Possibly one of the worst professors I've ever had. Speed runs through lectures. Not clear on what to expect on the test. No homework. If you don't read each chapter in the textbook you're going to fail. Lots of excuses for why the tests weren't graded on time. Generally came off as aggressive and passive. Talked a lot about herself, lecture sucked

Professor Clifford's lectures are interesting and personal albeit rushed due to the amount of material. In order to succeed, it's best to do the reading beforehand because the lecture notes are broad and the exams are more specific. There is a portfolio due at the end of the semester that contains class activities/worksheets so attendance is key.

Let me tell ya, in all of my time at Sac State, I have never had a better professor. Her lectures are clear and concise and she uses every minute of class time. She can be disorganized but she has been improving more and more. If you show up, engage in the class, and pay attention, you'll do well in her class. She wants to see you succeed.

Professor Clifford is amazing at lectures and does them with just enthusiasm. Her exams are a mixture of lectures and the book so make sure you order the book! She does take an unusually large amount of time to return grades though so beware of that. Finals are next week and we still do not know our exam grades from a month ago

Clifford isn't a difficult professor, but definitely not an easy one. I find her lectures to be very interesting and she makes it easier by relating a lot of the material to everyday life. She's also very caring. However, she is kinda disorganized with her lectures and would often not finish them. She is a tough grader when it comes to exams.

The exams are pretty challenging so you actually need to study hard in order to get a good grade. Professor Clifford is very funny but sometimes can be sidetracked. As long as you study well, you'll be ok

Though this class is very interesting it did not have any sense of guidance at all. To put it in a few words, you are simply thrown into this class and all she has to say is read the book. The class asked her to at least give some sort of big topics on the exams or some kind of study guide, she rejected both requests. Final is comulative.
