Great instructor!

Kendra is amazing. She explains material very well and is always willing to help. Her lectures are very short and she gives the rest of the time to students to do homework problems. She gives great test reviews. The tests are not very hard. Come to class, do homework problems and study for weekly quizzes and you will do great. She is awesome!

She is very clear in what she wants you to know and will repeat it a dozen times even if one person doesn't get it but she is really easy and fun

One of the BEST TEACHERS at TCC. Kendra is very passionate and knowledgeable about stats. She keeps the lectures short and you complete most of your homework in class. Quizzes are simple and tests are easy. As long as you come to class and pay attention its a breeze.

I'm taking her full online Statistics course. I was nervous because I'd heard in the past from others who had taken it (from other instructors) that it was so hard! But Kendra makes things clear, concise, and only doles out as much work as needed to prove your understanding. She offers many different mediums from which to learn, as well!

I took her class online. She always responded to my questions right away. Great instructor!

I took her statistics class online. She is always quick to respond to forum posts and messages. If other students can't answer your question in the forum she would have a response up usually that same day, or the next morning if you posted late at night. I highly recommend this professor for statistics.

I had Kendra for MATH90. She was an excellent professor. I wish she was teaching MATH95 next quarter!

Today was my first day in Kendra's Math 136. She seems very interested in helping her students get the material down. I am looking forward to what this quarter will bring.

This was the first math class ive had since highschool 5 years ago. Ive always liked math but have just never found any interest or effort to put forth. Kendra made things completely understandable and reestablished my drive to do good. FORREAL

I would highly recommend Kendra to anyone, especially somebody who struggles with math. I told her my struggle with math and she was very helpful, motivating and concerned about each of her students and their grasp of the material. Taking any level of math from Kendra and putting hard work in will guarantee a passing grade

This is my first online class. I hesitated because it was the summer, online and statistics. This class was a lot of work. I HIGHLY recommend Kendra Feinstein. She truly wants everyone to succeed and makes herself available for questions. Thank you Kendra!

A very peppy teacher eager to help students learn the content. Plenty of examples used and good review. Takes questions in and out of class, and supports in-class group work. Also friendly and not imposing. Would gladly have her again.

Kendra is fabulous. I do not think any teacher can beat her so if you see this then sign up for her class no matter what! She is the bomb.

If you don't find math difficult this class will be easy. Ton's of reading and work equating to 8-16 hours of work a week online is the only drawback. Mrs. Feinstein was very helpful and responsive to questions posted on the forum and she offers extra credit. As long as you do everything you will pass. I would take any class she teaches.

Math 146, or intro to statistics was my third math class I have taken at TCC. Kendra is by far the best math teacher compared to the other teachers that I have had. She has a gift of explaining complex math concepts to people who struggle with math like me. If you attend every class, and ask Kendra for help you will do well in her class.

Kendra is awesome. I've always struggled with math and only a few teachers have been able to make it clear to me, I'd deff take her class again.

I loved this class! Kendra was by far my most helpful teacher at TCC so far! Make sure you attend class, it will seem easy but I will get more difficult as it goes on. I loved the book option, you could download it online (free) or buy it for about $17.

Kendra has been the best teacher I have ever experienced. Her lessons are very structured. She makes class fun by arranging the room into groups everyday! She is very clear on her teaching and sets everyone up to pass. If you cannot oass her class, you probably haven't paid much attention during class! I wish I could take her every year

Kendra was really amazing, if you have a chance to take her class please do! Her class includes 3 exams, a final, and a couple homework quizzes. If you understand math and put in some effort you will get an A. She drops your lowest quiz grade and you have about 20 minutes a class to do the homework she assigned. Definitely would take her again!

Kendra is really supportive of her students. Her class is set up so that EVERY student can pass if they do the work, and if you're having trouble she takes the time to help you. I was really sick midway through the quarter, and missed almost two weeks - she made sure that I got caught up and passed the class. She's a treasure.

Kendra is the best math teacher I ever had. She is extremely cheerful and always welcoming to her students. Wants everyone to succeed, and tells all of us that we'll finish the class with a B or above. She played motivational videos for us. She's always open to help. Gives time in class to work on homework. Reviews HW everyday. Online book is free.

Kendra is the most happy teacher I have ever had, "bubbly" would be a good word. She is a great teacher, explains things great, and is perfectly able to understand any question and answer them. She truly cares about her students. I 100% recommend that you take her if possible.

Super super nice teacher. Took the online but used her office hours and she was always super helpful and gentle. Wanted you to succeed! Every week there were a few modules to read through, a homework assignment and a quiz. Not too much work but not a blow off.

