Decent class. He's really flexible.
Great prof., loved his clarity. Difficult tests, but I learned a lot!
Awesome professor who exlpains everthing. Class is interactive so it's not boring. Really willing to help students. Tests are difficult, but learn tons.
Awesome teacher, love him!
real nice guy, knows his stuff, but he screwed up my grade and it did not get corrected until a semester later
Lots of Lecture and handouts...lets you use a cheat sheet so very easy to pass the tests required.
Great teacher to take if you're going to grad school for psych cause he makes you learn the material inside and out.
This guy really knows what he's talking about... It'd be nicer though if other people could too.
Very smart, uses a lot of examples, Love his test (very difficult)...makes you think...if you like "just facts" do not take him; he is heavy in formulating examples rather than definitions...
Nice very smart guy- makes you think- tests are tough, but you learn a lot
Makes A LOT of assumptions, likes to talk in extremes, talks in a way that puts you right to sleep, and sometimes presents the simplest concept as something overly complex and confusing. Not the guy to be teaching something social psych; though still better than Ashton.
Don't pay any attention to that last one, she doesn't like anyone at stockton... Williams is a nice guy and a good teacher, though he CAN put you to sleep sometimes and his tests can be hard. Still, he's pretty fair and tries to keep things interesting.
interesting class, nice gu but the tests are extremely hard!!,
Good professor..knows what he is talking about but trys to make the material sound more complicated than it really is. He will put you right to sleep but he is always helpful and gives really good notes. Tests are kind of hard but he makes you learn it.
very hard teacher but he really wants you to know your stuff..tests are very hard but really nice guy, responds to emails and is very understanding and helpful
I like this class alot. I dont think that he puts you to sleep. He is very smart and presents the material in an interesting way. Rethinking American Higher Ed is a great course. Test are challenging but if you go to lecture you'll be fine. Good luck!
I had Professor Williams for many of my psychology course and some education course. He is the best teacher I have ever had at Stockton!!!! TAKE HIM!!!
This class was interesting at times, but mostly boring. He moves way too slow, but that could have been because of the extremely large class size. He was a good guy and graded fair though.
looks like damon wayans
never taking a class with him again. HE's not thaaat hard, but he's majorly boring. It's the one class I dread going to bc. I know it puts me to sleep. If your looking for a kinda easy class, take social psych with him, i guess. :/
Really good professor, very intelligent, interesting to listen to
Def a good guy! always writing something but def good teacher. he gives us review sheets before the test. without them i'd fail.
had him my freshman year and he still remembers my name. He looks like Donovan McNabb and Samuel L. Jackson had a baby!
he knows his stuff, just kinda boring and bland..
Would definately recommend him. His classes weren't too boring and I did very little work for him and still got an A. But at the same time I learned a lot from his lectures.
He is one of the best instructors I have ever had. I loved his lectures. His multiple choice tests were tough, but he was more than fair and offered a lot of extra credit work.
VERY INTRESTING CLASS..it was a lecture but he always made it interesting..one time he let two student scream at each other in the middle of class bc they had different opinons..tests are difficult but there is tons of extra credit and he is a very understanding guy.. would def. take another class w/ him
Great classes, great preceptor too. the nicest guy at stockton. knows lots and helps students achieve mastery of material. Helped me sort out lots of transfer stuff and to get out early. take anything with him.
Excellent prof..got an A in his class so it can be done...gives lots of extra credit...uses lots of examples, easier to understand than definitions...highly recommend taking him!
Very Hard test but he gives alot of extra credit great teacher
he is amazing! he keeps the class interested and lets you use notecards for the tests and gives a lot of extra credit! sometimes he's a little hard to follow but regardless, he's the man. would definitely take him again!
He is a very good professor and he uses his life story to make you truly understand what is being taught in the class. He is there to make sure that you learn the material!!
Great Professor:Grading is straightforeward no games:He gave us real world knowledge that can be used in the classroom immediately-Highly recommend taking him-I will again-That says it all!!
very straight forward with his grading, lots of extra credit, i went to every class and took notes and got an A for the course.... plus he lets you use a notecard on tests!
Great professor. Crystal clear, gives tons of extra credit, his tests are kinda hard but by no means impossible since you can use an index card on them. I can't wait to take another one of his courses.
