Boring to go to. Test was hard
Teaches good.
I am an IT professional and I felt that her test questions were obscure.
Great teacher, very easy to understand, highly recommended for good students
Awful exams; ambiguous questions and she does not help when you ask her about them afterwards. Very nice and means well, however.
Very hard to stay awake in her class! Don't think you know everything about computers because that is where you will go wrong! Read the text and do the tutorials cause believe me, this is not a class to blow off!
DO NOT TAKE HER!!! Test are not effective and alot harder then what they should be for this type of class. half of the students will be asleep with in 10 min... so bring a pillow to class
I'm also an IT professional and her tests were quite obscure and useless. Would recommend taking anyone else.
Horrible teacher
She is a very good teacher, but she makes her tests way too hard. They should not be as hard as they are for basic computer knoweldge. She is very nice and helpful though.
lectures are boring but will do just fine if you do online exams and go over the text... exams are departmental exams so can't blame her for the obscurity..but very helpful and nice professor
Tests are extremely hard. If she asked how to do something on an actual pc, it would be so easy.
If people are going to say that this class was not easy, there is something seriously wrong. You just do what she tells you, and you do well. Her questions are not obscure. Rudeness (sleeping) is reason for bad grades and negativity.
very ambiguous test questions
Worst professor i've ever had. Boring lectures combined with ambiguous test questions makes an easy subject very difficult. You have to have very technical knowledge of such elementary programs like word, excel, powerpoint, etc. **** Kathy Cossick.
This class is so easy! As said above, if you follow all her advice you cannot go wrong! She not only works out problems in class that are going to be on the test, but she tells you specifically what you need to know. Wants her students to do well.
Her classes are boring, but it's important to go cause a lot of the stuff she says is helpful for the test. The test are fairly simple, but you have to know the stuff from the Sam quizzes. Overall an easy class.
basically i didnt even go to class but maybe 3 times in the whole semester because everythin she goes over in class, is stuff you should know already about word and excel and i got a B+. the only bad thing is that you cant resell the packet you have to buy for the class that costs 100+ dollars.
Teaches way to fast, but gets the key points out for the test. Should definelty go to class becuase even though the begining may seem very simple it gets harder and the test are very detailed.
Don't bother going to class. Read the material and take notes on that.
I would definately recommend this class to anyone. As long as you go to class, study the quizzes, and focus on the material in the textbook that she covers in class, you will do great. You can't wait until the night before the test to study, and you have to keep up with the material. The class was much easier than I expected it to be.Very helpful teacher!
boring class but tests are not as hard as u will think they will be. take notes and read the book.. don't do the excercises it's pointless just read
3 tests which aren't hard and straight from notes. no final exam. ~15 quizzes which are helpful on tests and easily make 100 on all. no need to do exercise if come to class and take notes. prof can be boring. if you're M$ certified in word, access, excel, the course should be very easy.
you can make an easy A by just reading the book but going to class benefits because she tells you exactly what materials are tested. tests are easy and very similar to the quizzes. her lectures are easy to understand and she goes through the book step by step so if you go to class you dont really have to do the exercise on your own.
easy A.Must take.
Most boring class you'll ever take.. just staying in class past the first 10 minutes is an accomplishment.. its surprising how someone can take an easy subject such as word and excel and make the hardest test questions out of it...
This entire class is worthless, it ATTEMPTS to teach common computer programs such as word or excel but you arn't required to actually ever USE the programs, you just read books about them and then recite what you've memorized on the test. I can' really say anything about the teacher because i went to class 3 times. made an A
This lady SUCKS!!! Don't take her unless your balls are gona be cut off. She takes easy crap and makes it so hard...i had a 89.3 and she gave me a B+...she needs to be caged!! boring-stupid prof....if you have to take her...be sure to ask your health insurance if they cover "MENTAL REHAB"...you'll need it after her class...NOTE: If Prof Cossick is
This professor is extremly boring. DO NOT TAKE HER!!! She makes simple things complicated.
