Although a bit odd, she will work your ass off!

I really liked her. She cares about her students. If you care about her class then she'll care about your grade.

A great teacher! If you work for your self then she will bend over backwards to help you! If you want to learn to write and communicate easily in a classroom - this is your teacher!!!

You need to talk in class to learn in this class. Ms. A loves her students and loves teaching! It is an A you earn to be sure!

Ms. Anthony is great. I would love to take another class with her. Her class is a lot of fun, and you learn a lot too.

Ms. A is a great teacher. I like her style of teaching. And yes, if you are willing to put forth the effort, she will be a very helpful teacher.

This is not the kind of English I did in high school. Ms. Anthony made me think until it hurt. The textbook was not used much, but I think that was good. She is upfront about that and lets you decide if you need it. You have to write a whole lot. It is hard but worth it.

Ms. A is organized and excited about teaching and wants students to succeed. She takes time to work one on one with all of the students who want this help and she pushed me to think hard in this class. She grades hard but fair. Take this teacher!!!

A different kind of teacher. Fun and you don't realize you are learning sometimes. This class can be frustrating, but I write better now.

Easy to work with and easy on the eyes as well.

Very much the non traditional english teacher and she was fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend taking her at least once for something, anything! She makes you think outside the box and use you head. We never took a single test or quiz but it was amazing at the end of the semester how much you actually learned from her. She's a great person and teacher!

Hate her no late work policy. There is only one cahance to turn something in late without losing points. Instead of just putting a good grade on something she reads every word so it takes a long time for her to return essay. Just give me credit for what I did and move on.

Kelly Anthony is the coolest. She's sassy and fun and makes her students think outside of the box. Her class is less about composition; more about life, art, thinking, and how to not be a worthless human.

Ms. A. makes you think. She has a no late work policy which stinks. This class is way too hard for Community College.

Ms. A works with students in getting the most from her lessons. There are a lot of essays where you write about yourself, learning english and yourself. she's cool! she's a good teacher for 101

Ms. Anthony was amazing, she is by far the best teacher I have ever encountered and one of the only I clicked with. Itâ??s true her class/teaching style is not for everyone. I have learned a lot already this semester and I find if I just work a little on the writing each day, I can keep up. Class is fun but if I come unprepared, there will be consequences. I could not have asked for a better English teacher. Her class is super easy as long as you do the work she has lined out for you. Her final is based off of the readings from the semester and it isn't hard. If you want an A with the expectations not unreasonable take her class! Definitely recommend her!

English Department Head, great professor. I really enjoyed her class and I would take her again for any other classes in a heartbeat. She has extensive aide materials online included in her class so books are optional.

Amazing instructor! She really cares about students and their learning. It's about thinking and writing well, not about what we have already learned.

Ms. A wasn't supposed to teach ENG 150, but got assigned to do it anyway and it made my year. She has become one of my favorite instructors of my entire college career. There are some days where we all sit and have discussions, so be prepared to think and give your input. She is an amazing instructor and if I could take more of her classes I would!

I loved this teacher, she was my favorite this semester. You can tell she really cares about her students. She wants you to succeed. She is not tough. If you come to class and show that you are trying you will get a good grade. She was extremely personable. I learned a lot this semester but she made everything fun. I wish I could take her for 102.

This is a great teacher, but to succeed you have to follow the rules. She wants you to be able to survive outside of colelge and will give you the skills to do so if you let her. A lot of students get frustrated with her because they don't want to do the work.

Ms. A is awesome! She is very personable and helpful. She has a lot of online aid as well. The way she grades is awesome. We didn't really have much in the way of assignments, so everything counts, but she's willing to make time for you to bring your grade up.

I was really nervous about taking Eng101. After the first couple weeks of class the nervousness eased. Ms. A likes to do a lot of in class 10 min free writes. She really has you focus on just trying to get the writing to flow. She also like to do group activities. I really enjoyed the class and would recommend taking her.

All we did all semester Is free write, if you cant fluidly write for ten minutes straight three times a week DO NOT TAKE HER. I wrote maybe three papers for this class not one over 2 pages. Participation goes really far and shes always willing to listen to your opion on the topic at hand. Really enjoyed her class.

Ms. A. is great. I had a family emergency this semester and she went way out of her way to help me.

She was great. Ms. A. walked me through a tough class and I am far more confident now. I know I will use what she taught me in my career.

Mrs. Anthony is a very kind, caring lady. However, sometimes the class did get off topic. There is a lot of group work too, which I'm not a fan of. She is a really easy grader and if you show up, you will get an A.

I worked with Ms. Kelly on scholarship essays. Ms. Kelly is engaging and knowledgeable about various subjects, which gave me a clearer understanding of the prompts, and how I could respond with my experiences. She helped me narrow the main ideas while giving me insights on improving my writing.

Grammar can be tricky, especially in college. Kelly is patient and kind in explaining the different rules. Kelly also provides study and exam tips. I highly recommend her!