Great teacher. Extremely interesting. Shortened class period by twenty minutes. Group projects. Few tests--if you do the reading and pay attention in the lecture it should be no problem.
great profressor, classes are very hands on, he makes you develop your own examples for all theories, he explains everything very well, you have to read the book!!!take lots of notes, he has the funniest examples
great teacher... funny guy who can really relate to his students. tests are very hard but he prepares you well for them and lets you use a notecard on the exam. i definitely recommand him for intro to psych and i look for forward to his ed psych class.
Horrible teacher; class is really boring; he doesn't really explain his stuff and his tests are very hard and very tricky, loves group work. would not recommend him
Amazing teacher!! Very funny, and uses real life situations to explain things. Makes class interesting! Tests are difficult but he lets you use an index card. Go to class and you'll do fine on the tests.
Professor Williams is the MAN!!! hilarious("first time i met my wife she was a 3 out of 10.... now she's a 6 lmao), and def knows his stuff. Tests are ok, but you have to study. Can use a index card. Papers are a 5/5 if u do them, and VERY undestanding if you need to take a exam later/before, or turn something in late.
Funny. Reminds of Will Smith. Intelligent & knows his stuff. Attendance not mandatory but def read the book. No powerpoints. Biggest complaint is trying to find articles for his analysis papers.
BEST TEACHER EVER!! He provides excellent examples and lets you have a flash card containing any material you want for the test.
Really nice guy, willing to answer any and all questions, only problem is his exams are extremely hard and worded very tricky, half the time i didnt realized what the questions were talking about, i ended up with a D, but after his class the other psych courses i took I got at least a B and learned alot more im a psych major also
Took this class having no idea what to expect. Had never taken a psychology course before, but after this intro to psych course I am now considering psychology as my major! Great professor and reminds me of Will Smith. Spends class lecturing, and exams are tricky, but he kept my full attention during lectures! Very smart and funny. I recommend him!
LOVE this class. So interesting. Great teacher. Nice, helpful, knows what he is talking about, makes you think. Everything a professor should be.
Love him! Also my preceptor. Best advisor in the world. Super helpful and interested in your accomplishments.
Love him! Great teacher
Very friendly man, but he's a tough teacher as far as exams go. Good luck
if you're not a good test taker DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS !! i showed up to every class and needed a c to pass which he told me i had and i recieved a d for a grade .
1 credit Educational Psych class. Four essays, fairly easy. Could be handed in at any time and could be re-done. Takes time to get input back to you and has to be asked multiple times about things before you get an answer. Other then that it was rather simple.
Very knowledgeable man, I learned alot from him, and change my major to psychology after i took his class. He graduated from University of Minnesota, which is one of the best psychology graduate schools in the U.S. and that makes him admire him more
For intro to psych this was unrealistically hard. Tests are too tricky, wording is bad. Im an A student and come to every class & still had a hard time, received a D on a test. Nice man, very smart, but not an easy person to learn from. Shouldve been an easy A class, take another professor. Also doesn't give back tests, can't see what u got wrong
Williams is the BEST professor ever!! I'm a freshman and i'm finishing up my first semester and he is so far my favorite teacher! I Can't lie, he gives hard tests, but there's no reason you can't pass as long as you study, use the index card, and so much extra credit. He's hilarious and gives real life examples to understand the text. He's amazing!
I am currently taking Professor Williams intro to psych class. He is very intelligent in his field but can be a little boring He makes his class seem longer than it actually is. The tests aren't too bad as long as you pay attention in class and read the chapters in the book. I recommend him for anyone who wants to actually understand Psychology.
I am currently taking Professor Williams intro to psych class. He is very intelligent in his field but can be a little boring. The tests aren't too bad as long as you pay attention in class and read the chapters in the book. I recommend him for anyone who wants to actually understand Psychology.
Exams for his Intro to Psych class are challenging but he offers enough help and extra credit to help those struggling get by. Lots of reading but it's key to gaining a greater understanding of the content. Lectures are mildly interesting but his personality, real life examples, and overall wealth of knowledge make them tolerable. Nice guy.
He is a great guy. 5 papers and they're all one page and easy. His wording for his tests are the only thing that mess you up. He offers a ton of extra credit and he makes sure that no one in the class gets lower than a B. He tells the funniest jokes and he lets you out about 10 minutes early for every class. Take this class. Easy A.
I took him for Educational Psych, and the class wasn't hard at all. He is willing to listen to you if you need extra advising. I didn't do so well on his exams because I am not a good test taker, but I still passed with a B because I participated and gave him my views in class. Really fair, and allows you to compete for extra credit on exams.
