She's a very cool prof to have if you're taking this course. Like everyone else said, its an easy A, but not cause she's a pushover or anything. You will come out of the class with a greater knowledge of the subject as well.

very quick and funny. I took two great females - sayers and hopper- POWERFUL - easy calss if you follow notes and book. You feel that she is there for us!

Really funny teacher. She does this thing where she looks annoyed. It's really funny though. Extremely easy A. If can't get an A, something is wrong with you. She gives out plenty of extra credit and you learn so much. You can also go to any of her classes in that day to make it up. Highly Recommend

Kelly Sayers is a very good teacher. she is willing to work with you no matter what. she makes class fun, her test are a little bit hard but you will do fine. I enjoyed being in her class, is a wonderful teacher and friend. she will help you with school or out of school stuff.

Wow Kelly is a great teacher

Dr. Sayers makes learning fun. She is entertaining and good at using that to convey understanding of complicated legal concepts. If you average an A or B, she exempts you from the final. My only advice is that you read ahead, she tends to fall behind a lot and then try to cram all the uncovered material into a couple of days right before a test.

Mrs. Sayers was very enthusiastic about teaching business law I to us, she was placed and handled some pretty juvenile behavior by some young adults in class this year and was still able to teach them something. I for one was lost in the business law world and Mrs. Kelly's teaching technique was even able to teach an old bird like me.

Mrs Sayers is a great teacher, and is very helpful. I enjoyed the class alot, other than it was at 8am in the morning. Mrs Sayers was late a few times, but great class. Would recommend.

Great teacher. My friend asked me to take Business Law I and I walked in thinking it was going to be a very boring class, but to my surprise Mrs Sayers made it both fun and informative to learn. Great class for anyone.

She is an excellent teacher. She makes the class interesting and it is extremely easy to pass the class. If you get an A or B in the class you are exempt from final, and it isnt hard to get and A or B at all. Love her.

I took BUS LAW I on a SATURDAY morning from 9am-12pm and she was absolutely phenomenal! Not once did I ever think about skipping class to sleep in! She is very informative and has interesting ways to teach her students the necessary material. Overall, if I had to take any other courses that she taught, I would no doubt choose her for my professor!

She is awesome, you really need to try to fail her class because she allows cheat sheets for every in class test. She is also very fun and makes the class interesting.

OK Mrs. Kelly is the absolute best teacher around.She is one of those that really makes the class fun, so fun your interested and learn and get A! She takes the class on field trips, like to the land of the U.C.C.,and explains things in language you can understand, best part-until you understand it.#1 teacher

Kelly is a very intelligent woman. She can break things down so that everyone can understand the lesson. She's very funny and willing to help. There's no reason not to get an A in this class w/the added bonus of being exempt from the exam if you do. She can be flighty though which can be annoying towards the end. Brews a mean cup of Joe.

Love Kelly! When I first signed up for this class, I thought it was going to be very boring, but found it to be quite the opposite. She is very funny, and keeps the class interesting. The only thing is, if youre her first class of the day, she'll probably be late a few times, but she usually brings donuts once a week to make up for it!

Mrs. Sayers is a great professor! clear and very good at giving in class examples. One of the few professors who really cares, go to see her during her office hours and it will show her your trying... she will go out of her way 2 make sure you do well

Kelly is the best there is to teach Bus. Law 1 & 2 she makes class fun and exciting and helps you to her best of abilities and will keep going over something until everyone in the classroom gets it and thats why she is one of my ultimate fav profs at hvcc i highly recommend taking her class but hurry her sections fill up fast! :)

Not exactly the best "teacher" in the world, but you have to not come to class at all to fail. Took for business law 1 & 2 and had a blast, she makes class entertaining and makes law not as dull as it could be. Easy A, she gives everything you need to succeed and basically hands out A's because she hates to grade finals.

Kelly is a very good teacher. However, she goes off topic very easily. The material is easier than Business Law I, and she gives you note packets for each chapter. I did not use my book at all I wish I had not bought it.

I liked Kelly alot she is very personable, but I was extremely disappointed with the amount of classes that were cancelled and then the information was stuffed into the remaining classes. At some points I felt like I was teaching myself the class.

