Very good teacher. You will definitely learn your math in her class. She is a nice person, highly devoted to students and very accessible. She teaches very fast, but she knows this and will slow down if asked. Makes sure every student is clear about how to solve each problem before proceeding.

She is a very helpful teacher. She will make sure everyone learns. I learned a lot. It wasn't a easy class thou. But not too hard if you study for the mid-term and Final Test. HW is all due at mid-term and the final. I didn't even do it though. I passed the midterm with a B and Final with like maybe a C or D.. I got a C in the class.

Very nice teacher but terrible grading system designed to make students fail. Midterm is worth 30% of student's grade and final, which is not cumulative, is worth 55%. Night class was tough. tons of homework..If you don't go to class, you'll get lost easily. the midterm and final would be easy if you went to every class and did the homework..NOT an easy A.

Great Trig teacher! Night class is fast-paced, but has to be since it's only once a week. Encourages students to help each other. Genuinely wants you to learn. Is willing to answer questions. Do the hmwk. There's a lot, and once you're behind, it's almost impossible to catch up. You'll learn a lot from her. I highly recommend her.

GREAT teacher. She does move fast but she is always willing to help. Homework was easy for me, but it took about 4 hours to complete every week: I did my hw only on Tuesdays. Her class was fun and I learned a lot from her.

Mrs T designs her lecture to capture the crux of what you need to know to do your homework and pass tests without having to read too much of the text. She is VERY fair in her grading. If you participate in class and do the homework, she will recognize your efforts. She makes herself available to spend time with students. Make use of that time!

It was very hard at the beginning but most students have learned a lot from her. She teaches quality of Algebra.

Mrs. T is always willing to help students no matter what. She is always early to class and stays late to help students. Prof. T never minds repeating something she is teaching if you don't understand. Take it from a student who struggled with math in the past, Mrs. T is a great math teacher. Lots of HW, but without HW, you can't get good at math!

Mrs. T is great. She works hard and wants her students learn. She comes to class early and will go over any homework problems and continue to answer questions during class if needed. She will respond to your emails, help you in any way she can, and encourage you to succeed. Do your homework; come to class ready to learn and you will succeed :).

Mrs. T is the best maths teacher Ive learned. You might feel shes strict at the first couple weeks, but then you can recognize how yr maths is improved. Its easy to get extra credits in her class. If you keep your attendance and your grade are more than 90%, she offers some great things in the final test that you never know.

She is such patient to explain to you until you understand by specific examples. Even though her English is not really clear, her methods are very useful and easy to understand. Often warm up maths which is relevant to the new chapter. Just make sure you do homework because tests are similar to homework.

She is a very fair teacher. If you don't attend class, you won't learn. She is definitely not an easy and A. She will stay after class and help you 1 on 1 if you are struggling. She is a little difficult to understand, but she will repeat the concepts. She's been teaching at CSM for over 20 years and she cares and has passion for her job.

Mrs. T is extremely nice and understanding. One of the best teachers I have had. Her class is all based out of the online textbook. Her teaching is mostly lecture and worksheet, and the class is passable with an A if you do the homework and use the book for most questions. She responds to emails quick, so she's good at answering homework questions

Mrs.T is an amazing teacher. She is a little intimidating at first but once you get past that she is the MOST CARING teacher you will ever have. If youre bad at math please take her class but be prepared to put in work. She will help you pass as long as you do ALL the hw and regularly attend class. Also correct your tests bc itll be on final!

I thought the stuff she taught was pretty easy. She's easy to understand and willing to help you don't get something and ask after class. Somewhat of an ideal teacher.

Mrs. T is AMAZING! I had her for all of my math classes at CSM. Her care for her students is what made me take her class twice. She definitely goes the extra mile to help her students, and she is very flexible with due dates. Her tests and quizzes aren't too hard, she usually gives homework before which is very similar to the tests.

Ms. T is a very kind professor. Her lectures are good and she is very helpful outside of the classroom. Statistics is not the easiest class so you will have to do all of your HW, read the textbook, and study to succeed. Her exams and quizzes are very fair and similar to the worksheets she gives out. Overall, I had a very nice time in her class.