Great professor for an intro course. Lectures are long but essential to the test. Let's you take a 3x5 index card for exams, I took 4x6 for every exam and no one noticed, type them & staple them together so easy to fit the whole review on there. Gives in-depth reviews for each exam. if you go to class & pay attention it's an easy A.
Williams was ridiculously hard. I read the text book and went to class (missed only 1) and it was impossible to take the exams. His lectures are unclear and confusing. He gives an example, says what it is and moves on. He also was not open to other ideas or theories and constantly shut me down, even though my answer was plausible. Do NOT take!!!
Definitely wasn't the biggest fan. His lectures are pretty unclear, and he's often very vague on exactly what he wants. He was a really nice guy though and allowed a notecard for each test. Very opinionated and doesn't accept opinions that differ from his own. For the most part was easy but I would avoid taking him in the future.
Hands down one of the best professors at Stockton. He is an all around great guy, I definitely recommend him! His tests can be tough but he lets you bring an index card and there are three of them. 5 little 2-3 paged analysis papers that you get full credit if you do them. He really knowledge in the subject. TAKE HIM you won't regret it
He is very clear to understand. He gives many examples on one subject to make sure the students understand. He gives a TON of extra credit. A 3x5 note card is allowed for every exam even the final. Gives group projects but they are only 1.5 pages minimum double spaced. Would take again.
Exams are a bit tough but going to his lecture is actually pretty fun. He makes a lot of jokes that makes you remember the material. His book which is required for the class is pretty expensive but I would definitely take him again.
Awesome prof! Non-biased, entertaining, encourages discussion, wants to see students succeed. Not a difficult course. He can be a little vague or mumble at times, but you just need to ask for clarification! Always happy and fun to watch teach.
I came on here just to rate Dr. Keith Williams. He is amazing. I graduated a little over 2 years ago, and I still keep in touch with him. He also helped me create my schedule each semester, and he listened and talked to me. He's a caring gentleman, and he is very intelligent. I took him for Education Psych, Social Psych, & 1 other class.
Dr. Williams is a super awesome professor! His lectures are nice, not dry or boring at all. They cover everything that's going to be on the tests. There is group work but it's very straightforward and is lenient with them. He does exam reviews and allows a flashcard. Overall great with extra credit and really just wants everyone to learn!
To get a good grade in the class, you would need to show up because he counts participation when he grades. He is funny and knows what he is talking about. You only need to write 5 easy two page papers and there are 3 tests. So long as you listen to him in class, you can't get below a B.
Cool guy, I never went to class because he never counted participation. He gave test review the day before tests by tests were grader VERY toughly. It was an okay intro class, but definitely tried to trick you on tests.
Lecture was very dry because his voice is soft it almost puts you to sleep. Participation does not count so you can skip class, but test material is made up from the lectures. There are 5 group papers but only 2 pages each. Exams can be difficult because they're worded differently from the notes. However theres plenty of extra credit added overall
He is a great guy who can give aspiring teachers a lot of insight on teaching in the classroom. He is very soft-spoken, but also worth listening to, so try to sit toward the front of the class. He is very friendly and approachable. The course work will keep you busy, but will never leave you feeling overwhelmed. Grading is clear-cut and very fair.
Favorite professor at Stockton, and I've been here for three years. I would take him for every course he teaches if I could!
Gave amazing lectures, all you have to do is take detailed notes and you'll do well. Great professor and person in general, he always finds a way to make everything funny. Highly recommend him for everyone.
When you go into a lecture, you expect it is going to be boring. Not with Professor Williams. His lectures consist of the exact information found on group papers and exams. Gives out a lot of extra credit. Hilarious guy, crying hilarious. Warning, only gives a couple assignments during the semester, so no slacking off. One bad grade can tank you.
Exams are based off of both the textbook and lecture notes so don't slack off on any of them. Tells you what's going to be on the exams and allows note cards. Assigns group papers and lets you redo it for a higher grade. Most importantly, Gives a lot of extra credit. Just do the work and getting an A is possible!
Amazing professor. He makes the lectures very enjoyable. Lots of opportunities for extra credit. Very flexible with your grades. I enjoy going to his class!!
One of the best professors I've ever had. The tests are based off of the textbook and lecture notes, so make sure you attend class. He tells you what's going to be on the tests and lets you use note cards. He offers extra credits and really wants to see his students succeed. The class is very informative and useful for education majors.
