He was a good teacher, and he went over most of the important material from lecture. honestly he did a better job teaching then the professor in my opinion. Was pretty fast when taught but that just made me pay a bit more attention.

Kelvin is amazing. He knows what he's talking about and presents hilarious examples that will help you understand the material.

He was very helpful and always available to answer questions. Kelvin had guides to everything (Practice midterms, Midterm 1, Midterm 2, etc.) which really helped when reviewing for the final. Overall, I think he is the best TA for Econ 1101.

Extremely helpful and works very hard at his job. Covers all the material clearly and creates additional practice questions for exams. He also types up a guide after every exam that is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this teacher. His way of teaching makes a lot more sense than the way taught in lectures.

Explains things very well. Puts notes and practice midterms online. Would have gone to class more, but it was at 8:30. Easy class, I was able to do well in the class with only going to a couple lectures.

Great professor! Would have gone to more classes except it was at 8:30 am... lecture notes that he puts online are very helpful and the practice midterms are the previous years midterm so you know what its like before going in. Would recommend him to anyone!

Kelvin is the best teacher in all of the ECON classes I have taken thus far at the U of M. He explains both the small aspects of calculations and the bigger picture details as to why this type of study actually... works. Kelvin responded to my emails within an hour while going in great detail every time. Easy class but sparked interest tremendously

For dreading all econ related, Kelvin made the material accessible and relatively easy to understand. He makes himself very available to students that are unclear about hw and questions etc. I never read from the textbook and I'm getting an A- (only because I've missed a couple of the Aplia assignments). Take him if you can!!

he is extremely Good at teaching he presents nice power points answers to emails, and if you don't like the bright lights you can send him an email and he will dim it for you. he has good midterm practices with answers online. words can't sum up how good he is. I highly recommend him!! ask all the questions you want.

Kelvin is one of the best professors at the U. He is so very helpful if you ever want to go to office hours! Very personable even in larger classes. He makes study guides before each test that cover 80% of the tests. He really is involved and I 100% recommend him! Go to lecture if you can because he gives out a lot of helpful hints.

Great guy! Fairly easy class and his powerpoints are clear and helpful. What I also did to help me review the material and get more practice for the exam was use Study Edge. Their practice problems were very similar to the exam!

Kelvin is by far one of my favorite professors. He's very student-oriented and does everything to make sure everyone understands the material. He is more than willing to help students with any questions or concerns, and is very clear on class expectations and goals. His teaching is very intuitive and his passion for Economics is clear. Kelvin made early morning lectures fun and interesting. He was very good at relating the things we covered to real world examples. He tries to get class involved by asking for volunteers(the volunteers almost always get candy). Very funny professor too. I highly recommend taking his class if you can.

Kelvin was a very enthusiastic teacher. I was not particularly fond of Econ however he kept lectures interesting and worthwhile. Definitely take him if you are planning on taking Econ.

He was my professor for my lecture and he is super nice and tries to be as helpful as he can . He gives out a lot of resources for you work on before an exam or a final is coming up. It's hard to fail the class unless you just end up doing nothing at all.

Probably the best econ lecture giver ever. He even won a national competition for teaching Econ. Provides many resources. All I ever needed was just to ask one quick question. Very approachable, so I went up to him and he explained it very thoroughly, instead of just telling me how to work the problem. He also replies to emails fairly quickly.

BEST PROFESSOR EVER! He is a prof that really wants his students to succeed and learn! Makes econ enjoyable and easy to learn! Really prepares you for the exams (which are almost identical to the practice exams)! I would highly recommend taking econ with Kelvin. He will make the time and effort to get to know you and help you do well in the class!

Kelvin is such a great teacher. He will go above & beyond for you if there's something you don't understand - you just need to speak to him after lecture or during office hours. His lectures are genuinely interesting, and he's got a good sense of humor. Textbook was not necessary for me.

Words cannot explain how GREAT Kelvin is. He is very patient with his students and understands that Econ is not something that everyone gets instantly. Kelvin was my best professor my first semester of college. I had never taken econ in high school, so I was a bit nervous to take it but he made lectures interesting, relatable, and funny. If you ever have questions, his office hours were always a big help!

Kelvin explains economics well for someone that has no background knowledge. He practices a lot and uses different colors on the board so it's easy to remember. I recommend bringing different color pens/high lighters to any econ class. He has a good personality. Recition class saved my grade so do well in there. Also, study for the final.

Kelvin was a great teacher, he really made lectures go by quickly with easily-relatable examples and had convenient office hours in which he was very helpful. I started off going to every lecture and through the semester, since I had an A, I kinda just stopped. Still ended up with an A just by doing the homework and studying for tests.

Kelvin Wong is one of the best professors... EVER! He goes above and beyond and does everything he can to help his students succeed. He had office hours four days a week, wore a deer costume on April Fool's day, and taught microeconomics in a way that was easy to understand and learn. Also, you'll learn that he LOVES Spam and cheesecake. :)

Kelvin loves his cheesecake! He is the best Economics professor at Arizona State for many reasons. His lectures are hilarious, his test are easy to pass if you study, and he has a great personality himself. He made the class topics very engaging and fun to participate in.
