This class was the most draining class ever. I expected to love this class and I was super excited about it. However there is SOOOO MUCH WORK. The work itself is not hard its just an absurd amount of busy work. The lectures are so boring and if you leave early he marks off a ton of points. The work load is so pointless and not useful, dont do it.

This is the worst class Ive ever taken. Kenn gives an impression of a sick man, he gives tons of homework, his homework is extremely confusing and 50 % why it is so hard is because you will not understand what do you need to do. His lectures are extremely boring...

He ok, class has sub-groups and tons of TA's. This class has long weekly homework assignments, and a tough midterm. He doesn't let you out early; it's a 3 hr class. It was an ok class, didn't learn much but it was an easy A considering homework and participation are what counts the most. Solid class, but wouldn't take again; kinda boring.

If you can deal with a professor that is unorganazide and not clear on what he wants, then by all means take this class. His lectures are all over the place so goodluck on taking notes. However, I am fortunate enough to have had this professor becasue it made me appreciate all the other professors I've had in the past.

This class seems interesting, but the professor structured the class so poorly that I disliked it. I passed a difficult class but not this one. Kenn is very unorganized, gives very little detail on big projects that are worth a lot of points and also tells the class right before it's due. Everything was so rushed he even had to cancel some projects

Kenn is super calm, caring, and is super passionate about holistic health. He's very comforting and allows the class to be a good space to speak about deep subjects and very interesting things in western medicine. We had no homework ever except for meditating and the final art project. Loved his class!!

Overall I have some great takeaways, but a lot of the information was common sense, so unless HH is your major I would steer clear. The amount of homework is honestly ridiculous. Even during COVID, his class had the most hw from any of my other classes COMBINED. We were also expected to attend a 8hr webinar. A plus: flexible with late hw.

Kenn is passionate about what he teaches but the workload kind of drowns it out. At times I felt like this was my most stressful class and I was taking physics as well as exercise physiology. The readings are not surface level so it's gonna be hard to understand it. But he expects you to still know it. The quizzes sometimes will throw you off.

I had Burrows in a 2 hour long, online, Health and Relaxation class. This class was TOO RELAXING. His voice lulled me to sleep almost every time i joined and talking to this guy is even worse. It's like talking to a wall. For real. Im praying for you to if you have this man's Health & Relaxation class in person. My only advice: COFFEE.

TERRIBLE professor. So unorganized, last week of the semester and still no grades. Unclear on what he wants. Literally only talked about covid and "fake news" the entire class, when the objective of the class isn't about that. Boring lectures!

Based on others' reviews, I'm glad I trusted my instincts and dropped his class before the withdraw date. The classes I attended were long, wandering, and unstructured. Red flags included rants about "fake news" and covid restrictions. He didn't seem to be an example of someone who embodies holistic health, and comes off as arrogant and angry.

The class overall was uninspiring and unclear of what was going in for the three weeks I was in it. The lectures were boring and would often go on random rants. It felt like a waste of time sitting through a three-hour long lecture of his.

Kenn's class is life-changing and makes you look from an introspective place, you just have to be ready for it. There is a lot of content for assignments, but you can take a lot with you through your daily life, so use it to your advantage. He is an understanding instructor who is open to so many new ideas while giving us a great online community.

Student with a 3.9 GPA. Class brought GPA down. Test 2x a week on soo much content of readings, hours long YouTube. Grading feedback was horrible, missing grades all the way up until final. Inconsiderate as online class & made all-day9am-5pm in person lecture & said if you work to take the day off. Was encouraging all students do credit/no credit.

Had high hopes for this class as every college student can benefit from learning to manage stress. However, I found the course so stressful it negated the potential of the material. He assigned A LOT of homework, it was like having a project due every week, with poor structure and instructions. And his lectures were torture.

If you think you want to understand your life better, take this class. More than his classes, I enjoyed all the reading material that our assignments were based on. There was a lot of writing but it was about things that come from within yourself, so they are really easy to write if you watch the content. He offers a lot of extra credit.