Really interesting class, highly recommend for education students. His classes are all lecture, so you really got to show up for class and contribute to the discussion. There are a few papers that are easy. The tests are a bit harder but he usually let you use a notecard.
Keith is a very nice prof. His exams are pretty tough, he goes by examples of terms over definitions. Allows notecard on exams, but still study a lot. Exams are easier if you study and read the chapers (30 pgs each). Group papers are easy A. Gives extra credit opportunities. Lectures whole class, and goes fast. Read chapters for full understanding.
Lecture reinforces what is taught in the textbook. Don't expect to never read the book and get a good grade. However, if you do read the book, understand the vocabulary, show up to class, do all the group papers, and some extra credit, this class should be an easy A.
He is great. Very nice guy. The way he teaches is really entertaining. Take him. For those of you who don't show up for classes, he does not take attendance. I could say more but honestly he speaks for himself.
Class is real simple. Prof. Williams is straightforward and presents great lecture that get you thinking. 4 exams, 4th one is the final. Group prjects every 2-3 weeks or so. 100 kids in the class but class is still easy to follow along. Offers extra credit almost every class and gives good feedback on work.
My favorite professor at stockton. You can tell he is a genius and is passionate about his work. Must pay attention in his lectures to pass. Gives great feedback and notices who really wants to be in the class. He trusts the students to make their own decisions and will not pester you for laptops or phones in class, you wont pass if you are on them
As a person, he's nice. I'm not really too big on him as a professor though. His lectures are okay. He has a sense of humor but you have to try not to sleep in his class because his voice is so soft. He lets you use an index card on exams. You have to hope you nail exams. If not, then try to nail group assignments. He's definitely not an easy A.
Great guy and really funny. Listen to what he says in class as that's mostly what the exams are. Lets you use an index card on exams when classes were in person. Exams not too bad in my opinion. If you email him asking what your grade is he'll give you good feedback as he is really caring.
This man actually cares which is rare. He also is funny and so friendly. However, you have to be interested in Child Development. Tests are a bit hard. Prepare to raise your hand in class. He wants you to care about this topic but it is easy if you care. Also, he is a genuinely down to earth family man. Take him if you are ready to be an adult.
Constant feedback via email. Extremely informative lectures, I accidentally bought the wrong book and achieved an A-. Tells you the information you need to know for the test; good, fair test questions. Quickly responds to emails. Generous grader, not a nitpicker. Super kind and caring, willing to go the extra mile to help out his students.
The class for this semester was asynchronous. The material was easy to follow. However, exams are hard because of the way he worded his questions. Overall, he's not too bad but exams can ruin your grade. A lot of group projects but those are easy. The notes are long but you won't pass if you don't watch the video. Allow to use index cards on exams.
The lectures were really informative but you need the textbook to get a solid grasp, especially for exams. Questions on exams are clear but the answers are confusing. Five short papers are assigned that you need to do with your group. Lots of extra credit. He's a nice guy and replies quickly to emails. I would recommend if you really want to learn.
Prof Williams was good for intro to psych. His lectures were long but the material is pretty interesting. His exams arent bad as long as you study. Allowed to bring a flash card to exam. There are five group papers. They are easy as long as you are paired with someone who is willing to do their part.
The material is a lot, but his recorded lectures were helpful. It was async. but felt like sync. with the amount of work there was and the days for each lecture. I learned a lot about psychology but learned the majority of it from the textbook. Tests can be hard, group papers are pretty easy. Extra credit opportunities.
Professor Williams is the BEST I was so nervous to take psychology, but he made me feel at ease he answers fastly and will help you as long as you work hard for it!
We love Keith Williams, great guy, but the mans needs to make his tests more clear. We are allowed 1 tiny notecard for a cheat sheet. It is hard to fit 30+ terms on 1 tiny notecard. He makes you work for your grade. I wish he would remember who I am, as I had him for two semesters. Love the guy, but please do a little better.
GREAT PROFESSOR. Don't mind my grade because this was an outcome of my efforts. But overall, he's a great professor. The research papers are pretty easy, make sure to pick your partners wisely because there are 2 parts to each paper. The lectures are interesting to learn and gives information that's on the exams. Make sure to use your book to study
Despite him being lecture heavy, your grade depends on 5 papers and 4 exams. All the exams are a 5/5 difficulty and based on half of things that we teach ourselves because he did not teach them in class. His teaching is all over the place and does not go in detail enough about topics. I failed the course and would never take it again with him.