I have always disliked math and never thought I could be someone who is good at math. After taking Kendras class I feel entirely different about math. She is an amazing teacher and such a kind and caring person. She made me feel like I could do math no matter what and I will always appreciate that. Kendra is a real gem, take her class immediately!

Fair amount of homework but not too difficult. Took 146 online, she uses a different online program besides Canvas-easy to get a hang of. Overall easy class, material takes time but becomes very natural once you understand it.

If you have math anxiety or if you aren't that great at math I highly suggest taking Kendra! She is one of the BEST teachers here at TCC! You get 5 pts everyday towards your grade and she drops your lowest test score! She is very caring and friendly and knows how to explain math concepts very well for anyone to understand. Take her if you can! :)

I absolutely love her. She has really good lectures, doesn't grade homework until you have a chance to make sure everything is correct, gives tests and quizzes back the next day, tests are very straight forward. Homework isn't due every night, she doesn't give back to back quizzes and tests. She is just amazing.

I absolutely loved taking this class with Kendra. She is amazing and this has been the best math class I have ever taken and I am not exaggerating about that. I recommend taking her!! You will NOT regret it one bit! She makes sure that all of her students pass if they put in effort. It was an easy A as long as you do all of the homework and study!!

Kendra wants you to succeed and really understand Statistics. She is patient, helpful and makes this class fun and never boring. By far one of the best professors Ive had. Do the homework, listen and take notes in class , you should get a really good grade. Enroll early, there is always a waitlist, but so worth it!

Kendra is amazing. She is clear on what needed to be done. There's plenty of homework, but usually gives a week to complete all units assigned. After her lectures, she gave plenty of time until the end of class to do your homework, which she took the time to help with any questions. Definitely a professor I would recommend. Very caring and helpful!

Kendra Feinstein was the best teacher I have had so far! I asked a million questions (took the course summer quarter AND online) and she was always happy to explain and help! No trick questions with her final, and I love the tips she gives on how to use the calculator for all the problems. Definitely worth taking this class!

If pay attention to class lecture and do your homework then you will earn A this class.

I was so worried about taking statistics but Prof. Feinstein makes it easy! You are not required to be in class every day although it would be beneficial to go to every class. She breaks it down Barney style for you. There is no reason for you to get anything less than an A.

Took her class online and only ever saw her one time in person for the final. The course load is quite a lot, there are a lot of homework assignments and quizzes. However, she provides videos and lots of helpful tips for completing them! She's really nice and I would recommend her to anyone needing to take a Stats class!

Kendra Feinstein is an AMAZING math professor. I have extreme math anxiety and waited till my last two quarters to takemy math class because i HATE math that much, but she made it so easy and accessible! We used WAMAP and were graded on homework, quizes, extra credit, and a mid term and final which you take in person at TCC at the end.

Kendra was an amazing professor! Everything was shifted online, but I felt good because she already teaches online! She knows what she's doing! She gives a lot of extra credit! I took this class in the summer so everything that was due was so close to each other. A lot of homework, but easy! She helped a lot when I was stuck on a question!

She is very helpful with homework questions and responds back quickly no matter what time you are working. The grading is fair allowing you to retake quiz questions without getting full credit off. If you have a problem with one of your grades you can also message her separately and she will do her best to fix it. Highly recommend taking her,

Kendra is the best of the best. She is very helpful & cares about her students. Just a lot of notes, reading, doing questions, no lectures, and all that. Due dates are manageable and you're given 30 late passes. She replies quickly/within 24 hours. She gives a couple of EC opportunities. Make sure you don't slack off and fall behind.

Statistics was a hard class for me, for sure wasn't a strong area for me. However, Kendra made it a whole lot easier! She is really kind and wants you to understand and succeed in this class. If you have to take Stats, I couldn't recommend her enough!! LOVE LOVE LOVE her!

She's the sweetest prof. I've ever had! She replies very quickly, offers many extra credit points, and many late passes. It can be easy to get behind if you don't stay on top of the work. If you have to take stats online I totally recommend her. I finished this class with a grade of over 100%.

Professor Feinstein is awesome. She is quick to grade and to respond to emails. I definitely learned a lot from the course, but never felt overwhelmed by the workload. Even though the class was online, she seemed like a genuinely kind person and cared about us as people. I would highly recommend taking her course.

I cannot recommend Prof Feinstein enough! Math was not my strongest skill, and I felt this class was accessible due to her teaching style. She is super organized and makes it easy to understand the material. If you don't understand, she is willing to help explain it and break it down for you in a clear way. I've only got great things to say!

Kendra is really nice and very helpful. She answers all the questions you have and will get back to within a day or two. The negative part about this class is the program she uses (WAMAP) I absolutely hate it because it is just paragraphs of weird wording and it doesnt stick to your brain. There is a lot of work in this class so be ready.

