She's VERY long winded and politically correct and will take 15 minutes to discuss something that takes most people 30 seconds, but she's straightforward and very nice. Do the homework and pay attention and you'll do well.

Dr. Robins is by far one of the most engaging and inspirational professors I have had the pleasure of working with. Gen Chem isn't exactly an easy course and she really takes the time to explain it in depth and cares deeply that you understand the material. If you have to or want to take chemistry, I highly recommend her!

Love Dr. Robins! Best professor I've had for any class so far. Lectures supplemented perfectly with powerpoints that cover req'd for exams. Very helpful with open door office hours. Do not buy bookstore text, you won't need it. Any edition of "req" text will work, I checked one out from local library for entire semester and never opened it.