THIS IS THE BEST PROFESSOR! he is extremely easy going. he grades in three parts; exams, group papers, textbook reading. 1. i failed all of the exams. 2. if you get a 100 on all of the group papers (he lets you revise until you get that 100) then you will pass the course. & 2. i did not read one textbook page. super easy course to pass
Great professor. Really enjoys teaching and wants everyone to do well. Tests are graded so that you get a C or better almost every time. 5 group papers which are very easy and only 1.5-2 pages long. No home work and many extra credit opportunities.
I was skeptical taking him at first, but one of the best professors I had throughout college. 5 analysis papers (1.5-2 pgs), group presentation, ez in-class tasks, 4 exams with essays questions that are graded leniently; multiple choice on exams were the hardest thing imo. Reading is assigned but only main points needed. Would def take again.
Pay attention and you will pass
Professor Williams was my favorite instructor this semester. He had engaging lectures were he explained the material and went over many examples. He was extremely funny and gave many opportunities for extra credit. In the beginning of the semester make friends because you will do 5 group papers. He says you need the textbook but I barely used it.
This is the best class to take if you're looking to take it. It's an easy A. He grades by group papers (that he lets you resubmit) and exams. Highly recommend reading the textbook and taking notes, and you're guaranteed an A. if you don't read and don't study but get As on all of the group writing, you'll get a B or C.
He is very nice and all but if you do not like lecturing I do not recommend taking his class. You barely have work so grade is based on exams and group projects. Does offer a lot of extra credit so take advantage! Does not post grades for exams and have to buy very expensive textbook.
Professor Willams is a great professor. I came into Intro to Psychology with doubts because I hated it in HS. He is a very funny person with lots of experience in his field. He is a heavy lecturer but I don't mind that I find his lectures interesting. DO THE EXTRA CREDIT. Grades are from group papers and exams which he reviews. Overall great guy.
Professor Williams was an awesome lecturer. The tests can be tricky sometimes but the amount of extra credit he delivers to us will most likely balance it out. Attend class and read the book and you will pass. Go take him!!
Professor will drop assignment grade by large point deductions if you do not answer directly from the textbook in depth even though he specifically asks to use general knowledge. Grades in the seventies do not count as a reflection of a "good job", Final grade not provided until the end of the course.
Professor Williams is very informed on the topics he speaks about and a lot can be taken away from his lectures. However, I was not a fan of how he taught and ran his class. He would go over the time he had to teach, which I did not like since I had another class directly after.
Amazing professor. It is actually difficult to get a poor grade in this class if you attend and take notes. He is very understanding and responsive to emails. Offers extra credit. Course information is mainly verbal, but he is engaging and provides in-depth examples to help students understand. Loved his energy. Very helpful, open communicator
This class is fairly easy as long as you attend regularly and take good notes as every exam was open note. His lectures are very interesting and overall he is an amazing professor and a funny, approachable person. You will need the textbook and it is important not to zone out during lectures as details from these will pop up on exams.
He is an excellent professor. He doesn't use slides, so you need to write down what he says. He emphasizes that if you put in the effort and attend classes regularly, you should pass. He also gives a lot of extra credit.
I admit, sometimes I get lost in his class. But he's still an amazing professor who explains things thoroughly, I do recommend that you read the online textbook tho. He gives a fair amount of extra credit so failing his class is impossible. He doesn't use slides which is helpful, since you really have to pay attention and it doesn't get boring.
Highly recommend psych of race and racism with Dr. Williams. He doesn't use PowerPoint slides, so make sure you come to class ready to write/type. Pay attention to details during lecture for his exams. Come to class and pay attention and you'll be fine. He allows notecards on the exams. Group projects. Good professor. Answers emails pretty quickly.
Dr. Williams is an absolutely amazing Professor. I have already added another one of his classes on to my schedule for next semester. Take him if you can.
He was the most caring professor I have had so far. He wants his students to succeed in his class. LOTS OF EXTRA CREDIT. He will not let you fail and offers so many materials to help for papers, exams, and assignments. He gave everything we needed to know for any assignment. TAKE THIS PROFESSOR YOU WILL ENJOY THE CLASS!!!!