Lectures are not very well prepared, they are very disorganized, erratic, and difficult to follow. Better off working @ home. Appears nice, but is only there to get $$. TOO much info given on webct. Info. coming at you in all directions w/out any regularity. DO NOT suggest this professor!!!! Online quizes and assignments and 3 tests. Tests worth
Lectures are Extremley boring, nearly half the class shows up and alot more walk out in the middle of class. Nice teacher though, sort of hard to study for tests but the tests arent that hard if you study a little
her lectures are BORING. i tried to stay awake. the material is not TOO hard. i say do the examples in the book for access and excel. her tests are a little hard to study for, so just study. she has three tests total. the third test is the final i guess. no cumulative final which is good. she gives out quizzes which you have 3 chances to get 100.

her lectures are really boring, its pointless to go to class. her notes dont help at all!..theres no point printing out the powerpoint notes....just read the chapters and study the quizzes and you should be okay for the test. the class is not hard at all.
lectures are a little boring, but she tries her best to explain it, and she does a good job. i followed along in the book, and that made the class easier. pay attention to the notes, and the class will be fine
There is a huge amount of material for this class and it is pretty dry. For the amount of material and how boring it is I think she does a great job teaching it. Go to classes and you will know what to expect for the exams. I found it be very useful despite it being boring. She is highly attentive to helping students.
I do nod off in class often, but not for the whole class. She explains things well and is eager to clarify herself if needed. She has many extra notes and exercises posted online and tells you exactly what to do to get a good grade on tests, quizzes, and assignments. Only thing to study for are the tests b/c you get multiple tries for quizzes.
I think she was a great professor. I took her for disc 3300 and received a B. she takes her time in explaining. Tests are not difficult, if you go over the material and notes. The class is interesting if your into Access, Word, Excel.
dont baseyour profs on other peoples opinion. very boring class, material -access/excel is a bit difficult if u do it on ur own. i have a good gpa, changed majors so no longer needed this class, NEVER WENT made high Cs and low Bs on test, A's on all quizzes, and although i will end up with a C, she is a very helpful/accomodating BORING prof. :)
The class itself is very hard and has nothing to do with her teaching. She tries as much as possible and is pretty good. Try to attend all classes unless you want to slack.
She's a great teacher who can explain if you have questions. Problem is the material is VERY boring. As long as you attend class, read the books and follow along with the tasks in the books you should do well. First exam is on vocabulary, 2nd exam is on formulas, 3rd exam is Excel PERIOD. Good professor, I totally recommend her. Ask questions!
Cossick teaches way too fast. We cover like 2 chapters per lecture, and she does everything so fast that you would have no clue what she did. She recommends you to do examples in the book, which I never had time for since it's really time consuming. Lots of work to do in this class! Quizzes (like 19!!! in a semester), small projects(7), exams(3).
She needs to get a damn microphone! Her voice would make anyone fall asleep since it's in the business auditorium. Don't really have to attend class to pass. As long as you study notes/books and do casegrader, tests will be a breeze.
you dont have to go to class. but if you do, its going to be really boring. she is not interesting and a lot of people sleep in class. just make sure you study before the test and do the quizzes and casegraders. i got a A+ and i slept in class. she curves the text grades..
OK HERE IS THE TRUTH ON THIS CLASS: You DO NOT need to attend class, go for the first to lectures and then don't go AT ALL!! It is pointless, this is the biggest mistake that I regret doing! Instead of going to her class go to the library and read the chapters OVER AND OVER AGAIN! My friend went to class ONCE made an A, I made a B. JUST READ AHEAD!
GO 2 CLASS EVERYDAY. IT'LL HELP ALOT ON EXAMS. Prof is very clear, & knows her stuff. Take notes ontop of powerpoints. This class is extremely hard 2 get an A in. You cant get more than 1 B on the exams. NO EXTRA CREDIT. 3 Exams. (3rd isnt Comp.)Quizzes r easy. Casegrader gets hard @end. go 2 tutor 4 them. Easy class overall. I studied & got an A.
I think this is just one of those classes you have to suffer in...i HATED IT! she is boring and the things you learn are pretty much as boring as she is. I mean dont get me wrong SOME things are pretty useful (like the stuff in excel) but overall i HATED THIS CLASS. I think there is another prof...TAKE HIM. he taught at our class once and he was a
The fact that the course material is boring is not her fault. I think she did fairly good job teaching. However, relying solely on her lectures is not a good idea. You should read the book. The things she emphasizes in class are on exams. I made my own notes from the book and went to most of her lectures. I ended up making an A+ in the class.
Good teacher.
