The noises he makes are the most annoying sounds in the world. He thinks he's a comedian, but really is just a joke.

The kind of guy you'd like to be friends with. He is often known to do funny little dances in his lectures. A really good prof. maybe one of the best! Every class is entertaining and informative.

Can take relatively easy material and make it exceedingly difficult. His tests are extremely tough. Does not seem to care that the average mark is barely above 50%. Approachable and friendly but stubborn. I would steer clear of Dr. Russell

The funniest Professor I have ever had. He's pretty profane, so if you're easily offended think of steering clear. He made this class so fun and enjoyable! Very animated and engaging. You cannot help but be interested in his lectures. Best Professor I've had! You'll remember him your whole life, no doubt!

This is my second course with Keith, and truthfully, I don't think you could find a prof who does the job better than he does. He should honestly teach a course for other professors on how to engage the students within the material.

Great guy, real zest for life! Knows his stuff, and does what he can to make sure you pay attention (how many 65-ish year olds do you know who could do pushups, chinups, etc?). Can appear flaky at times, but still great.

Really energetic guy! Definately won't be slepping in his class, although if you do your screwed b/c he leaves blanks in his slides. His tests are a little hard though, got to study like mad b/c he puts like 10 diff't possible answers per Q. I didn't find the textbook helpful, mainly the notes for sure. The labs are picky and will take marks off

Easy class, especially if a health sciences student. Prof was super energetic, tests were easy. Watch out for lab TA's though. Most of them hate non-kin students and will dock huge marks without explanation. Mine was a complete bit@#. Labs took a lot of time

Great prof... Always available to answer questions through e-mail. He gave clearinformation that made studying for exams relatively easy, but there is a lot of material. Memorize the info and you'll to fine in the class.

I hate to say this but you would have to be pretty dumb, or incredibly lazy, to do poorly in this class. His exams are directly from his notes and as long as you go to class the exam content is very clear. He is full of energy and keeps everyone awake!

He's the best prof I have had and I know he will the best I will ever have. Don't take this class because you heard it was "easy," if this class doesn't interest you, you won't do well because you won't want to study, and you'll have to a bit! He is very funny and entertaining and easy to listen to! You will for sure get something out of this class

Effectively uses visual examples to get his point across. Though, if you have friends in the class, it is not necessary to go, it makes studying much easier if you go to class. Quite an easy class. He is a very good professor.

Russel was a great prof! He really knows his material and added humour to every lecture which helped to remember the material. He was by far the best prof I have had, making the lectures interesting.

You have to be a really dumb Arts student to do poorly in this class...he is absolutely hilarious, and the material is straight forward information (unless you are an English major or something).

Professor Russell was by far the BEST prof I have ever had, his humour and love for kinesiology made the class exciting and interesting. the guy is wicked awesome and inspired me to change majors...I'm now a kin major.

Very fun and interesting. my favorite. He has a great personality and likes to joke around with the class. Even though he is old he is in amazing shape! Knows what he is talking about.

One of the best profs i've ever had. He is really passionate about what he teaches. His class was one of the only ones I looked forward to attending. His tests are fair and if you study you can get a 90 easily.

He has a good sense of humor, which helps you stay awake during class. He is really passionate about this subject, which is cool.

Keith is a great prof, but you definitely have to go to class to get the blanks for his notes. Memorize all the statistics from his notes, he likes using them as exam material!

Awesome prof, made the class interesting and humorous. He is probably the one prof I know that truly loves to teach. It's a large class but he still creates interaction with students, also makes office time for individual concerns. Tests are super easy all you have to do is study the notes. Even if you have no interest in KIN I recommend his class.

Keith is hands down the most fun and interesting prof I've had so far. he is very approachable, understanding, and funny, and make this class my favorite this year despite having no prior interest in the subject. You can get away with not attending if you make sure to read the textbook, however the lectures worth attending, and fun.

Hard class...but he makes it pretty interesting. He's a great prof. For anatomy, it would've helped if he would've gave us better notes in the lecture (I pretty much had to make all my own notes from the textbook). The class has a lot of work to it, and you need to put the time into it or you won't do good.

Awesome prof and great class! Very easy exams. His lectures are always entertaining and he posts the notes online (you just have to fill in the blanks). Don't buy the textbook - you will never use it!

This guy. By FAR the best professor at the University. Incredibly helpful, energetic, and so easy to learn from. Makes everything exciting and interesting so you just absorb it. Its to bad there isn't more professors like him at the University. Theres a reason he keeps wining awards. Doesn't mark that hard, just study and you always do good.

Keith Russel is an amazing prof. I am almost done my degree and looking back this class was the best class I have ever taken. I took his class as an elective and I learned a lot and got a great mark. Keith is extremely passionate about his work and it shows through his fantastic lectures. Do not skip his class, it is worth it to be there.