He was a really funny guy who made class enjoyable. I had him in a lecture hall so there wasn't any personal connect being made. Only three group papers, no presentations. Made you buy his textbook and gave pop quizzes randomly based on the readings. I did the bare minimum and got a C
Prof. Williams was amazing. I was very nervous for his class since I (thought) I wasn't very interested in psych (I now am, thanks to him.) His class was fairly easy and I learned a lot. There are 5 group papers (quite simple), and a few exams. I got an A by showing up and making sure to take lots of notes (I didn't get the txtbook and I was fine)
Professor Williams defiantly teaches his work with a passion and even though it is an intro class, he fits so much into the semester. Attendance is not "mandatory" because he doesn't check in HOWEVER if you miss a day or two you basically miss a chapter so good luck! HE GIVES A LOT OF EXTRA CREDIT! EXAMS ARE NOT EASY! SO STUDY! BUT GREAT CLASS!
Great professor!! Very funny
Love Professor Keith. He's chill and his lectures are always interesting. Everyone in the class liked participating and he gave loads of extra credit for his tests by participating in lectures. His tests are a bit tough but his grading scale still allows you to do good if you do well on the open-ended ones. Group project and analysis papers for hw.
Professor Williams was my absolute favorite teacher I've ever had. He wrote my recommendation letter that helped me get into grad school. He is overall such a great teacher and cares so much about his students. If you have the chance to take a class with him you 100% should.
He was amazing! I don't do good with lecture classes, but this was my highest grade in all of my classes. If you have accommodations, he will make sure to follow it to a T and is very helpful. All tests you're allowed to have a note card!! Love that. Graded on analysis, papers and tests that are insanely easy. Take him!
I do not recommend this professor to anyone! Very confusing teaching styles. Will use a projector and project a piece of paper with writing on the screen and proceed to talk about random things. Does not use PowerPoint to lecture at all. Exams are not put in the gradebook and you do not find out your final grade till he puts it on your transcript.
Though he is a great person, his lectures are confusing because notes are inconsistent. He wanders off and it can be hard to sit through. Exams were fine if you studied and he does group essays. Personally could not tolerate the class but it was an easy pass, putting in more time helps.
Such an easy class: easy papers, allowed a notecard on every exam, and had loads of extra credit opportunities. The lectures are a bit boring but it is outweighed by the easiness. Would def take him again!
Prof. Williams is an engaging lecturer who makes psych interesting. While his class has group papers and tricky tests, the extra credit opportunities and unstuck AI study tools make it manageable. Attend class, take notes, and you'll do well.
Great class and professor. It's a straightforward class once you get the hang of it. Take good notes, as the professor doesn't usually use slides. Your grade is based on a few easy papers, a few tests (for which you're allowed to bring a note card cheat sheet), a group presentation, and class participation. you do have to participate in discussion.
As a business student taking this class for credit I was not really looking forward to it. Professor Williams turned out to be one of the best professors I have had. The lectures were enjoyable and he always allowed for people to share their opinions on material.
He was a great professor but grading of the exams were confusing and he ends up putting the exam grades at the end of the semester which is horrible but very nice professor if you try in his lectures and exams.
He delves into his topics which I find incredibly insightful with his teaching methods. He uses strategies and examples to improve memorization of terms used in exams. He is also extremely kind and offers as much help to his students as much as possible.
Great professor! He explains things clearly and makes lectures interesting. Gives lots of extra credit and 5 easy group papers that take ~15 mins. Four lightly graded exams. Recommends his book, but you can borrow it from the library. I'd 100% take him again!
Everyone will say he's nice which he is but they leave out crucial details like, he doesn't do study guides at all, he says he gets his info from the textbook but it doesn't match, and he talks a lot but your notes won't make any sense. A lot of opportunities for extra credit but it's probably because he's aware of his teaching style.
I liked this class a lot! The papers are so easy, and the tests are too, if you listen to the lectures and do the readings. You do not need to buy the textbook because he has it for free in the library. Definitely recommend this class!
The Intro to Psych. class was amazing! His lectures are explained very thoroughly, which makes his class more fun. There's 5 simple group papers, 4 exams, and that's pretty much everything! As long as you take lecture notes and read the textbook, you should be in good shape! He also provides plenty of extra credit activities.
He is very nice and easygoing, but it's hard to keep up with his lectures as he just yaps and doesn't provide PowerPoint slides on anything. There are 5 very easy small papers, a group project, and 4 exams that he allows a notecard on. Exams are a bit tough as there's open open-ended questions. He allows for open discussion on all things.
He is very nice and chill. He offers a lot of extra credit. His lectures are really interesting and he is very funny. I would definitely take him again.
Prof. Williams was such a sweet guy. I took him for my cognate for crim and I knew nothing about psychology, but he made it really easy to understand.
