is a long paper but its literally only the norm 5-6 pages not counting title, abstract, reference pages. She is picky about formatting, and her midterm was difficult but if you do all the HW you can pass with a B because she gives a lot of extra points.

Everyone didn't like her. But honestly, just pretend that you care and she won't pick on you. Also she hardly ever REALLY grades your paper. She'll skim through it and give you an A. Just don't be rude and lazy.
She makes you do a lot considering this class was like 1 or 2 units? Just pretend you care and do all your work and you'll pass. For APA paper she will whip out a ruler and measure your formatting. Then if you dont do it correctly fix and print again. Also make sure your printer is clean if you have bloches on your paper she will make you reprint.
Professor Rabago isn't mean at all, I didn't really mind her but she's a tough grader. You don't really need to buy the book, honestly all we do in class is get in groups and answer discussion questions that are common sense. The terms you need to know for the midterm and final can be found online. She takes attendance so show up. Not a hard class.

Be sure to follow her criteria exactly and you'll pass. Be sure to have one-inch margins & pay attention. She gives extra credit & gives chances to turn in late work or fix your assignments.
She's a really tough grader. For the final, if you have one tiny error on a page she'll make you reprint the page. MAKE SURE you have the margins at 1 inch. During class if she picks you to answer a question and you don't know the answer, she won't help you answer it.

Do your work and you'll pass the class, extra credit is helpful. Watch tutorials on how to do APA format to save your money from printing again (since she's picky), or just print at the EOP office for free. Ask her questions at the end of class unless you want to be put on the spot, she talks SO LOUD. She's not mean, just respect her.
Shes such a tough grader especially for a class that its credits dont matter, learn how to do apa format she legit takes a ruler and if any little mistake shell make you redo it, through out the class I just did my work and be on my phone during class, but she is tough to the point where you get fusterated with he, do all the extra credit
LECTURES ARE IMPORTANT for this class. I actually learned A LOT in the class but she gives A LOT of work. Assigns reading every class (easy but a lot). Goes over it during the lecture & asks for participation. Group work every class. STUDY FOR THE MID-TERM! 3 unit work for a 2 unit class. Don't be lazy!!! Can be rude, don't be on her bad side.
LEARN HOW TO DO APA FORMAT
Trash professor... don't take her, please. Makes your life so much harder than it should be, considering EOP 100 is only a two-unit class. Expects you to take notes based off of what she writes on the board, but her writing is barely legible. You get nothing from attending lecture but being more confused. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
She is very picky and if you ask for an extention or is experiencing a hard time she woould not care!!!!!! Such an inconsiderate teacher.... But overall the class is easy just do not fall behind and tbhreading the book is unneccesary.
I took this class my first semester and looking back she reflects very poorly on EOP as a whole. Her class was stressful and she wanted things done very precise. I have never used any of the skills taught in this class outside of this class. She will have outdated assignments and is very clear about favoritism. Made joining EOP a chore
CHILE LET ME SPILL! So I took her as most EOP students must take the 100 class. However, she is one of the worst professors. Not necessarily the work, but her lectures. She goes off-topic at least 99% of the time and you learn nothing. She does not assign much, but that leaves you unprepared for exams. Literally, avoid her at all costs.
Definitely needs to work on class etiquette. Find a better EOP professor who doesn't insult their students during lectures.
The work wasn't hard except for the final paper that she was very meticulous on. Disrespects students and always goes off topic. She talks a lot about Murphys Law. Take another professor if you can.
I took rabago my first year for EOP 100 and will never forget that she graded our class on an assignment where we had to guess the historical figures/celebrities who are Native American. I reported her to the staff at EOP throughout the semester and nothing was done. I hope they changed professors because her and Murphys law arent helping anyone
Worst teacher I've ever had, genuinely. Always talks about about Murphy's Law to the point that the word starts to feel meaningless. Rambles on and on about "I remember this student I had..." or something like that DAILY. I've never learned anything from her lectures, everything is online, you don't even have to read anything so don't waste money!!
She talks a lot. I don't think I've ever seen her take a breath. Nonetheless, the class itself is ridiculously easy. All you have to do is survive the 50 minutes of grueling with her, do the assignments on time, and it's pretty chill. She says a lot of out of pocket things, including racist jokes about racial stereotypes.
When it comes up to her class it was very easy and she as a professor was very helpful. This semester wasn't very easy for me but she helped me out drastically. When it comes to her in class she does speak a lot about random things (but who doesn't). I assure you as long as you attend class and do the assignments you should be fine!
She does not mean any malice but is a yappachino fs. Always talks about Murphy's law, handwriting is ineligible at times, etc, etc, but not bad at all. Just boring. She tends to ramble about Murphy's law and UCLA, interrupt students, and randomly calls on students who sit in the front or come late. Attendance is graded, weekly learning curves are easy and mostly common sense, midterm and final are open-note about textbook content, and a presentation. She's nice and understanding but class is boring.