She's a great professor and explains everything pretty clearly. but she does go very fast. its better to not even attend class and teach yourself the material. quizzes are easy. casegraders get pretty confusing. just keep up with the assignments and the chapters and you'll do just fine. i need a 91 to make an A..
She's a nice professor and knows her stuff well, but the material is so incredibly boring it makes it hard to follow along. There are quizzes and casegrader assignments and 3 tests. This is NOT a blow-off class, since it does require a good amount of studying/ time management.
She really is a nice teacher but the material is so boring its not funny, it was hard to stay awake in class it was that boring. just read the book and do the examples from the book, and you will do fine its not that hard just takes alot of time to do al the examples and read the book. if you read the book and do the examples you will get an A easy
This class is not hard at all if you read the book and practice and grasp the concept. The material is quite boring. 3 exams, casegraders and quizzes. She does go a bit fast in class when doing examples. I suggest you bring your laptop to class and do the examples with her as she goes along.
Great teacher and she knows her stuff. But make sure to keep up with the book and the examples she does in class to understand Excel. 3 Exams and last test was the easiest for me!
Attendance isn't mandatory, however, it would be beneficial if you attend. tests are not that hard if you do the examples from textbooks. 3 tests (last test is the final) are not cumulative. Just pay attention to the examples shown in class and in textbooks and you'll do fine. Although she can be boring, she really knows her materials really well.
This was a difficult class. She is very very monotone and moves extremely fast through chapters. The first test was over access and the other 2 are over excel. The 1st was the easiest. You are expected to memorize LOADS of information from the excel book. Way to much to cover in this class.
Wonderful professor! Explains everything thoroughly. Material easy if practiced at home. Must go to class though to pass the class because would be missing a lot if just trying to learn from home. Easy A.
class mainly covers fundamentals stuff and excel. material may be boring, but it is MIS, after all. i only used excel book to review when tests came around and to clear doubts over material by reading those sections I was unsure about. use all BB resources, please! it will help a lot! adapt yourself to a study method in this class. i got an A.
She was so hard and BORING! i did not understand a word she said! she does not drop any of the test grade or give bonus points.. whack! the quizzes are easy! the casegraders are time consuming but can make a good grade if work hard on it. Drops 3 casegraders! The tests are the major percent of ur grade. I WOULD NOT TAKE HER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND HER!
I had Kathy McCommon as a grad student when she was getting her PHD from FSU and what a great prof! She was engegetic and excited about the subject (PC worksheets) and made the class a pleasure. I still think of Dr Cossick's class as a best of FSU.
at first the class seems easy but then it gets harder and harder. There's a lot of stuff to know. She goes in depth but the whole excel thing is just plain boring. There are clicker in every session so it is wise to go to class to get participation grade. Overall she is a good teacher.
Kathy is an excellent professor. The class consists of three exams each worth 27%,clicker participation, and some easy online homework and quizzes. The material is extremely boring but she does a good job of making it bearable. Also, hot.
Don't take this professor. She turns easy crap into hard stuff. I recommend you take this course at HCC or whatever. She doesn't drop anything except for ONE casegrader. Quizzes and casegraders are easy, but very time consuming. The tests are ridiculous. This is not a blow off class, just take it at community college.
2 exams, 1 final (non-comprehensive=]). Online quizzes are super easy (three attempt). Casegrader are pretty easy just time consuming. I recommend you to print out the lecture notes, take it to class and add in side notes while she lecture, it HELPS! An easy B class...so if you take your time to study a little you can get an A.
this class is easy!!you have quizzes, casegraders & 3 tests.you get 4 tries for casegraders & 3 tries for quizzes.. both those averages should be nearly 100's.. tests are at casa, all pretty easy as well-just pay attention in class! no final! and she drops 1 casegrader and 1 quiz at the end. you use clickers in class(up to 3 extra credit points)
BORING!! Clickers were easy which made attendance mandatory. STUDY HARD! Drops 1 casegrader & 1quiz. 3 exams, no comprehensive final, thank god. Take this class seriously and study with examples and book. She's not too bad it's just a boring course. I don't see how any1 could make an A, I studied hard and got a B-.
she is a such a great professor, she knows how to explain the material clearly. go to lectures,SIT IN THE FRONT, and PAY ATTENTION. if you do that, study notes and practice exercises for the 3 exams that are worth 27% each...you WILL do well. clickers are awesome for participation and extra credit points. case graders and quizzes are easyyy. =)
This class is painfully boring but it's more b/c of the subject matter than her. Its hard to pay attention in class but if u dont then u better read the book(s)/powerpoints front to back and you'll be fine. Tests are MC, theres online quizzes and assignments but you can turn them in multiple times. Should be an easy B for the average student.
