Very energetic prof, he likes to teach by PowerPoint and talks about his own personal experiences (mainly about China & India and other relevant places pertaining to Business). Likes to tell jokes to keep the class alive haha. Easy marker, just do the work to the best of your ability and you will get an A. Overall GREAT teacher, recommended.

A very interesting character- he truly enjoys teaching his students and he makes it fun with his humour and kind personality. You will learn, laugh and stay awake in his class because sleeping will just be a loss from his funny and interesting classes! One of my favourite instructors, this is the second class I have with him as my instructor

Awesome Prof! I had him for both BUS 206 & MRK 320 for two continuous semesters. Very easy going and helpful. You do not have to worry about notes and textbook. You could just relax with his sense of humor. Pls take him!

Keith is a great professor. His knowledge is useful both to those students with industry experience and those with absolutely no experience in the field. At first you may find it challenging to get used to his style of running the show but soon you will realize that he is there to teach you what you need to learn and make your life easier.

He is a really good professor. He uses lots of real examples, and also give you good feedback. I hope to take his another class again.

He is focused on the current business' world and gives many extra bonus marks. he passes through textbook so fast and you have to work harder on textbook but he doesn't rely on textbook much. he wants you to participate in the group projects and read the articles of newspapers about business.

Kind of a hard ass, but definitely knows what he is talking about. Lectures were always interesting. Make sure you show up to class and participate.

He respects students very much, and reply emails very quickly. He is easy marker, he gave us chances to handout or correct assignments. we learned how to analyse cases in class. But the reports was too difficult for individual assignment, it is ok if it is group assignment. Comparing to other teachers, he is the best. :)

Would highly recommend Professor Keith! Show up to class; especially case studies (prepared) and do the work. He gives many opportunities for marks + assignments. Intelligent, resourceful and sarcastic humor!

Great proffesor! gave us many oppurtunities to get out marks up and makes his lectures intresting! just don't use your phone in class becuase he doesn't like that.

At the beginning, you may think he is rude or inconsiderate because of his many jokes. But he cares for you, makes sure that you have many chances to redeem yourself. we had 3 case studies that are done in groups, the major project - marketing plan, and the midterm and final. He gave 2 other assignments as mark boosters.

Online study became way easier when I took his class. Tips: Just READ the instructions on BlackBoard carefully, he posts everything there. It might look a little bit confusing! However, spend the first few days of the semester to read and understand the materials, you will get an easy A+.