If you are going to take her, i would recommend the night class. She stays to the point, lets you out as soon as she's done, and gives you take home quizzes and easy homework. She's very clear, gives notes so the text is not necessary, and is just fun to have.

Very clear and concise, provides many opportunities to boost grade. Seems to just be one of those really genuine teachers who enjoys what she does. Take her classes.

Kelly is srsly the best teacher ever. She practically gives A's away. All you ever have to do in business law I and II is take home tests. In class she'll even give answers away before you hand in the take home tests. She may be all over the place but she's always there when you need help. Plus I know she's always got a lot going on in her life.

I had Kelly for Business Law 1 and 2. All you have to do is show up for class and listen and you should do very well. Tells about her own legal experiences throughout her career as a lawyer and relates them to subjects discussed in class. Very good teacher in my opinion.

A great lawyer and professor. She is always tellings jokes and experiences of past legal experiences to correlate with her class. She is a must take for Business law!

Ms Sayers is not just an amazing professor she's also a friend... AND A LAWYER. She help me get out of trouble once and still remembers me two years after taking her class. She is by far the best professor I had at HVCC.

Easiest A I've ever gotten I actually got 107 and this is from a guy who cant pass anything. just make sure your in class. She doesn't care if you sleep you just gotta be there. class is sooooo easy

Kelly loves to come into class 10 minutes late and says "Hi Kids" and dismiss 15 minutes early. Her class is an easy A, just pay attention to important details and look over handouts. Although she may be hard to follow at times, she is hilarious.

IF YOU TAKE BUSINESS LAW AT HUDSON VALLEY AND DO NO HAVE KELLY YOU ARE MISSING OUT. I took her for Business Law 1 and Business Law 2. She is very knowledgeable and can lecture for a long time. Sometimes her lectures get long, however she cancels about 50% of classes, and dismisses you after 15 minutes all the time. She is very helpful. Easy A.

Kelly has got to be one of the most interesting professors at HVCC. She knows literally everything about common law and the history of it. Her class is really easy and she teaches you a lot. MONEY SAVING TIP: hold off on buying the textbook. It's still sitting in the bottom of my closet with dust on it. We never use it. Exception from final as wel

She is a very nice teacher I took BADM110 and I'm taking BADM111 with her, she keeps you with her all class doesn't stop teaching and writing, do your tests and quiz you will get a good grade

Easy A. Got exemption from final

I had her for Business Law I and also going to have her for Business Law II she is energetic there's never a dull day she weights certain projects and tests weird though like if you have a 90 in the class miss one test and you're at a 70

Kelly is one of the most amazing instructors I've had. She is respected by faculty and students alike. You are seriously missing out if you don't take her. Extremely knowledgeable about law. Highly recommend her.

Kelly was a fun teacher, but a little disorganized in her lectures. Many times a tangent would end in a forgotten point. However, she was very patient with student questions and interruptions. Take home quizzes, cheat sheet for big tests. Rounded grade, no late points, no real homework. Easy A if you hand everything in eventually. Recommended.

Super easy class taught by Kelly. However, you don't actually learn anything so make sure if you take her for LAW I you also take her for LAW 2, or else you're pretty much screwed. All tests are take home, if you get at least 70/100 questions on the final, your final grade is an A.

Lots of opportunities to obtain points here or there whether it was a bonus word or dropping lower quiz scores

Kelly is an interesting professor. She comes late, and give out only A and B to anyone who is a decent student. Easy A, but ask questions and she will give you a good answer. She cares about students. I was taking 19 credits and doing to much work and got stress hives. She told me to miss class and go to the nurse.

I took Kelly for Business Law I and am now in her Business Law II classes. I don't understand how people say you don't learn. Her teaching style is different but totally effective. I wish I could take her for every class. School would be a lot less stressful.

I took class at night. She is easier on night students. I'm an adult learner. Best Prof Ever! So sad she's retiring. I wanted to take her for Bus Law 2. No Book. Gives packets. Open book tests. review sheet notes allowed on final. Funny and has awesome stories to tell. Spunky. Let's out of night class early almost every class.