Shes the best for this subject. Lectures are a must if you want to pass the tests. final is not cumalitive. there are quizes, casegraders, and clickers to boost your grade. dont need to put in that much effort for a B.
SOOOO BORING!!!! Prepare to teach yourself because listening to hear is almost impossible. Still go to class though cuz somethings she does explain. I got an A with not a lot of effort. 100 on all quizes A's on all Casegraders. Class is easy but boring.
Easy class. Lectures are so boring it gets hard to pay attention sometimes. She is also very monotone.
the most boring professors ever...barely failed the class because hardly ever listened and i had to teach myself everything.I drank coffee and monster and everything else and still got bored or fell asleep.PAY attention or dont even take her. She is very monotoned and very bad at teaching.I highly recommend taking someone else if you are can!
I cannnot stress enought that you have to hear her lectures, if you don't=you pretty much fail. 3 finals, not comprhensive, if you dont attend lectures and listen you gotta read the book and understand from there..I almost failed first 2 tests and studied my butt of for last one...hopefully I'll get a good grade
For the love of God... I cant stand teachers like her. SOOO boring and honestly she doesn't care about your grade. Her solutions to issues are "im sorry" to just about any problem you have. Sooooo does NOT fit into UH's criteria for instructors. She is good at her work but horrible at dealing with course issues. Find another instructor. F- for her.
**Dont take this class early morning** Class lectures can get rather hypnotic unless you are VERY interested in the material. The material is very knowledgeable and applicable but DRY. Personally the professor is very sweet but strictly by book
She is effing hot!! Never payed much attention to her class. Once again, she is pretty hot
She is really boring not gonna lie about that. You HAVE to pay attention and take notes if you want to get a good grade. The subject and tests aren't hard, it's just that you have to write down what she says. Reading the powerpoints aren't enough you have to take notes! The projects were pretty easy and she won't reply back to emails sometimes.
Pretty easy class, people that complain are people who don't study for the exams. Each lecture I played games on my phone an never paid attention to a single word she said. Then exam time came around and basically studied everything and learned by myself, plus she's the only professor that teaches this so what other option do you have? good luck!
WORSE CLASS EVER! She doesn't give a clear explanation and if she does, she will ramble on about other things while trying to explain whatever she was on. If you do take her class, STUDY THE BOOKS! Its a lot faster to understanding the subject rather than listening to her lectures. The only reason I attended class for the clickers, that's all.
She was a bit monotone in my opinion but the way she runs her class, you just have to do your work and pay attention to pass. Clicker questions made attendance mandatory.
Not a bad teacher at all. Maybe not the most cheerful, hyped up person in the world, but its enough to get the job done. Most people complain because they don't do the work so they end up failing. Just follow examples in the book and practice this stuff. This class is very straight forward. She walks through all the work and explains everything.
Well this is a tough class let me get that out of the way. But she goes through the book and helps you in the lectures in class. Clicker credit made attendance mandatory. But quizzes are easy, some of the SAM projects are hard and very tedious. And the 3 Exams aren't to bad, but watch out on the first one, its very tricky.(STUDY HARD..!)
Tough class but she's helpful. Exam 1 is mainly Access and it's tough. Last 2 are about Excel. There are projects you need to do and quizzes. Both are easy if you go to class. She has clicker questions; if you have 85%+ correct you get 3 points added to your total grade. The exams are very detailed so be careful.
This class is not difficult at all. She curves exam grades to a 80, so 50% of the class makes A and B's.
Class is extremely boring but teacher is good...would advise to lay attention in class and you'll do fine...teacher is overall good
Easy B if you attend class everyday and stay on top of your homework/quizzes. If you want an A you need to read the books. The class is extremely boring. Sit in the front if you want to pay attention.
She's nice and easy to understand. Easy to approach too if you have questions. This class is easy, but you have to do the book exercises to know what's going on in class. Attendance is mandatory because you get extra points through the clicker questions. The quizzes are simple, and SAM projects are manageable but tedious.
Very hard class. Speeds through information without really explaining it. Made out with a B only because I did the projects and quizzes. Test questions were very confusing.