I have taken 3 classes with Mrs. T. She is an awesome Math teacher. She cares about her students and wants them to succeed. She is available always before and after the class to go over any questions. In return, she expects students to take the class serious, do homework on time, and attend class meetings. If you do all that, you will succeed.

During my stint at CSM, I have taken all of my math classes with Mrs. T, from Math 125, Math 200, and even Math 241. She is by far one of the best Math teachers I have ever had, make sure to go in early or stay after class if you have any questions. And if your schedule is quite hectic then she'll always find the time to help you outside of class

I took Mrs. T for Linear Algebra over the summer(2020). The online format was a bit different from the classes I have taken prior, but she was able to deliver the material in an organized. Make sure to take the time to probably study the material because it is easy to fall behind. I would recommend forming a study group to review for tests.

Mrs. T is a great professor and you can tell she cares about her students. She answers emails quickly and always makes time before/after class or during office hours to help. As long as you put in effort to learn and show you care, she does the same for you. She holds you accountable for your learning so dont fall behind, for your own sake too!

Mrs T is a good instructor . I recommend all my friends to take her class. Her class is well organized and explanation is clear. She goes over any questions from homework. She is available for help if we need it.

Mrs T gave us award on the last day of semester. Participation, perfect attenfance , most time spent on homework, etc. She explains materials well with warm up problems and worksheet she makes for each class.

Mrs T is very patient and understanding. She prepares for her lecture with worksheets each day. It is easy to go over what we learn with them. She is always available for help, she wants us to learn well and move to the next level.

Professor T, may teach a little fast sometimes but if there is something that you are confused with she is happily to go over it and show you how it's done. She also is flexible in certain situations like if you have a family emergency and had to miss class that day. Overall though she is a great professor and just wants you to succeed.

Ms. T is a super caring teacher and she goes above and beyond what is required of her to be accessible and available if you have any questions or need any help. Calc 1 isn't an easy class (at least it wasn't for me), but if you're responsible enough to handle your own business and know when to ask for help, she's more than willing to do so.

I have Mrs. T for Math Jams in Statistics. It was the first time she did the JAMS class online and has a very good handle on it. She posts the worksheets daily. and even posts a copy of her lecture notes online each day. Taking the class is like drinking from a fire hose but I would recommend her for it. Taking her for JAMS is worth your time.

The class was difficult but Professor T. made it more comfortable for me and is always accessible outside class if you need to reach out to her. Easy homework. Hard exams but studying helps. I would take her class again.

Professor T was honestly a really good math teacher as she is kind and cares about her students but do NOT take this class online if you struggle with math. Especially if you think that you can slack off online. I believe that Professor T excels much more at teaching in person as there are many activities that you can just not mimic/teach online.

Prof. T is understanding, personable & patient. She wants her students to do well; so use your time w/ her wisely. She is great at promptly answering the "ask the instructor" option on MML. She lets you have a cheat sheet for tests, so take notes in class! If she knows you're trying,she will help you succeed. If you miss class you will fall behind.

Very good professor. Lectures were very clear and a great summary of course content. I was actually engaged with lectures and would follow along and not zone out. I felt I really learned the material by the time I would do homework. Tough but fair grader and there is a lot of homework. Overall, though, she taught linear algebra really well.

Tsuchiyose has a very fast paced teaching style that will not suit everyone's needs, however, if you need help she is 100% willing to help if you are willing to ask. Her grading can be a bit mysterious but go talk to her about it and she will explain. I loved her, she was very kind. (You don't have to do all the hw to pass if you test well)

The past six weeks in this fast-paced Linear Algebra course were packed with an incredible amount of materials, and she taught it well—integrating current AI applications . It's surprising to see negative reviews from past students who didn't pass the class—they likely had a very different perspective.

I appreciated her teaching style. I know some did not enjoy it but it is very effective for learning. Her teaching is very dynamic with questions and response. we all learn so much in such a short time. She has a lot of energy .

She works very hard genuinely for students to learn materials. We have learned a lot, not only linear Algebra but how to ask questions etc. she encourages all to ask questions . How much content we covered in such short time is amazing. My brain was exploding. She cares and supports students well.

I took this class over the summer. Tsuchiyose is a great professor and focus mostly on the conceptual part for this course. Her test were pretty easy was tested on what was stated (no suprises). If taking it online you must keep up with the work to recieve a good grade.