If you fail her class you simply did not try. Stats is not an easy class by any means, but taking it with Professor Feinstein it sure seemed that way. Not only is she kind, but she responded the same day except for weekends. She helps you with all the assignments, except quizzes; and offers extra credit. Loved her class!

There are only three types of homework: learning the topic, module homework, and module quizzes. The first two are easy, as usually you get unlimited attempts. Quizzes take off 25% of the problem pts for every wrong guess. At the end of the quarter, there is a small research paper that can be done in groups, making it super easy. + there's google

I learned a lot in this class no matter how "Easy" it was. Kendra had GREAT helpful feedback and explanations on my questions and using the TI 84 calculator. I RECOMMEND this class!

Professor Kendra is 10/10 recommend. While it is true you teach yourself, the modules/ program she uses are very good at making sure you understand the problems and why the answer is the answer. Theres many opportunity to do well on everything . As long as you read and ask questions you should pass just fine. Shes very helpful, just ask !

Amazing professor. Lots of course work but laid out nicely with lots of opportunities to get full credit. Lots of extra credit opportunities. Lots of late passes. Very communicative and helpful with forum posts. Im not very good at math but was able to finish with an A.

My first college math class! She uses WAMAP for this course. There were many late passes & extra credit assignments. She allows a note card as a cheat sheet for the midterm & final exam. Her provided videos were informative, & also forum posts were very helpful. She made statistic easy & understanding. Don’t hesitate to take her!

Professor Feinstein was great! Lots of extra credit opportunities, and email-replies back usually within the day. If you follow her instructions, you will be well prepared for exams. Textbook was also easy to read and understandable. She was very understanding.

I haven't finished the class yet, but professor Kendra is not just one of the nicest professors I've had but is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She is super caring, answers any question with no attitude, and explains concepts greatly in person and through the online program she uses. Highly, highly, highly recommend. She's amazing.

Professor Feinstein was my favorite teacher from all the teacher Ive ever had, Im not good at math and had Anxiety about taking her class but the program she requires you to use and the way she explains material makes it easy to understand. Her class isnt easy and you will have to study a lot to pass but if you put in an effort youll pass.

Professor Feinstein was great! So much extra credit and she genuinely cared about the students. 10/10 I would do it again

Seriously one of the best professors I've ever had. She is organized, attentive, a quick grader, funny, kind, and is passionate about what she teaches. I loved going to her class and felt as though there isn't one thing I could critique her on. She gives you so many opportunities to attain an "A" in her class. She is incredible!

Great professor! Makes math fun and easy to learn, and with her teaching style, I was able to pass a math class. Is accessible outside of class to answer homework questions, and has a clear grading criteria. Would recommend.

TAKE HER IF YOU CAN!!!!!!! she is amazing!!!!!! she's very caring, makes math easy (and i SUCK at math), it is very hard to fail her class, the way she grades show she cares that you are learning. I had surgery and then covid right after and she was very accommodating, catching up was not difficult. she is so nice and amazing

I absolutely LOVED Kendra! I took her in person, and she was so personable with learning everyone's names and bringing us treats in class. She also explained the concepts so well. I don't normally like math but I looked forward to going to this class. I 100% recommend taking stats with her especially in person if you can swing it.

She was the BEST mathematics teacher I've ever had!! If she is an option take her !!! She's very energetic and cares about her students. There's kinda a lot of class work, but if you need help with homework she's a really good resource besides the BTC.

There are no words to explain how amazing Kendra is. I have the math skills of a 4th grader and I received a B+ in stats because she gives you endless opportunities for extra credit as well as multiple attempts on online homework. I was actually able to LEARN that way. She is so encouraging, she is the nicest and happiest teacher at TCC.

I enjoyed my experience in MATH& 146. This is the first time I've truly enjoyed a math class and understood what's going on even with the constant new material every day. The corequisite work is also nice to have as a refresher, which is not too hard to do as it is meant to be something that we already are familiar with. I 100% recommend!!

Professor Rapp is AMAZING! This is the first time I have received a good grade in a Math class. She gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit and is very lenient with late work. She is super responsive and is such a sweet lady, you can tell she cares about her students. She gives you all the tools necessary to be successful.

Prof. Rapp deserves a gold medal for being the most kind, personable and caring professor I've ever had in my life. I am terrible at math and I hate it, I got an A. She does everything she can to get each student to an A. I love her!

Math was never my strong suit so naturally I was very nervous to take this class! However, Professor Rapp was absolutely amazing. All of your work is on WaMap and she lays everything out very organized making it easy to follow and understand. She is always willing to answer questions and responds in a timely matter. Do the work and you pass!

Professor Rapp was great. A lot of homework but it wont be tedious. Great exam review, follow them and study it and you'll do fine. Would highly recommend this Professor to anyone.