She is better than the other MIS teacher, but not great. This class is just sitting in class and adding your own notes to her notes (notes on notes). Very boring, probably fell asleep 20% of the time, but got an A because the other people in class were on their labtops and phones during class. Just pay attention and do the clicker questions.
This class is a piece of cake I never read the book and I ended up with a B+. I would've had an A if I would've not skipped a few days. But just going to class you can pass. She's really helps alot. I made 100s on everything but the tests. Also Attendance is extra credit, but worth it.
I made an A in her class and I studied the textbook, her reviews and her powerpoint slides. Her class is extremely boring and there's not really any point in paying any attention, but go to her class for the clickers! SAM projects were tedious but get help at the tutoring center. Easy quizzes.
Professor Cossick really knows her material. She is a very smart woman and I think this class was pretty easy if you did all the work you were told to do. The class is all about Excel. She teaches pretty well and there is also a review session every week to go over the material with TA's. You have to take the class for SCM so her or Chin are good.
She is one of the worst teachers I have ever had. I made an A in the class, but it is miserable to sit through her class. If you can take any other teacher, then do it. She is not good at her job, but probably has great credentials so she has a job. Trust me, I have a 3.8 GPA- and have never dreaded a class as much as hers.
She is really nice and pretty. I liked having her, even though the class is such a drag. It's a required business course. Drink some coffee before hand so you can stay awake!
She is very nice..Attendance is not mandatory.. clickers are 1%..3 exams worth 28% each and quizzes are easy. SAM assignments start off easy then get harder so get good grades while you can. team up with classmates for SAM assignments because it will help a lot. Just study prior to exam and it should be easy
This is a class where if you do the work, you can make an A. She is really helpful and will respond to emails within a couple of hours. I actually learned in this class and use the material at my job. I highly recommend her.
Easy class, you just have to know your stuff. Mostly memorizing functions on Excel and Microsoft. To the point. Helpful when you need it. I think there were three exams.
Attendance is not for a grade but mandatory in the sense that you have to go in order to succeed in the course. She walks through the spreadsheets step by step during class. There was an intermediate excel quiz and an algebra quiz and a tables/filters quiz, then 3 exams, weights highest exam score heaviest. Essential to work through models.
This class is NOT hard. Cossick is a good teacher and explains the material well. Exams are very straightforward like the hw and cw. come to class!
Very nice professor, but you must attend class to understand because there is a lot of material. Quizzes and tests are not hard if you know what you are doing. She knows what she is teaching! Definitely recommend her
This class is completely, 100%, heavy on Excel. Tests and Quizzes are very similar to the reviews and class assignment, practice those to do well on the exams. Attend tutoring sessions if you are having trouble, but have actual understandings to be able to create business models is important too. Prof Cossick looks really good for her age.
As SCM majors, there is no right for anyone to complain, it is part of the job. Kathy is nice, not condescending, easy going, so class experience is very good. Exams are a cakewalk compared to stats, she is the better of the two professors for 4330. Excel is not s hard as everyone says. One of the few classes worth the money No need for book.
I HAD to attend class and practice the files to pass this class which seemed to be the case for everyone else in the class I knew. A lot of people said she went too fast but she really doesn't have a choice for the material that needs to be covered. Pay attention, work along or take notes or both if you can (sometimes tough). Ended up with an A.
Easy A. This is hands down the most useful class I have had in SCM. I thought the class was very slow and easy, but it appears that a lot of people thought this class was difficult and fast. I might not be the best for reviewing this class, but guess what she's the best professor for SCM4330 so take her.
I personally thought this class was the most helpful class. Yes it is Excel and of course it will not be easy unless you practice and ATTEND class. If you do not attend, you will not understand more than half of the completed excel file. She is good at explaining the concepts. Just practice and practice to get a good grade on the exams.
She is the best and presents the material in a way that you can understand it. Tests in CASA on Fridays and she is there and will answer questions during the test to clarify things if you are unsure of exactly what is being asked. She is excited about her subject and it shows. Go to class and practice and you will do fine. Two quizzes and 3 tests.
This class is hard if you have a MacBook, try to get parallels. She moves fast through the lecture file, so you will need to keep up in class. However she is a nice professor and will stop to answer any question and she is very helpful in her office hours. Take Videos of the lecture so that you can review and practice the file when you get home.
shes a delightful person to watch teaching, think,Sybill Trelawney from harry potter, but less frantic.
GO TO CLASS OR YOU WON'T PASS Record the class to go over the class to study for tests. 2 quizzes and 3 tests. No homeworks no extra credit
This is my first time leave a review on here, but I felt I had to because of how good Prof Cossick was. She is so patient during her lectures, while also being very straightforward. Top 2 best professors I've had. I have a Mac, and you'll definitely need to install a windows partition. 3 tests 2 quizzes, great class that gives you real hard skills.
you NEED a windows laptop to work with. even during a pandemic, she said we have to figure out a way to use windows for the test. not everyone has access to windows and it has been a STRUGGLE. webcam is mandatory for the test like not everyone at home has access to these things. not helpful at all during a pandemic. I'm going crazy
I just took the last exam and i dont even know where to begin. I started crying during the exam because my excel started freezing. She doesnt give us extra time and she DEDUCTS points for late submission. She is as useless as my pinky toe. Do not be deceived by her sweet mom face. Not accommodating at all. Too many expectations. Suffering from PTSD
IF YOU SHOW UP, you will pass. Dr. Cossick is excellent at teaching and sets clear expectations and will help you lots. I don't understand why some people gave her low ratings... perhaps they're the same people complaining in the Groupchats they're confused when everything is on the syllabus. If you're conscientious, take her class. Super kind.
Professor Cossick is a really good professor for SCM 4330. Three exams, which are all Excel based. Practice is key to doing well in this class. There's also two quizzes and an assignment all worth 10% each and 5%, respectively. Easy class if you pay attention and practice.
Cossick is a great professor and incredibly nice. All of her exams and the 2nd quiz are exactly like the practice problems she gives out. If you dont study you probably wont do great but the class is not that bad.
3 Exam and 2 quizzes, watch the lecture videos and keep doing the exam practice questions. If you do the practice questions you will get a high grade on the exam.
honestly one of the best professors. 2 quizzes and 3 exams. she explains the excel material really well. her lectures are beneficial also had videos up if you didn't show up to class. make sure you practice the exam practice problems because the test is very similar making it an easy A. the more you practice the better you do.
Prof. Cossick is one of the best professors at UH, you honestly learn a lot from her. She teaches the material in a way that makes it super easy, but she goes fast. If you want an A, study using the lecture videos and especially the exam practice, it's exactly like the exam! Do this and the class will be your easiest I promise.
She's very nice. If you have experience in Excel it's a very easy class honestly. She does have practice excel files that are basically the same as the exam, so if you go through that the day before and can do that you'll do fine. Definitely go to lectures, she's very helpful in class and very nice. One of the most useful classes in SCM
I worked as an Instructional assistant with Dr. Cossick. SCM4330 - Business modeling and decision analysis. If any student wants to pursue a career in analytics, business, Transportation, Profit or cost optimization, Supply and demand analysis, then SCM4330 is one of the best courses by Dr. Cossick. She is generous as a mom. Haha. LY Dr. Cossick.
The exams are exactly the same as the review exams. Exams are at CASA. If you memorize the review files like the back of your hand, you can make 100s on all of them. Professor Cossick posts lecture videos online if you can't make it in class, and she does a thorough job while lecturing. She's very sweet! I recommend!
Very good professor! Her lectures are very straightforward and she posts them online. As long was you watch the videos and go over the excel practice problems before your exams, it should be an easy A.
Exams are super easy as long as you complete practice problems and understand them.
She is very sweet. The exams are very similar to the practice exams.
Amazing professor. All her lectures are posted online and her practice exams are basically the exams if you go over them and understand how to do the work in excel. Never attended class or used excel previously but ended with an A. Exams are in CASA but not stressful at all. Only annoying part is that you need windows to do the work on excel
Attendence wasn't mandatory but i'd still go, most people were taking 4301, 4330 and 4350 together on the same day anyway. Prof is nice, has material on Canvas, and the exams are just like the practice problems given. Give yourself time to do the practice problems and make sure to have access to windows, as it's mandatory later in the course.
She's such a sweetheart! Her online lectures are well-spoken and easy to understand. She teaches the content exactly as how we are tested on in CASA. For the exams she gives partial credit so if you make a mistake you're not penalized heavily. The software for the last exam was a little confusing but still pretty easy!
